My family and I had so much fun celebrating my son?s birthday at Launch last weekend!!! Our host Matea was so sweet, helpful, and professional! She took care of everything we needed to have an amazing party and answered all of our questions. She went above and beyond to make sure my son?s day was special and we really appreciated it!! We will definitely be coming back soon for the fun. There was so much to do and I'm sure we'll have just as much fun next time as well!!

Great place to have a party for the little ones! If you have Matea for a host, you will not be disappointed. She made sure every part of our party experience went smoothly! Her communication was great, and she went above and beyond by helping with the decorations. She even helped try to fix our number 7 balloon that popped when we arrived, so I give her an extra star for that! I brought two of my children and two of their friends here to enjoy themselves, burn off of some energy, and get some exercise in. Easiest fundraiser ever!!! Booked a school fundraiser for our school lakeview k-8 PTA fundraiser. Great deal for jump price for 3 hrs jump $20 and a $5 pizza deal where a % of both those sales go back to us!!! So easy to set up and spread the word on social. We set up a toddler birthday party for my 5 year old. They have a specific time on Sunday mornings and it's perfect for smaller kids since there are very few guests especially big kids. We had Ace as our coordinator and he was absolutely FANTASTIC. He deserves all the kudos. I normally am a nervous wreck during any event but he allowed me to step back a d enjoy things. Came here on Christmas Eve with our three kids. They had a great time bouncing around on the trampolines, especially in the basketball court. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend visiting Launch to release some of that built up winter energy!

Every weekend, this is a safe place for my family! From the jumping, to the food, to bowling and even the arcade has an experience worthy of your time! Literally the eldest of my family to the youngest, loves this place. Not to mention, it's way more cost effective than Dave and Busters - with a different spin on activations. I'm so pleased with this facility, and we visit 30 weekends out of the 52 of the year. I won't stop going, if you go - you will feel the same.

I recently visited Launch Family located at 880 Lakeside Dr, Gurnee, IL 60031, and had a fantastic experience. I spent three enjoyable hours there, and found the prices to be very reasonable. The activities were diverse and engaging?I played bowling, experienced VR, and had a blast on the trampolines. The facility is well-maintained and perfect for indoor family fun. Me & family went here and purchased a pass to bowl and play aracade. The bowling lanes kept messing up we were moved multiple times. They lady told us that were were bowling ?too fast? and the pins keeps getting tangled up. However, that is not our fault how do to u bowl too fast or too hard? We went here on what was supposed to be a trip to Great America day but ended up raining. Bathrooms were disgusting, staff not doing anything about bullying more than once and laughing about it, terrible accommodations for someone who was on crutches at the time with the kids trying to just get around and no place to sit unless you we in a reserved area, bowling, at the bar or party room. FALSE ADVERTISING...so disappointed, it is advertised as Launch Trampoline Park with pictures of obstacle courses, even 12 hrs ago on THEIR Gurnee Facebook is a picture of an activity that is no where in this building! There is a huge banner that says COMING SOON, well please don't post pictures on your web page and Facebook like you have them now. They have 2 dogeball courses, 1 area for kids 1-7yrs old, 2 sets of trampolines and a wipe out activity. Do not go here it is an absolute rip off.

Very spacious (unlike other jump parks I've been to). Staff were on top of everything so I felt my kids were safe and activities monitored. I would have loved to see the arcade games be more accessible instead of requiring separate game cards to use them but overall the place was just what it says it is.

I recently hosted my child's birthday party at the Launch and I have to say, the manager, Gustavo, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. From helping me book the party package to making sure all the kids were having a great time, the manager was always on top of things. There is not enough place to sit and there were a lot of people sitting in the floor and even eating in the floor. We got there and we couldn't choose the package of 2 just because it was past 7 pm and the guys say after 7pm there it cost 29.99 plus the socks and it included the shirt and they even didn't give us none because supposedly they were out but I did saw shirts. I went to celebrate my son birthday with my family. Purchase their superload card. Some card works, some not. Waste of money. If you going with your family, make sure every card is load with the activity you pay. Some might not work later and then they can't do nothing about it.

