Huge bar and grill, bowling alley and arcade. We stopped for supper only and didn't have time to enjoy bowling or the arcade. The food was very good, particularly the max n cheese... best we've ever had at a restaurant. We'll be back to enjoy more of the place in the future.
Great little old school bowling alley and arcade center. Kind of feels like you're back in 1989, but that's some of the fun. Glad they had options for kids and toddlers with lane bumpers and bowling ball ramps. It's definitely a fun for the whole family kind of spot. Win tickets, get prizes. When the weather is not great, coming here can still make it a great afternoon.
Not a bad experience per say, but not worth 5 stars either. Really expensive just for open bowl. Average food available to order. Staff was really friendly. Felt clean for a bowling alley. The bathroom wasn't great though.
Most expensive bowling experience I've had. This was a typical old 70s bowling alley, super cramped lanes, cracked balls, nonexistent staff with some flashy lights - lipstick on a pig - charging high end prices. I should have known when none of their pricing was posted on their website nor anywhere inside the establishment and even at the counter they tried to be tight lipped about it. I think $7 per game and $5 for shoes and no pricing for children. I thought it would be comparable to literally any other b
I'm coming back for the pizza! We enjoyed delicious thin crust pizza with everything. Bowled a few games and was entertained by the short funny videos running on the big screens.
We used to love this place, but it's fallen apart. Nothing works, including the employees. After paying a HIGH premium for bowling, the pins never reset right and you constantly need support from a staff member who are not available, but when issues are brought to their attention they disregard it entirely. There are gnats everywhere. The smell in the establishment is foul. This is a Menomonee falls staple that is getting run into the ground. Do not give them your money when there are plenty better establis
This bowling alley has 12 lanes with an arcade, small pool hall, and bar/restaurant. There aren't many lanes to begin with, but the rest of the space makes up for it. If youre looking to take your children out for a family fun outing, this is it. Once you enter, there's an arcade to the right that's filled with fun machines to play with. To the left, is the bar/restaurant section, with plenty of space for customers to dine away from the crowd of bowlers. There is a small pool hall adjoining the bar/restaura
My cousins chose this location on the whim and I'll tell you it was a great choice. They had many lanes. A nice size bar. Arcade games that lit the whole building up.. and please don't get me started on the food. Overall it's safe to say this place is a solid 10/5 if you coming here make sure you aim to enjoy yourself.
So expensive for what? What an underwhelming experience. We had to switch lanes more than twice due to pins not clearing, or inappropriately clearing mid-frame (in order to complete 2 games total). The customer service was inattentive and replied by saying "those two lanes have been having problems lately." After ordering food, they tell us minutes later that they're out, after charging us already. A compromise was made, but it was definitely on the customer to negotiate. I can still have fun while having
Their pool table is 3 dollars. This place is in menomonee Falls, it has no business charging 3 dollars for a game of pool! Bars in downtown on Water Street charge a 1.50, what place does Kruger?s in the falls have charging 3 DOLLARS!!
If you enjoy darts, pool, and better-than-frozen-pizza, this is a great place to kill a couple hours. I've never had a bad time here because I always get just what I expect
The bowling experience with the LCD back drop was nice and fun. The food however was lackluster. The pizza we ordered obviously was previously frozen and tasted chemically. 3/10 pizza, 8/10 bowling
This place is filthy as ever then while sitting at the bar it was a set of Karen's telling the bartender that we were vaping. I dont even vape. You will never get my service again.
Ate here Sunday night and was completely unimpressed. The service was terrible it took someone 10 minutes to come greet me despite me sitting at the bar. The big oaf that was working behind the bar wouldn't even look at me I'm not sure if it was because I had Trump stuff on (As I had just come from the rally) and maybe he was an idiot Democrat. After another guy came over about 10 minutes after I was sitting there, I ordered garlic Parmesan wings, which, or just dry, dusted and Parmesan and flavorless and
Food is decent, staff is friendly, game room has a good selection and with 10 lanes there is plenty to do here. Great place to bring the kids.
Great place, excellent service! Only took away one-star because the bathroom was... a "little dirty" & bathroom stall door wouldn't latch.. and the loud noises from the gaming area were very super loud (more specifically - the Marvel gaming machine repeatedly - far too often IMO- made a loud buzzing noise followed by something that sounded like yelling "call for staff" - or "follow the steps" idk, something like that?!) and IT WAS JUST A "little distracting" while bowling!! Otherwise- overall; fun place,
They really need to do a renovation in there. The carpet is filthy. The tables are sticky. Yes, it's good to cheap to go and do bowling, but the pool table is old. The carpet is horrible, but the bathrooms are clean
Only had 1 girl working the birthday party, bowling counter, arcade, and helping in the bar. By the time our 10 children received their shoes and the lanes were ready to go, we had already used 1/2 hour of our party time. The lanes did not work correctly and often needed to be reset. The girl helping us was very flustered and I felt bad for her. When I booked the party and made a deposit, we were told goodie bags would be given to each child, there were none. A disappointing experience for over $300.
