It is fine enough, but they sell the cards with credits and then do that really sleazy thing where games cost fractional credits... 5.9 credits for this game, 3.4 for the next... All the places that treat parents kindly, and don't try to wring every last dollar from our pockets always get an extra star. Places like this, always minus 1. So I'd say it's a solid 4-star place with a greedy streak. Employees seem happy. It is clean but with a noticeable odor.

Fun place to take young/elementary school age children. They have a bounce house, a ball area, laser tag, mini bowling and arcade games. They made renovations recently which opened up the eating area and moved the party room to the back. The price is okay for 2 hours of fun between the play session and the arcade games. Definitely take advantage of the special offers and check out their website.

My son just had the best 6th Birthday party today thanks to everyone at Laser bounce the staff that was so amazing setting everything up on time and helped me from the minute I walked in ! If you are looking for a place where you can hold your kids Birthday Party, then this is a good option. They have bouncy house a playground and an arcade full of games old and new. They have a good size parking space at the back and tye plaxe is right along the parkway.

Updated: came here again today on a school's off day. So much fun and easy to manage 3 young kids. I've been bringing my son here since he was little. It is a little hole in the wall spot but it's nice. They just redid a lot of the stuff inside and added new machines as well. Super fun family friendly place somewhat akin to a Dave & Busters for kids and a Chuck E. Cheeses that grown ups can enjoy and take part in. Most of the staff we saw were quiet, reserved people but were incredibly kind and helpful!

This place is sooo cool. It gives you plenty of opportunities to win prizes and play lots of games. My kids love winning the extra tickets. We put 100 bucks on one card and manage to get over 5000 tickets that we split between two kids for the prizes behind the glass. But they played so many games that gave them balls and stuff animals. I think the place needs some repairs. There are tears in the plastic platforms that are used for the children to go up in the ballocity area. There are loose strings and tears in the bounce area. My son was bouncing around in the bounce area and his finger got caught on one of the strings. It sliced around his finger when it got wrapped around his finger and it started bleeding. My kids always enjoy coming here, especially when it's not crowded during the weekdays. They love bouncing and making the balls fall on their heads. And I love when they fall asleep after.

Was there recently for my nephew?s birthday party. The staff was wonderful and the venue was very clean. The food was great for the kids and adults. Even us adults had a great time playing some of the games especially the air hockey table. I'm in a wheelchair and it was very accessible. I highly recommend this place for a kids birthday party or event.

Was such a great birthday experience for my son's 3rd birthday party. Worth every penny. They organize everything so well from the 2 private play areas, the party room and then the arcade play time. They even hung up the decorations for me and set up everything exactly like I wanted. It was perfect!

It's pretty cool to have a place like this available to bring your kids, however in the arcade area there was one major flaw that really made it difficult to stay in there for long periods of time. That is the poor quality speakers they have throughout the entire place blasting, pointing downwards And EQd in such a way that it sounds like a crying baby. I'm also not sure why they chose to have the music blasting when an arcade is already very noisy, it just made things much more agitating to walk around in

Took my son here for his second birthday to enjoy and had an amazing time just enough to have a bunch of fun. We didn't have a part but they kept our cake in the fridge for us until we could take it to the restaraunt to eat after. Any discrepancy we had with cards or just any confusion MASON HELD US DOWN!!! Happy they put a ton more balls in the ballocity area. Place is kept nice and clean. Staff is professional and respectful. They're always doing there job! My daughter always has fun here. The games are very expensive in my opinion. I think in the last year the games have become more expensive. I love laser tag, they have a great area for this. Best played with more than 6 people. Safe environment, since they closed the front doors I feel a ton better about letting my little one run around on her own.

Paid 650 for a party, the kids had fun but definitely not $650 worth of fun. Drop the price by 200-250 then I wud say it was fair. The party host was almost no where to be found, was suppose to get 30mins for a private bounce house got 15 mins than was offered more time w the public which sorta defeats the purpose of private.the bowling seemed to be broken it was a waste of time the bowling balls wouldn't come back up and my son only got one throw before the game ended cause it wasn't working. My son, who turned 6 had his birthday party at Laser bounce. It was perfect, no cooking, cleaning involved on my part. My party planner assigned to take care of us was very organized and they took pictures for us free of charge. Nothing for mommies to worry they handle everything. I would recommend it in the future. Place was clean. Many time frames to choose from. Separate catering menu if you choose other food options for your guests. The pizza place they use was very good pizza.

