Laser Fun Zone

Laser Fun Zone

Reviews Summary

The venue offers fun laser tag and arcade games, with many praising the clean facilities and friendly staff. However, some complain about small party rooms, outdated or malfunctioning equipment, and occasional rude employees. While ticket redemption and token costs are criticized, the laser tag experience is consistently highlighted as a standout feature. Pricing is seen as reasonable, especially with deals, but cash-only options and cramped spaces can be drawbacks. Overall, it’s a popular spot for kids' parties and group outings, though room size and maintenance issues occasionally disappoint.

We were here for a birthday party, and the kids had a blast. I'm happy they allow spectators in the laser tag area so parents can go to watch. The laser tag area is much bigger than it appears from the outside. They did a very good job at explaining to the kids how to use everything and how to put it on. The workers were helpful, and I thought they had really great customer service overall. I was pretty impressed with the laser tag area. My #1 complaint was that the party room felt so tight, and the smel

It's ok. A small place compared to others we've been to, which is fine. One of the machines got jammed with my son's token. I told one of the employees that was already fixing another machine and obviously annoyed. He said he was going to take a look at it later, but never got to it. Then when I tried to get money out of the ATM so we could buy more tokens, it was down and we had no other way of buying tokens. The manager tried to reset it, but it was a no go. No cash = no tokens = no way to play games = no

We went here for my youngest birthday, and something had gone wrong with our reservation for the party room, it happens. However the lovely gals that were there immediately jumped into action to help problem solve and accommodate a party of roughly 20 people. Everyone had a blast! Party still went on! And they took incredible care of us! Thank you all for helping make my Littles Bday worth it and helping ensure his birthday went off without a hitch! Also, to the young gals that helped us today, you guys wer

This arcade and laser tag place is great and fun. It is a little small, but it has great return on tickets for prizes. Haven't tried the laser tag yet but I've seen groups of people go through the laser tag room and come out very happy and satisfied. I believe the laser tag was around 11-13 dollars per person to play. They also discounts for first responders and military personnel.

My kids absolutely love coming here, it's their go to destination for their birthday the past few years. Great fun for a great value. Gotta love a good arcade and laser tag.

To be honest, I am just excited they have the Laserforce laser tag system here. It is -by far- the best laser tag systems... however... the owner does not allow the employees to run any of the specialty games. Lots of arcade games, though crammed a bit into a small space. They also have the typical redemption prizes for tickets won at many of the games.

Went to a laser tag Birthday. The kids were 9 and 10 and had a great time! You arrive and need to sign up a time for your group to do laser tag. They give you a color key card and time slot. The Birthday rooms are a little small. It for about 10-15 people. But since all the parents came to the party to it would have been way to hot and crowded to all be in the bday room together. The arcade is super old school with tokens and tickets. I'm glad it wasn't any hotter that day it was hot inside and I kept trip

We attended a birthday party here and it was very fun. It's not a huge place but has ample games and fun available. They use the tokens and ticket system where kiddos are striving to earn prizes. The laser tag arena is very fun and has 2 levels. All of the kiddos in the party (and several adults) enjoyed laser tag. All equipment worked very well and it was super fun. The party took place on a Saturday during spring break so it was super busy/crowded but everyone still had fun.

Our family with 2 boys 5 & 7 attended a birthday party here a few weeks ago and they still can't stop talking about it and asking to go back. There is a great selection of arcade games that kept everyone super occupied in between lazer tag sessions. We were there on a Friday night and it was PACKED, but everyone had a blast. Another member of our party shared they came on a weeknight and it was pretty dead, so if you are looking for a little less crowds you might plan that. Staff was attentive and helpf

Went to a birthday party there for a 10-yr-old and 13 out of 14 of us had a blast! The other, well, I think maybe he got his butt kicked in lazer tag. L??L ~or maybe the adults got in our wayaaay!!

Had my twins Birthday Party here! Nice clean fun facility. Arcade games were fun and they all worked. Laser tag area was larger than expected and the kids & a few adults had a blast.

Fun for family. Arcade isn't as cool as it used to be but still has some ok games. The lazer tag is fun.

Very small arcade with not many games. Two out of the three ticket machines didn't work so there was a long line at the one that did. Finally one of the rude female employees went around and fixed the other two.

