I took my niece there yesterday to play for her birthday. The place is small but accommodating. The lazer tag room has multiple levels and is spacious. Kids had a blast, new owners are welcoming and staff is very helpful. Definitely coming back again!

I had my sons b day party here and I'm so glad we did. The place was clean and staff was super attentive. All activities were enjoyed but the laser tag topped it all. Parents joined the kids for a laser tag game and it was a blast! This will be a place for our family for many years to come.

Lots of fun! I have been craving laser tag for like 9 months and finally gave in and drove an hour to this place. Boy, was it worth it. Had to do 1v1 for laser tag because there weren't any other people there, but it was a great time. I did lose, but that was to no fault of the facility. Arcade was fun but expensive (as arcades are), and sadly one of the guns for the fps game did not work so I had to pretend to shoot the goblin friends for 4 credits, but I think I'll live with that. Brought a large group of teens here. It was a great experience. The staff was extremely organized and helpful. (I can not say enough good things about the staff.) The actual laser tag games were so much fun. Everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back.

2nd time there and it was just as good as the first kids and adults had a great time customer service was amazing keke was great with the kids she was so patient and kind and she definitely made sure we had a great time amd went over and beyond and made sure the birthday girl had fun as we'll definitely recommend can't wait to go again

Great staffing, and ok laser tag experience, but upon my visit today, only 4 arcade machines actually worked well. About 5 machines stopped working on me. Small establishment, with very bad and understocked prize counter. Employee service is really the only reason this place doesn't get a 1 star review.

We had my sons birthday party there. Private games of laser tag, it was just our party on an awesome course. There is an arcade, VR ride and bumper cars as well. Party package was priced well compared to other places. We brought our own snacks and cake but they will provide pizza if you want. Kiki, our party host was amazing. I didn't have to do anything but watch my kid have fun! Very clean, very nice staff, highly recommend!

It's always a great time when we come! There are two floors inside the laser tag room, which we love ( The adults may have more fun then the kids in there lol !). We've come several times for parties and just family visits, we've yet to be disappointed. Staff is very interactive with the kids which is a plus! The kids love the arcade games, VR & bumper cars. 4 of my friends and I went there on a Thursday night. Even though no one else was there, we had the time of our lives. The arena is great and can lead to some casual games or even fast tactile encounters. The mirror room has so many angles to get your enemy. Its not that expensive either. Great for anyone. Plus thee owner and staff made us feel safe and connect with us well. I will be returning again for laser tag action!

Laser Planet Plus hosted my son?s 12th birthday party and it was a great experience for everyone! The staff at Laser Planet Plus were above and beyond great. Sushi was our party host and he kept a gaggle of 12 year olds engaged and entertained in between the main attractions of bumper cars, laser tag and arcade games. 450.00 for a birthday party. Party of 14 which they are too small to accommodate. They were un organized. They wanted everyone there 15in early, but wouldnt allow them to do anything for 30min AFTER the start time. Every have 14 kids standing around for 45 min. The kids had a great time (the whole point) but very disappointed for the cost of it all. The price doesn't include pizzas we paid extra for and water. Don't bother booking a birthday. Phone calls and texts were not returned. When we arrived, the staff seemed disorganized, and didn't know who our party host was. We had to wait 50 minutes to play laser tag. Our party host really tried, but young kids don't want to play charades or trivia for that long. The place itself was clean, a variety of games and activities, and there is room for hosting parties. The staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating for our group of 25. Charlie, who I think is the owner or manager, is great with the kids and super friendly! The laser tag is accurate and has a large venue. There are a handful of arcade games and a small area for bumper cars. Restrooms are clean and parking is easy. It's a little hidden in the plaza that it's in, but it's a great place. Additionally, the young man who works on Friday nights with Charlie is extremely pleasant and makes the experience even better.

We held our son's birthday party at laser planet today and it was a fantastic experience! Booking the party was easy and everything except the cake is included in the package! Our host was upbeat and efficient. We had an all around great experience and our kids are looking forward to going back!

