Laser Alleys is seriously one of the best bowling Alleys I have been to in a long time! As soon as you walk in, the vibe is awesome ? cool cosmic lights, good music, and a lively, family-friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome. The scoring system is high-tech and offers multiple ways to play. It even gives you suggestions on how to throw your ball based on where the remaining pins are! The customer service is amazing. Every staff member we talked to was super friendly, helpful, and seemed to
1) I READ the fine print. I MADE the telephone call to confirm and reserve the lane/laser tag/ arcade card for 4 @ $56 (usually $106) and did MY part to ensure that the one hour of bowing and single round of laser tag wouldn't blow my budget. I was assured that everything was fine, the coupon was valid, and I would pay when we got there. 2) The first associate was lovely. VERY kind and smiley. (The only reason it's not a one star review) 3) Rose (assumed manager) arrives and informs us that they Don't do ha
We go to Laser Alley every week for bowling and the arcade, and it's always a fun time. The games are entertaining and there's a good mix. Bowling is well-organized, and the lanes are in good condition. It's a great way to spend time with my kid, and we always leave with smiles. Definitely a solid spot for some affordable, local fun.
First time here. Everyone enjoyed the bowling especially the animations between each player?s turn. Wasn't too crowded. Never had good bowling alley pizza but theirs was actually pretty good as bowling alleys go. Kids enjoyed the arcade and laser tag. Staff was pretty friendly. Place was relatively clean. I've seen better but have also seen much worse. Would definitely visit again.
My friend and I went here on a Saturday to do some bowling, it was a little pricey, but overall we definitely had a good time! Initially when I got there the girl at the front was a little rude, but that could?ve also just been me being sensitive. My friend and I got drinks and food there and we were surely impressed. For bowling alley food and drinks it was amazing!!! I will definitely be back!
We recently held a company event here and it was amazing. The event coordinator is very easy to work with and they are very accommodating. Everyone had a great time and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place for a group event.
We absolutely LOVE taking our grandsons to Laser Alley, the staff is amazing and we always have so much fun doing bowling, laser tag and the arcade! Wonderful place to have a birthday party for the kids!
Used to come here frequently but the alley must be under new management, because the quality and service has dropped drastically recently. After paying over $50 for an hour of bowling, half of which was spent waiting for repairs to the lanes being done. Then waited for over 40 minutes for food which was ordered but apparently never started, then when finally received it was the incorrect order. When asking why there was a delay the cook began to get aggressively confrontational as he made nonsense excuses.
My kids and I had fun here! The bowling is great and up to date. The games are fun, and don't cost too much. The prices are reasonable. The laser tag is very fun. I had a great time with my family. We had a pizza, nachos, fries, and pretzel bites. It is very good snack food. The prices of the food a higher, but that's to be expected at places such as this.
Tried to have my sons birthday party here and didn't even get to bowl a half a game before the lanes started acting up. They moved our whole party to 2 new lanes and didn't even get a full frame in before the same thing happened. Tried to get our money back and they fought us on it. Won't be back any time soon.
This is a really fun place to visit and the bowling prices are fair. I have enjoyed my time spent here and it is definitely worth the money. I also want to mention Joey and Rose for providing excellent customer service when there were some issues with my reservation and lane malfunctions while bowling.
Laser alley has great lanes, food and arcade area. Kids have bowling league to learn skills and connect with other kids. They offer different leagues and options for many skill levels just find out whats available as it can change. Arcade and laser area nice and well maintained. Food is decent. Sherri at front desk is the best. She is wonderful and offers true customer service.. Glow bowl is awesome but only runs at specific times. This is a great Family fun option at a good price. Summer time they host kid
I reserved a lane for here about 3 weeks ago and paid for it, along with laser tag and arcade cards and everything went smoothly when we got there. Our family had a great time and we will definitely like to come back
My kids love it , they did laser tag good price and they always have specials on bowling and more
Our daughter's 7th laser tag birthday was a hit. Everyone had such a great time. Our party host McKenna was attentive and very helpful. Highly recommend!