The arcade games are cheaper than other places in the area, but the selection of games isn't great. Only one pinball game in the whole place. Most of the games are what I would describe as slot machines for kids, which I don't love. The real attraction is the laser tag, which is great!

Arcade games are too expensive, just play the laser tag. No reservation required for party of 5. The game type is decided by voting before the game.

Pretty good place to host a birthday party and do laser tag, with also arcade games and friendly staff. Only problem was that the party rooms are too tight and smells.... questionable.

Great place to bring kids. Games still use tokens and tickets, which is awesome!

This place was the coolest place! We just had our daughters 12th birthday there and the price was a great deal, the space was huge, and the staff were amazing! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday amazing! We will definitely be back for family night :)

My kids love this place. Laser tag is a lot of fun, and the arcade games are a good time as well. Pricing for a party there is decent as well. I'm taking off one star for two reasons. First: each time I've gone in for tag, the person giving the rules seemed grumpy or irritated with the kids for no apparent reason, and it is not always the same person. Second: the prizes to choose from with the game tickets are cheap and lame, and cost more tickets than they should, in my opinion.

Just had party #2 here-highly recommend! Yes, it gets busy on the weekends and it can get expensive with buying tokens, but the staff was so professional and helpful all throughout the party. The main staff gal that helped me kept me informed of times for the laser games and was flexible with the amount of members participating. Just overall great experience and made it super easy to have a great party.

Wonderful staff and the laser tag game was so much fun! My son's 18th birthday party was a huge success because of the great customer service who were extra helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we all had a great time. We even tipped the young woman helping $40 because she was so awesome!

There are two parts to this review: timing and laser tag. 1) timing, 2 stars. We scheduled a work-related team event to start at 2:40 during the week. We arrived and learned we wouldn't go in until 3:00 pm. We went in at 3:05. We laser tagged for 20 minutes with a 30-minute wait for the next session. 2) laser tag, 5 stars. We enjoyed the sessions. The room was big enough for 14 people to move around but not much more. There were places to hide although I was shot each time I tried. There were targets for e

This place is a great time. I surprised my son here for his birthday. We played two games laser tag and hung out in the arcade. Arcade wasn't overpriced like some so the kids got to play games for a while. Laser tag was a blast.

We had my son's birthday party there and it was great. We brought our own cake and pizza. The employees are very nice and super respectful. We loved how relaxed the kids felt.

Was fun! Staff was friendly, helpful answered my questions and helped me get my walk in group of 11 into 3 games! Very impressive. Our group had an absolute blast. Plus they have 2 birthday rooms, bathrooms were clean and well stocked and the arcade is awesome if you have to wait in between laser tag rounds. We will be back.

My 8 year old thought it was "ok". Staff were not enthusiastic about explaining things and even walked into me in the laser tag arena because they were looking at their cell phone and not where they were walking. Played one laser tag match and spent 30-40 mins in the arcade.. kid walked out with 2 dollar store toys. The price for the game selection, overall quality and professionalism is about as backwards as it gets.

(I will change to a five star if I get a response from owner) This is a great place to take your kids when you have free time. It has its ups and downs. One of the main things is that now that AliExpress, Alibaba, Temu and even amazon exists there's absolutely no reason for me to spend $20 on coins, play 2 hours worth of games and to walk out with a 90? squishy toy from china. That in itself is extremely disappointing. One of my recommendations would be to start ordering from one of those places in BULK and

This place is awesome to visit even as a young adult. Bringing a group of friends here and just having some good clean fun with laser tag for a good price is a great time. Staff are super cool and very nice. Been coming here since I was very little and I'm very glad to see that it is still doing so well.

It was lots of fun I only wish laser tag was 15 instead of 10 minutes

My son loves this place. We go there every weekend

I was referred here for the first time by a friend, and I'm glad we came! All 5 of us had zero complaints and truly enjoyed ourselves! Our host in the laser tag room was Alex, he said he'd only been working there for a month, but he seemed so experienced. I was blown away by this young man?s customer service. He was polite, kind, and extremely helpful to all of us, and he did it repeatedly with a smile! He was the best staff member in the establishment. I tried to tell the owner or the manager, but they wer

This is a very fun place to take kids ages 5 and up. Lots of games and generous tokens for your dollar. The staff was considerate when machines ran out of tickets. The laser tag room is multi level and pretty big for kids. The only down side was the party rooms are very small, maybe seat 8 comfortably. Overall I would go again. Family friendly fun.

