Laser Bounce is an Absolute fun place for the entire family both young and old. My 7 yr old grandson said, "he had the best birthday ever at Laser Bounce with his cusin??!!"
I came in to celebrate my child's birthday with a few friends. My kid was having a bad start to his day, but the cashier Sophia lighted his mood. She is great with kids! The games were a fun, such a good variety. Would definitely recommend adding a higher amount to the game card for more free credits. They never expire so you can always come back and use them! Pizza was good while it was hot, I would not recommend to wait to eat. It turned hard after only a few minutes. However definitely 10/10 experience.
I just finished having my daughter?s birthday party at your location, it was a wonderful experience. Kaylee was our part liaison, she was fantastic! She made us feel very so comfortable. She really left us feeling like every thing we said mattered and was heard. Some of the parents were just so blown away by the experience. They loved that the bounce house and ball pit were just the children at the party. They loved how the staff was in those areas watching to ensure the children?s safety. Also the whole en
We celebrated my daughter?s 6th birthday here and she had an amazing time! The staff were incredibly patient, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable for everyone. The service overall was great. I'm giving 4 stars because the party room felt a bit tight for the size of our group?some guests had trouble moving around comfortably. One suggestion I have is to offer more flexibility with the play areas. It would be great if kids could move back and forth between the bounce area and the ball pit, or if famil
Our son had the best party for his birthday! The staff was thoughtful, positive and very friendly! Our guests left with big smiles! Do not think twice if you are hesitant, you will make very happy kids and parents! Lasertag was so fun for all ages ! Food was delicious and great portions!
Laser Bounce Family Fun Center in Glendale, Queens, is an awesome destination for family fun! With exciting options like laser tag, arcade games, a bounce park, and virtual reality, there's something for everyone. The staff is welcoming and ensures a safe, enjoyable visit. The venue is clean, well-kept, and ideal for birthdays or a fun outing. Definitely a great choice for a fun-filled family day!
The variety and quality of fun experiences available here for the kiddos makes this definitely one to add to the list. There are multiple birthday party rooms to host your event, and games that include bowling, VR, and even a bike racing game (where they actually have a physical bike to "ride" as they play the game). Laser tag is also available and a bounce room for the littles. Our party concierge was pleasant and made the experience seamless for us. Party packages offered were a bit more wallet friendl
This place is so much fun for the whole family! Laser tag, bounce house, arcades and more where you can spend countless hours. The birthday party was well organized and managed by the staff. It is also conveniently located in the mall with parking. I definitely recommend Laser Bounce - Family Fun Center!
It is a lot of fun. My daughter had a blast there. There are a few places to park, a garage, a parking lot. It is not so expensive and they have really good packages. The prize selection is the biggest one that I have ever seen in an arcade place. Overall, it was a great experience....especially when you are sick of going to Chuck E. Cheese.
I love this place , my kids have a good time every time we go! Some time my wife and I go without the kids.
I would have given them 10 stars if I could. This is an amazing place to bring the littler ones and no jokes, it is great for adults too. We all had an amazing time, their pizza is delicious, the bouncy house is a must do, your kids will love it. The laser and virtual reality are a must if you are going. Good Coffee!
Found this indoor amusement and bounce location in Atlas Mall as a new place for the kids. Walking in you have to sign a waiver, which is pretty standard for any place with a ballpit or trampoline. The prices are pretty expensive, they have different package prices for bouncing and playing in the arcade which doesn't include laser tag, bowling, escape room and few other. For a basic package it's going to cost about $40. The bouncing is timed for 1 hr, and it's mandatory to do the ball pit 1st then the infla
Good pla e to take the kids or host a birthday party. The place is packed with games. The food was decent. Would go again
Celebrated my girls 5th birthday there it was super .a bit high in price for what they offered but easy going,Honestly if you have a kid 10 or under the best place to bring them ! With the bouncy house and the ballocity honestly that's where my 5 year old spends all her time and the games are a pulse especially if your waiting around.gives you some thing to do and let your kid run free super kid friendly ?.and the staff is a plus supper friendly and for majority always with a smile, foods not to bad ether
Don't bother wasting your money here have your child?s party somewhere else. This place is as hot as a desert for one. No air conditioning or air ventilation at all. It's a huge sweat box. I came for a party and I was aware that the party was only for two hours. The party is also timed - which means your party and its guests have a few minutes to try everything in assuming 30 mins which isn't even enough time. Basically at the end of it all you'll be stuck with crying children who are upset because they did
My kids love coming here. Great place to bring them. With summer coming up we got to membership to play everyday unlimited and they are loving it.