The staff here are absolutely amazing! When my coupon wasn't working, they just gave me the coupon's deal anyways, without any hesitation. The food is alright, but the mediocre food is alright due to the awesome course! Very great aesthetics, keeping the "outer-space" feel everywhere in the building. Plus, the course had 2 floors! Came yesterday with 3 of my friends and I have to say that Laser Planet Plus is the best place for Laser Tag in all of Connecticut! Very impressive arena, clean facility, and solid equipment. We all had a blast! Can't believe they had been closed for 15 months during the height of the pandemic and I'm so glad they managed to pull through. I highly recommend this place to all those that want to play Laser Tag. Bring all your friends and support small business!!! Can't wait to be back!

This place was a bit empty. It wasn't the best place as the prizes were cheap. For example, one small object is like 250 tickets or something. The worker was nice but looked depressed. The middle area where you bump the cars was so legitimately small. Laser tag room was so lowkey and the best it was enormous with made it exciting. Machines weren't that bad but they could use some adjustments.

Brought my boyfriend and our friends here for his birthday (all of us are in our early to late 20s) and we had an amazing time. I thought it'd be a space more targeted towards children but we all had a great time. The set up is fun and engaging, and you get a lot of play for your money. I brought my 10 year old daughter and 2 best friends here as a part of her birthday wknd activities. They played 2 games and played in the arcade btwn each game. They had a blast. The only complaint they had was that there was no AC where they were playing laser tag...and I would say the arcade is kinda small...other than that it's cool.

Small and appears dirty. The restrooms were less than, didn't even want to touch the door once I saw the condition of the restroom. We arrived a little early for a party and were told we had to wait outside until the time the party started. A large group of us went here on new years eve for their $20 special. For the cost, it was fine, but the rooms are way too small for the number of people they cram in there! We were a party of 11 and they always had at least 20 people in each small room. They also give a list of rules that no one bothers enforcing (no stalking, no camping, etc) which made it not fun. The laser tag was very fun in free-for-all rounds and team rounds. If you bring a group of friends/family, you should have a nice time.

What a blast. The place has home bases to attack, catwalks and ramps to scale. The scores are tallied automatically by computer for team totals. A small arcade and mini golf round out the fun. Worth checking out for birthday parties for the kiddies. They run periodic specials and the Friday deal in a money saver.

This place is really awesome. Laser tag is really fun and arcade games are very current where you can win lots of tickets. Prices are also great too. Definitely going to this place again!

It was okay. I went to hangout here with my friends and did not have a good experience. Me and my friends ask to be on a team together. And what does the person in charge do? He tells us he will make sure, we were on separate teams and he did. Also they're equipment are broken. The laser gun I got didnt have it's codename displayed so I couldn't find out my score. It's very fun but when I went one of the bases wasn't working and that team won, and the workers said that it didn't matter but it clearly did, also sometimes there are really small games witch is annoying. I still had a great time though.

Small, dark, cramped, very few games, and the laser tag floor is wide open. Bathroom doors not properly aligned for privacy. This whole place looks like it was an afterthought and is run on a shoestring. The lobby of Monster Mini Golf puts this whole place to shame.

I really gotta say. This place leaves a lot to be desires. It is very poorly run. Management has a major attitude problem. Service is slow and very inefficient. Go bowling with the kids instead.

Disrespectful manager , most of the Arcadia games are broken , too expensive ,nothing for children's 5 and under . We had to keep going back no main desk due to after putting tokens in games they're not working , manager seemed to be bother and gave me and my children's an attitude even so that we spent about 65 $ .

This place is loads of fun, you get a great workout out in as well without even realizing it. You even get a score card afterwards that shows exactly how many hits you got.

Cool little spot in the corner, Its decent but can become uncomfortable if it is packed, this place is small and if it's packed u cant really have fun but this is an excellent spot to go to when it's not packed. No more then 30 people