Lot of fun and not to bad price wise for two hours

A fun place for any age. We spent $40 on tokens and they lasted for over 2 hours of games between 2 kids and 2 adults! Good value for the arcade and many discount options for the Lazer tag

Had my sons birthday party here. It was a blast. They have some good birthday deals in my opinion. The kids ages 3 to 13 all had a great time playing arcade games, and going through the lazer tag. Even us adults had fun with both too. The people working their were nice, not rude, they were helpful.

I went to take my little brother to one of his friends birthdays. The birthday boys family paid for two laser tag matches. Both times the matches were referred by the same employee who's name I believe is Oren. For the first match Oren spoke at break neck speed so a lot of the kids did not know how the game worked, this isn't great but can be overlooked, however the next match is what made me give them a 1 star rating. Unlike the first match where the group got a say over the teams on the next match Oren co

Lots of fun. Learned they have weekday specials. Fun lazer tag, good payout on tickets need cash for the coin machine. Can pay for tag with card or cash

Took my kid here for his b day. We all had a lot of fun. It was a little too hot inside but worth it due to so many fun things to do.

Great place to throw a younger troops (boys) birthday party! Staff are very nice. I'm a big kid so I love to play games too. Laser tag is fun course is cool a little small but it's inside so that's helpful especially during the rainy season.

The arcade is a bit lacking, but I was explained to that their IT is to blame for the lack of repairs needed. So just be ready to loose a few tokens. BUT! The actual laser tag was amazing. The course was nice, neon and dark with good music and good equipment. It's also has multiple stories to play on, and the staff are great and so nice. All in all, a fun place to spend a couple of hours.

I really loved this place, it was fun the arcade games were amazing! And this one employee was so nice! He played a round of laser tag with me and my friends, not only that but he was kinda cute lol. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating

Booked a room for my sons birthday. It was incredibly small. The kids didn't spend much time in it though due to the arcade and laser tag. The workers all had a rude demeanor and were not wanting to talk or help anyone. They made it seem like we were hassling them.

Me and my girl went there yesterday and had a serious blast. The arcade zone isn't massive but it has some of the best games, like claw machines and the tower of power. The manager on duty, Marly I think, was awesome. She's been very helpful and kind every time we've been there. We love winning the stuffed animals, although the one thing I'd suggest is to have a couple prizes for older teens/young adults.

Dude this place was so rad! The manager was super helpful considering the group I brought in would even test the limits of patience on Jesus. We got a sold group for the laser tag portion and I don't want to brag or anything but I placed 3rd, and it was my first time ever playing. Anyway the only two complaints I had is a brief rundown before we went through would have been cool, I didn't know you had to hold the little buttons on the front for a solid 2 min. Also the game machines take tokens which is supe

This place was awesome, super friendly staff and super accommodating to our family since we had a little one and need to swap out people. The two gentlemen there working were so great and I wish I would have gotten their names. We also had a kid in wheels and the laser tag was so fun for all of us and was super wheelie friendly.

Fun time at a 7 year olds birthday party. Lots of arcade games. Some you can win tickets for prizes. Most are 2-3 quarters/tokens per game. The actual laser tag game is a blast! Fairly big room, easy to tell if you hit someone and good obstacles. We didn't pay since it was birthday so unsure of pricing. We'll be back.

We had my great-grandson's 6th birthday party there today. It was a great place good prices, and it's clean, very clean has good games the kids had so much fun in the laser tag part. Even that was nice and clean with good ventilation. Definitely we will be going back there for other celebrations

Super clean, friendly staff, nice clean table area for parents to sit at while the kids play. AC feels great.

Very small arcade that eats your coins and the laser guns don't work. Great course though! Cool platforms and lots of twists and turns; it's just the laser tag vests are cheap and shut off randomly. But it's good for little kids I suppose, so bring them for sure.

