I took two early teens here on a Monday night. It was not very crowded at all. The staff were very helpful. All the arcade machines were in good order. They played Laser Maze several times and played laser tag once. We were there about 90 minutes and they had a great time!We would defiinately come back.
Fun place to play laser tag. However, the suits/guns don't always work properly and the selection of arcade games are just ok. 3.5 stars
Not too bad. A decent price on all you can play nights. The guns need serviced, the button on the front is so finicky that you have to mash it and hold that the entire time which is hard for kids.
Awesome spot! Fun place for all ages and accommodates birthday parties and/or other events very well. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a mutual activity for people to get involved. Also the pricing isn't unbearable either considering the economy.
Laser Web is a great spot for parties and just a fun afternoon with the fam! And they also give back to the community! Highly recommend
We had a great experience at laser web tonight celebrating my son?s birthday! The workers were fun and went out of their way to make it a great night!
My sister and I did our birthday party here! It was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our games of laser tag, food, and party room. Our hostess, Tori, was phenomenal! She was very kind and professional. I hope that Tori can be recognized for her amazing hospitality and hard work! Thank you. ?? PS- Adults reading this: do your birthday party here! You won't regret it! ??????
Bill and his team were very hospitable and treated our large group amazingly! The students loved to play Laser Maze!
Staff is always nice. Laser tag and the maze are fun. Prices aren't horrible.
Always fun! We buy the Groupon every time! Only downside, it did not seem like the guns were being wiped down after each round.
We love this place! We've had my son?s birthday party here for 2 years straight. The staff is incredible! They have everything planned out so you don't have to. The parties are staggered so there aren't a ton of kids doing one thing at once. Everything is very clean too! 5 stars!
Very cool gaming establishment,The staff was friendly and accommodating. The laser tag course is awesome! The audlts and kids had a blast!
Came here for a birthday meet-up for one of my kid's friends. $22 was a solid 2 hours of non-stop games and activities. My kiddo had a (laser) blast! One thing to note, their pizza is awful. I was really hungry so I spent $4.25 on two slices of pizza that, together, were less than a third of a Sbarro slice of pizza. It's the most rediculous way to nickel and dime customers, but i guess food-desperate is their market at those prices. It's not like they have any restaurants right next door so power to t
Decent spot and pretty large laser tag arena. Vests are older and laser guns are shotty. I played a few games and didn't get a reliable vest any of those games. The prices are not bad and probably equal out to the actual game time. Bad part is that you will wait long time for a game if there a lot of people there since it is only one area for lasertag. The facility is very old and needs to be updated for sure. Arcade games and such are rather old.
My laser gun turned completely off several times, and i kept having to ask them to reset it. Still had a lot of fun. After the game, I went to the concession because I wanted to buy a drink; the employee was slowly placing pepperonis on a pizza, and she was alone, and I was the only customer. I asked if I could buy a Pepsi, and without looking up, she replied ?maybe later because I am busy right now?. I am still confused by the interaction.
Love this place. Been coming here since I was a kid and it was still QZar. Now I get to bring my 9 y/o and she loves it too! The young staff is super friendly and genuinely seems to want her to have a good time. Also, big thanks for keeping the snacks super affordable!
We came to play a game of laser tag and play some arcade games after an extravagant dinner at the neighboring Melting Pot. When we walked in there was a group of 4 entering the briefing room to start an awesome game of tag. The gentleman that was taking care of us at the front desk let us know that the next one would be about a 45 minute wait and we told him we would pass, that it was too long of a wait. No big deal. He was nice enough to let us quickly pay so we could join that round. He definitely didn't
We heard good things & had high hopes but were disappointed with a few things: 1) Pre-game briefing room: Too dark, no screen/video to watch on how to play, Employee too quiet & they mumbled all directions, unenthusiastic, & stated there were no lights in the room when we said we couldn't see. 2) Too short: Charge $10 for 30 minute sessions. Twenty minutes is ok, not great. By the time my group figured the rules out, our game was over. 3) No clear directions, no visuals. 4) Price: Fair
Really fun for me and the kiddo, instantly made some friends and played for hours
I had to postpone my son's birthday party. We all had covid, then turned around and now 2 out of 4 of us have a major upper respiratory infection. Laser Web is being amazing and putting the deposit on hold and going to reschedule it once we are better.