Weve enjoyed bringing our kids here for BD parties for the last 20 yrs. It's always a great time! And if you're a parent like me that hates to miss football on Sunday, they have these awesome big screens at the end of the alleys so you get to spend time with your kiddos and still enjoy some good ol pigskin. It's a win win!
Open bowl prices not in website so... It was $8/game per person and $5 for shoes.
Love this place. Locally owned. Support your local business owners. Great food. Outside seating. Friendly staff. Really cool bowling lanes. Arcade.
We had a great time here. Was not busy on a Tuesday night. Food was pretty good as were the beverages. It costs 7 dollars per person to bowl and 5 dollars per person for the shoes. There is an arcade attached but we didn't use that. There are a lot of seats in the bar area. The bathroom stalls are incredibly small. I couldn't even fit in the one and the other was a tight squeeze. Be careful ladies! Overall we had a lot of fun and we bowled 4 games total. Decent sized parking lot and a relatively easy locati
Normally better than tonight, bumpers were broken for the kids, the staff seemed absolutely flustered for being about 1/3 capacity, and the game area kiosk to load money was broken, making that whole area useless for parents. After asking the staff if they could even come look at it, the response was maybe sometime later. Guess we will go somewhere else from now on.
Extremely overpriced . We bowled 2 games with 4 people and it was $100.00 ??. Throw in a pizza and my daughter playing some games and I spent over $200.00 in under 2 hours. I won't even look this way again .
This is a wonderful place to hang out. My favorite thing to do is bowl, it clean, classy, and they have a game room for children. It's kinda like a Chuck E cheese that has an adult area (the bar and slots) if you drink. There's a beautiful patio area as well. The prices are a bit pricey but if you want to hang out in a good area, sometimes it's that way. I spent a little over one hundred dollars for my granddaughter and I to play two games of bowling, food, and games.
Got take out. Pizza and boneless wings. Felt a little LIGHT for $41 but then got home and the pizza had near NO toppings and the ones that were there were diced tiny. The taste was pure burnt oven taste even though the pizza wasn't burnt. The boneless wings are the size of small cheese curds and all for $40+. Def went down hill there.
The main complaint here is the arcade. The whole place is well done, clean, and good looking, but this masks the broken games and high prices alike. If you're coming here, do not go to the arcade unless you like voluntary being robbed. The bowling is good.
Really disappointed in the lack of customer service, the overall cleanliness, and the high prices. We really wanted to go out and enjoy ourselves with 4 games of bowling. They overcharged us for what ended up being 2 games of bowling. They then proceeded to ask us to leave in the middle of our second game because another party was coming in. The lanes were sticky as well. We spent $80 bucks here for something that would have cost us $40 bucks at another local bowling alley nearby.
Very good food. Southwest chicken salad very good
Took the fam and some friends bowling here for spring break. Was greeted by young person in pajama pants who didn't even make eye contact with me. Just asked us to write our names on a piece of paper. We then had to share a small area with another family also trying to enjoy their spring break. We didn't realize the seating quarters were so tiny that we actually had to share a table. Thankfully we were at the end so we were able to step away to the pool hall a little bit for some leg room. We ordered food
Last time I went, it took an hour to get food and then when my nachos was served it had burnt hamburger meat on it and almost literally no cheese. Honestly, it wasn't that busy. They comped my drinks and didn't charge me for my nachos.
Bowling was ok but VERY expensive. I paid for two adults and theee children and was charged $30.00 per person for 3 games! Our lane kept having a pin down every time it rest and the ball counties getting stuck in the back. I've never paid this much for bowling I felt like I was robbed.
We come here every year for my Dad's birthday as basically a tradition at this point. They give you a free bar tab valued at your age up to $50. Pizza is always great and the stmosphere is awesome
Had a slight issue with the lane at first but they were quick to fix it. Loved the different modes to bowl with in the computers. Made things more interesting for sure. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Would for sure come back.
Poor service. It was slow yet it took over a 1/2 an hour to get 2 cheeseburgers. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There's no lock on the door of the men's Bathroom toliet stall.
