We were here for a birthday party, and the kids had a blast. I'm happy they allow spectators in the laser tag area so parents can go to watch. It's ok. A small place compared to others we've been to, which is fine. One of the machines got jammed with my son's token. I told one of the employees that was already fixing another machine and obviously annoyed. He said he was going to take a look at it later, but never got to it. Then when I tried to get money out of the ATM so we could buy more tokens, it was down and we had no other way of buying tokens. The manager tried to reset it, but it was a no go. This arcade and laser tag place is great and fun. It is a little small, but it has great return on tickets for prizes. Haven't tried the laser tag yet but I've seen groups of people go through the laser tag room and come out very happy and satisfied. I believe the laser tag was around 11-13 dollars per person to play. They also discounts for first responders and military personnel.

My kids absolutely love coming here, it's their go to destination for their birthday the past few years. Great fun for a great value. Gotta love a good arcade and laser tag.

To be honest, I am just excited they have the Laserforce laser tag system here. It is -by far- the best laser tag systems... however... the owner does not allow the employees to run any of the specialty games. Lots of arcade games, though crammed a bit into a small space. They also have the typical redemption prizes for tickets won at many of the games.

Went to a laser tag Birthday. The kids were 9 and 10 and had a great time! You arrive and need to sign up a time for your group to do laser tag. They give you a color key card and time slot. The Birthday rooms are a little small. It for about 10-15 people. But since all the parents came to the party to it would have been way to hot and crowded to all be in the bday room together. We attended a birthday party here and it was very fun. It's not a huge place but has ample games and fun available. They use the tokens and ticket system where kiddos are striving to earn prizes. The laser tag arena is very fun and has 2 levels. All of the kiddos in the party (and several adults) enjoyed laser tag. All equipment worked very well and it was super fun. The party took place on a Saturday during spring break so it was super busy/crowded but everyone still had fun.

Our family with 2 boys 5 & 7 attended a birthday party here a few weeks ago and they still can't stop talking about it and asking to go back. There is a great selection of arcade games that kept everyone super occupied in between lazer tag sessions. We were there on a Friday night and it was PACKED, but everyone had a blast. Very small arcade with not many games. Two out of the three ticket machines didn't work so there was a long line at the one that did. Finally one of the rude female employees went around and fixed the other two.

The arcade games are cheaper than other places in the area, but the selection of games isn't great. Only one pinball game in the whole place. Most of the games are what I would describe as slot machines for kids, which I don't love. The real attraction is the laser tag, which is great!

This place was the coolest place! We just had our daughters 12th birthday there and the price was a great deal, the space was huge, and the staff were amazing! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday amazing! We will definitely be back for family night :)

My kids love this place. Laser tag is a lot of fun, and the arcade games are a good time as well. Pricing for a party there is decent as well. I'm taking off one star for two reasons. First: each time I've gone in for tag, the person giving the rules seemed grumpy or irritated with the kids for no apparent reason, and it is not always the same person. Second: the prizes to choose from with the game tickets are cheap and lame, and cost more tickets than they should, in my opinion.

Just had party #2 here-highly recommend! Yes, it gets busy on the weekends and it can get expensive with buying tokens, but the staff was so professional and helpful all throughout the party. The main staff gal that helped me kept me informed of times for the laser games and was flexible with the amount of members participating. Just overall great experience and made it super easy to have a great party.

Wonderful staff and the laser tag game was so much fun! My son's 18th birthday party was a huge success because of the great customer service who were extra helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we all had a great time. We even tipped the young woman helping $40 because she was so awesome!

We had my son's birthday party there and it was great. We brought our own cake and pizza. The employees are very nice and super respectful. We loved how relaxed the kids felt.

Was fun! Staff was friendly, helpful answered my questions and helped me get my walk in group of 11 into 3 games! Very impressive. Our group had an absolute blast. Plus they have 2 birthday rooms, bathrooms were clean and well stocked and the arcade is awesome if you have to wait in between laser tag rounds. We will be back.

My 8 year old thought it was "ok". Staff were not enthusiastic about explaining things and even walked into me in the laser tag arena because they were looking at their cell phone and not where they were walking. Played one laser tag match and spent 30-40 mins in the arcade.. kid walked out with 2 dollar store toys. The price for the game selection, overall quality and professionalism is about as backwards as it gets.