If I can leave a review for no stars I would . I emailed the form on 04-23-25 with my name and received confirmation for cancellation of membership which as a parent you would assume it's for all members on the account of the credit card which belongs to me , not my kids. I called today to speak to someone to refund me the funds I was charged without permission and was told the manager is in a netting . I told them I have the email stating it was canceled.sent them the receipt from April . Now they want to
My daughter had her 10th birthday here last night and it was an awesome party we had such a blast, it was worth every penny :-)
Do not go here and purchase the monthly membership. I purchased one for my child and my nieces, my child used it once and my nieces never use it. I decided to cancel within the allotted time since I didn't think it was worth it and IM STILL getting charged. I disputed the charge with my bank but they are refusing to refund me.
While the kids enjoyed the basic birthday party I booked, from the adult's perspective there were several significant flaws when it came to the party room. First, the decorations and party favors: we brough our own party things and I asked the party host and the other girl to let me know when I can coordinate with them and if they needed anything from me to show them in my bags and they said: no we got it. One girl (not the host) rolled her eyes when she thought I was not looking - it was really unfair and
Great party for my daughter today. She had a blast with her friends in the bounce house, ballocity, arcade, and cake room. The attendants were phenomenal.
My card was charged after an employee told me my membership would end on the 16th. If the contract states that I have to cancel it then why is someone saying it was going to cancel automatically. Manager held no accountability for what was said. And my daughter missed a month to play that I paid for. Trash
My son had his birthday for the 2nd year in a row at Laser Bounce. He and his friends always have a blast in Ballocity, Bounce Park and Laser Tag! I love how easy Laser Bounce makes it for us, have pizza and unlimited drinks for the guest, helps us decorate with the balloon and birthday banner that we brought. Not to mention our party host this year, Olivia, was amazing. She was so sweet, friendly and so helpful! Will be back for next year for sure! My son is already planning his guest list!
Definitely worth it! My son had fun and the place has a lot of games. Ticket prizes are great too!
Got a party package for my daughter?s 10th birthday. All the kid?s had a blast & the party hosts take care good care of all the guests! 10/10 recommend.
Bought 6 person pass on Groupon drove 90min, when we got there the manager saw we were jewish and said the Groupon isn't valid during passover... we ended up calling the cops down and we are filing a report of discrimination against this place stay away.
I've been booking our fourth-grade field trip at LaserBounce Glendale for years, and every time, Ms. Cathy has been an absolute gem?so patient and helpful throughout the process. Any teacher knows that coordinating a trip for an entire grade level can be overwhelming, but Ms. Cathy makes it seamless! Our most recent trip was incredibly smooth, thanks in large part to Mr. Hiciano. He was quick to handle any hiccups that came up, ensuring everything ran effortlessly. Managing a large group of students is alr
I love this place. Over the years have had many of my children's parties here as well as just coming for free play. Wrote a great review some time ago. This review is about how much the staff and particularly Wascar care. I booked a party for my 6 year old. It's in a few days. My wife looked over what I booked last night and got upset. She thought I booked one with the bouncey house when I did a laser tag party. I was pretty upset as I want my wife to be happy and I understand our busy lifestyle it's
Great place to take your kids, reasonable price packages. My kids burn a lot of energy here. Especially 30mins ball pit then 30 mins bounce house. It's a hour they burn doing that alone plus playing games, bowling. Then the kids pick a prize with the tickets they won.Lots of fun!!! So worth it!!!!
