My nephew?s birthday party was hosted here (10 year olds) from the start of the party until the end the staff were great. The itinerary of the party was easily understood and made total sense. All the kids had a blast and so did the adults. Kids and adults had a great time in the arcade and playing laser tag. The equipment worked well, a couple people had some issues that had to be resolved during the game. We have gone to Laserdome for several events now and every time it is amazing! The staff are fantastic, it is clean, very well organized and great prices. Very different experience compared to our local sports emporium. This place has Augmented reality with cool experiences like the unreal garden and the star walk. You won't get motion sickness like virtual reality, but make sure you have the headsets adjusted perfectly so you don't get a headache, they are lightweight ?? I brought my travel field hockey team to Laserdome for a team bonding activity in between games during the National Indoor Tournament, and it was a blast! Had a blast with family and friends at my nephews 7th birthday party, the kids played lasertag and all different types of arcade games for three hours plus we enjoyed some yummy pizza and unlimited drinks. We will definitely be back soon.

Had a small birthday party here. Games and lazer tag were fun and kept ten kids occupied for 2 hours. Pizza was not very good. The party package was $9.99 a person and came with pizza, unlimited drinks, and a party planner.

Amazing place. Well ran with great staff. We went for my youngest son's birthday, our family has first responders and I'm a teacher. In May they have free packages for first responders and teachers, the manager Chip was so helpful. You will love this place, definitely try the Verse Holigraph experience.

Cool place for kids parties. Some games are showing their age (looking at you Xbox zone) but overall the party packages seem fun for the kids. The laser tag is a standout for sure, and if you're not sweating your butt off at the end you're doing it wrong.

My kiddos had their birthday party at LaserDome and everything was perfect! The staff took great care in decorating the room to our preferences and making sure we were taken care of during the event. Lily made booking the space easy. Customer service is top notch and everyone had a great time. The cost was also very economical. I highly recommend this venue for your event.

We just did our third annual youth group outing at Laserdome and I don't think there is a better place to take a youth group or birthday party in Lancaster County for a night of fun. I am a youth pastor in Ephrata and I was looking for an event that I could do for my students and Laserdome could not have been more accommodating. The laser tag and arcade were awesome, but it is their stellar service that will have me bringing my youth group here next year!!!

Second visit for teen's birthday party. We had kids from 6-17 and a few adults. Everyone always has a great time. Laser tag is (2) 30 minute sessions, which really turns out to be (6) 5 minute sessions with instructions and break. Party host was very friendly and helpful. The unlimited games for 3 hours in the package is great for all the kids, and the adults too :) Unlimited soft drinks. Pricing was very reasonable for what you get. Was worth the hour and a half drive each way. Highly recommend.

This place was better than I was expecting. I paid for the ultimate pass for both kids plus myself because they insisted on me doing stuff too. It was a good time! Even for me. And they were exhausted when we left. The kids had a blast and we spent the total 5hrs there. The people working there were great as well! I arrived with a group of 50 teen campers in the middle of a tremendous storm. The staff allowed us to store our coolers and were extremely patient as our soaked group received their game cards. We had a team party at Laserdome with 16 in our group. We had a great time playing lasertag (although we think the invincible power should be removed -- because my team lost), their VR setup, and full arcade. It allowed us to get out of the office and unwind after a tough, yet good year.

I went with my family to experience the verse immersive. The show was quite nice and uplifting and interesting to see. The attendants in that area were polite and helpful. The young woman welcoming in and explaining to guests what they would experience was lovely. Had a group laser tag event at Laserdome a few weeks ago. It was an awesome time! Check in was very easy, the laser tag games were a lot of fun, and there was just enough time for a break in between sessions. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I am planning to bring my group back here every 6 months or so.

Have been there during pandemic. Very customer friendly. Very accommodating. Staff is very friendly and gladly will help everyone. Laser tag is the best in the US ( my kids honest opinion). Reasonably priced, very affordable. We loved pre -covid whole day deal with unlimited lasertag. This option is not available anymore. You can get only 2 30-minutes game of lasertag per day. You need to have facemask to be able enjoy Laserdome. Suitable for all ages. Awesome place!

We had a team building staff day at Laserdome and had the best time! (There were 25 of us). The staff was kind and accommodating and friendly. We chose the package with two team building activities and unlimited arcade play and it was the perfect amount in the 3 hour time frame we planned. I would highly recommend!

This place is small but has a fair amount of games ranging in skill levels. You can play pinball to xbox games. There is a multi level laser tag room that is a decent size. We only got to play free for all because there was a malfunction with the system or at least that is what we're being told that day. I manage two girls soccer teams and we were in town for a tournament weekend. Laserdome accommodated both teams for a fun evening of laser tag, arcade and pizza! We had quite a large party and the team at Laserdome took us all in and everyone had a great time! Would definitely recommend for a team or group event!

