Very nice and a super cool concept that I have never seen before. Picture and theater were really nice but what set this theater apart is the sound. Best we have ever experienced.
Pro tip Popcorn tastes awful don't buy it. atmosphere is off. Definitely won't be back again. Theater was dirty, trash in cupholders.
The theater and facilities as a whole are nice. The navy blue seats look amazing. The customer service was bad from walking in from the garage. Heads up, you will pay only a few dollars to park ($6 for like 3-4 hours). When you walk in there is a gaming area, I believe it was clear I looked lost and the guy working in the place was side eying me and walked by me, if I hadn't stopped him to ask how to get to the theater, he would have kept going. Then I go through the restaurant and get up the few steps to a
I wonder why Alto Knights with Robert de Niro hasn't played here...What kind of BS is this??? Enough of nasty politics dictating our lives!!!
I am always telling people that Lex needs to improve the nightlife and walk-ability of the downtown area. When this spot was under construction, I got super excited. Now more projects are slated for the area. It's a great spot if you don't want to stay right in the heart of downtown. The prices are higher than other theaters but it's well worth it considering the time saved from a drive. I have only had their food twice, and I wasn't impressed, but it isn't awful, it's just not what I am looking for. I wo
The theatre chairs are amazing. You can recline and relax. My favorite part is you can choose to have it heated which is great because theatres are always so darn cold. We were in the LFX auditorium and in the 7th row. We were worried about being to far back, but really we felt too close to the screen. The bass speakers sounded blown and flapping on themselves otherwise sound was great except it was too loud. We thought about leaving it was so loud definitely could have used ear plugs. When we left we used
Popcorn tastes really weird, the video game area is stupidly overpriced and generic Chuck E. cheese stuff. Parking is stressful. Inconvenient location, no reason to choose this place to watch a movie.
My friend and I had such a fun romantic time. I visited from GA.
Heated and recliner seats with great sound system and large screen with food and a movie added bonus a mixed drink to top the night off with friend looking to spend around 50 bucks but worth the time and dinner show and drinks oh my
Watched Shang-Chi in the awesome LFX auditorium. Very very comfortable seats (you'll fall asleep if you aren't careful). Cooled and heated seats, lots of room to recline, very spacious. The sound. Y'all, the SOUND in the LFX auditorium is just ridiculously amazing. The Dolby Atmos sound system definitely the best movie theater sound system in Lexington. Possibly Kentucky. Paired with that 80ft IMAX style screen, it really draws you into an experience. Really different feel from the rest of the movie theate
We love the theaters here. Missed a star because the arcade is struggling with broken down games. It surprises me that they let this go with the rest of the place being so nice.
Great venue to watch a movie. New, clean fantastic sound system and the seats are comfortable and spacious. Spectacular movie experience
The theatre experience is wonderful. But the parking garage is a bit of a problem. I'll go to the blockbuster movies somewhere else until they get that fixed.
Why were our seats covered in popcorn, and somebody else?s drinks from the movie before still in the cup holder? This place is dirty
Very nice theater. Great place for a night out.
Really nice theater. Comfy seats
Great place for fun!?movies, bowling, food, sports games.
New management in the restaurant is amazing!!! Food quality is much better
Very nice ?? place to experience movies with family ??.
Excellent place with great servers!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
