Great affordable fun for the entire family. The alcoholic beverage options are plentiful and the food is good. However, I urge the owner to consider switching pizza. It just isn't good in comparison to the plethora of really good pizza options around Rochester. I'd happily pay a little more for really good pizza. That crust reminds me of Bisquick or something, it just wasn't good. I realize this is entirely subjective but consider this? my group ordered 3 pizzas but there was 1 and a half pizzas left with

Unfortunately this place has succumbed to corporate greed. You used to be able to just buy what's needed for a game of laser tag which was $20 per person. Now you have to buy a "package" for $30 a person which comes with two extra credits as if you can actually do anything with 2 credits ( it takes four to play laser tag). There is no option to buy a game of laser tag. You have to buy more than what's needed which leaves you with 2 useless credits that you might be able to play one or two arcade games with

I celebrated my son?s 8th birthday today playing laser tag and the kids had a blast. The facility was clean and well organized, the staff were all so attentive and helpful. They had a special going so we could add the arcade to our party and I was so glad we did the kids loved it. The pizza was delicious and they even got ice cream too. I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for somewhere fun to celebrate a birthday!

I have been coming here for a couple of years. I can truly say my family and I enjoy it every time. The food is always delicious and hot and ready. The chef is so nice and has never made a mistake on anything I have ordered.

Such an awesome experience! Group of 10 30year old women had a BLAST doing laser tag and axe throwing! Our coaches in axe throwing were helpful and fun. The different challenges kept it fresh. We got drinks at the bar to bring in during axe throwing. Highly recommend!!!!

Travis at Lasertron was excellent! Not only did he clearly explain the expectations for multiple games, but he also provided exceptional customer service with a warm and professional approach. When a member of our group asked a question asking for clarification, he remained composed, took the time to explain the solution, and even made a sacrifice to accommodate our request by staying later on his shift. Booked a party for my daughter's volleyball team here. The staff was really friendly, especially our server. The girls had fun with the games and the schedule they made for us was perfect as far as time and not feeling rushed. The pizza was mediocre but to be fair I have a pretty high bar when it comes to pizza... The girls had a really good time and I would recommend this place to friends and family. Check it out!

Good place to have fun with the kids. Many games to play. Online orders are easy to make, and the servers are fast. Everything is pricey, which is ok because games last 2 hours.

The kids had a great time, we spent about $35 a kid and it was at least two hours worth of fun.

Played laser tag here the first time, an awesome gentleman named Dre helped me out with my vest, first time I think I had issues, turned out I was just being dumb and misunderstood the directions, but checked on me the second my vest went off. Honestly best experience playing laser tag and will come in the future for sure!

Fun place to play laser tag, with explanational videos on how to play and nice staff. There is a bar and resturant in the building. Also, there is an arcade to play games. If you visit multiple times I would highly recommend buying a gold membership, it is $25 a month and you get discounts on food, $20 of arcade cash, and can play 2 games of lazertron every day as a part of the membership.

My son tells me he always has a great time playing lastertag. The only complaint I have is the smoke they use to make the lasers visible is very uncomfortable for asthmatic players. Make sure you bring your emergency asthma pump if you go play. Otherwise no complaints. Plenty of activities, the food is affordable and nicer than expected.

It was a fun time for me and my friends, we did the laser tag which was fun with two floors and a bunch of obstacles. That part was a 5/5 but the food was not good in the slightest I got the chicken sandwich which had no sauce and was just chicken and a bun. 3/5 for the food.

I took my daughter there for a playdate. It was the second time as she went to a birthday party there a couple weeks before and had a game left on her reusable card so her and her friends went back to use game credit and they had a blast. It was the first time I had been in there. There was a lot of stuff for kids such as laser tag and arcade. But they also have areas for adults such as a bar and games like axe toss. After 9:00 it is adults only and I plan on going back with friends my own age to check out

Employees are attentive and always friendly with customers. Did the laser tag, which was fun, and then did axe with a small group and had a great time. Highly recommend the axe throwing and reservations for a group for some good discounts. Will go again.

Loved this place. Everyone was friendly and they have a bar. So that was A+ The laser tag was fun but it is a workout just an fyi They do help you for the axe throwing and you can become a pro by just one session with how much they help you. Enjoyed a family membership for about 1yr... great for a daytime fun event for couple hours... if you don't use your playtime then it gets banked on your account along with arcade cash. Expensive. I had a defective vest and no one seemed to care. Arcades fun but you'll blow through points quick. Overall I paid 60 dollars to run in a a small room and not play with my friends because of team balancing rules. I give 3 stars because I'm sure a younger audience will enjoy this place. But prices are high and some rules are dumb.

Expensive as hell and some staff have a stick up their butt. We bought pingpong paddles for four people with a larger group and reserved tables for them, cost $20. They told us we reserved two tables, and gave us two sets of bags when we reserved them. Staff is super friendly! They also have a package where if you buy two games you get two free game credits that you can use within that month. I find it's something fun for all ages, for both families and friends.

This place is awesome. So much fun! The pizza and wings were some of the best I have ever had. Seriously. We did a team builder here and the week after some one from our office went there just to pick up wings at lunchtime. The two team games had us laughing and were a really great time. Fun for all ages. Went with a larger group, so it was fun to mingle with other players and also play against people I knew. Good for all ages, but recommend playing at least two rounds if it's your first time (the first round is you just trying to understand the mechanics of the game). You'll come out sweating but will have had a blast!