We had my son's birthday party here and were very happy with the experience. The staff was great. They were polite and helpful the whole time. Verse was somewhat disappointing to me, and not worth the price. The main issue is that the headset provides a fairly narrow view. They are not any better than when you use the VR systems that use your phone to make the display. Most commercial headsets have a wider view than that. Went to a party at the laser dome for my friends 29th birthday. It was a lot more fun then I was expecting. I wish the party host was a little more personable but it was otherwise a great time!:) We had the whole dome area to ourselfs. It had music an interactive dance floor, and a fog machine. We were able to bring beer to our area to drink while we were hanging out. There were a lot of kids in the arcade so obviously we didn't drink much. Overall it was a great time.

I got the ultimate pass and it was fun! Ended up spending the $5 game card on basketball (very competitive and needed to show my friend how it's done). The wait for laser tag was a little long, ended up being longer because of the birthday parties there. Lazer frenzy was pretty fun and so were the racing games. Couldn't get pinball machines to work. All in all, good fun for a good value.

Cool place, small but good for a fun day

It was a great experience and a ton of fun. We took our youth group for a two hour block and they really enjoyed it. We also got pizza and drinks and the food was prepped and ready for us right on time.

Overall very fun, however I was a bit disappointed in the fact there was not really a snack bar (only offering pizza and drink) as well as when the wifi went out we weren't notified. Otherwise was a great time just a bit sad we weren't able to use our extreme passes on the xbox zone.

We drove 2 hours to visit for the AR experience! It was really unique and charming and we had fun walking through the experiences together. Unreal Garden was visually beautiful and we enjoyed looking up at the gigantic trees and mushrooms. I'd love to expand in to that world of overgrowth. We also did Star Walk but my friend and I are both dyslexic, so we enjoyed getting to read about space but we felt rushed and ran out of time due to the looming timer. My friends had a combined Bachelor Bachelorette party here. There was lots of space for the food we brought, the arcade was very enjoyable, and the Lasertag games were a great time.

Yesterday I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this place of business! Very fun place for people of all ages. Love that you can play laser tag and unlimited arcade for the whole night for only $23. Well worth it and would definitely come back. Haven't been to any other laser tag places so can't really compare, but I have no reason not to keep going to this one.

Our second time having our end of year celebration here. 150 kids, 75+ parents, everything went off perfectly. I would highly recommend Laserdome for all of your celebrations, be it sports, birthday, or graduation. They are flexible and very accommodating. See you next year!

mom of four. the staff is wonderful. it's nice they have some where that kids can have fun. only thing I don't like is every time we go there's at least 3 machines down. and laser tag, they don't let you play with just your family. your paired with some one else. which makes it difficult if you have small children or a child with disabilities. for example our family.

It had potential until my headset went south on me 20 minutes into it. The folks offered me another set but would have to start all over, and I didn't want my wife to have to wait for me. So they gave me the owners card and told me to text him so that I could get a rain check. Never heard from him, so sad.

We had a blast! Laser tag was so much fun. The arcade games were awesome. My nephew enjoyed playing fortnite with his new found friends. Drinks and pizza were good. The staff was very friendly and had no problem answering questions. I was worried about playing laser tag with older players but it was no problem. There were players of all ages. Just did the new verse theater, the Unreal Garden was very cool, the Star Walk was just OK, but someone who is into the stars and planets would enjoy it. Will go back again to try to get a better score in the Unreal Garden now that i understand how it works! I am 73 years old so VR is a new thing to me! My wife and I enjoyed it, worth the money.

Had a GREAT birthday experience! Staff was kind and absolutely accommodating, especially our party host, Orion. Our group loved the arcade games, but especially enjoyed the laser tag. We do wish we had known that our party group for laser tag was going to be combined with other groups, but still had a great time playing. Would absolutely recommend, and can't wait to come back!

I had my friends birthday in the dome and it was great! It was very easy to plan and we were able to choose the music and colors we wanted it decorated. Everything was set up when we got there and the staff was super helpful for any questions we had!

Spoke with Carl who took care of everything and also answered some logistical questions I had. Took our youth group there for a Lock-In. Had an awesome time. The staff was friendly and the kids had a great time. In our review after the event it was clear the kids would want to go back and do it again.

Diverse arcade activities and helpful staff. Pizza, assorted refreshments, ice cream and spacious seating area are available. The hologram technology is popular since it is newly introduced. Be aware that the "Verse Immerse" triple hologram package is split up between first part (30 minutes), then you are asked to take a break and return for the last two hologram programs (1 hour). The lines can get long, so plan your day accordingly as a two-hour planned event can easily double.

My granddaughter wanted her birthday party at Laser Dome. We had passes for all our guests, they were able to play laser tag and all the games. Everyone had a great time! They loved earning tickets to pick out prizes too.

Just hosted a teen bday party here and it was a fabulous experience! We were met by a hostess who took our cake and gifts, gave us our schedule and arcade cards and we were off and running. There are a great variety of games in the arcade. The announcements for our laser tag rounds were clear, as was the instruction. The staff are wonderful and super helpful. It allowed me to have a carefree fun party experience as well! Great value for the money.

We've held youth ministry events at Laserdome for years. The kids always have a great time, even the high schoolers! The staff are very responsive, friendly, and could not be any more accommodating if they tried. Even though we have a small group, they treat us like an important client. The package deals are very well priced and give groups a wide range of flexibility. They deserve a full 5 stars.