The summer hours aren't very flexible for kids who are out of school. We babysit 2 kids and I tried 3 times to take them. We have them Wednesday?s and every other Thursday night. We used to live at the pool but the weather hasn't cooperated and this is the only indoor activity that's a reasonable cost in the area. We are going to make it up to them by taking to the Web in West Chester next time because they are actually open reasonable hours during the summer to entertain kids. We won't be making another
We went there at 2 oclock(when they are supposed to open) but the door was locked. I was waiting in my car when I saw an employee proceed to goup to the door, pull on it, then go back to his car. About 15 minutes later another employee came with the key to the place. When we finally got in there, it was overall a really enjoyable experience. They had some arcade games and tables to sit at. The laser tag was fun, but only about half of the guns work, so in the middle of the game you would have to switch them
Always a fun time for kids to burn off energy. Bundle price is just enough for a couple of hours of fun. Only complaint is it gets a little tight and warm on busy days if there's a few birthday parties going on.
Had my son?s 8th birthday party here and everyone had a wonderful time! The sky room is large with plenty of tables and chairs and was very clean. We had a few minutes to set up before the kids arrived and there was a schedule to keep the party moving which was super helpful. Our party host was there if needed but mostly stayed out of the way which worked well for us. I would definitely consider Laser Web again to host a birthday party!
I've been going here since I was 5. And it is still great! The staff is very nice, the arcade is fun, (I'd definitely suggest the tank game) and the laser tag is well organized and fun. The atmosphere also really feels like you're going to be doing something fun. Great place, would definitely recommend.
Me and the family had a great time here tonight! The laser tag was a blast! It lasted 20 mins and was only $8.50 per person. Fair pricing and the staff seemed nice. Will definitely come back
My husband and kids talked me into playing laser tag for the first time! And i had a blast ? so much fun ?? also took my son here fornhis birthday and he really enjoyed himself & the arcade.
Took my family here to play laser tag on a Thursday, when they had unlimited play and we had a great time. Employees were friendly and the atmosphere was great, not too wild like other places that I've been too. We will definitely be back.
Had my sons birthday party here today. Only thing good about it was our host Grace. She made sure we had whatever we needed. Upon arrival our room was still dirty so I had to wait to setup. The Laser Tag had upper levels with like gated vents on the floor that felt unsteady walking/running over them eventually someone's gonna fall through. Pizza was mediocre. Not a lot of fun games and most used alot of tokens to play. After the party was over I had to take things to the car so I stopped pass the desk whic
A nephew's 7th birthday party was held here. Thank you to Alissa for the assistance and rounding up the children for their Lazer tag sessions, bringing the beverages as needed, and pizza when ready.
Great laser-tag games that are fun for the whole family. We came out on a Friday and there were games we could join with other people that we didn't have to wait an hour for. The employees were so friendly and explained the laser tag and laser maze thing very clearly and in depth. I did have trouble at first with the laser guns but I was able to find the attendant very quickly and he helped me realize that I wasn't using the two triggers correctly. He offered to switch my vest but I decided not to since it
This is a great place to take kids! The laser tag is fun and, as long as there are other players, frequent. They also have a laser maze - laser beams you try not to break will crossing the room -- a small version of an escape room, VT goggles and some video games. They also have rooms for parties, a decent snack counter and a screen where you can watch some of the laser tag game. I knocked off a star because I do wish there was some kind of package deal with a price break if you wanted to do several of the
I want to give this place five stars, but I can't. It could be though if they worked to improve their equipment. Our first game of laser tag was great. However our second one had major malfunctions. There were 3 of us in our party. One of us had to get a new pack because it wouldn't shoot. The second of us had intermittent issues. However I had the most problems. My first pack didn't initialize updated on the game starting. I had to swap for a new pack. During the game, the new pack completely turned o
Had a blast playing, but my gun and a few of the other people I was with, said our guns were not firing right I also checked it by standing in front of someone and it didn't register the shot. The game was a blast the equipment not so good
1st time I had been. Was just me and my 14yr old daughter. Had a great time nice selection of arcade games, but most are 4 tokens to play. Laser tag was fun. Recommend calling ahead if you have a small group to see if they are having a party(more ppl = more fun) there was a party while we where their and lots of ppl showed up after 5. The virtual reality was great and very enjoyable. Loads of laughs and created tons of memories. Daughter absolutely loved it.