Fun place. We enjoy the laser tag and games. Some of the staff were kinda rude last time we were in. Which was unfortunate and not normal. But we still enjoy going

This place is very fun, I do recommend! it has a laser tag arena which is set up with bases. Kids and adults have a lot of fun there. They also have an arcade and prizes. When there's a birthday party, it can get pretty busy. The staff are very good at remembering faces. I had a lot of fun there! :)

Had my sons party there and it was a blast! All adults and children loved the laser tag! Our host was Dexter and he was excellent! He was very informative about the rules of the game and very well spoken. Will definitely go back!

This place was a ton of fun! Quite a few arcade games while you wait for your laser tag game. And then laser tag was a blast! This was our son's birthday wish and he absolutely loved it! Highly recommend!

Laser Fun Zone is the best laser tag place myself and my boyfriend have ever been to! They have the best arcade games, the best arena, and the best staff! Every single person there is extremely welcoming and kind. It's over all a great experience we became return customers instantly! Highly highly recommend!!!!

What a local treasure! Great laser tag equipment. The layout is large and the maze is well done. We have had a couple of birthday parties here and have never been disappointed. Check out their daily deals!

We've gone here for many years at this point, and while there are issues from time to time with equipment not functioning properly (though they've been pretty solid lately) this place is 100% worth this visit. I've probably played at least 50 or so matches over the years and it never fails to be fun and worth the value-- even moreso if you take advantage of their deals. The arcade is also a reasonably fun place to pass the time while you're waiting for the next game of laser tag-- and honestly, the ticket c

The laser tag bit was super fun! There are structures to hide behind, snipe from, charge...great set up! The front room is an arcade with loud music. It's a bit of a tight squeeze between the gaming machines and people. This place could use a heavy duty ventilation system- definitely no need for long pants and coat! Good place for a party!

Love this place. Great arcade games, good prizes, and super fun and well laid out laser tag.

My daughter celebrated her birthday here with 16 friends. They loved it! This is a great place for parties of all sizes. Great entertainment to keep them busy, and the staff members are very helpful and friendly.

I wish we would have known how small the rooms were going to be. We had 10-15 people and were cramped, with essentially no room for food. My sister was trying to get details on how the room and lazer tag worked for the alloted time, and the workers said they couldnt tell her the details until we arrived. We don't live close to Lacy so it would have been nice to know and probably wouldn't have rented the room if we knew the lazer tag and birthday room was all in the same time frame. The entire party felt ru

Went there for the first time with my family for a birthday party and we had a great time! The arcade games/play area reminded me of a smaller but cleaner chuckie-cheese. The arcade games are anywhere between 2 to 4 quarters each game. The lazer tag room was really cool, there are two levels, lots of neon lights, fog and music. Each game is 10 minutes long, enough time to work out a sweat. It gets pricey real fast depending on the amount of people playing.

The laser tag was fun but a LOT of stuff out of order. Several games were down and 2 that weren't marked took our tokens and didn't work. Only one of the ticket counting machines worked and one of our laser tag vest didn't work which made us miss half of our turn.

Laser Fun Zone was so fun!! We had our kiddos birthday party here over the weekend, and everyone had a blast with the arcade games and, of course, lazer tag! Everyone working was so nice, and were really helpful (I had so many questions lol) and really made the experience be so much more fun! The organization for their party package was perfect for us! We would?ve stayed for way longer, but the huge lazer tag arena wiped us out of energy lol. We will certainly be back! Thank you to everyone at Lazer Fun Zon

Had a great time! I rented the party room for a 15 year old birthday and it work perfectly. Employees were great, serious but still funny. Arcade was great wish we had more time went by fast!

What a great way to celebrate Jaylens 6th birthday

My son went for a bday party. Lacey is out of my usual stomping grounds but found the place to be pleasant enough. The arcade area is smaller than simular places in pierce country but it was clean and not as chaotic as one might expect for a gathering place of kids and teens. Prize selection was small (maybe due to covid?) And 2 of our prizes broke as they were opened. But what do you expect? They were good on mask compliance. Recommend if you live in the area.