Fun 10 pin bowling in York. The catch is it's getting old and the pins disappear randomly and the lane just stalls while you're on the clock. The good news is the friendly staffers are happy to extend time and it's not very crowded most weeknights. Witha full bar and food menu how can you go wrong?
5 / 5 ! I had 4 pizza slices They had good service I won the 2nd game, score was 106 they spray the inside of the shoes to make sure they are clean, recommend the size 7 for nine year old Anyways this is the end of my review! thank you for reading !!
Dilapidated lanes. Overpriced drinks. Mediocre food. Poor management & even worse ownership. Avoid at all costs.
Bowling, arcade, lazer tag, Snack bar. There is also a pub attached to the bowling alley. We bowled on a Saturday afternoon. We were asked if we wanted to pay per game or per hour. I choose per game. We (2 of us) bowled 2 games and rented shoes. Cost $32. That is a significant price increase from precovid. Snack bar order fried pickles, 1 hot dog and 2 large sodas cost $13. Lanes were clean and oiled. It was crowded as there was a birthday party and it was raining hard that weekend. Overall clean, staff
A fun place to go to. Must schedule a time because this place stays crowded during the weekend. I seen a lot of birthday parties. The food looks and smells good and isn't pricey. Can clip a $10.00 coupon for savings over $30.00. Also game area and lazer alley. Look at website for other specials.
This place is Great for kids and Adults! The lanes are good, the balls are nice, and the rental shoes are comfortable. The lane never got stuck and the computer scoring is easy. Also, the snack bar has good food at a reasonable prices.
We had a party here for our daughter. Be careful- they ask if there is any additional drinks needed- we asked for a pitcher of water. It seems suspicious that they charged us for a pitcher of ?soda? because as they said ?it's the same price as soda for tap water?. It's just $7, but the principle of the issue is always going to be the same- it overshadowed what was otherwise a half decent time. It made me wonder who was running a place that would make management decisions like this. The food service d
We attended a birthday party here and our son had a great time. Just enough games to keep him busy and he loved the laser tag. Prices were reasonable and prizes were a good variety.
We had our employee event at Laser Alleys on 8/8/2024! It was all wonderful! Holly, our event coordinator did such a great job, such a pleasure to work with her, through the whole process from beginning to end, she was so helpful! To the entire staff, great job! The service and food was fantastic! Spoke with the owner and Joanne was so personable and pleasant. She was so excited and happy to have us! From all of us at Garrety Glass we want to thank you, for the wonderful experience and we will definitely be
Fun bowling but people are disrespectful and can't watch their kids when they have 20 kids there letting them walk all over thebplace in front of others bowlers.
At Laser Alley you can bowl, play laser tag, or arcade games all for a reasonable price. Their food bar is also equipped with some tasty items also for cheap and the portions are more than filling. Next door you can shot pool, participate in karaoke, or relax and have a drink. All in all, it's a one stop for all. Bring your family down and have some fun.
Was pretty awesome. We came late on a Saturday and almost no one was there. We almost had the whole place to ourselves. Music was a bit loud, but not crazy for a bowling/arcade place. Prices are pretty reasonable for what it is. The arcade is enjoyable. Not a whole lot of games, but enough to enjoy with a friend or with kids. Definitely a place I recommend
Birthday party laser tags are the best here just make sure you understand what is uncluded in the package you purchase. I always bring waters or little gatorades to have on the table for each person before the party gets started. as they only bring out drinks and food all at once so that way the party host is not running around chasing the kids what they want to drink or eat to then have to turn around and help another with their games. Our Host Felicity was the best
Pretty nice place to bowl. Can usually get a lane.
Looking for a place for family fun? This is a beautiful place with a beautiful environment. The staff is unbelievably fun, friendly, and helpful. If you happen to come across Rose you are in magnificent hands she made our visit more than extremely pleasant. Thank you Laser Alleys for multiple incredible evenings!
The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because our pitcher of regular coke tasted like diet and left a bad test in our mouths. Laser tag was great and I love the fact we were able to leave our personal belongings in the room because they locked the door so nobody else could enter it while we were playing. Bowling was great, as well.
