This was by far the easiest, stress-free and most enjoyable birthday party we've ever had. My son and his friends thought the laser tag arena was amazing. There was an easy flow to the party with alternating playing laser tag games, competing in the laser maze team challenge and breaks in the party room for food and cake. The staff of this family run venue were really helpful and ensured the day was a success. Highly recommend!!

I took the kids to a birthday that my son's friend were going to attend at Laserzone. They had a blast and it was an overall great experience. The staff were very helpful with the kids and other customers that needed attending to as well. The place was clean for the most part, expect one of the kids getting scared of a dead roach but the manager handled it swiftly. Other than that, I would definitely go there again ??.

Wasn't very fun. Very small space. Not much parking. Have to wait to play and these arcade games are an option while you wait. When it was our turn my 5 yr old didn't want to do the laser tag. He seemed to be afraid because it was dark. There are no refunds so they gave us a credit with expiration of like 7 days or less. We received horrible service at this establishment. My sons birthday party was hosted here and nothing they stated upon me paying my deposit happened. I was told after an hour I'd have a room, that happened however it was extremely stressful. There was no room in the lobby for parents to wait. When my sons party went to play lazer tag, another group came in snatching vests out of adults hands. The person in the back didn't count vests or adults and my sons complete parry wasn't even able to play together.

Had my grandsons birthday party and we had to wait 1 hour in the lobby even though our party was from 4-6. Got into a party room at 5pm. Place was very unorganized will never go back

A very nostalgic place... if you're coming with a group, get the birthday package to save money. This game is also surprising taxing, I recommend just buying one or two rounds instead of by the hour because most people won't have the energy for more. Also gets sweaty in the zone, so dress lightly.

We had my son's birthday here and had a great experience. The kids had a wonderful time and the prices were very reasonable. We also appreciated being able to bring in outside food and drink. The kids loved everything about it!

went on a field trip with my summer camp here in June 2024 we all had so much fun the place seems small when you first walk in but once you start the game it feels never ending inside and has 3 levels will definitely be back for more fun and unbeatable price

5 stars for the super fun Lazer tag experience. The 3-story Lazer tag field was one of the best I have been to. The place is older and some care to the restrooms including making sure there is soap is needed; however, playing Lazer tag here was incredibly fun and the longest amount of game play per game. Kids had fun but I'm not happy. 1st. The price for a party includes unlimited laser tag and maze but there seemed to be only 1 person working so they didn't get to play as much as we would?ve hopped. 2nd the maze was so easy my children finished within seconds. Had my child?s birthday party here. When we showed up there was very little guidance as or explanation of what we were to do. There were only two very young boys working and it was not busy at all but I swear they were hiding most of the time. Aside from the laser maze, which was extremely short and small, the laser tag was so awesome. It's great for kids and adults. I highly recommend it. We'll be coming back for sure and the prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

We just had the most horrible experience for my son?s 9th birthday party. When we arrived the employee was outside the front door smoking a cigarette. He took his time before coming in to assist us. Listen, I'll give you the good and the bad bc there are both. We had a party for a football team and 8 kids age 10-13 attended. First off, it's relatively cheap compared other places and they allow you to bring your own food in, so points there. Our party room had 4 picnic tables and was a decent size. The picnic tables were not in good condition and rocked back and forth (one even tilted with one side coming up) when people got up or sat down. Great fun for the kids, it is a little expensive for the amount of time each laser tag game last. My son loves it so much though. i wish they offered some kind of season pass at a premium for unlimited games. i gave it 3 stars because of the price, other than that the facility is nice and clean when i have went, which speaks well of them since so many kids go in and out.

We waited till the last minute to plan our son?s birthday party. Laserzone got everything set up for us and the kids had a great time. The staff was friendly and even gave us a warming bag to keep our pizzas warm.

Hi, i recently came in and bought 3 lazertag games yesterday , me and my sons. There were 3 people working but the ones that stood out to me were ?Will? and ?Zion?, lol had to remember their names because they were so helpful and patient, my sons loved their time here. There was one other guy that was here and he was in the back helping us, very polite boy. ?Will? gave us a free game because my boys wanted to play a game with a larger party and ?Zion? also gave us a free lazermaze because we got first place

I'm 63 yr old grandma and had a great time with birthday for Diego. Yep I played and loved it. My suggestion is to have it cooler in the party room. To many kids were getting hot and irritable crying. Best to have good comfortable area where everybody can be pleasant time for the afternoon. Party was for 8 yr. Old. Better for business for customers to return again for your business :-)

I went with a friend of mine on a day that was not very busy. I loved the game and it was a thrill. However, most of the staff seemed to slack off due to the small amount of people and I was not shown respect when i went to pay for my game. They were talking on their phone and didnt look up from the register. But I had great fun playing lazer tag, thrilling experience.