Used to enjoy coming here with my son. Their food is the typical stuff for small kids, but their arcade has vanished. Most of the arcade games have been replaced with more claw machines and games just to win "tickets." They even have a few machines put together with stools for the games to try to get tickets, which looked like the slot machines set up in a casino. I felt like i was in a kid's casino. It's just ridiculous. Only positives is that they have an air hockey table, pacman/galaga and a coup
It's a fun place, you will definitely enjoy it! But expensive. I'm giving 3 stars bec of the price, Maybe if you are a member you will get a better deal, for walk ins expect to spend a lot. The arcades are nice, they have 2 small bowling lane, a bouncy house for younger children, jungle gym with firing ball thing, VR experience, the mission impossible experience, they have a small snack bar. It's really fun. Laser tag was nice and small, we had the whole place for us. If it's a big group it won't be fun. T
We mainly came for the games, and those were decent. The lady with curly hair at the front desk was quite rude. She didn't smile or greet us, and had an attitude with every question my family or I asked. The manager at the food court (I'm assuming she was the manager because of her uniform) had an AirPod in the entire time, which felt unprofessional.
It's an amazing place for kids to have fun wish they had a better selection of food but other than that the kids enjoyed it.
Me and my friends had a great time. We did laser tag it was very fun ?? we also did the bouncy house I loved it! We also did the playground area it was cool. The only thing I would change is the employees were kind of mean.
Had a great time with the kids. They really enjoyed all the activities, they loved the mission impossible, the bounce house (their favorite), laser tag, ball park, virtual reality games, and the arcade (loved the claw machines). Would love to give Jose a shout-out for his exceptional customer service, all the staff were also attentive and kind as well. Thank you
The experience was good. My son enjoyed his party. I do believe they could had a little longer in laser tag if it's specifically a laser tag party.
Having a party here is stress free. The kids love it and the workers take care of everything.
This place can be fun but they need to manage it better. This place is way to small to have birthday parties and walks in all running around together they need a capacity limit . There's no place to go and too many kids running around. So I just left a birthday party here and our kids had a blast. However as the adult it was way to chaotic. Staff was cool. The refreshment area was kept clean. The birthday party rooms are small. I wouldn't return on a weekend if I didn't have too. And again this place is s
Big and clean. They ball area for the little ones to play might need a little vacuming but all in all really nice. They have virtual games!! Virtual rides and virtual play super cool! They have parking structure because its in the mall; the indoor parking is cheeper than the outdoor parking.. keep that in mind. Staff was friendly and even played with the kids!! We went on a Sunday evening and was not packed! They charge entry per person and have a snack area with hoy dogs, popcorn and even slushies!!! Will
The venue is at the Atlas Park mall lower level under the Regal Cinema. At first, it didn't appeal, but once we bought the unlimited 1 hr passes, the kids had a lot of fun. My kids are between 5 and 8 and the game that attracted them the most is Rabbids Hollywood. They probably spent a good 30 minutes shooting plungers to rabbits and turkeys. So, it's something we'll go again sometime.
It's the best place of fun for the little kids well taken care off..
Beware the location is under the regal cinema down the escalator. But plenty of parking . Great family fun . A little bit on the expensive side. However they do have days were the games are discounted. Laser tag was memorable and great family and friend fun. The staff are extremely helpful. I will return again
The vr experience is amazing, the prizes is super expensive Thai arcade more about the experience I def Recommend trying the vr games.
I recently visited this place, and while it's great for kids to play and have fun, the food left much to be desired. I ordered the nachos and cheese, and oh my god, the cheese looked like it was straight out of the 1940s! Lol
I took my children out to laser bounce in February 2025. located at 80-28 Cooper ave Glendale ny.11385. the girl at the front stated that I needed to pay and sign a document in order to let the kids play . little to my surprise that document was a monthly membership that was not explained to me and I got a recurring charge on my account a month later . after getting in contact with customer service I was told that the waiver was a monthly contract for membership .after which I told them that this is not wha
DO NOT GO HERE TO THIS LOCATION IS YOU ARE BLACK.. go to Levittown location? I went there for my son?s bday because he loved the experience we had in Levittown.. to find out that the staff (no all) were lets just say no pleasant.. the manager with long black hair followed my family around like we were going to steal something.. and then on top of it.. they do not say ?hey we are located in the basement of a mall so anyone taller than 54? cannot go on of the stuff.. and my son was only 56?.. the front desk
all of my children enjoyed this place (10,8,6,3). We did the mission impossible, play session and played a few games with the 20 credits. We arrived about 6pm and left 8:30 the California Pizza was on the corner and delicious food I preferred to have meals as opposed to the carnival food and prices in Laser Bounce.I can't wait to go back for bowling and laser tag
Lots of attractions; like the locked in features to keep kids safe while bouncing and climbing.