Great family fun! Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back! Highly recommend. Will likely have the kids' birthday parties there.
A pink sparkle shot!! A great place to pop in. Great food. Great service. Great drinks! No matter what server you get you will get great service! All the girls are so nice. Try the fried pickles and the crabby pretzel!
We celebrated my son's 7th birthday at Laser Alleys. From the moment we stepped inside everything was orderly, organized and fun. All the kids had a great time bowling, doing laser tag and playing arcade games. Kenna, our party host, was great to work with and made the entire process a breeze. Highly recommend hosting your next party at Laser Alleys. ??
Great place for a birthday party or a family day!
Cool place; bowling alley, bar, arcade, laser tag all in one. Only complaint is (havent bowled in a while so this might be the going rate now) 13.50 a person for 2 games seemed a little high. Definitely going back tho
Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Attended a birthday party and the team member was so helpful and friendly. Technology used for score keeping is advanced.
We bring our 3 grand daughters here to bowl and play games. The manager and assistant manager go out of their way to make sure we have an exceptional experience. I would recommend this attraction to anybody with kids. I'm sure it will become a destination frequently.
Received and email saying they have a laser tag and bowling party for up to 8 kids for$149 and $10 off a party on October 2, my wife booked my sons party for Nov the next day and was charged $192. I took the email to the bowling alley and was told that the company Hownd that they use send out emails without their knowledge and the prices went up 2 weeks earlier. Then on Oct 15 received another email for the $149 party, so I contacted them again and was told they would not honor the price, this is a poor w
Sherri, what seems to be the kitchen manager, has TERRIBLE customer service. She argues with customers, rushes them through their order, and makes them feel like a nuisance. I work in food service, too, and if I were to talk to my customers like that, I would be fired. And they're wondering why they can't keep employees. And, while the front of house employees were very nice and helpful, a lot of things were not working. Of course, that isn't within their control, but it's disappointing to pay that much mon
The staff was very useful, the atmosphere is fun, and the music is great! My favorite bowling alley. Plus it has laser tag and an awesome The Walking Dead game.
Bowling is great! Laser tag! Arcade! ... A bar. This place is great to get together with some friends and a great place for a last minute 21st birthday! Great fun!
My family and I love to go here the play laser tag, go bowling and play in the arcade. We've been doing this for many years. The memories we've made there are priceless.
We had my daughter's birthday party here and I was so impressed! Entertaining, affordable and very clean with lots of room to spread out. Damien was an awesome party host and helped us so much! We will definitely be going back!
Great family friendly place, and awesome staff. Can't wait to see the Grinch on the 15th at 5pm
Its a fun place but I feel like it's a little expensive, and this last time I went, we walked up to the snack counter and stood there for 20 minutes (after having gone to the front counter to ask for service). We walked back to our lane, which could see the front counter, and he was just talking to other employees leaning against the counter. We were the only ones there. But I've always had a lot of fun there soooo.....
HORRIBLE PLACE won't help, not even the elderly. We asked for bumper rails for my grandma, and they said only 11 years old or younger are able to use by store policy the bumper rails. WON'T BE BACK EVER.
We had a great time!!! Took the little ones. The ladies running the show were wonderful. Super helpful and nice.
Great place, lot of fun, was awesome, I love it!
Great little alley bar. Good locals.
Love it here and you can get a large pitcher of beer here for $8.50
Great spot to hang out with the family... Rock n Bowl was cool, even tried the Lazer Tag... So much fun!!
Our 1st experience here & a good time was had by all! Very nice bowling alley with polite staff and great pizza! Very clean establishment and nice equipment to bowl with adding to the fun. We'll be back again for more family fun!
My family and I love coming here; The atmosphere is great, the staff has always treated us great, and it's just simply FUN!
First time here and this place was a lot of fun! Betty was AMAZING! A true gem! Went out of her way to make sure that we were having a good time, and we definitely were! A little bummed that the arcade games were mostly 1.00 a try, but it was still a fun time. We look forward to coming back here throughout the summer!