My kids wanted to go to the trampoline park, so I took them here. Great upgrades and my kids had a blast. I didn't have an issue with the cleanliness as the facility looked fresh and clean to me. The checkin process is a little cumbersome and takes a while. opportunity to streamline the process.

Had a blast! Pretty expensive for only having 3 thing to do there (without paying more than what you already did). They have dodge ball, foam pit, and a 'free jump' area. Anything else is additional money.

I took my grandsons here on a Thursday evening and there weren't many individuals there. Which was nice...my grandsons both enjoyed their time here. I must admit, even though you can purchase a package per child, it can be costly. My grandson wanted to experience the virtual reality and it was roughly 6-8 mins long and you only get ONE experience. The package included jumping, $40.00 games, virtual reality, 1 personal cheese or pepperoni pizza, a drink. The shake was extra if you chose not to get a drink

There for a toddler birthday party and there were more parents jumping than kids which was too bad for the kids who play because the parents were playing! Also I thought toddler time was for under 5 why were there teenagers playing. This was not fun for the kids because they couldn't play like it says on your website for kids 5 and under! It should be for 4 and under only parents don't need to jump!

The staff here are really holding it down and doing a great job but they need more than one locker station. No food or drink on the carpeted area makes sense, but with a very limited dining space and people ?saving? tables with strollers, shoes, etc, you should probably bring a backpack if you're actually going to supervise your kids and have a bottle of water at the ready for them.

The place looks empty there's not a lot of places to have fun there's no spike ball, no rock climbing. The trampoline are dangerous if you step on the blue cushions it hurts somebody could get seriously hurt.

Not worth the 30$ that we paid when we went for the ignite night. We thought there would be music and blacklights. They only turn them on for 10 min every hour. They do did the whole place and it looks nice. But there was not much there anymore. Since they have a bar and bowling They had to take out a bunch of things They have the trampolines and a ninja course that was too hard for most adults. And that's about it I had more fun when it was the old setup.

The upgrades to the venue are great, but the cleanliness and customer service is subpar. There are not enough servers behind the food counter or at the bar. There seems to always be a lengthy line and the areas behind the counter are messy with product all over the place. There was no one to maintain the dining area, so there was garbage all over the tables and on the floor alongside the tables being dirty with food and drink. Took my kids, age 10 and 12. Did the VR and trampoline areas. They loved it, I loved it. Everyone was happy. Went on opening night so things weren't going to go perfect but were still great. Looking forward to them opening the bowling area so we can check that out as well!

Went to today to let my son play arcade games. They sold me the arcade card knowing they were having issues. We waited around for almost an hour and and the arcade card still wouldn't work. I asked for a refund and they would only give me a gift card. Said issuing refunds was against their policy. Overall horrible customer service. My son walked away playing zero games, yet I still had to shell out $20. Would not recommend.

The customer service was great, patient, and very friendly. They were very accommodating to what we wanted and needed. I came with 5 little kids under the age of 12 years old. It was very affordable, technically the 6 of us we paid only $122.00 for 2 hour play time, pretty good quality pizza, a pitcher of lemonade, and 4- $5.00 video game play cards. The only downfall is that you can't see it from the main street. You definitely need GPS and it's pretty dark getting there once your off the main street.

Hosted a large private event here and the service was great! Gustavo and team did a great job accommodating all of our numerous requests and their service was exemplary. Looking forward to booking this location again in the future.

Worst day ever, I brought my son and my husband to play bowling and it got stuck multiple times the manager said he will give us more time to bowl but he never did and there is no refund. The manager needs to be more professional he was talking and making fun of us while he was gossiping to the this other employer. There's no way we are coming back, I like it how it was last year.

Love the fact that it's multiple activities to do in one place. The wait time to get in & to get food was ridiculous. We waited 25 minutes for a milkshake... a milkshake that was more milk than ice cream. Workers were pleasant. I don't like the fact I was told we could only wear their socks when I had my own grip socks from x-factor ( same product, different name).