We used a Groupon ticket to get in and it was so much fun!!! There were four of us (all adults) and we had a blast. The arcade games and the laser maze were fun as well! I didnt get to try the food or the VR section, but there's always next time lol.
Perfect for birthdays... had a small party for my 13 year old and it was awesome. We've used this location for 5 birthdays and 3 times have gone just to play laser tag and games.
This place has been open for decades. Birthday parties are great here, their planning is wonderful. The arcade seems to just keep growing, their laser tag is what you would expect, they also offer a laser maze!
I have hosted my son's birthday party here multiple times over the years. Some people have complained about the money aspect buy it is worth the price to me. The arcade games are good if you are just wasting some time before laser tag or if you are waiting on food. the younger kiddos who are too little for the actual verses matches can play in the arcade or do the maze. The staff are helpful but a little pushy if they think you might not have your room cleaned up by your allotted time. It hasn't been an i
I went there yesterday for a birthday party. The air wasn't working in either of the party rooms. It felt better outside on the 90 degree day than it did in there. And a lot of the guns didn't work properly for laser tag.
Every day they are open they have deals. Laser tag map is not a bad size. If it weren't for the deals the prices might be a bit much. For example, normally 3 laser tag games would cost $20. With the play all day deal on Thursdays, you can play as many laser tag games as you want for $18.
3/7/20 My son just had his 8th birthday party here and everyone loved it! They also let us in the building alittle early to setup for the party which was really nice. The staff was well organized with an agenda and time lines for his party. WOW! Our party host was awesome she was helpful, kind, and friendly the whole time that we were there. The room was huge we had plenty of space for the guests and extra family members too. The kids loved Laser Tag, gaming and socializing with each other during the party.
It was okay. The laser tag area is nice. Plenty of hiding spots. It sucks that you have to wait to play if no one else is in the game ahead of you. Games in the arcade were pretty basic.
Very great place to play some Laser Tag! The food is pretty good but not anything mind blowing. They almost always have a game running and have some pretty cheap prices for what you get. Highly recommend.
Look for deals. I'm sorry it's just not worth $8 per game. Check the Dayton calendar of events, there are a lot of days and times when there's a deal. We miss Lazer Quest price wise and ambiance wise. Picking your own name, having the top players recognized after each match and truly energetic staff. Anyway Laser Web's equipment is a bit worn out too. The last time we were there more than a few of the vests were worn past the pleather coating and at least twice someone in our party had to change out rigs fo
My son turned 8 today and all he wanted to do was play Laser tag. So we decided to go to Laser Web in Centerville. We played two games and the first was great because it was early and it was only the 6 of us in the arena. The second game was horrible. There were 8 people on our team and about 15 teenagers on the other team (who had just finished their first game while we patiently waited for out next game). I asked if there was a maximum number of players and it was 30!!! Wow I can't believe they would let
If you're looking for a thorough review of the Laser Tag and nothing else, then read on. I've been playing for about 18 years now and I still love it. Even though I'm approaching my late 20's, I still throw myself into it 110% every time. So earlier this week a friend and I ventured up to the Laser Web in Dayton, and the experience they have there is a hidden gem. The Laser Web in Dayton uses the DarkLight laser tag system. The vests are pretty standard on expectations, although slightly on the heavier
It's laser tag with arcade games, staff is usally friendly and the kids have fun
DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IT IS HORRIBLE. Dont waste your time and money. I had a horrible experience there. I'm honestly surprised this place is still in business. It looks so old and run and the few acarde games they have are not clean really sticky. The areana is extremely SMALL! It got old really quick when you're just running circles. It's too small NO FUN too outdated. Don't bring your kids there don't waste your time and money.
My husband an I went there for his birthday and did the VR experience and it was really awesome. The staff were really nice and helpful. This was our first experience with this and they did a great job.
