This is an awesome place for kids & adults. My granddaughter had her birthday party and they had so much fun. There are plenty of things to do here, from bowling to games and lazer tag to a play room for the younger kids. Food and drinks like pizza and beer. There were a lot of people having a great time. If you haven't been here you should take your friends or family and enjoy.

Bright and colorful and the arcade is nice. Bowling portion is very expensive and the bowling shoes are horrible. All the balls have so many dents and divots that you cant throw a strike. Ive never seen bowling pins with wires in top in order to set them back up.

Very professional establishment with friendly, accommodating and courteous staff. Overall great experience on a fun date night! The only thing that was absolutely TERRIBLE...chili cheese fries ???? and the chicken tenders weren't that great either. But because this is not a restaurant, I still give it 5 stars for a fun filled evening!

Cost was about $200 for 10 kids in the Play Zone which is an indoor play place kinda like what you'd find at a fast food place but way bigger and a lot more fun. This is a super fun spot. I just wish it was a bit more clean. The bowling lanes are transitioned after each party with no cleaning what so ever. The tables will have stacks of plates and trash all over them and the floor when the next set of customers come. Other than that it's a fun place for the family and kids.

It's just way too pricey. I get it they gotta make their money to operate but $35 for 2 bowling games is ridiculous no matter how you justify it. This is a cool place for kids! They have bowling, laser tag, a huge arcade, and a crawl and slide space. The bundle deals are reasonable. The arcade games are a little expensive if you don't get them in a bundle. Also, the staff isn't the friendliest...

We ordered pizza at 5:20 and it became 6:01 and a waiter hadn't even come out to talk to us. We were not informed on a delay and waited 40 minutes for our food. Everything else was awesome(ish).

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint!! We went today right after they opened. Prices for each game are very fair and so is shoe rental! Also, this place is extremely clean! Great games, good bowling, amazing prizes to win and decent prices, but, smells like poop and also pee in most of the building. I'm told it usually smells like this so, maybe bring nose plugs? Otherwise great time! EDIT: I just saw a comment from the owner that says the sewage problem was supposed to be fixed in November, however, it's now January and still smells like raw sewage. Place is great. Has everything. Bar for adults and so much stuff for kids. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Big arcade, bowling and shoes were newer, bouncy and climbing area very nice. Very reasonable way to spend the day with the family.

Me and my boyfriend thought this would be a fun place to go and do something not too far away.. the bowling part was fun. There's a good amount of stuff to do, but we ordered a pizza, and pretzels and waited 45 minutes to an hour to just get our food. Waiting for the food is terrible. Don't know if we will be back. If we do, we will not get the food. The prices are not too bad? but you would think for the price of the food they would have it out decently fast.

I wish I could rate this less than 1 star. Whoever the manager is should be embarrassed. Honestly it's Filthy, and smells terrible in there. The carpets are trashed and it needs to be deep cleaned and re-modelled. The Chuckie Cheese in Gastonia might not be as big, but was 1000 times cleaner.

Checked this place out before setting a date in late January for my daughter's birthday party. The facility overall appeared very clean and well cared for. I was impressed, can't wait for my daughter to enjoy all the games and activities with her friends.

My family and I have been coming since they opened. Hadn't been in a while. We came in today with out of town family. The customer service was terrible this time. The workers we dealt with were unfriendly and rude. The bowling was fun and they had added to the arcade, which was nice. Doesn't make up for the unwelcoming and unprofessional staff.

We had a blast at the Bowl N' Bounce. Great selection of arcade redemption games, super nice bowling alley, and a separate room with bounce houses. The large bounce house has very cool features, kind of like an obstacle course. My son also loved the laser tag session. I can advise you not to forget socks! I did and they were out of extra pairs, so I wasn't allowed to bowl with my family. Very nice, clean environment.

Why does the pizza taste like plastic? Every time I've ever had it, it tastes horrible. I've been here for 3 birthdays and every time it tastes like plastic.