Our family of four was looking for a bowling alley on a random Thursday and everyone else had league night. Kruegers did not! Yay! We got a lane lickety split and the young woman who checked us out was quick as well. Love the balls that look like pool balls. Cute! We ordered drinks and they were quick as well. Fun was had by all!
Great experience! Fun family environment, we went for an adult Birthday party, and our kids were able to play in the Game room and bowl! It was AWESOME!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! THE FOOD WAS GREAT AS WELL. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACOMODATE US! WE TOTALLY LOVED THE TIME!
Never coming here again! Those were my last words to the person giving me my receipt. $63 for two games of bowling and shoes for me and my two kids. $7 bucks a game and $5 for shoe rental. According to my math I should have been 'only' charged $57 but the guy just quoted the prices back at my face when I told them there must have been a mistake. Didn't even try to correct it or listen to me. Hourly rates were not available and there was no place where the prices were posted. No doubt facilities are go
Customer service was extremely good! I think her name was Gabby, she was excellent! She fixed our lane when it was broken multiple times and was very good at cleaning up the tables time efficiently! Would definitely go again!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I'd give zero stars if I could. I and a few friends came for bowling and drinks. We went to the bar, never was greeted. The guy at the bar saw us come over and continued to clean the or organize, and took forever to serve us. We paid for 2 bowling games but our game failed to work at the beginning, took forever for the workers to figure out. When we got to the second game they said we only paid for one that's why the second game would not start. That took forever to figure out as well. Wen
Lanes were not great. Had to stop before our 1st game was done because the pinsetter freaked out. Prices were high for what the facility was. Bathrooms were filthy. Definitely won't go back.
It was a really cool place, the birthday party we had was filled with fun. The pizza could've had a little less cheese, but overall great experience with it all
Not bad, food was so so, service was understaffed
Stopped for a drink, large bowling alley with tons of games to play, there isn't a fraction of an inch wasted in the game room. Didn't eat or bowl so can't comment on those aspects. Much of the facilities were in rough shape and alcohol was poured from a gun.
This place is not worth ur MONEY. The lanes get jammed over and over again, and the ball returner gets jammed. And for the price of the shoes Is not worth it. The shoes that they give are all torn, there is no ac and no one is here.the touch screen is so glitch. Overall this place is a horrible mess with things that should not be happening. I came here for my birthday and Im never returning
Took forever to be helped when no one was there on a weekday. I even called while I was inside to make sure someone was there and someone answered and said they were open. I still had to walk back in the kitchen to get someone to help me. I bowled 4 games at $7.00 a pc., pretty steep for a barley functioning, empty bowling alley in the middle of the week. The pinsetter broke down in the middle of my third game so they moved me a lane over. That lane proceeded to miscount almost every frame. They offered me
Food is pretty good. No complaints about the pizza or wings. Bar service only when we were in which was fine. Only complaint was the prices. 1 pizza, 20 wings, bowling and beer for 4 people was $200. $20 for a pitcher of beer is just silly.
Sadly we were supposed to be here for a party. Everything was messed up and the waitress was very poor at doing her job. Communication was not her strong point. In the end, we stayed there for an hour and a hour and didn't get our lane til we were ready to leave. No food, no fun, no drinks. I think it is just something that happened to us due to our diverse group.
For a place to go to have some fun it worked. When we were done bowling we enjoyed a bit of time in the game room. The unfortunate part was we could not find anybody to help us to redeem our "tickets" for prizes when we were ready to leave. Will have to go back at another time to redeem them now.
The food was great! The staff was amazing! Thank you for accommodating our family of 25 after being turned down at another bowling alley. This will be where we celebrate with family from now on. Thank you Krueger Staff! You are the Best?
I don't think I will go back to this establishment again. I asked for a glass of water with lemon from the bar and the bartender touched my lemons with his hand and dropped in my water. Also, while fixing my drink, he put his finger under the pour. I paid for the drink but did not drink anything. How unsanitary in a time with covid. His customer service was not friendly either.
My wife and kids went on Friday and had a fine time expensive but was satisfactory. We went as a family tonight and had a horrible experience. We played one game and ate. The kids went to the overpriced arcade and of course won quite a few tickets. After repeatedly asking for help to no avail. We finally after an hour of waiting to be helped told person at the desk we were just going to leave. $400 later with zero prizes and the guy not offering anything proves he just wants one thing. If I could give less
Very family oriented, great location, had a great time, didn't get to try the food. It's a bit small so definitely suggest going with kids when it's not too busy, I can't wait to come back and try the food and have some drinks
Fun place for us and the kids, cool arcade area, good food, open bowling all the time. Very friendly service!