Far better than the other locations, (air conditioning actually works) friendly staff, very clean, video games & fast food, great way to spend the day with you're family.
This place is amazing. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Had an absolute blast. Manger Wascar was very helpful.
This place I so much fun they have a bouncy house and a maze for the kids to play plus all the ?rcade games! Warning: Be ready to spend a good amount of money in this place minimum of 100 bucks per kid! But it will be worth it.
Very well organized for birthday parties. My son and his friends had a blast.
This is a great place for kids. Went for my son's friend's birthday party they had a blast
Cool games. Bounce houses, Mini Bowling, virtual reality, laser tag, photo booth etc. Has a snack area. I got a good deal with groupon. See the picture of their price list and u can compare. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Strong wifii.
Medium sized offering of games. Smaller sized laser tag arena. The kids had fun with laser tag. The guns and vests were a good size (mine didn't track my score though). The bouncy castle portion was the best offering, so it would be a great place to have a party of younger kids take over the bouncy mazes.
Had a fantastic time with my family of all different ages, laser tag was a blast! Prizes for everyone at the prize counter.
Fun place but it took 5-10mins to find this place because there were no boards or anything to guide the way.
Games are good The VR GAMES are amazinggg Only thing I had a real big issue with was the sanitation spray bottles with chemical cleaner in it that was sitting in the ball pit for the kids. My two year old tends to try to taste everything on the floor and almost sprayed the solution in his mouth if my other child didn't grab it in time. Also, The sanitation spray bottle was only there because parents complained of the dirty tissues and empty squished water bottles that were in the play area of the children.
Had my sons birthday here yesterday and honestly everyone had a blast, both kids and adults. Yes it was crowded on a Sunday evening but we expected this. Our host was great and even allowed the older adults to sit in the party room until the kids finished with the bounce house. We were expecting the 45 minutes to feel rushed in the party room based on reviews but it was enough time to eat and have cake. 25 to eat and 20 minute to have cake is how we planned it. Advice is to follow this rule so guest have en
When its Raining Outside, and you have some toddlers or Youngsters that are bouncing off the walls and ceiling in your home, this is the perfect place to burn off their energy without getting them soaking wet or sick. It has everything your kid needs to keep them occupied for hours and hours. Its large selection of 3D games, Non 3D Games, 3D virtual coasters, and 3D environments, as well as Lazer Tag and Spy Escape Rooms and Areas, will have them screaming with excitment (literally). Its games of sport wher
????This was really a fun adventure for our entire family. We'll love to visit again whenever we're in town.????????
Laser Bounce was fun for the kids. There are lots of games and bouncy arears. The laser tag room was awesome but the kids under 2 did not enjoy because the gear for the laser tag was too heavy. The pizza served was fresh. The facility was clean and staff were pleasant, attentive to the kids and helpful
Been here twice while visiting family. Always so much fun, always lots to do, and very fairly priced. The pizza even improved from last time we came, so that was nice. Not enough people doing Laser Tag for the weekend, however. Was a bit disappointing there.
My family always has a great time at laser bounce! The packages are reasonably priced and include various assortments of activities. There is something to do for all ages. The arcade games are well cared for and consistently operational. Laser tag and VR are always a hit!
Good mix of arcade games, bouncy house and ball house and adult laser tag.
A really nice entertainment center for kids. There are arcade games galore, laser tag, VR games, etc. There's a snack bar (overpriced, of course) and friendly, helpful staff. Prices are affordable.
Love bringing my children to this place, I've also brought my Girl Scout troop there my only complaint is that I wish they included laser tag and the bounce/ball area as a deal when you buy a game card or at least has them both as one price instead of 25-30 for each thing. Other than that love this place and will come back every time ??
Laser tag is fun. Children love it and get an exercise. Easy for adults to participate. Kids will probably score higher than you if they're at least 10 yrs of age and both of you are going for the first time. Also arcade games are engaging.
