We had an absolute blast at this place! It's a wallet-friendly indoor/outdoor entertainment center with endless fun for the whole family. The fantastic staff was just the cherry on top!

This was the first party we threw at Kristof?s and it was great! Maxwell was our party host, and he was amazing. Everything was handled so well. The party went so smoothly - and with 12 little boys, that's hard to do. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Kristof?s for a birthday party.

We recently celebrated my son?s 8th birthday at Kristof?s Entertainment, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The entire event was well-planned, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to keep the kids entertained and engaged. The team did an incredible job creating a fun, exciting atmosphere that my son and his friends absolutely loved. We couldn't have asked for a better place to host his party. Ripped off my little siblings. They spent plenty of money on credits, and received a lot of tickets/points. Had a total of 781 points. Brother went to make a purchase and she charged my brother TWICE for candy. Note- the candy was only labeled as 450. Lady at the counter charged him 600? She pulled the same move on my little sister. Was very confused and whipped out the calculator to make sure I was doing the math right. If you are with yours kids, please double check to make sure they arent getting scammed

Hands down the best experience! The staff especially Oscar our party host was SO kind, SO helpful! He made everything so easy and stress free. The kids had an absolute blast! I would highly recommend booking a birthday party with Kristofs! Such a fun place!!

Went there recently on a date with my boyfriend and honestly it was the best experience ever! I go there alot with my family sense I was young atleast, and it's always been so welcoming and fun. We had a conflict however with our food being thrown out by another person who was there and the managers and staff went out of their way and they helped out alot! The staff were all really great, the food is fresh and well made, and the bowling and arcade area are fun and well kept most of the time! And the prices

Me and my family went and qe had a awesome time there! The staff were really nice to us . But the only thing that I didn't enjoy was the big bass machine didn't work. Otherwise we had a great time highly recommend this for families!!

Fun for adults and even more for the kids! Bowling, pool and a video arcade inside with mini golf and go carts outside. Plus a full bar and a haunted house at Halloween. We had a great time.

We had a great time celebrating my two sons' birthdays at Kristoff's! Our party coordinator, Tim, was beyond excellent! He was super welcoming and made the whole party experience run smoothly. He even went above and beyond when I goofed and gave the wrong game cards out (the birthday boys were suppose to have extra tickets). He added extra tickets to one of the cards to make sure they had a great birthday. Thank you, Tim and thank you Kristoff's for a birthday to remember for years to come!

The pizza is dry and a little spicy for just cheese. Under 21 (19), is not allowed to play pool even with parents because it is close to the bar, but the bowling alley on the other side of it is okay. Family fun is apparently over at 7:55 pm on a Saturday when they play WAP as entertainment. Songs with terrible lyrics for young children that were still in attendance. This was my first and last time here with my family.

He was incredibly patient with the kids as they carefully chose their prizes, making the entire experience enjoyable. My 18-year-old son had liberty from his Navy training. So this spot was very convenient. We played a round of miniature golf and another of bowling. I use to love coming here on the weekends but the last couple of weeks the bartenders tonight on 3/14 were extremely rude. Especially the one with the short blonde hair very very rude when trying to place an order or just ignores us. I decided not to give her a tip because of the way she was towards me and she said ?THANKS? when she noticed I did not tip her. This is not the customer service we need at Kristofs if this is how it's going to be you'll be losing a a regular customer.

It's better than most fun zones, but I have been too better, and it was a little pricy. But they have Go-Karts for $10 a ride. You can get bracelets for $28, and you get a game card to play 3 games and can do 3 things. Bowling, mini-gulf, and go-carts. It's worth the visit once a year.