Server was a little confused about our basic order and was confused when we said we needed more time with the menu. Didn't ask if I wanted a chaser with my bloody and didn't know how to make it. Half the games wouldn't take the card that we paid 2 hours to play on. Overall this place has been disappointing. The food was delicious but definitely has staffing issues.
Ok bowling experience. Poor customer service (aside from the first man that helped us) and understaffed. Gentleman (seemed like he was the owner/manger) working was super nice and accommodating - we had to wait for a lane but got one within 30 minutes and didn't mind waiting in the arcade with the kids. I went to the bar to get a drink and it took 10 minutes to get a Bloody Mary. Later, I went back to up to get a small appetizer of cheese curds and a pitcher of diet soda for our bowling lane. It took
This is the worst bowling alley I've ever been to. I took my nephew bowling, who averages 175 and I myself average 220. Since they are the only alley open in the falls on Sunday, they charger an insane $8 per game. Started us on one lane that had absolutely zero oil. Straight to the left gutter off the hand. We switched to another lane I noticed had some good oil. This lane was flooded with oil. Standing on 5 board and throwing 10mph up the gut with zero movement. Needless to say I'll never bowl here ag
Fun place here to have birthday parties for younger kids ,really good pizza . Carlee was awesome and amazing when she worked here . Nadia is also really good too , very nice hard workers here . Thank you! Keep up the wonderful services.
Great place to hold a kid's party at! You don't even need to bowl. They let you use the party room for free if you purchase your food through them. You can bring in your own cake as well. They have giant screens for movie viewing in the party room, but the staff doesn't always know how to work it.
Great bowling alley and arcade. Kids enjoyed themselves. Staff was also very friendly. Only downside was that it was hotter inside the building than it was outside. Went in early Sept.
Disappointing, didn't have food menu items wanted, service was poor. No silverware, no ketchup will fries even after the brought them out last after dropping them off the plate with sandwich. No person to help at ticket counter even after asking and them saying ok no problem. Was great 10 yrs ago, what happened?
As far as bowling alleys go - it's a pretty nice place, well maintained - my brother is on an amateur bowling team and he likes the alleys. No complaints here. As far as bars go - it's usually pretty popular and busy on weekends and other busy bar times. Drinks are as good as to be expected, service is right on point. No complaints here. As far as food goes - from what I can tell, everything is prepared and made in-house, very little of the food comes out of a freezer bag. Even their pizzas are hand made, t
Nice place and nice people. We had a party and the food was great. The kids sure enjoyed the arcade experience and chance to take home prizes. The only gripe I would have is the bathrooms were a bit dated and less than fresh
What a phenomenal time we had! We had a large group for a Bachelor/Bachelorette party this weekend - we ate, had drinks, went bowling, and even got to play a couple games in the arcade. The staff was so kind and warm, and my group all had a great time. I look forward to coming back. ^_^
I would 100% recommend this place. This was my first time here with an amazing friend and I loved every second of it. You have a bar, games and bowling! Amazing staff, great atmosphere and such a clean environment. Thank you! ??
Great little bowling alley with nice bar friendly and helpful staff and a small game room. Great place to visit.
Great place. Danny is awesome. People there are friendly service is amazing. Pizza is so GOOD. Come on down n give us a try. Monday bowl all u want for $5 shoes included. Thank you Danny n Rachel n Ralph you guys ROCK.
We both are bowlers. We have a great time there. They make homemade pizzas or really good. They also have good hamburgers Fry's. They make these large Buffalo chicken wonton wrappers to die for. It's small cozy place to go. They have adult games to play. Good time out.
Prices are high. It's expensive to play the games there. Also get money from an ATM before you go there. They charge a stupid price to get your own money out of the ATM and they only let you get 80 bucks per transaction. Most places allow 200.00 for 2.25 or 2.50 charge. This place is 4.50 for only 80 bucks!!!!
This place has gone downhill big time over the past few years. Their only pool table, which was tucked into an out of the way corner, was filthy, unlevel, and overpriced. $1.50 to play on the worst table I have ever used. The bowling lanes were uneven and in dire need of resurfacing. This was overpriced as well at $30 for two games for two people. The entire establishment was filthy and in need of a cleaning. Will not be returning here.
Great place for some fun!
We were looking to have a little fun so we went to Krueger's in Menomonee Falls. Oh was that a mistake!! They were understaffed, food took forever, the bowling lanes were not working correctly, dirty and no toilet paper in the womens bathroom. I don't blame the workers as they were doing their best but the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Get the place fixed and running properly or close your doors. If you are looking for some fun go somewhere else.
