First time at Launch Ann Arbor. The facility itself is fun for kids?plenty of space to jump and play?but the overall experience was poor. The check-in process is painfully slow and inefficient, made worse by disengaged staff who seem more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. There's virtually no supervision?kids were throwing dodgeballs in non-dodgeball areas, hitting others who weren't even playing, and no staff were around to intervene. In fact, staff were almost impossible to find?
It was absolutely the most fun I had taking the gbabbies out. The massage chairs were a plus for me. At some point, I turned into a child myself! Found Groupon deal, super affordable package that included socks, 60 credits of game play, and all day access to the active play area. But honestly, 2 hours is enough time before the kids get hungry. I left to eat. They were sold out of almost everything at the indoor eatery. They only had ice cream. But most of the toppings were unavailable also. My vegan self di
A bit of a sensory overload for moms like me, but boy do my kids (8, 5, 3.5) love this place. It feels very safe and generally clean. There are plenty of areas to spread out and they love the decent arcade also. Great activity for a cold winter day when you want to wear your kids out!
This going to be a very mixed review. The place is clean first of all, this is what Drew is to come here and not go to other similar places. The pizza is decent for what it is. The cheese sticks are absolutely awful and should not be purchased. I feel like if they improved on the quality of food is and quality of food choices they could make more money from it. We have already decided to spend so give us better options. Also upgrade the kitchen a bit to make it more user friendly for the cooks. Like o said
We were here for a weekend family birthday party recently... 1. It is Fun for all ages: Launch Family Entertainment is a great place to have fun with your family and friends. There is something for everyone, from toddlers to adults. 2. Variety of activities: this place offers a variety of activities, including trampolines, a ninja course, laser tag, an arcade, and a toddler zone. 3. Friendly staff: The staff at Launch Family Entertainment is friendly and helpful. 4. Clean facilities: The facilities at Laun
We have been to Launch twice over 2024-2025 Winter Break and both my 7th Grader and 3rd Grader have loved coming with friends and cousins! Jarrett checked us in on our 2nd visit and was great! Super pleasant and let us know that lockers exist beyond the food counter!
We had a blast for my son Maizens 5th birthday. Daniela was our past host and she was phenomenal!
This place is great. Troy was a great host and refilled our drinks frequently. He was very friendly as well. This place is better than sky zone especially to host a party. Unlike sky zone, It was clean, chill, and even appropriate for littles. Many parking spaces as well, which is. HUGE problem at the canton sky zone. My kids had a blast. Pizza was tasty too ??
Had My Niece's Birthday Party There it Was a Blast! The Staff was So Nice and Professional! The Food was Hot & Fresh! Hands Down an Incredible Experience!!
Not sure how this place is so highly rated. Had my daughter's birthday party here with some friends and we will never be back. It was shockingly overpriced for what you get, especially the video games which cost $4-5+ PER GAME. The staff were completely overwhelmed and it was just chaos the entire time. They clearly overbooked and had no idea what to do with so many people there. Save your money and go literally anywhere else! I give them one more star because the pizza was decent, only nice thing I can say
We booked a birthday party for our 10yr old daughter. They had a blast and we felt like it was a great value for the money! Our only complaint was, staff seemed a little shy and didn't explain what was supposed to be going on when. But we eventually sorted it out! Would definitely come again.
Great place for a Birthday. I had my doubts from past experiences with other parks like this. Troy was great. Get this man a Raise. Every question was answered and very professional. Best pizza I have had in years. Only one thing that I didn't like as a planet loving creature. You throw away all of the used socks. I understand not refusing them BC of our ick culture... That too sad, but at least have a box at the front that says "sock recycling", take 10$ out of the register, have them washed... Donate. Eas
He was simply amazing. Cristian supported me through my highs and lows. He made my experience truly special He had great attention throughout the park and also I saw him help a kid in need. Give this guy a raise!!!
I understand that this place needed an overhaul. But, now it's only for the rich! You must spend $25 per person to jump here as there is no hourly option. Right now is the busiest time of the day, and they're almost empty. We won't be back. It's too expensive!