This was the first time I visited ANY Laser tag place. I took 4 of my nephews (ages 12-16) this past weekend and they LOOOOOVED it!!!! I was concerned about safety, but EVERYONE wore a mask and the place looks clean, so it was fine. I didn't do the "laser tag" thing, but I played air hockey and there were also more games that a 45 year old could nostalgically enjoy. After 7pm, there's UNLIMITED GAMES for $16.50!!!, so DEFINITELY gonna return. The youngest of the four wants to have his BIRTHDAY PARTY here!!!

The overall experience was good but I'm going to be talking about the staff. First the person at the front desk was awfully rude to me because I asked for a bandage for my knee and she rudely said fine... second the person who explains the games rules. He was playing a game with the kids and I shot him repeadelty and he rages and stomps toward me and pushes me. As per game rule ?no physical contact? Recently we celebrated our daughter?s birthday at Laserzone. This place is little unorganized and very expensive. It's not value for money experience- they did not provide us enough time, training and instructions to enjoy the celebrations. I think they don't have enough boots on ground creating some issues. The front desk staff members are trying their best but gets overwhelmed with endless tasks.

Held a child?s birthday party here. Extremely disappointed. Minimal staff. Very dirty. AC was broken in our party room. Kids and parents were dropping sweat. I'd advise find any other party place in SigarLand.

We hosted a birthday party for 8 year old. The laser tag/ laser maze is fun. However, the entire organization of the party was poor and not well managed at all. The birthday party is run by a bunch of teenage boys who do not understand how parties are managed. They do not have a schedule and the whole thing is fairly chaotic. As much as they charge, they need a grown-up in charge of the party. The place may be nice for a casual visit but I recommend against a birthday party.

No soap in the women's restroom & I go to tell the attendant that they were out of soap & they both look @ each other as if I were making it up?? the one guy there was just rude slouchy unprofessional non caring the place also had a musty dirty smell. Clean facility that keeps up with current lazer tag technology. Helpful staff member Zack is always looking for ways to make things easier or give us pointers. Came here as a kid and now I'm bringing my kids here, which has been a blast! Looking forward to continuing to do so!

LASER ZONE IS AWESOME!!!! We have been to Laser Zone a few times now, and the children love it. Their facility is nice, it is always clean and the children seem amazed by the 3 levels of the laser tag arena. They offer a variety of free for all game play and team base Laser Tag games. Hands down the best place to play laser tag. It has a huge 3 story arena dedicated to the sport. Also the laser tag guns and vests work the better than anywhere else and register hit fire precisely. If you are looking to play some real laser tag, this is the best spot in the country. It's hard to find entertainment centers like this one that dedicate themselves to laser tag. This place will and always has been my favorite place to play laser tag. Laser zone truly deserves more recognition.

It's a great place to take the kids or blow off some steam. Bruno and Jim do a great job keeping this place running on a Saturday night. Seriously, laser tag can be as fun as an adult as it was when you were small. Laser One has a multi-level arena with black lights music and plenty of other distractions. This is a pretty good experience. When you walk in, it's like what the heck because it seems small, not many attractions on the outside, couple of car games, couple air hockey table a that don't work great, but work. It just seems like there could be alot more going on in the front area. You will see that the space was used for what it is supposed to be, a laser tag arena. The arena is pretty fun I must say.

We came for my daughters bday for the Friday unlimited Lasertag for $16 each and Bruno was very helpful at the front office with arcades and getting us checked in. Joshua also helped us choose what type of game we can play in the laser zone. Really cool place for kids get tired and have fun!

This place is terrible. We were there for a birthday party for 10 yr olds. The teenager employee inside the laser area that was supposed to be watching the kids was actually playing lazertag and shooting the kids the whole time. He came in first every game. Totally unprofessional and it upset the birthday boy. They also need to not leave all the cleaning up to teenagers, the place was filthy. I didnt see a single adult working there, all teens.