They were very busy and I think I only saw one staff member and a manager(?) that came out when she needed help. The woman working does not have proper training and/or is new. Troubles ringing up bowling for our lane and someone else?s. Also seemed like she didn't know her way around the bar. I didn't like the drink she made me. I kindly let the gentleman (who seemed to be a manager) know that my drink is bad and that I wanted to order a new one. He barely greeted me and didn't offer to give me a new drink
Agree with most here, prices are Not good and service is average at best. Game room games are often not working. Took away their big ticket prizes. Only thing decent is food. Could be awesome if they just learned how to make a drink, some customer service and realize that they aren't in downtown Milwaukee with their prices.
Someone recommended this place to me.. I don't even want to give this ONE star. And definitely not recommending to anyone The service was eh.. Pizza was greasy. And refills.. ?????? DRINK WATER! $8 for a pitcher of lemonade & for refills ?? Our total came to $77 for a family of 5! Never again!
My husband and I had been noticing this bowling alley as we would drive to another establishment to play darts. We stopped in and it was dark with about 7 patrons there. I placed our order right away at the counter and we found the dart board. The ATM machine was not working so we couldn't get cash. We decided to sit at the bar for a drink while we waited for our food. The bartender never came to see what we wanted to drink. A group of 4 came in and he went straight to them. Our food was burnt. Woul
Had a party for my daughter here and bought a package for $250 and had no idea where the money went.8 12 year old girls 45 minute time limit on bowling so basically 2 games 2 pitchers of soda which was gone in 5 minutes NO REFILLS. 2 pizzas which wasn't enough had to buy another. Plus more but already wasted too much time on this review HORRIBLE price for what I got!!!!!
Last weekend we went here for a night out with friends and our experience was terrible. We started with food and when the appetizer arrived it was frozen upon biting into it. They brought us another one which was good. I ordered a diet soda and they came back and said they didnt have diet soda, mind you this place is large. Then our food starts coming out and 4 people are still waiting for their food. The waitress comes and says they ran out of mozzarella cheese so they cant make their pizza, then she
Will never go here again. My wife's card was charged almost $100 a day after our family visited Krueger's. My wife called and talked to the owner and asked them to refund the money. The owner came up with an excuse that it was a legal charge and would not refund our money. A complete scam. The owner should be ashamed by acting like this.
Had our daughter's birthday party here and everything was great. Staff made sure we were taken care of and food was great. All the kids had a blast.
Our lane wasn't working so I asked the young girl at the desk and they nicely came over and had someone or the manger fix it. That took 5-10 minutes out of the hour for bowling I paid for which was $35.00 and then for 2 6 yr old kids the shoes were $3.50 / Each person including myself. We preferred food and the nachos were decent but the pizza tastes like freezer burnt flavor... not fresh which I understand now after being at a bowling ally. I spent $55.00 more on the games for my two kids in the game room
Always been one of my favorite places to go enjoy a few beers with my friends and bowl a few games on a well upkept place. I recently stopped in after a few years and I used too come in after working at a local factory with some co workers for $1 tapper night on Tuesdays, which is no longer a thing from what I was told, unfortunately all good things come too an end! My buddies and I had a few pitchers and unfortunately couldnt stay longer due too the very high price of a couple games of bowling and shoe ren
Had a great time for my grandaughter's birthday party. Bowling, game room, good pizza, wings. Would give 5 stars but somehow only received half the wings I ordered. But good time!
Games of bowling were very expensive and our pin setter kept jamming or not putting down enough pins after a re-rack. Fun place tho. I did enjoy myself. I'll be back, on a different lane I hope! Lol
2nd time going here for my sons birthday! And we absolutely love it, great vibes, food and service! Thank you for a good time!
I usually go to Village Bowl, but I thought I'd try out Krueger?s. There was only one employee working, our food did not come, and there was no one working at the prize booth for the arcade which has us waiting around for a long time. Service was not friendly and we had to ask several times for them to put up the bumpers for the kids. Will continue going to village bowl!
1 employee for bar/restaurant/arcade/bowling.. No AC. Game cards weren't working in arcade and we had to ask for help. Bowling lane kept getting jammed and we had to ask for help and switch lanes halfway through. Just overall seemed like more things were going wrong than right..
Bowling was decent. Food was pretty good and came out at a decent time. Bartenders were friendly and prompt. The arcade is definitely a plus for young children!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