This place is awesome to visit even as a young adult. Bringing a group of friends here and just having some good clean fun with laser tag for a good price is a great time. This is a very fun place to take kids ages 5 and up. Lots of games and generous tokens for your dollar. The staff was considerate when machines ran out of tickets. The laser tag room is multi level and pretty big for kids. The only down side was the party rooms are very small, maybe seat 8 comfortably. Overall I would go again. Family friendly fun.

Lot of fun and not to bad price wise for two hours

I went to take my little brother to one of his friends birthdays. The birthday boys family paid for two laser tag matches. Both times the matches were referred by the same employee who's name I believe is Oren. Great place to throw a younger troops (boys) birthday party! Staff are very nice. I'm a big kid so I love to play games too. Laser tag is fun course is cool a little small but it's inside so that's helpful especially during the rainy season.

The arcade is a bit lacking, but I was explained to that their IT is to blame for the lack of repairs needed. So just be ready to loose a few tokens. BUT! The actual laser tag was amazing. The course was nice, neon and dark with good music and good equipment. It's also has multiple stories to play on, and the staff are great and so nice. Booked a room for my sons birthday. It was incredibly small. The kids didn't spend much time in it though due to the arcade and laser tag. The workers all had a rude demeanor and were not wanting to talk or help anyone. They made it seem like we were hassling them.

Me and my girl went there yesterday and had a serious blast. The arcade zone isn't massive but it has some of the best games, like claw machines and the tower of power. The manager on duty, Marly I think, was awesome. She's been very helpful and kind every time we've been there. Fun time at a 7 year olds birthday party. Lots of arcade games. Some you can win tickets for prizes. Most are 2-3 quarters/tokens per game. The actual laser tag game is a blast! We had my great-grandson's 6th birthday party there today. It was a great place good prices, and it's clean, very clean has good games the kids had so much fun in the laser tag part. Even that was nice and clean with good ventilation. Definitely we will be going back there for other celebrations

Very small arcade that eats your coins and the laser guns don't work. Great course though! Cool platforms and lots of twists and turns; it's just the laser tag vests are cheap and shut off randomly. But it's good for little kids I suppose, so bring them for sure.

We've gone here for many years at this point, and while there are issues from time to time with equipment not functioning properly (though they've been pretty solid lately) this place is 100% worth this visit. The laser tag bit was super fun! There are structures to hide behind, snipe from, charge...great set up! The front room is an arcade with loud music. Went there for the first time with my family for a birthday party and we had a great time! The arcade games/play area reminded me of a smaller but cleaner chuckie-cheese. The arcade games are anywhere between 2 to 4 quarters each game. The lazer tag room was really cool, there are two levels, lots of neon lights, fog and music. Each game is 10 minutes long, enough time to work out a sweat. It gets pricey real fast depending on the amount of people playing.

The laser tag was fun but a LOT of stuff out of order. Several games were down and 2 that weren't marked took our tokens and didn't work. Only one of the ticket counting machines worked and one of our laser tag vest didn't work which made us miss half of our turn.

My son went for a bday party. Lacey is out of my usual stomping grounds but found the place to be pleasant enough. The arcade area is smaller than simular places in pierce country but it was clean and not as chaotic as one might expect for a gathering place of kids and teens. Prize selection was small (maybe due to covid?) And 2 of our prizes broke as they were opened. But what do you expect? They were good on mask compliance. Recommend if you live in the area.

Very fun and the party rooms are good aslwell the lazer tag isn't too expensive but for $20 you only get 80 tokens and some games cost 3 -4 per person you can only play arcade games for around 10 minutes.

Horribly organized reservation system. We had reservations made, an entire household of children who got ready to head out only to be called in route and told our slots had been booked out for the night, sorry. We've been here in the past and enjoyed our visit. Multiple times. But this is a prime example of absolutely piss poor management of making sure they can accommodate as many people as possible without being a massive inconvenience to those who HAVE BOOKED TIME SLOTS!!! Went there for a party of 14, had last minute reservation and they were able to squeeze me in. Lady was really helpful,however I didn't catch her name pretty sure she was the lead on shift. Joey,austin and Jackson were hella helpful with making sure things went smooth. Definitely dope spot with workers that helped my lil bros birthday go great.

Reasonable priced entertainment for the entire family whether or not you decide to play Lazer tag or play the other many video games and family friendly games or just bring your kids here to do that while you sit back & play on your tablet or read a book while the kids blow off some steam.