The place is fun for the kids but everything is so fast for the Birthdays there's no time to enjoy it, such a rush but other than that it wasn't bad.
Great location for some fun arcade games and VR! Personally, I think it would be cool to add some Arcade Rhythm games, like WACCA, although they would have to be English patched. Otherwise, still a great arcade!
Was there as a chaperone for 4rth graders. They had a good time. Laser Tag, a huge bouncy floor, and a two level soft ball room were a lot of fun. We were in early do no crowds. Great selection of video games as well. Don't have the pricing info..
The laser tag was decent for an arcade, and there were a lot of games to choose from. My biggest complaint is the food court. The wait times are insane, with lines up to 20 minutes, the prices are insane, with $6 for a small portion of cheese fries, and it isn't even that good. Don't come here if you're not willing to spend a lot of money.
Excellent!!! A very nice place to espend time with family and friends playing video games. My family love it!!
They never, ever seem to answer their phones. I've tried multiple times, just held on waiting, listening to elevator music - although the elevator music isn't awful. However, I had to update my review because I had a blast while there + the kiddos seemed to really enjoy it too
Fun family laser tag experience. Easy check in and affordable price. Would definitely recommend
Awesome family fun...games galore plus ball city / bounce area and lazer tag!! Highly recommend to visit at least once.
It's a fantastic place to celebrate and have fun.
This place is really great! Yes, it is expensive, but completely worth it for the amount of activities and sheer fun my kids had. The people working here mostly seem to be in their teens and they are SPECTACULAR. Patient, kind, and nice. In particular, the person helping my my kids at the prize booth had infinite patience. The space is clean, the games are well maintained, and there are a lot of super fun ones I had not seen before. We will definitely be back!
Would never received this place to any one pizza tasted like cardboard and wings were super spicy Pasta was disgusted and not to mention the workers where not so nice rude. Don't waste your money
Awesome day tmreally kool place for kids and adults... food may be a lil eehhh but theres theres plenty of food outside. If ur tired of going too old chucksters this is sure a better venue for a kids party. And the smile on everyone's faces who had fun.
My family & I always have a great time. My daughter especially. I just celebrated my daughter's birthday. She & her friends loved it.
Brought my child for their friends birthday. Very nice place. Laser tag was serviced by Alexis and he did a great job at keeping all the kids involved and informed on what was going on. Made for a very fun ans safe environment. Would recommend!
Affordable and family friendly fun! Decent size arcade with a large variety of games. Laser tag and even some VR! Located in atlas mall makes it easy to grab food if your hungry afterwards and there is a movie theater upstairs.
My nephew and his friends are 10-12 yrs old and they were ?too tall? to enter the ball pit/bouncy house. They begged the workers to let them in and they said no even if we paid for them.. until about 30 mins before closing they said we could go to the front to pay and they'll let them go in but we wouldn't be able to use the full hour which was not fair. We mainly spent the whole time using the games/machines which are expensive and got boring after a while.
Signed up for a membership went to cancel it no paper confirming I cancelled when requested for confirmation they said not worry it's cancelled and that they didn't have paperwork to provide confirmation of cancellation and of course they charge the following month. Unbelievable not to mention if you the membership the are so busy one the weekend you have to wait hours before you can get a turn for free play.
This place is ran like a well oiled ship. The person that owns this hires quality employees. They are ALWAYS helpful, efficient and have great attitudes (very friendly!). That kind of customer service typically doesn't exist in NYC and goes a long way. There's always someone on top of keeping the place very clean and the machines working. I have never walked into a dirty restroom or seen any "out of service" machines there. I'm sure they've had them but the fact I've never seen one (and we've been there MA
Great way to spend a rainy day! My kids (age 2 and 6) had a blast here, enjoying the ball and bouncing areas as well as the arcade games. There's plenty to do without it being overwhelming in size like other similar places. It was surprisingly clean and not crowded. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was that a summer camp was there for about an hour, and none of the campers had their masks on, but that's more of a reflection of the camp than the arcade. Still, I would recommend wearing a mask even i
The staff was very friendly. They made my son feel like a superstar for his birthday. We did not even book a party. Yet they gave him a flashing happy birthday pin to display proudly. The place was clean. There were tons of options for games and activities. Great experience overall.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