I really enjoyed it. It was fun, cheap, and both of us had a good time. I'd go here again if I wasn't so far away from where I live. My only critique is that the laser guns requiring two hands is hard to hold and get working correctly, but you get the hang of it after a bit

Clean, fun place to play as a family. The arcade area is small but the laser tag arena is huge and was a total blast! Staff was friendly and patient with our kids deciding on how to spend their tickets.

staff would constantly ruin the fight by shooting other players despite them not being part of the game. Find a better laser tag spot with non intrusive staff who like to ruin the fun for others

Staff is friendly and fun. Fun place to take the family for some indoor fun. Lazer tag arena is a blast as well as the arcade games. Priced decent.

I've brought my kids here a couple of times and they love it. Such a great way to let them get out some energy and still have a blast! Ive heard they have some pretty great birthday packages as well.

Kids have fun and the games played givebout tickets very easy to win tickets makes all kids feel good to win.

Was a fun spot. Kids had a blast between the laser tag rounds and arcade games. Was reasonably priced and even promotes thru Groupon if u catch the extra discount. Even without it the basic packages and party packages are great!

Update - I received a call back roughly 8 months later to refund my deposit. I instead choose to rebook the room for my son's birthday coming up. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with the rebooking. I still think they could have responded earlier to provide consistent service, however this COVID lock down is new to all of us. That being said I look forward to having a blast with the kids. I have had birthday parties here as well as many fun days out with the kids. The reason for my one star and

My seven year old daughter and I went today at 1:40pm and the doors were open then the rude girl working behind the counter tells me they aren't open for twenty minutes. I asked why the doors were open and why isn't the time updated on GOOGLE?, I also said all my daughter wanted to do is get a toy with her 830 tickets. But she still wouldn't let her pick out anything until they ?open? then there was a older man bringing in water guns from Walmart to restock the toys. I guess this was the owner. After my dau

Very fun and the party rooms are good aslwell the lazer tag isn't too expensive but for $20 you only get 80 tokens and some games cost 3 -4 per person you can only play arcade games for around 10 minutes.

I had one the thousand jackpot 3 times on the big catch machine and it had given 15 each time

Horribly organized reservation system. We had reservations made, an entire household of children who got ready to head out only to be called in route and told our slots had been booked out for the night, sorry. We've been here in the past and enjoyed our visit. Multiple times. But this is a prime example of absolutely piss poor management of making sure they can accommodate as many people as possible without being a massive inconvenience to those who HAVE BOOKED TIME SLOTS!!! Double thumbs down.

It's kinda small, a bigger venue would be nice. Some more machines for counting tickets. Staff are very friendly and polite.

Staff was very courteous. Layout was ok for out 1st time doing laser tag. I think the arcade games could use an upgrade or maybe some classic arcade games. Overall we had a good time

The children loved it. I will be back. I wish they had a larger group rate for our school, I would love to have a field trip here. We only have about 20 children. It was still a blast.

Pretty great laser tag. The Battle Arena has ramps and elevated platforms. There is an arcade on site as well, and it has 2 party rooms.

I came here for a Birthday party during walk in hours came 30 minutes early to get a spot. I walked in and there was a huge line and no one at front desk. People were saying they were waiting for a long time. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting I bought 7 tickets for laser tag. 65$ worth. We played laser tag and one of the guns didnt work i told the people and they didnt seem concerned at all. Let me remi d u its 8.99 for one person to play laser tag. Two people did not show up to the party so i had two ext

Wonderful place for kids and adults alike! We had a great time, the staff is fantastic. Will recommend to my friends. Thanks Laser Fun Zone! ??

Went there for a party of 14, had last minute reservation and they were able to squeeze me in. Lady was really helpful, however I didn't catch her name pretty sure she was the lead on shift. Joey, austin and Jackson were hella helpful with making sure things went smooth. Definitely dope spot with workers that helped my lil bros birthday go great.

Reasonable priced entertainment for the entire family whether or not you decide to play Lazer tag or play the other many video games and family friendly games or just bring your kids here to do that while you sit back & play on your tablet or read a book while the kids blow off some steam. A great place for summer fun as well as keeping the kids out of trouble.

Super fun laser tag place. Could be a little bigger, but there are two raised forts that increase the variability massively. I definitely recommend going with a group of friends. Note that there are okay arcade games, but you're going there for the laser tag.

Had a lot of fun with my 5-year-old! Many fun games, tickets rewards were good. Son hit the jackpot on one of the games. Laser tag was a blast!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
