A lot of fun for sure. Went in with my friends (2 other adults) intending to kill 20 minutes since we happened to be in the area and ended up in there just playing arcade games for nearly 2 hours. Not a huge variety, but it's also not the main draw so I get it. Pretty cheap, very friendly staff. The Pirate Hook game gave me a gambling addiction. 10/10

Took my daughter to a birthday party held here. Amenities were great and atmosphere was exactly what I expected. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the overall cleanliness of the place. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. LOTR pinball machine puts the place over the top!

We had my son's birthday party here and we had a great experience! Between the arcade and the two rounds of laser tag, all of the kids were entertained and had a fun packed time! We had a team outing for our real estate group here. Matt was our instructor here and I could not be more impressed. He's an example of someone who truly loves and feels passionate about his job. We are 100% coming back to play more laser tag here again. I also would like to note that the arcade was a great bonus to have between games and the pizza was not bad at all. Parking was excellent and it doesn't hurt that starbucks is right next door.

We recently rented out Laser Storm for our daughter's 11th birthday. It was awesome. The kids had a fantastic time, both with the arcade games and the laser tag. And Brannon and Aidan were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure she had a great birthday.

Amazing first time experience with group of college+ friends. We had a group of 10 and joined with other groups but was enjoyable nonetheless. The arena is surprisingly big (I ran out of breath and was drenched in sweat) after each round. Facility and equipments were all relatively new and nicely working. Guys and girls both had a blast as a group activity.

We had a birthday party for our 11 year old here. She had 17 total guests which was a good amount for 2 teams for a game of laser tag. Our party hostess Jordan was excellent! I've been coming to Laser Storm for over a decade, but just recently we booked a 3 Game Exclusive with a group ranging from ages 6-70 and everyone had a blast! Joey and Brandon were extremely accommodating and did everything they could to make sure we had a fun time. If you haven't done laser tag here, you must!

One of the OG laser tag spots in Pittsburgh. The history here stretches back 30+ years, and they have the trophies to show for it. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and does a LOT to make everyone feel safe and ensure they're having a good time. The few arcade machines they have aren't in the best shape, but it's enough to entertain in between games. Great experience!

Spent part of my bachelorette party here. The course is fun and the staff was friendly. We versed a kid and his big brothers and had a blast. The games last about 25 minutes (between putting on gear, directions, and game play). I love this place.

Lots of fun for me and my two kids 6-8. It was our first time playing so the (super nice) guy working that day gave us an awesome tutorial. After playing laser tag we had lots of fun on the ski ball machines and won lots of tickets to trade in on prizes. We went on a Wednesday and they even had a discount on laser tag! Everytime we've been here it's been a blast but tonight we took are nieces and nephews for the holidays and it was so special. The staff was great and our guy working our games was just incredible. He took time during our game to cheer the kids on and teach our 4 year old niece how to play throughout the entirety and made it such a fun experience for them all!

I took a group of 60+ kids & leaders here for a 4-5th grade event. The staff did a fantastic job accommodating such a large group in a 2 hour window. Not only were they efficient and organized, but they were incredibly kind and helpful. It was a great and FUN experience for the kids, and easy for me as the leader.

I honestly love this place bc my sons love it. We come at least 1 x per month. It's typically a great time. I've never had any ?major problems? aside from machines eating my money, or it being too crowded. However, tonight I bout two games for 3 people. We had my sons 8th birthday here and it was by far the easiest and best party to date! From the moment we walked in, our party coordinator was on top of everything. She did an amazing job gathering the kids and taking them back to the arena, getting food drinks and cake ready on time! I can not say enough good things about this place! Brought a couple of the soccer teams that I coach here for a holiday get together, we had a blast! me and a group of coworkers came for a team building exercise. we were told they open at 12 pm and when we got there at 11:50 am, we were waiting for 40 minutes and no worker showed up. we called in advance to confirm there opening time, there were two other groups also waiting for Laser Storm to open. I love Laser Storm! Recently had my youngest's 8th birthday party there with 12 kids in attendance. They all LOVED it. Private games, so they're not thrown in with bigger, older kids or adults. The friendly and super helpful staff were attentive. The party package is an excellent value and competitively priced against other local options, but this has a very unique laser tag experience. Then he and his friends got to play games in the arcade area (which isn't busy and very clean). We had a very nice young man that was the coordinator. I very rarely leave reviews, but the staff here was so phenomenal I felt compelled to share. The two men working here went above and beyond to help my nephews and I understand the game. Been going for a couple years now. Had our son's 9th birthday there and it was the best birthday party we've ever had. It was so easy. They took care of everything. The whole party went smooth, the kids and adults had a blast, and the cake was DELICIOUS. Ended up getting memberships to keep track of scores and levels and we usually go once a week now.

The arcade area in the lobby is well maintained and the were plenty of games for the kids to play. We had some issues with a voucher we had purchased and Debbie really helped us out with it. The layout of the area is cool, keeps the two teams separate so you have to play together as a team.

This is very different from other laser tag places I've been to. The gear here is older, they dint have suits that light up. Instead you aim the players headset and guns. And guns need to be energized every now and then. The arena is flat instead of having levels, but we still had fun. The place was good and game was organized. They also have 2 birthday rooms available and a few arcade games. Overall experience was good.

The management is really bad, maybe I just happened to be there on their bad day, but it was my kids Birthday, and they couldn't be bothered to look like they cared about their jobs. This was our first Lazer Tag experience and it was definitely a great one. Large well-organized laser tag arena. Helpful staff that explains everything with maps of the place and detailed instructions about how to play. We really had a great time. Also a nice-sized game room and food.
