Great customer service! This place has rapid response to fix games when they break. We had several games not work properly and they were fixed within minutes. One of the pinballs stopped working and he put up with me asking a million questions about how it works AND was kind enough to explain & show me how they work!! how cool!!!! Fun place! Decided to take my teens and their friend. We did the $37 package which included the Nerk Turf - this is a Nerk gun battle. It was about 35- 40 mins - so much fun for adults and small kids. The laser tag was different than what I played previously. I didn't particularly like this style of laser tag but everyone else was having fun. The arcade games were great. Ordered pizza and a pretzel and the food is good. We would defiantly go back.

Nonstop fun for the family regardless of ages. Laser tag was the funniest warm up, and VR was exciting. Refills on the soda was very helpful.

I can't say enough good things about the birthday party we threw for my 9 year old son here. The staff was so attentive, kind and organized. And it was a stress free party for us as parents. Laser Ops Xtreme Fun Center is fun for the whole family. The facility was clean and the games are pretty self explanatory. Be careful about what price bundle packages you choose and the explanations of them. The staff is almost entirely inarticulate, but no one was rude so I can only complain so much. We enjoyed the Tactical Laser Tag, Bazooka Ball, Video Arcade, and the VR Gaming. My son had a blast! Next time we'll try the bar drinks and food too.

It really was alot of fun! My girl found a Groupon that gave us 3 hours unlimited gaming, vr and an hour of lazer tag for 50 bucks! The lazer tag was a highlight, good setup, great arena.

The Xtreme Fun Center for Laser Ops is fantastic! We were blown away by VR games like Hologate. There was a lot of action in laser tag. My children adored the arcade games and Nerf Arena. Perfect for weekend fun or birthday celebrations!

Extremely psychotic about kids water bottles. Warning! The airport TSA allows kids water bottles, Busch Gardens, the zoo, etc. There's no reason. Staff are rude as well, we are hosting a birthday party here, and staff doesn't know the schedule either. The game machines also don't work. So disappointing.

They have a nice large, clean entertaining facility for families of all ages. We came here yesterday for a 1st graders birthday party of 20 kids (7yr old ish). A lot of fun! Our group loved the Laser Tag and tried Bazooka Ball for the first time! Lots of video games, pinball, basketball and high tech virtual games. The food was very good with a variety of healthy choices.

Lazer Ops Xtreme is a really good place for kids. my kid enjoyed it a lot and had a great experience there. We went with the minimum package, and that was enough to make my kid happy. Staff is good too.

The staff was pretty nice but overall everything seemed a bit pricey. The arcade definitely seemed more expensive. They had some classic games and pinball too. I was just there for DDR but the VR archery and the laser tag seemed like they would be fun.

The laser ops is much better than others in my opinion because you have to aim at the sensor on the gun instead of a vest. It makes the game much more fun and entertaining.

Manager is EXTREMELY rude and non accommodating. My son had a birthday party. I paid for extra pizza and drinks for parents. I asked for ONE more cup so my baby can drink from a straw and not water bottle and they said NO! I ended paying for a a cup!!! Then it gets better my daughter is delayed so I wanted my husband to go in the room to assist my disabled daughter and they told me i would have to.ask the manager. She told me he couldn't unless I paid for him and if there was an extra spot. Like uhhmm excus

VR games were smooth with a high refresh rate. Laser tag is always a fun time. I 100% recommend BazookaBall. It looks intimidating but is a good time. Full bar and food is good.

Kids had a blast here. The laser tag is fun and is about an hour long and worth the price. We also got an hour game card. Only thing to note is that laser tag starts at the top of the hour so you might want to plan your game time accordingly if you have a timed game card.

I hate when people have stupid policies. Walked in with a Sbux coffee from next door and they told me I had to stay up front. I asked if they sold coffee because I would?ve been glad to have purchased a cup from them. They don't. They sell other drinks, so it's not a no drink policy. My Grandson was visiting me from Philadelphia and 1st of all the bartender was the best experience we had there. The laser room was extremely hot as if they were more concerned about saving money on the A/C. Very ghetto including the fact that my daughter's laser weren't working & staffed refused giving her a refund so she had to sit outside the room waiting for us to finish. I'll never go back there again. Manager could care less about providing any Customer Service. I would take stars away on this review

Great place to have a night out with friends. The bazooka ball is so much fun. The laser tag was great but it's the gun that has the sensor only so you're running around trying to hit each other's gun, headshots and body shots don't really count. It's 20 minutes of shooting and a second match of 20 shortly after. Hope you're ready for cardio. Arcade games are fine too. Pizza was meh but the bar is convenient.

