Today is our first time here and we will absolutely be coming back! Staff is friendly. My 11, 10, and 2 year olds all enjoyed it.

My son and his buddies always have a great time at Launch, and I enjoy watching them from the massage chairs. We had his 9th birthday party here, and the kids really enjoyed themselves. I enjoyed how the staff took care of everything. I just had to bring my kid and a cake. Our dedicated hostess took care of everything we needed, and I could just visit with our guests. The kids and adults had fun in the arcade area. And the whole thing was cheaper than renting a bouncy house and buying pizza for 20 people. I

We thoroughly enjoyed coming here! The staff is so nice and the environment feels very safe and clean. I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun our kids had. They were entertained while we kept close eyes on them. Hopefully we can go again someday soon. You have to sign a waiver your first time. Socks are 2.50 per pair

We frequent this place! Both of our boys love it! They have a toddler only area as well as indoor play ground, ball pit, basketball goals, warrior challenges, battle pit, dodgeball, lots of games, and plenty of trampolines. They have a lot of food and drink options. Plenty of parking! Great for birthday parties!!

Javiah and Sade were amazing!!! 10/10 recommend! These two were fantastic, extremely helpful, extremely professional, they need a raise! Definitely worth having a kid?s birthday party here. The pizza was actually not bad at all and I wish we had ordered more than two.

We recently had a birthday party at Launch. Alyvia was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is that our chicken tender tray was waaaaay overcooked. I didn't know until the party was over. I tried one and it was pretty rough. The pizza was great. The kids had a blast. We'd definitely come back.

Enjoyed my time here for my friend son bday. Always heard abt the place 1st time here will be back. Staff was awesome and the young lady who was our bday hostess she was the best(way better than the bday folks at Chuck e cheese).

This was a place I took my baby for her actual birthday January 30th. My baby really enjoyed herself for her birthday. It was AWESOME! A great place to take your kids to play and run off all that energy. The workers was very polite, the place was very organize, the pizza and wings were GOOD. Came for a birthday party. Young man was very nice kept us updated on food and drinks. Kept refills coming. Private room 1 . Really enjoyed it. The guy had skully Mari was his name. The candy straw machine at the launch was extremely cool

Staff was so accommodating and helpful throughout my daughter's birthday celebration!! For what my children were able to enjoy the price was on point. Plenty parking, tasty pizza, and it wasn't packed in the evening.

When I had a concern about a safety issue, she brushed it off with a condescending tone and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer with a legitimate concern. We had an amazing birthday experience at Launch. Jaedyn did an amazing job as our host and even though we had we were complicated with a toddler/big kid hybrid party they did well so well and things ran so smoothly! My little loved her party and can't stop saying she had the best time ever!!!

Great day on our spring break. Staff is wonderful. Enthusiastic, hard-working teens that are great with all age levels. They all deserve a raise. Every single one we encountered today had a great, fun attitude. Miss Taleah and Mr. Ahmmad in particular were absolutely wonderful. Best customer service experience we've had in a very long time, anywhere.

It is a great place to have fun. Lots of places to jump and climb through. My son enjoyed playing arcade games and jumping on the trampolines. Thank you to Miley for making the experience easy.

Launch is amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are plenty of them around the facility so you can find someone when you need them. Also, the place is ALWAYS clean. We have a membership and our grandson loves LAUNCH!

Did my sons birthday party there. They were very responsive during the planning and very attentive during the party. Servers were great - especially Lexie! Overall went very smooth like they do it all the time. Super easy! Also, the pizza was surprisingly really good! Definitely recommend for young kids birthday party.

What a great experience for a birthday party!! We got the A-List package for my son's birthday. It included wristbands for 20 kids, 4 pizzas and 2 different drinks unlimited. The kids also got unlimited jumping after the party ! Paige was our party host and she did amazing. We had a lot of kids and parents and she was on top of it. Super sweet! It was all definitely worth the money! Thank you so much to all of the Launch staff and supervisors.

Best trampoline park our family has jumped at! Staff was friendly, other attendees followed the rules, prices were reasonable. Very happy with our experience. We were really impressed with the referees for the dodgeball area. We'd never seen that at other trampoline parks and it made the area more fun. Only complaint we had was the 15 minute blackout sessions. They made it hard to keep track of our kids or see the trampolines to jump on.

My son had the BEST 5th birthday party at launch! The party host Mauri was wonderful! He was so spot on with making sure the party was stress free and enjoyable! I thought these personalized napkin holder papers were just so precious! It was such a sweet and personal touch they provided! There's hours of fun to be had there and we cannot wait to go back! 10/10!

