The WORST!! Everything, every ?prize? is fake. It's $1/try at each game. We bought $20 in coins for these crap machines and got NOTHING. what a waste. DO NOT waste your money or time
This is how much we won after spending $65. While it is possible to win, it's quite expensive. There also weren't any employees on site to help re-fluff the machines or offer any support if needed. It can definitely still be a fun experience if you're open minded! But just keep in mind that it's a bit pricey for what you may or may not get in return.
We had an absolute blast at Krane, located inside the Krate! It's a claw machine arcade that's perfect for both kids and adults. The variety of games kept everyone entertained, and the best part? We actually won prizes! The machines are fun and fair. It's the perfect spot for family fun, and we'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great time with a chance to win cool prizes!
Had a freaking blast at Krane, was nice to meet Nick, he knew every prize character and kept the place so nice ! It's so cool to play after eating and drinking all day in the sun at the Wesley chapel Krates !!
We had so much fun here! Machines had a variety of different plushies- anyone can find something they like! The attendant was accessible and helped us troubleshoot any issues. We truly felt like a kid again yelling if the machine didn't pick up the prize and then immediately trying again to win the same prize. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Krane!
Just came here with my family and the kids had a blast. Very family friendly and had just what the kids wanted. Youngest wanted pok?mon and the oldest wanted anime and Krane had everything in between!
Cute concept but definitely a scam. My daughter easily picked up several prizes but they all fell. The machine claw catches the prize and then the top of the claw shakes really hard and drops the prize. We easily spent $30 for 27 coins and left with nothing. No attendant was present at the time. Luckily it was my daughter?s 10th Birthday so I wasn't in the mood to locate whom ever was running the place to make a fuss about the scamming machines. I just wanted her to enjoy her day. She was definitely upset a
I was just playing the games when the owner walked in and surprised me and several other guests with free prizes and plays. Even without that this location is great and lots of fun inside. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know 10/10.
Feeling like a kid doesn't have to come with age restrictions. No matter your age, the Claw Machine can make you smile :) The odds of winning something as well are great! Use coins to bring back that ?old feeling? like being at the skating rink or the movies!!! Stop by the next time you're at the Krates!
Don't even waste your time or money. The claws hardly grab anything and everything is packed in a way that makes it even harder to grab something. If you do manage to grab something, it jostles the claw when it gets back to the top and drops what you grab. Happened to me the other day. I had something in the claw perfectly and it dropped it at the top because it stopped too hard. Didn't bother trying again because I knew it would be useless. First time going there and definitely the last. I've always loved
For people that don't know claw machines are a scam the owners can adjust the claw strength and basically let the machine do the work like every $100 spent give one person a price this place has about 8 claw machines and are charging $2 for a single token to play once ($20 gets you 20 tokens still $1 per play) they also only give you 15 seconds to adjust your claw absolutely disgusting don't support this place so we can get something more entertaining and enjoyable at the krates.
The arcade itself is fun and plenty of people were winning, but we won a labubu that is clearly a fake now that we opened it. So beware, not authentic prizes.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, we wasted 50 bucks because we thought the arcade machines would be better due to advertisement. It's a complete scam and it's the same as any claw machine you would go to. It's disgusting because you can't even get into contact with the owners, so there is no form of communication. The WORST place I've visited at the krates and I will never be visiting again, truley disappointing
These claws are 100% rigged. We collected a prize that went right over the prize hole for the claw to jiggle it out (I saw the round mechanism at the base of the claw release itself). The business responds to reviews saying there are attendants onsite but that is not true as there was no one there. I could have put $50 into the token machine and still not have gotten a prize because there is basically no way to get something out of those machines.
The owner was super nice and the machine was very winnable!
Holy smokes what an absolute scam of a location? These machines are all rigged, none of them apply enough force to actually pick up any of the items that are contained within the machines. All this is is a place that is designed to take your money and not give you anything to walk out with, no matter how much you shove into it. Yikes.
I took my kids to KRANE recently, and we had a fantastic time! They enjoyed every moment, and the atmosphere was full of joy. The prices were great, and we even found a lot of gifts to take home. I was pleasantly surprised that I only spent $20 for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for families looking for fun!
Very fun spot. Will definitely take my kid back for more fun!
It was an amazing experience, me and my family won a lot of prizes, over all we had a great time. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.
Most games aren't rigged surprisingly! Still have the few. But great claw machines for the most part!
Amazing place!! I loved the machines and their variety! You truly have a good time. One of the machines was messed up and Eliza was a great help when we addressed it. Very attentive and wants to ensure you have a great experience! Will definitely be back!! Krane is definitely our new claw machine spot hands down!
This is a fun spot to check out. It's a smaller claw machine style arcade with about a dozen machines. There's a wide variety of prizes though, which makes it more fun. Machines are all 1 token to play, which I appreciate. Tokens are $2 each but we did the 20 for 20 making it $1 a play. We managed to get a few plush and enjoyed ourselves. I won't say we'll come to the area specifically for this place, as it's nearly an hour drive, but when in the area I can absolutely see us stopping back by.
I've been here multiple times while on vacation. We always love it!