This place is always fun for the kids. It's obvious the owners/managers take care of the place and employees are so kind. My daughter lost her purse here and we were able to get it back since they held it in lost and found.

We had a lot of fun here. It was our first visitb and we went for my son's birthday. We took three kids 11 10 and 5. We all bowled first. They have automated bumpers. They have the thing that helps the younger kids gets the ball down the lane too.i ordered a pizza and drinks for everyone for about $20. The kids played laser tag and then went to the arcade. While they did that we bowled again. We spent over two hours and it was worth the money. We definitely plan on going back.

Ordered food and my daughter got half way through her hot dog only to discover a massive blonde hair in her mouth. The establishment was willing to remake her food or refund the cost but offered no apology. Highly recommend not to purchase food here. They are clearly not up to code on their sanitation practices.

Had my son's birthday party the other weekend. It was a last minute change because rain at the park. They took us in and accommodated us even though they didn't have the room. Bowling and laser tag was awesome. My son said it was the best birthday ever. I didn't get her name but the manager was so nice. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Booked a 7yo birthday party, paid for 20 but they only provided enough place settings for 10 kids, who came with parents so probably close to 35 guests in one little room. Mgr would not let us open the doors between 2 party rooms to expand so a lot of people stood in the hallway. Ally (party helper) was great but mgmt sucked...would not recommend for birthday parties.

I'd say it's a solid three but could be a four. It's great for family and kids except it's not very clean. Men?s room smelled like a urinal, urinals had trash and dip bags in them. This is no longer ?bowl n? bounce? but more of a ?bowl n? play.? They no longer have any inflatables for the kids. It is now all indoor playground equipment, which the kids like-but we miss the inflatables they also had. I mean it's a nice place and all at least. Great experience for all ages. The bowling there is fun and I enjoy their big couch set ups compared to those old swiveling chairs that are at most bowling alleys. There are a ton of arcade games. Had a great time bowling and playing games, but the good was absolutely horrible!! We got nachos, chili cheese fries and pizza and not one of them was even edible!! The chili and cheese was so cold and the fries are cooked in an air fryer or something. Pizza has no sauce, nothing but dough. Totally disappointed in the food. But everything else was good.

I would give this establishment zero stars if possible. The staff members were some of the most disrespectful humans I've ever met. The food was disgusting, the air conditioning halfway works, and again, the staff members were so rude.

It's okay. I go there with my four year old regularly and we had her birthday there. The reason for the lower rating is because half the arcade games are cheesy junk designed for stupid kids and/or stupid parents who want to gamble to get tickets or prizes they could more easily purchase directly. About a quarter of the games are claw games where you never get the prize and another quarter or so are basically gambling for tickets. On one you pay 1.25 to roll a dice for tickets. No skill or entertainment val

If I could give 0 stars I would. As a parent don't have your kids party here. The manager made myself and my guests incredibly uncomfortable. certain rules only apply to certain people. Just from reading the bad reviews and the response from the establishment it seems they can't take criticism. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The ONLY good thing was the nice young girl who helped with the party who apologized to us for her managers behavior multiple times.

I love Lake Wylie Bowl N' Bounce. The staff are so friendly. The food is delicious and well priced. The bowling balls have multiple colors and a selection of different sizes.

It's a solid place over all I'd say. The Lazer tag is a decent size and a great place to take your kids. They are constantly doing different deals. The bowling is good too but the balls are cheaper so they don't spin very well. Other than that it's a great place to go. Has a wide assortment of arcade games if that's your favorite as well.

Great facility, just extremely overcrowded. Even with a reservation, we found ourselves waiting, and the poor staff is simply overwhelmed. Food was not hot due to servers just being slow due to having so many people to cater to.

My son and I come to bowl and bounce all the time. He loves playing in their indoor playground area and I personally like the arcade. He always has a blast when we go and regularly meets new friends.