The only thing I wanted to use was the battle pit, but I was unable to because nearly 20 kids were in the pit constantly. They'd get out and keep running to jump into the pit. I talked to the employee running the pit and she did nothing about it. In the rules it clearly states only 2 people at a time, and to wait patiently in line for your turn. I am terribly upset because I spent so much money just to not use the battle pit. This is absolutely ridiculous. I suggest going anywhere else.

Not toddler friendly or toddler parent friendly unless in the toddler designed area, which still has large kids and other unsupervised children knocking younger kids down, or unless on toddler day. Also if you want to sit with your younger child out of the toddler area be prepared to have the supervisor send her minions to tell you to move. So we have been a couple times and omgosh how fun ! My kids absolutely LOVE this place ! The customer service is really awesome too! They have a snack area with food and drinks which is a bit pricey(we paid almost 5.00 for 2 bottles of water )! It's really clean and fun stuff besides just jumping. We want to check out the blackout sessions Friday night as we have heard that's really cool also! Can't say enough good things about this place ! Can't wait to go back !!!

Allowing the kids to bounce for an hour is a bummer. Splitting time between jumping and arcade games without realizing the jump time ends really left a sour taste. Did the kids still have fun? Yes. Did I win several claw machine prizes for the kids? Yes. Did the launch cup change colors with beverage? Yes. Overall a good time.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Every step of the party process went very smoothly. My 5 year old had the time of his life for his birthday, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Love Toddler Time on Saturday 10-12 for the little ones. They don't have to worry about the big kids " trampling" them!

This was a very good place for the kids. It was also affordable in every part. The food was under $10 for 4, about $25 for 2 kids to jump enough to be ready for a break, and the game room has you purchase gift card thing and the games were cheaper than $2 for 2 people on most.

Celebrated my coworkers birthday there last month and who knew we would have an amazing time. Not only is it kid friendly but adults enjoy the many activities there as well. We were able to plan the party smoothly with the great help of Evelyn Rodriguez without her help we would have not took advantage of all the amenities of this place thank you

This place is great for toddlers not so much teens and above. Although I will say they got a few ninja courses that are unique. There was way too many staff walking around, didn't like the vibe. This one female supervisor was going around the whole place just putting an end to peoples fun. I understand it's their job to keep everyone safe but sometimes you're just In the mood for a no holds barred kinda play. Therefore, I'll stick to going to urban air instead, where they give less fks.

I went there to try to buy a membership for my grandchild and they make it completely difficult to do business with them as they only allow you to pay monthly with a credit card and do not allow you to pay for one year for your grandchild and give it to them as a gift. Pathetic business model. Just a heads up, I walked out and did not purchase anything. You may want to reconsider your business model, just a little bit to be more of a personable and easy to do business with establishment

Wish they did a little more for birthdays. Like better packages food included. We know this place makes a ton of money but ryier packages are a little skimpy

Launch is a fun entertaining place for children and their parents to go. The prices are better than competitive for groups of children and there was enough seating for the adults to sit around and talk.

What a great way to spend the day! Prices are great for a family of 4 to play the whole time (even for just an hour) They have something for all ages to do! I was worried my 5 yr old wouldn't be able to play with my 10 yr old but they were able to do almost everything together! My grandson (4) and grand daughter who turns 2 in four months really enjoy this place. They have a blast. We have a monthly membership which makes it easy to visit. The monthly price is a fantastic value. We will cut back on outdoor parks and visit Launch more during the hot summer.

Came her for a birthday party. It was pretty crazy (Saturday afternoon). The server assigned to our party was very helpful and got us anything we needed. The bathrooms were clean. The people walking around and monitoring the trampolines seemed pretty miserable though. No smiles and not very helpful. I liked how there was a special area just for toddlers, so that my smaller kid could play with kids his own size without worrying about getting trampled.

Had my sons bday party there. Great service for the price. Our host took care of everything when it came to serving. Kids enjoyed jumping and it included unlimited jump time after the party for the rest of the day which they took advantage of. Group of exhausted 12 yr olds had a blast.

We love taking our 3 year old to this place. Today, she was so excited to go ?hop hop?. Want to give a huge shout out to Nisha! She sat there and played with our little one for awhile which really stood out. She was very patient and involved other children as well. Keep it up, Nisha! We'll be going back just to see you!

Pretty cool place. We went for a few hours before they closed to let the kids burn off some energy on a short trip. My only negative is that they took parents on the trampolines a little too seriously. We have a toddler and I was jumping with her for a few minutes in an area that said it was for toddlers and their parents but was told by a "supervisor" that I was not allowed to jump because of the color of my wristband. Kind of silly especially since they closed in 30mins and there were 2 staff members play