They hosted one of the best birthday parties my kid has ever had. They took very good care of us, all the guests had a blast, it was just all around a great time.
First time ever playing laser tag. Great fun. Staff is extremely friendly and polite. Definitely coming back again. They do parties and group activities.
Fun laser tag and good assortment of arcade games. Definitely a fun place to check out. Helpful and friendly staff, too.
Friendly and helpful great customer service!
Evan was very kind and helpful.
We had a great time my son got to do laser tag and went through a laser maze and they got virtual reality now and a lot of games which are pretty fun we had fun we have super fun and everybody there was so pleasing and my son had a blast and he just wants to go back and about getting back again so I definitely recommend this place have fun everybody we did
Small laser tag venue with some arcade games. There is also a laser maze that my 5 year old loves. I had some trouble with my vest/gun dying but they were quick to resolve.
Not good at all. The vest are horrible and it's a stress to even pull the trigger. Very hard to tag someone. The arcade games are outdated and down right boring, especially for the price they charge it's ridiculous.
Quite a few games didn't work. P.A. System is as quiet as a church mouse. We never heard out games get called. It wasnt even very loud in there. It has changed owners over the years but it never seems to change. The gaming floor has been updated. Thats about it.
Alot of the guns don't work. I watch multiple people walk out to switch guns and vest. A place that is designed for laser tag everything should work without an issue.
So LIVE with LASERS flying everywhere! Plus it has an arcade. Everyone in the family will definitely have an exciting time:)Also check me out on YouTube at Queen Mary: In My Life:)
Right amount of fun for the right price. Today was buy one get one free. $8 for 2 people for 1 round. Good times! Only complaint would be that the equipment seemed a little out of date.
My son, his friends and I all had a blast with the arcade, pizza, and laser tag, but most of all it wore the kids out for a quiet ride home lol
Fun little place, friendly staff. Lazer tag, Lazer maze, arcade, birthday party rooms, concession stand, virtual reality room. They have a little of everything to keep everyone occupied ??
They are always friendly and helpful ??
Fun , family friendly amusement. For younger kids we have been fortunate enough to be here with parties. Older kids and dates will have fun in the evenings.
I greatly appreciate this place for their different options of fun. The laser maze was something new and fun that my kids and I enjoyed. Thanks for a night of perfect family fun.
It was really fun me and my brothers went and had a great time the people there were nice and all I can say is it was so fun
$20 for 2 laser tags, 2 laser web games, and 25 tokens! My son says best laser tag around!
The kids Love this place!!
The staff here is great. We came with with a bunch of friends after a lunch across the street to just mess around. We had a great time!
The staff and owners are so friendly. They seem to really care about the business. Not to mention we had a blast!
i met this kind young woman named lindsay. lindsay if you're out there, i miss you. give me your number u beautiful woman.
It is such a fun place to go and you can even have fun when not playing Lazer tag with the cool arcade games !!!Lazer web is so amazing and fun!!!!
Great place for kids to play safely. Kind a very pleasant personal. We had great day. Thank you
very fun !! Recommend for kids for birthdays parties or anything. Kids would love it ?? !
Super friendly, thanks for a great time for my teens.
Fun for everybody my son loves this place great for birthday celebrations and when you can't play outside
Good place for a kids party! Hadn't played in decades....still just as fun as I remember.
Attended a birthday party for one of my son's friends. All the kids (and adults) had fun!
Ask for Rachel, the manager. She was awesome! We had a great time and it was much cheaper than I thought it would be.
Had a college student group come for a team building event and it was fantastic!! We all really enjoyed ourselves and will be back again.
Pretty fun place. Wish the lazer missions were a little bit cheaper... qe would've stayed longer.
Staff was nice, everyone in our party had a great time. We will be back for more fun.
Went for my son's birthday, great staff and atmosphere. A lot of fun
This is your typical laser tag. It's fun none the less and will probably be back soon. Kids and teens love it.
It's a fun game but the employees here seem to hate their job. The arcade games are old and pricey
Great arena. Favorite laser tag in this area. Everything is clean and new. Staff was great too
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