CJ at the Ann Arbor , MI location was truly wonderful with my son and his friend. Kind hearted customer service is so rare , and CJ really went out of his way to help the kids have a blast ! We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location and the awesome employees there!
Birthdays are always remembered and cherished. Unfortunately, I will not forget getting yelled at publicly in front of my Granddaughter at her own birthday party by a Manager at Launch on Sunday 1/19/2025 because I brought her cake in the facility. I was told I would have to pay 50.00 to keep it and that he was going to stand at our table until we removed it. This rule is because we did not rent a Birthday space. A Basic Birthday party rental is 329.00. All together we had 14 people, 14 socks, 2 pizza?s
Recently came here to celebrate my little cousins birthday and had a blast! The staff was very kind and welcoming, and were able to help us figure out how to use the arcade cards. We will be coming back in the future!
Had a wonderful birthday party here for our six year old. The facility is big enough to be exciting, but not so big you worry about losing track of the younger kids. Pizza was surprisingly tasty! CJ was a great, very accommodating host. He double checked everything we had set up online, checked in on us from time to time, and was incredibly patient as he was inundated with kids asking questions about what to turn their tickets in for : ) We don't normally do birthday parties at facilities so there's not
These five stars belong to Cooper-a young employee at Launch who went above and beyond. I know this place often gets poor reviews for the staff, and I've often witnessed that in the past. Cooper, however, was nothing but stellar. He took initiative to open up a needlessly roped off trampoline, and followed through with the two managers to help me get the answer I wanted! I also spotted him cleaning up and actually paying attention to the kids jumping while monitoring their safety. All the things every staff
My experience at Launch Ann Arbor this past weekend was great. Although the weather was not ideal, the park was open and was able to fully accommodate my child's birthday party. Alexes was our party host, and she was awesome! The staff here were very friendly and attentive to our requests. For our party package, we had a fruit and veggie plater and four pizzas. The quality of the food was surprisingly good. We also had arcade cards for the kids, and an hour and a half of jump time. What I appreciated most w
We had our twins Birthday party there Dec 2024! Kids had a great time, the adults the same! The atmosphere there was inviting for all of all ages. The manager D'KLen assisted everyone including our party with such great work ethic skill professionalism and enthusiasm he rocks! Great person to have on the Launch team! His staff is amazing great and professional as well. There are a many of games to play as well of jump pads, wall climbing, dodge ball, rope swinging to do! You won't be disappointed I recommen
Thank you Jarrett, Amanda and team for doing such an amazing job. You really made my daughters birthday so special. Launch AA you have a great team. I have known Jarrett for a few years and he is always so welcoming and helpful. Thank you again.
BEST STAFF here's why. my mom is a Arabic Karen and the worker was every patient with her and that did not make me feel embarrassed. he was very understanding and made everything great. Also when we got to jumping my older sister that's 21 did not buy socks cause she thought she was not going to jump but she did with her normal puma socks and the staff did not care they only cared if someone was hurt or needs help with somethings BEST STAFF EVERY. they were really chill
We've been to a few Launch's in the area and this one is fantastic! I love that they've covered the foam, no more foam dust! Only hard part about coming here is the cost of all the extras. $2 For the gaming card? $8 for a slushie?
Checking in was easy and the kids had a great time! The place was not too packed and I loved having our own space. The only downside is that I had to go to the counter numerous times to ask questions and get refills, I thought we would have a specific host to assist. It looked like there was one employee running for multiple parties. My package stated that my daughter would get a free T-shirt but she never did.
This place sucks. It is tiny. The staff do not care and there's no oversight. The arcade games are all broken, you swipe your card and nothing happens. The trampolines are bouncy, that's great. We lost a phone and the staff could have cared less. The staff around the trampolines are not paying attention and don't care about what kids are doing.
it was nice bar tender will make you what you ask for?. food was a little long but there are a ton of people who come the same day i did! the lady checks on you and makes sure your good
Quick easy check in, had exceptional guest serviced by young lady named Kiki our pizza was made to perfection by Jason. Kids were tireless as were adults great place to keep busy school closed holidays. Pretty cool ninja warrior course. Rockwall super dope all ages enjoyed. stop parents working on laptops while kids played in arcade and burnt energy out. Also a great alternative to Michigan?s unpredictable weather??