Clean venue and amazing staff, highly recommend. Daughter lost her cell phone at the venue during a field trip and management and staff were very helpful. They were kind enough to take our phone number and called us shortly after closing, and once all the games were turned off, to call the cell phone one last time. Thankfully, they were able to locate the phone. They could have blown us off but were extremely helpful---definitely a place I would visit again because of their great service!

The laser tag area is crazy my 15yo son, 6yo daughter and a few others had a blast. It gets real competitive! Played a few arcade games then the VR which was fun and very intense. We'll definitely go back!

Booked a 12th laser tag Birthday party with 10 kiddos (age 8-17). The day of the party I was sick & couldn't go, and my husband was on his own. Parker was the Party Host & he was phenomenal. Super fun laser tag arena, arcade, and more! Went here with some other people for a staff outing and it was a blast! Some of the guns didn't work during laser tag, which was quickly fixed by the staff who brought us new ones. Looking forward to our next staff outing here!

We had a blast today at LaserOps. It's a good place for all ages(Our group was late 20s early 30s)..The archery,laser and paintball style game were fun.. The nachos were one of the best I've had in Tampa, and the bar had a good selection..The only advice would be to train the front desk personnel to be more friendly when customers enter

Great place to take the kids. They have things to do for everyone of all ages. However, it is alittle pricey. The games are timed way too low. The hyperdeck VR was my kids favorite, but you only get 6-7 minutes of play time. That's alittle ridiculous. Especially since that game sat unused by anyone else besides my kids for the 3 hours we were there. The laser tag was alot of fun, I would recommend updating to better equipment though.

The hyper deck was the best thing in this place ?? for us. The games were fun but for spending close to 150 I really expected more than a Lil five dollar toy as a prize. The beat saber was disappointing for my son considering it took 25 credits off card only to have the headset broken n held together by ponytail holders it looked like. I appreciate that there is a laser tag for our kids. And that there is variety, pinball games, go cart, food and laser tag is a lot of fun. So they get 3 stars for that. If the quality was higher it would be an easy 4 stars. Leaving room for an incredible 5 stars which this is not there. The pluses are very evident. The laser tag is fun. The games are fun. We Bought a Groupon for play cards, vr, and laser tag and visited for father's day. Decent selection of games to play with the cards that work for non redemption games only. Racing, basketball, air hockey, old school pac man and Mario, etc. One of their vr headsets was broken so the 4 of us couldn't all play together. I would give this five stars if I had eaten the food or looked more carefully at the prize desk, but from the Arcade and Laser Tag I think I can say this is amazing. Laser tag is themed! Props, story, theming, and everything. I must say for average ticket payout to number of credits per dollar I think that 40 credits for ten dollars for an average of lower amounts of tickets is a bit overpriced, but let's be honest it's fun. I like that there's VR here because I feel like most arcades haven't implemented VR

I like this location. They have a good selection of arcade games and their laser tag set up is both fun and unique. What kept me from giving 5 stars is that some of the games need some TLC: games missing balls, games with broken equipment, etc.. If they are missing components or are damaged, turn them off or put a sign on them. Lost a few dozen credits in games that should have been out of order.

Upside? Laser tag...definitely a pretty fun 40 minutes since a portion of it was lost waiting for everyone to be in the room, the talk, explanation, set up...etc. Would be better if the explanation and all was separate to the actual play time. Downside? Alot of machines were down, and some only had some sections of it working which affected family play, despite being told that they were all working upon arrival. The place was really nice. Smaller than other establishments but clean and responsive. The staff is small, so be patient. I would recommend for a small youth birthday party(8-10). Larger groups will not have the required space. Gift shop doesn't offer much, but it caters to the kids.

It was a alot of fun and great for kids of varied ages. I had a 7, 10 and 3 - 13yr olds with me and they all had a blast. The guy that did the archery was great at taking his time to explain things to my 10 yr old who has special needs. The staff is very patient with all the kids. Location was okay, however their Laser Tag markers are not super great. They are very hard to target and many times you think you should be hitting someone and you are not.