It was clean, the food was good, and most of the staff was great. I went with a large group and they did a great job accommodating us. It will would be 5 starts of it were not for the fact one of the employees acted very rude to others and kept rolling her eyes. Also a few of the staff were ignoring customers and talking about unrelated topics. The arcade is rather small but still enjoyable.

I took a monthly 22$ pass and almost headed this place every weekend. It's a absolute fun place to crash with friends for a friendly laser tag game. I enjoyed the short arena 2 of 8-10 people than arena 1 of 30-40 people. I ll recommend to go with a small group to enjoy the game.

AWESOME family or corporate fun. Full bar for the adults, elusively clean fun for kids/teens. Well run games. Only real complaint is confusing/difficult session pricing - they over-favor monthly memberships (30 days of 1-2 sessions locked to a person) rather than visit pricing (X sessions for Y people, today). Maybe they can offer some sort of family card (10-20 transferrable sessions, used up any way you want)?

Nice place very clean professional staff pricing wasn't too bad for non-members but obviously much greater four members. Bartender was extremely friendly drinks were good food was actually good. We cannot say enough about the amazing staff here! They were flexible, accommodating and made a birthday party with more than a dozen 13year-old boys a breeze. Our only regret is that it ended too soon. Amazing! We will be back for sure!

OMG! So much fun! Took my kids here and we had the best time. The games are quick paced and very fun. A word of advice... Wear light clothing because you will sweat. The arenas are two stories and are much larger than I thought. I was soaking wet! Go here and have tons of fun.

We went for a bachelorette party on a Friday night. They were quick to respond to our reservation request and questions. This place is fine for all ages but also offers a adult only couple of hours. The bar is unusual as they do not accept tips. The drink list is decent and their lasertag and bumper car lacrosse game rules.

Ya don't go for the food, but I say it was alright for an arcade! I gave my son a birthday party there. It wasn't as expensive as I thought, my son got a laser tag voucher. we got a $10 certificate that we used for video games, 2 pizzas and I got a voucher for 8 ppl to do the AX throwing thing to use in the future! It was a blast. The place is clean, the stainless steel men's stalls are a great idea, as there's no nasty lingering odor. All in all, I can't wait to go again!

Tried this place out for the first time a few days ago... definitely more than we were expecting! Laser tag was fun and just the right amount of time and games, the personnel were all helpful and very friendly, the drinks are priced well (I had no idea they had a bar lol), the gaming area was cool and people of all ages were there (we went at 7pm), and best of all (all of it was fantastic), their bacon burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had! If you come out with a couple of friends, this place is a blast. At first it may seem a little lackluster depending on the time you come in, but once you start the main event (laser tag), you'll be having a great time. They have an additional arcade section which is a lot of fun after laser tag, and they even offer some cool prizes that you can trade your winnings in for. Only downside is the price of food, so I'd recommend eating something first if you are on a budget.

Been a member for almost 4 months. Called today to go in and have fun as a FAMILY as they advertise on there website. Also as advised by the manager on the phone. Was told because I have my daughter which is part of my family that we are unable to play at 2 pm. They have an adults only game going on at that time. I love this place. Large open spaces so even when it is busy you don't feel it. Did not play laser tag but we spent a good amount of time playing games in the arcade. They have a large variety or skill games for all ages. Out side they no longer have go karts, but now have large tricycles for adults to race. The snack bar was your usual casual foods. Pizza, hot pretzels, and bottled beers. My niece and nephew love coming here and will invest in the membership this winter to stay active.

Super Fun!!! Granted the wait is a bit long to get charged and checked in but well worth the wait. The Sports Arena and Tactical Arena are great. It's a great place to socialize and meet new people too. Loved the fact that everyone was split into 2 teams and you're paired at random which makes it even better. I would frequent this place more often if I had the time. It's also a great work out even if you're a bit more laid back.

While playing laser tag tonight, there was a team actually physically throwing people to the ground by grabbing their vests, and running full force into other people essentially tackling them. 4 of us brought it up to the refs who literally shrugged their shoulders at each of us each time one of us brought it up. It's otherwise a great place, and there's a lot to like, but this experience (for a birthday party of 10) was pretty bad. I don't really care for paying to be assaulted.

We loved the Lazer tag here took the kids here this past weekend be prepared to be actively walking around for about 40 min also recommend light clothing as it gets warm inside when your moving around but it's a great way to wear out the kids they have a special rn for a few bucks more you get $25 for the arcade on everyones cards

Super friendly and energetic staff. Clean equipment and gaming area. We had a great time playing in the laser area and hanging out after. I cannot comment on the food or drinks, although the selection of desserts looks delicious. I would consider going back to play more.

This place is amazing. Cheaper than a gym membership to run around and have fun. Only problem is finding groups on weekday nights. The food is okay but at the prices they charge I would recommend eating elsewhere. The bar is no tip, which feels weird since every other bar in the area allows tipping the bartender. The quality of the laser tag and the staff is what sets this rating so high. If you are coming for anything else there are better offerings close by.

We booked a birthday party package for my 13 year old and everyone that attended and the birthday boy had such a WONDERFUL time. The staff was so polite and attentive, the food was behind delicious and the atmosphere was so much fun. The package was affordable and we were able to do Laser tag sport and cyber sport. Can't wait to go back tomorrow.