I had my sons birthday party here and enjoyed it a great deal. I loved the private bounce area and the comfy couches was a big hit for the other parents to relax. I do believe they should remove maybe a few video games to make the video game area seem a little larger and not so crowded. Had my son's 6th birthday party there today and it was a wonderful experience! We had the hostess Audrey and she was absolutely wonderful. This was the most stress-free party that we had ever had. A few wishes, is that they had private rooms set for the entire party time, and not so many parties booked on the same day. However, all and all it was a wonderful experience.

Celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday at Laser Bounce in Levittown this week and had a great experience! The kids had a blast! They went on bounce houses for about an hour then had pizza and cake then got tokens to play games...lets just say they all slept good that night!! The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful! Laser bounce has to do a better job with training their staff in regards to customer service. When I entered the door there were 3 employees at the front desk. Only 1 of them was attending to another customer. I stood there and watch them perform other task. I was not greeted, I was not told that someone will be right with me or anything. Great place for preschool or school aged birthday party! My son had his fifth birthday party in the ballocity room with 10 of his friends and loved it. The staff helps your child feel extra special when they wrap them in long strings of tickets before the arcade aspect of the party. Some of my guests loved playing in the arcade so much they stayed till closing!

Wonderful experience here. My son's 9th birthday party went smoothly without a hitch and everyone had a blast. We did the ballocity first, which was good for any age kids, then the laser tag which was more for 6+ years old but the hostess was good to offer something else to do for the the two younger kids in our party. The establishment is fun for all ages. There is an arcade with dozens of fun arcade games and lots of fun prizes to win. There is also laser tag, miniature bowling, a tube play area for kids to crawl around in, and a laser beam dodging game. They also have drinks should u get thirsty. Great place for kids parties or even just to go once in a while to play. They've got a bounce area perfect for kids through about 5 years old and another bounce area with obstacles and slides that's geared towards kids older than that. I had an amazing time playing laser tag and doing a little spy mission with my boyfriend he told me he would pick me as his spy. I just had a bounce party there a week ago. I had only been there once before that and that was only to check out the place. I loved it! I'm a Mom of two toddlers. My 6 and 7 yr old girl and boy both enjoyed Laser Bounce. They seemed to enjoy the Ballocity room the most and would've stayed in there all day if they could. We'll return, but not on a Saturday evening again. It was way too crowded, but then again, the kids didn't complain.

I used to visit a couple of times before the pandemic and decided to come back. This place is pricey for the services offered. Each game cost a lot of credits. They charge parents a $10 fee on top of whatever package you buy if they don't consume anything ( like your not already spending enough there). The package I got was supposed to give me 2 half hours inside their 2 indoor play areas but yet they only give you 20 mins in each area. For that price and low quality you're better off going to Chuck e Chees

Employees are very rude, place is very stinky, arcade is not fun. All around I had a horrible experience, music is too loud, it is too expensive to buy anything and their food is too expensive and does not taste good and it is very dirty, I would not come here if you wanna have fun time.

Excellent Facility! They always are adding new games and keeping my kids happy! The manager Eric was very helpful and definitely persuaded me into booking my daughters birthday party. We had a great time and we will definitely tell all of our family and friends!

we go for open play all the time and my son loves it. Just had a party there in the Ballocity room and it was great, staff made the whole party so easy for us. Bowling and Laser Frenzy was thrown in and all the kids of different ages had a blast the entire party. And they order food from our favorite pizzeria Calda. My son loves it so much he asked for gift cards for his birthday to go back for open play.

Laser bounce is good, but it is more.of an arcade than anything else. I initially went there because they have softplay and bouncey castles. However any package has very limited play in these areas and focuses you to spend the majority of your time in the arcade, which isn't great for small kids and kids who just want to run around and play. I have been going to this place for years with my kids with little to no issue. Today (2/25/22), my mother and sister took them and was told AFTER they paid that there is a chaperone fee of $10 per adult. The bill was already $180 but now another $20? The person "helping " said, " well you are taking up space and its small in here. Also we are giving you 40 credits to play". The kids had the best time using all the facilities and my son loved when they gave him all the birthday tickets as his birthday present.