Would've been 5 stars If it wasn't for the bartender shor curly haired blonde acts like she owns the place and you owe her your wallet for pouring a beer.. heard her talking about me to the other bar patrons as I walked up and she acted like I didn't have ears and couldn't hear. Tom and Jim kristoff would be so disappointed to see what their bar has become she made it feel like I wasn't welcomed at all and I did nothing but ask her if she's had a good day sad world we live in

This place have it all, mini gold, arcade, bowling, go karts, pin ball and an amazing customer service. My kids party was a success due to the amazing service of Max, who helped us in every detail and was on top of our need the entire time. Also my kid and his friend were super happy because they have a ticket machine in the bowling, in every turn, beside the excitement of hitting pins, they were even more happy to receive tickets also. Even that we ordered typical pizza and boneless, the taste was great

Not a lot of games and not a lot of prize options, but otherwise clean and nice staff! Mini golf is big and fun but definitely seeing the wear of the elements on it. Haven't had the chance to try the bowling, go-karts or bar yet. Haunted house is great!

Went here with some coworkers. Had a great time! We mostly spent our time near the bowling alley and bar. Bartender was very nice and accommodating! Liquor selection was better than I had expected. Good experience overall would return!

I picked this place cuz i wanted a place to do my son's birthday party and they did not disappoint. My son had the best time and all our guests enjoyed their time as well! My husband & I came in on a whim at 9 p.m. on a Thursday and it was fun! We didn't expect much before walking in but the mini golf course was surprisingly fun. You do have to walk through slots/bars before reaching the arcade/mini golf area if that bothers you. We'll be back the next time we need to kill time.

We take the kids often because the price is fair for what the options are. Some of staff just go above and beyond. The food is always just okay. Only complaint would be the change of prizes. They use to have so much to choose from, now there's barely anything.

Went for mini golf and everyone followed the mask guidelines. Plenty of hand sanitizers available so felt about as safe as we could. Kids always have a good time whenever we go here. Great local spot and I've been coming here since I was a kid so it's cool to be able to bring my kids here now.

I highly recommend this place for a birthday party. Our party host Max did a fantastic job ensuring all our guests were happy and well taken care of. He has a wonderful personality and really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. The kids all had a blast at the party.

Removing the pool tables was a mistake. No matter what you offer it was still the top choice for us to play pool. Replacing it with pinball machines excludes us

I've been here a handful of times. It isn't the worst place to go for parties, but I am not the largest fan of it. It feels a bit too compact sometimes, especially in the arcade. The bowling alley is alright, but usually filled to the brim with people. I haven't bowled there myself, however. There's a bar and minigolf course, as well. I'm only giving a 4 star due to the busy nature of it. It's definitely stressful for me here because of how much is going on at one time, but it's still alright nonetheless.

Although there was some power issues the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! This is our second party at this location and I would highly recommend and go back in the future.

Huge place, can be pricey but with so much to do that everyone in your group, of all ages, can have fun. Bowling, Billiards, Darts, Go-Karts, Batting Cages, Miniature Golf, Bar, Slot Machines, Karaoke, Arcade with various games including Skee-Ball & Pinball.

Great place to take the kids!!! Go-carts, putt putt, new putt putt, arcades, and food/drinks. What more could u ask for to have fun? My son and his buddy love the go-carts!

Absolutely incredible location, went with my friends and bowled two games, apart from the pins sometimes being knocked over on their own(which we took as a fun little bonus) the location was very welcoming and entertaining. We've hosted 2 parties here for my son and his friends, and we had a great time! Max our party host was exceptionally helpful and delivered beyond expectations. Pizzas and snacks were good. I like that the place is big enough for kids to have fun but small enough so parents don't have a hard time keeping track of where the kids are. Definitely recommend, especially if you live in the area. The facilities, price, food quality and service are great!

Really let down by all the pool tables gone also. And then if you by chance get one out of two you have everyone standing around you waiting to play it's not enjoyable.

We had a fun, easy, and low-stress birthday party for our 9YO and his friends. Our Party Host, Max, did an outstanding job of guiding us and arranging all of our activities, food orders, etc so the event ran smoothly. He was especially patient, kind and friendly with the kids, some of whom are neurodiverse and had additional sensory needs. Great value for the price, would absolutely recommend booking a birthday here.