Brand new everything. Service at food bar was slow. Overall a nice experience.
I think it's unfair that you have to pay a high hourly rate to bowl on a Saturday instead of paying per game. As far as the arcade games, 2 out of the first 3 we tried did not work properly. The food at the snack bar was, as expected, edible, but was also high priced. The young employees were helpful and pleasant.
Place is clean, fun, and not ridiculously expensive. Folks at the counter were friendly, polite, and eager to help with any questions or concerns. I've been back several times. 5 stars.
I had to leave a review. My son and I have enjoyed coming here for a few years, he actually had his birthday party 2 years ago there. We love it. Always a fun time. Best lanes around in my opinion to bowl on, the arcade is small but pretty fun. Always clean. I have to do a special shout-out for one of the guys who works there. I'm not sure what his name is, but every time we see him, he makes a wonderful impression. This evening my son got hurt while bowling?actually fractured his finger?.this gentleman saw
Great spot to have some family fun. Having the arcade as another option to bowling makes this a solid option for hanging out as a family.
It was a fun time. They have neat things to help small kids roll the ball in bowling. Laser tag was super fun and the guy that was doing the laser tag was so nice and helpful explaining it to my boys. However 2 major cons... the arcade games are ridiculously over priced almost every game was 1.00 minimum and didn't provide many tickets and the older lady with white hair working the front counter was kinda rude. Other than that it was an awesome time!
The price to bowl is so expensive! We were excited to take our family of 4 to bowl and it was over $50 for one hour game. Apparently it's the going rate for bowling these days, but between paying over $30 for an HOUR PLUS $4.50/ shoe Rentals....there's no way a family on a budget would be able to enjoy a rain day like we did as kids. Friday night they had glow bowling which looked fun but again $70 for an hour is ridiculous.
We go due to convince but there is much to be desirable. Alot of the games are out of service. You got to wait for them to finish their personal conversation with each other before they attend customers. They are polite when they do attend to you
My kids love it. Wish the snack bar was...idk nicer. And the snack bar lady could reslly check her attitude. But has normal bowling ally food. Great Lanes, lazer tag, and arcade. They are great about birthday packages and have a nice party room. If I could change anything it would be youth leagues added that aren't part of the after school program.
Great fun for the whole family. The bowling section is one of the best I've seen. Comfortable seating, intuitive and fun control screens, and you have the ability to assign the bumpers to a specific player so they only come up when it'd your child's turn. The laser tag was also a lot of fun for everyone. Highly recommend for a fun day out.
Had a great time at a bowling engagement party here this afternoon! It was super nice, clean and well kept, and the bowling system was super sophisticated and fun. The pizza and chicken tenders were delicious, too. Our first visit but definitely not our last!
Fun place to take kids. Arcade has alot of great Dave and busters style games. Only had pizza to eat which was meh. But the large diverse menu and funk brewing onsite with a bar is a great addition! I would recommend you check it out! I'm sure you will have fun!
Not very "working" Family friendly. You take your Kids here to have a fun night out (the only day you have off) and turns out you have to wait for a lane for 2.5 hours. Even with obvious open lanes ready already. It makes zero sense to me. We will never go back here.
Bartenders and people are awesome Love you all
Had a great time with my daughter. Although the the bowling alley is very nice and completely renovated, we chose to just spend our time at the arcade. Now it is a little pricey but there are a dozen or more games that are well worth it that are just plain fun to play even if you don't end up making many tickets from it. I was impressed to see a vertual reality game and others that you would see at Dave & Buster's. We will be back to visit.
Fun and friendly people. Plenty of options to enjoy your experience. Lazer tag, games for kids, and clean lanes if you wish to bowl. The rest rooms need updated, faucet water is always cold when you wash your hands.
Amazing. Great place for adults and kids..
The asst manager was awful to us, no customer service at all!
Held a Baseball team event, kids had a blast! Staff were incredibly helpful, the establishment was clean, food was a good quality. Great value, would recommend.