Daniela was so helpful upon arriving! She went above and beyond to make sure my son has a great experience!
We LOVE Launch in Ann Arbor! The staff is incredible. Hunter at concessions is always so friendly and helpful. The play areas are so clean. There so much space for play and jumping. The arcade has so much to choose from too. We had my son?s birthday party here and it was worth every penny. They take the work out of planning and shopping for you. It was awesome and my son and his friends had a blast! Great staff, great snacks, great fun!
If it wasn't for the super attentive staff, I would rate Launch a one star. For the price of a basic birthday package, they could use some help with the food. The pizzas were hardly palpable. We had to roll each piece up to eat because the center was soggy, and the toppings just slid off. It's smaller than the competition, more expensive, and a hard pass on the food.
It was a cool place, we went for a bday party. There wasn't a ton to do, but the place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The arcade games take way too many credits, it's a rip off.
My 7yr old loved the place so that's what matters most to me. However, to charge what they charge and the place be really low budget kind of throws me off. Arcade games looked to be used & damaged- like they were bought 2nd hand. Slushies were $8-$9 each. Waters were $3 I believe. The railing seemed assembled and not fully. Some of the rock wall pieces were coming off.
Visited over the weekend for a birthday party. My kids adore this place, and love all the trampoline areas! It's an awesome place to tire out your kids when they've got too much pent up energy in the winter. Birthday party pizza was better than expected. Only lost star is for the arcade - specifically the prize counter. Game selection was fine for the space and everything worked. Prizes available were low quality, and had a far higher ticket cost than other area arcades. At a non birthday visit we will d
I bought birthday party package here. Jump park was good but there is hardly any contribution from staff. We have to ask for stuff several time. No place for balloons decoration. And no free T-shirt.
Kids had such a great time here. I was a little concerned about bringing toddlers but they had so much fun on the trampolines and in the arcade area. I will definitely being bringing them again soon.
We had a joint birthday party for both of our kids and it was fantastic. Our party host Justin took care of us very well and all of our guests had a great time.
They booked to many big parties that day. Crazy packed . Party host was never around . Never made announcements for food or cake I had to keep Checking in . Had to keep asking for things needed when it was suppose to already be there . Then at the end asked for a tip ! . Never booking here again.
We come here often and always have fun. Weekdays are slower weekends busier. Depending on what type of atmosphere your kids like go accordingly. It can be overwhelming for the shy or sensory sensitive ones. We came one day and the power went out and we got a free pass to come again and free game cards to make up for it. Not sure how the other franchises are but this one is great!
There are bigger jump parks as far as square footage goes, but you can jump in one place at time and this one offers much more selection! The "Ninja Warrior" obstacle course is much more "rangy" as there features that kids can do and some that even the best adults can't do, so it's a great way to test yourself and improve over time. Manager came by several times to see if we needed anything. Very attentive, very fun and the monthly passes look like a great value!
They over charged me and fixed it. My hostess ( Mar) was almost nowhere around when I needed him but when he was there he's was great. My daughter had a wonderful time.
Kids had fun! My only complaint is how dirty the floor was. We walked on trash most of the time. Parent supervision was not it's best as kids were pushing adults out of the way and being very rude.
Great kid-friendly activities, we attended for a birthday party and the kids had a blast exploring all the jump areas. They're not too stringent about enforcing the posted rules, though I didn't see anyone get hurt!
We had a great experience with for the twins? birthday. The kids had fun, the pizza was surprisingly good (this is coming from a pizza snob New Yorker, btw), and the staff was super nice. I think any bad reviews on here are probably from ppl who are racist, because the staff is pretty much all black. They are severely understaffed (and that's not their fault), so they did the best they could. We will be back!
We had our daughters 10th birthday at Launch and as great as it was, our party attendant Tim, was really what made the party!!! Very attentive and personable. I work in HR and I'd hire him in a heartbeat for any job!