This place is a rip off. Claws aren't strong enough. Picks the item up and drops it every time. Don't waste your money.
My family and I had an absolute blast at Krane! This place is a gem for all ages?whether you're a kid or just a kid at heart, there's something for everyone. The arcade is packed with so many amazing prizes; we couldn't believe our eyes! We all got to try our luck at the crane games, and let's just say we left with more than a few new treasures. The atmosphere is electric .Can't wait to go back and try to win even more! Highly recommend for a fun family outing!
The arcade was not stocked as well as the photos on their social media. It is $2 for 1 token, but you get a small discount if you buy more tokens. The pictures on their social media made me want to visit, but I was hesitant to play when I saw what was in stock.
all the machines are scams ? the claw holds the prize and then it gets to the top & drops it. tokens are also super overpriced, 2 bucks for 1 token is completely unfair considering you are not guaranteed to get any prize. i saw a little girl leave this arcade in tears because she nearly won something but the machine dropped it last second. ?? very disappointing and not sigma ??????? please make it so you're at least guaranteed a prize and the machines arent so weak
My son had a blast a bit pricey but seeing him happy made up for it
I recently visited Krane Arcade and was impressed. The standout feature was definitely the exceptional service. The employee on duty was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind, making our experience enjoyable. The arcade machines were in great condition and offered a wide variety of games. The prize selection had something for everyone in my group. Krane arcade is a new experience in the area and I highly recommend it!
I can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. With only 10 machines in total it's extremely small. The machines are not well tended to and it shows when all the prizes are on the edges where the claw can't reach. Rather than tend the machines or pay attention, the employee was outside charging their phone. Price per play is a wallet grab. Starts at $2/play, and yes you get a discount the more you buy, but it just isn't worth buying a bunch. Maybe if they had more machines or more prize diversit
Do not recommend based on my first experience there compared to other arcades which contain crane machines. Machines were fun, won alot of things, but theres one very dumb rule where they force you to spend more money to claim your prize if the machine malfunctions. Its really scummy and once they change their ways I will update the review. Tokens are 2$ each, or cheaper if bought in bulk 20$ gets you 20 tokens for example. Our prize got stuck in the claw above the prize shute and did not open to release
If you're looking for a fantastic way to spend some fun time, the Krane Claw Machine Arcade is the place to be! It is fun for all ages, making it a great spot for both families and a hang with friends. The machines are well-maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Winning prizes here feels rewarding because of the fair play and variety of cool, fun items in the machines. Whether you're a regular claw player or a newcomer, the Krane Claw Machine Arcade is a fun and entertaining visit every ti
Had a blast at Krane! Machines were all very new and nice and the place was very clean! Will definitely be back soon
My friend is a professional when it comes to claw machines, but 40 dollars later, even with the claws catching the item 26 of those times, she got nothing. AWFUL!!
This place is super cute. How fun is it that you can win such cute items. We love this place but our girls love it more. They love the prizes so much. Very creative idea.
Machines are garbage. Literally shook every single thing off slinging them right at the drop basket. My kids were heart broken. Your settings suck. I've worked with claw machines before and you should at least let the kids win something. Will not return.
The machines here are unique and brand new. The LED lighting and graphics are fun, with a wide variety of prizes! The prize carrying bags are also a nice touch.
Very enjoyable, very entertaining, and machines that were genuinely authentic and worth while. I had a good experience with Krane
What a cute little place, my kids loved it, the worker Alizza was so sweet to my kids and helped them with the machines. The kids won some toys which put smiles on their face, Will DEFF be back!!
Had an awesome time and won the cutest little Kuromi mini bag! There's really a prize for everyone here! Can't wait to come back soon!
This place is so much fun and exactly what the area needed! The whole krate concept for this area is super fun. I can't wait to go back and win that stitch!
This is the SPOT, it's so cool and colorful, the vibe and the prizes are huge, I want to play every day. It's really easy to win and I had to much fun getting my prize, the staff is amazing and really helpful, for sure I will be back.
This place is so fun! My daughter is obsessed with the ?kranes? and loves the fun variety of prizes to be won! Will definitely be back soon.
Claw intentionally loosens right before reaching the prize shoot. Tried several machines all did it. Complete scam.
It was clean but incredibly small. The KRANE claws were very loose. I would not recommend going here at all.
Great variety of prizes, and they aren't rigged like other places!
It smells like mold as soon as you walk in the door. It's a very tiny little place. I couldn't stand the smell and I walked out
We spent $150 and won one thing. I could?ve gotten a guitar for that amount. So not worth it!!
We spent $140 and got one Pikachu. Came here before and won a lot but today spent even more and got one thing.
Holy shit what a scam! Save your money buy on Amazon
Loved the games and the plushies are super cute ??
I spent 150 of my hard earned dollars and all I got was a stupid Pikachu this place is a scam. Don't come.
Great place to spend time winning prizes! Definitely unique to the area! ??
Kids had a great time! Definitely will be back. Thank you!
Amazing place, has a wide variety of prices.
Awesome place and nice addition to krate. Will visit again ??
Awesome place to go WIN some prizes!!
What a unique concept for such a small location.
Great fun and great experience!
Owner really nice, really clean all games are fun!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