I have been organizing group events here for the better part of a year now, and they have been very accommodating for our needs. There's plenty to do including laser tag, a pub, and an arcade so you don't have to bowl if you don't want to. Great atmosphere, I get a lot of positive feedback from most of my attendees. The second time I organized my event, they forgot to reserve the lanes so they gave us all free bowling that night as recompense. They also were willing to adjust the number of lanes we need
It was a nice bowling alley, with a little Cafe, arcade and laser tag. We just bowled, but it was still fun. Would've gotten higher rating, but our lane went down twice while we were there
This place is a joke! I literally called at 7:30pm and spoke to someone to confirm they weren't busy and to SPECIFICALLY call in a reservation! I was told that it was a slow night and not to worry about calling in a reservation. I told the employee that my kids would be coming in 15 - 20 minutes (unfortunately they had to stop for gas so they took a bit longer) and when my kids show up at 8:04pm they are told they can't sell them a lane after 8pm. At no moment was I told that prior to sending them in, and n
Pros: The lanes are well-maintained. The arcade, although we didn't use that part of the Alleys, looks fantastic. Unlike a lot of arcades in this area, the machines are new and varied. They even have VR! The bowling shoes are comfortable and in good condition. Cons: The building still has the scent of when people could smoke inside. The ceiling tiles and walls are stained, the couches lining the lanes are torn up and uncomfortable. The bowling balls are ?well-loved,? shall we say, and the finger holes are w
Planned a birthday party for my niece and it was a complete disaster. The staff were not helpful. We were told we would be in a room and we were told it was being used but yet it was empty. The hostess was supposed to bring us everything and did not. We had to get our own shoes. They didn't let the kids play laser tag expect for the last 10 minutes we were allowed there. Spent way too much money for the disappointment we got.
Lanes were nice and food was worth the money
This place is sub-par and a disappointment. They have very few balls to choose from- our lane got stuck several times and yet our time still ran out! And the FOOD service is a JOKE. They're out of most items- it's terribly overpriced and there's no such thing as service with a smile. When I'm spending $60 buying chicken strips and fries and appetizers and you won't let me have an extra tablespoon cup of ranch without charging me $1.25 you're cheap and disappointing. And to think you have the nerve to have a
Very poor, unprofessional management, in the bar. Bar managers should not drink on the job, treats it like it's his own personal liquor cabinet, when he was actually there. Treated staff disrespectfully, and abusively, he has no management ethics whatsoever, and customers with terrible service, literally taught in BUS101. Not really sure why he's allowed to be in charge of people? Get rid of current bar management & staff, as well as instill mandatory drug & alcohol screenings, and you'll see an improvement
Perfect place for family fun. Clean & friendly Group of 8YOs had a full afternoon of fun. Ty
I met friends here for a drink. They bowl here weekly. Nice local spot with a friendly bar. Bowling alley was busy with several groups having fun. Nice family feel.
Reserved lanes for 2-3. Arrived 15 mins early to check in gather shoes and balls and meet with family. They started our time Immediately AT THE REGISTER. Lanes turned off at 249. We weren't even TRYING to start bowling til right before 2. The lanes malfunctioned multiple times but we rolled with the punches and they ask for a tip at checkout. There's no AC in the summer either.
This place is great! The employees are super friendly and helpful. The food is good and reasonably priced. My son and his friend loved the laser tag and the games - oh and the prizes! We had so much fun and are planning to go back soon. Super soon!
My family and I were there today and only wanted to bowl for two hours. We arrived around 3:30pm and noticed a sign for a private party at 5:30pm. They didn't mention the closing when we reserved a lane. We had an issue with our lane, talked to the one woman working there and never fixed the issue. The family next to us were being loud and rude and disrespectful. They weren't being courteous to the other bowlers when they were up to bowl and they were crossing into our lane and the lane next to them. They w
one of the few Bowling Alleys left in the area. While there are fewer lanes here than others, the scoring systems, and seating are top notch! Also, the kids love the Arcade and Laser Tag they have. I think the name Family Fun Center is most accurate as everyone in the family enjoyed our visits and it is a lot more than just Bowling.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