Kids had lots of fun at a birthday party here. Climbing wall, huge trampoline room, arcade, lots of fun. And from reading the old reviews this place greatly exceeded my expectations. I forgot his name, but the manager was very hands on and responsive. But there are some things I hope they can work on to make it more enjoyable for parents that dont want to jump. It was hot, I wasnt doing anything and I was hot. My girls were wet, and gross, and constantly coming back to complain how they were hot. We were th
I purchased tickets in advance for toddler playtime, but when I arrived the doors were locked and lights were off. The tickets were for 9 am. No one answered the phone. Myself and at least 5 other families were waiting. After half an hour I left. I still haven't received a call from launch or a refund.
This is a great place. Three trampoline areas, ninja course field, slackline, trampolines combined with basketball hoops, and an excellent collection of arcade games. Great job Launch!
Wonderful service and all had a great time at our grandson?s Birthday. Thank you!
We had a great experience at Launch Ann Arbor. My daughter enjoyed playing. Markayla was very helpful in the food area (I couldn't read the menu because the text is so small and the menu keeps rotating ????? They have no printed menu). So she helped us
We absolutely loved this place! Great for having kids oarties my 7yr olds was a success.. curtious and very helpful staff. Tons of funs fir the kids and adults! Great workout too. They have a ninja warrior theme
My kid loved it! It was very affordable! Clean bathrooms and food was good! Music was not too loud and not too busy . Staff was polite ! Great time!
CJ was really kind when one of the machines didn't pay out the right amount of tickets. Great experience for kiddos of all ages. Will be back!
The kids loved it. For an elderly grandfather the lights and noise is over the top.
Family comes here every year for birthdays it's a great time. Kie is a beast when it comes to hospitality!
More or less the old Airtime redecorated, now with more space for video games and lockers, and a reduced dodgeball pit. Checked the reservation system to find a time when attendance was low (3pm Saturday), encouraged kids to distance by using open spaces and one person areas like trampolines, which naturally creates some spacing.
We regularly visit Launch, it's always a blast and the employees are so friendly, can't wait to plan our next trip
Very fun for the kids! Nice clean facility! Very well taken care of! Although it wasn't as big as I expected, it was still well priced. Staff was nice, however they appeared sad and bored.
My kids ages 2-14 love going to Launch! Signing waivers is simple and straightforward. Usually the staff is very helpful, though the cafe tends to be short staffed most of the time. I am deducting stars for our last visit (yesterday) when I took my son and 3 of his friends (all age 14) to visit for the day. When we got there and signed waivers, everything was great. We waited 5-10 minutes at the front counter for someone to come so we could purchase our tickets. The only staff around just looked at us and c
Could use more supervision of trampoline area to enforce 1 person per square rule, to avoid as many collisions. Clean. Cold pack didn't work but they provided ice
Taylor was an awesome party host!!! Thanks for making our sons birthday the best!!
The staff was super kind and helpful. Genesis in particular went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. This is a great spot for kids birthdays. They all had fun and plus they're tired out when it's over. Top notch!
The employees are all really friendly, and my kids always have a blast here!
Toddler Time Saturdays 9-10 are the best! Safe and not overcrowded
A very nice place to take the kids! We enjoy ourselves every time. The staff is always friendly.
Take my kids here all the time, they love it! the hard parts really getting them to leave, the staff are super friendly and attentive every time, hands down our favorite trampoline park to visit ??
We had a great time here for my son?s birthday party! Troy was our party helper and did a great job. Thanks, Launch!
Fantastic party for my son at Launch Ann Arbor! Our party host, Kylie, was amazing and all the kiddos had a blast ??
Would never recommend doing a birthday party here. All of the guests waited over 30 minutes to get checked in, staff was unhelpful and all seemed miserable. Very unorganized and many frustrated kids.