Kristof?s is quite literally the most fun you can have in Lake County. I love this place.

it's your run of the mill bowling alley, but the prices are cheap for a game + it has a pretty decent arcade. had a good time.

We had the most fantastic and wonderful 11th birthday party here, this past weekend. My son and his friends had an absolute blast, and no one wanted to leave the arcade, even an hour after the party had officially ended. It was so well organized, and Maxwell was so incredible in managing all the various aspects of the party, being accessible and helpful throughout (and even afterwards!), and just overall making everything perfect. He was the best, and I would recommend this place for anyone?s parties- 10/10

Mostly a bar and casual bowling alley, really starting to show its age. Most good games gome, especially the ones for younger kids. In the summer there is Go carts, mini golf and batting cages for last i checked, fifty cents per pitching round. Too expensive and new staff just awful to work with. Kick ya out the sharp second it closes. 20 years of family being a customer done.

Kristof?s birthday party experiences are timeless. I had my birthday party here in 1990 and we returned to celebrate my daughter?s 7th birthday. There were some nostalgic vibes! Our host, Maxwell, was amazing, attentive, and entertaining for the nearly 20 kids. He was working so hard so I didn't have to. It was a wild blast and all the kids enjoyed the bowling, pizza, and arcade games. All of the kids signed a bowling pin as a souvenir. I recommend the party package.

I just went here last night and omg this place is INSANELY expensive and honestly just kind of feels like a rip off? Me and my boyfriend both got 4/5 drinks and our bill was $77!! YES, $77!! And the drinks aren't even strong at all. If you're going to charge that much at least make them a LITTLE strong. Mini golf is not a bad price though. So much fun! Classic arcade, huge mini golf course, tons of pinball, and glow bowling. Great beer selection too. Go to the bar in the back and ask for the three attraction pass to get the best deal.

Our party person Maxwell was the absolute best. The kids had the very best time thanks to him and I will ask for him for every party moving forward !

The game area seem packed with kids and teens enjoying them selves, we went to the bar area which was a bit dark and dingy but the drinks and employees made up for it. Blue moon reps passed out free beer which made it even better.

Great place fun for.family, epic apa pool league on sundays. Good food, cold drinks just wish they had more arcade games for the kids.

I recently visited this place on a Friday night, hoping for a good time like I've had before. However, the experience was far from enjoyable. I called ahead to inquire about lane availability since I expected it to be busy, but the staff rudely hung up on me instantly when they picked up. Despite this, I decided to go anyway, my mistake, only to find out that their credit card machine was out of order. The lack of communication and professionalism ruined my evening and wasted my time, and I won't be returni

This place has it all. Video games, pinball, miniature golf, batting cages, a pretty gnarly go cart track and a surprisingly good menu. It's hrs of entertainment for the kids. Fairly priced. It's a great place to take the family out for a fun filled night. Easily accessible and well lit for a evening to be spent out with the family. Only downfall I would have to say about the place is the Pizza is awful. It's a basic tombstone that they cook and it tasted like cardboard.

Our party coordinator Tim was wonderful at his job, he answers all your questions, is around to help out, and makes sure everyone has a great time. The cost is so reasonable for what is provided. These two gentleman will be the sole reason I come back because they embody great values in all aspects. Great party experience. Booking online was a breeze. Upon arrival, Tim was our host, and took care of everything from putting the kids names in the lanes and getting their shoes, to timing out the pizza just right after the bowling. He was excellent. I highly recommend and would book Kristoff's and Tim for future events.

Max was excellent for our birthday party! He took such great care for my child's birthday! He definitely went above and beyond! He needs a raise!

Very enjoyable, but price point seemed high for bowling- 4 adults, 1 child, 2 rounds: $70.00+ :/ We did stay and play the games after bowling- that seemed like a fair price point. There were plenty of games to choose from.

Fun atmosphere. Great drinks. The bartender was awesome! Pizza was a little well done. But it was a busy Saturday night so we understand. The apps we ordered were delicious.

The arcade is small, but they have some new games that you would see in the bigger named Arcade.