The kids always have a blast everytime we go to launch. Highly recommended if you have kids
We were sad to see Airtime close, definitely one of those businesses hit hard by the pandemic. The Launch A2 location opened in December 2021 and it's fantastic! Basically the same as before with fresh carpet, fresh paint, cool lighting and an expanded arcade (more games to come, some are stuck on shipping containers). If you're looking for a fun activity for your kids to burn off a little energy look no further! The friendly staff at Launch were great and the "sticky socks" were well received by my kids.
What a great time we had! Do the food and games after jumping, to avoid any mishaps, and always follow the jump rules to stay safe. Do that and you'll have a legendary time.
This was our second time here and both times the staff has been absolutely fabulous. The first time we went was after a bummer experience at another popular kids place nearby, the staff just lifted our whole mood with their positivity and kindness and we had a great time. Our second time today the staff was just as wonderful, upbeat and friendly and even though it was busy there was plenty of space and the kids left yet again happy! I 10/10 recommend
5 stars for the jumping part but none for the Arcade part. Just been discussing with two more parents that Airtime has become less attractive because of that addition. Not sure I'll come back. Edit after the owners responded (and not just with a generic blah blah response) and I also increase to 4 stars: Thanks for getting back to me. Of course, the arcade is something kids are asking for! Why did you ask them in the first place? ?? OK. I think we will come back. Just have to emphasize to the kiddos that t
Great place to burn off energy with the kids! Occasionally, smaller kids get targeted in dodgeball.
Troy was our party host and he did a great job. The kids had a great time as well as the adults
We booked our son's birthday party and booking experience was really good. Staff was welcoming and Alexes handled our booking. She was friendly and answered all my questions patiently. She gave us tour of facility and showed us all options which was very helpful. Overall booking experience was pleasant. I'll update the review after our party. Hopefully it will be equally pleasant. Update : We had great party and all kids had fun! There were few things I was not happy about but staff was supportive and tri
Great place for kids and kid parties. The manager and the team members take every care of every detail.
We absolutely love Launch. The staff is really friendly. Everything is always clean. The food is awesome. Any issues I've ever had there management took care of it right away. We've been visiting the Dearborn location since right before the grand opening. It is our favorite amusement park to visit. We won a free jump pass for the year. We visit at least three times a month. Keep up the good work.
Wonderful birthday party experience! The staff made the birthday great! They were amazing at accommodating the kid?s preferences for games like dodgeball and a racing game! The guy working in the food was super nice and had our food out quickly when I asked. It was a busy day there, but I felt every employee there did their best to help us and make us happy! The 9 boys we invited all had a fun time!! So thankful!
On a cold nasty day, Launch was a great place to go with my kiddos! DK and Jason were so helpful with everything while we were there!
Place has no bar. Was only serving pizza. Yelling at my kids for Jumping. Apparently there's a certain way to jump. All the workers just stood around in a circle on their phones. I will not be back. Terrible experience
Had my sons 8th birthday here. The booking process online was easy. However, the staff were not very enthusiastic and the entire Trampoline Park felt like a "free for all". There was no structure, or staff making sure equipment was used properly. The rock wall has multiple LOOSE handles. The dodgeball area was frustrating. My older nephew finally went and asked a staff member to come and coordinate an actual dodgeball game. The staff had everyone put the balls in the middle but did not do anything to encour
Jaden, as well as all the staff members, have been really attentive, quick, and kind:)
We had a great time. I was able to get some work done and the kids could get some energy out during the rain. Hunter was very pleasant when helping us check in and answering our questions.
Unfortunately, we had an incident at the launch trampoline park. The dividers between trampolines are high risk areas for injury. Foot got caught between ledge and trampoline. Be aware.
My kids had a fabulous time. That's said, no fault to the staff but they were clearly understaffed. They were kind, working hard and fast to the best of their abilities. But when you are working too fast mistakes happen?.Many of the arcade games were out of order. Trash was overflowing everywhere. It took over a hour and a half for our food order and when I got it, I had to take various items back up because the food was still ice cold in the middle. The lockers were challenging and not functioning. One of
Fantastic experience! The kids had a blast. There was more added since the last time we came and it's even better now! Kids say it's their favorite place to go. Coyle is awesome! He had such great energy and was so friendly which added tremendously to the overall great experience.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
