Reasonably priced for the value. We spent $30 and all played multiple games, 4 of us. We won prizes on almost every game. We cleaned one game out of the big prizes. The gentlemen was right there waiting to restock them. Another boy in the arcade was really struggling to win a prize so the gentlemen running it gave him free credits so he could try again. Clean space, easy to win, and had a great time!
Self service arcade. There isn't staff on standby to help out if you want the plush rearranged for example. We spent about $10 on the one piece plush machine but walked away with nothing as the claw kept letting go of chopper. We saw others who succeeded on the Pokeball machine though! The decorations are fun and cute.
Went here wirh my kiddo this past weekend and really enjoyed it! We've been to quite a few claw arcades (in Colorado Mills and in Sterling, Virginia) and this one, even though a bit smaller, is are favorite. The space is clean, and the ambiance is so much better than the others. This one is more relaxing, the lights aren't full-blast, and the decor is really tasteful. The pricing is exponentially better than the other arcades we've been to and the prizes are really adorable. An added bonus is that the m
I loved playing these claw machines! There are a variety of items in different machines to choose from. There are also different difficulty levels. I won a capybara and a rubber duck! I can't wait to go back!
I had such a fun time at this arcade! I played one of the claw machines and won a Luigi plush toy?unfortunately, it got stuck right before closing time. I reached out to the company, and the owner went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they send me the Luigi plush, but they also included some adorable Mario character toys as well! The situation was handled so kindly and professionally. I really appreciated the great customer service, and I'll definitely be back soon!
I finally found something that my teen kids don't find boring! My teens enjoyed this place very much! Super cute game room inside the mall! :)
My middle child is a claw-machine addict. She constantly talks about them, she watches youtube videos of people playing them, she even plays claw machine games on Roblox, I'm quite certain she dreams of claw machines. And Kon-ni-chi-claw is her dream claw machine place. There are a variety of machines that cater to different skill levels and prizes are definitely winnable. The owner is extremely nice and does an amazing job of keeping machines stocked and the place looking clean. Yes they are claw machine
Very fun and cool looking place!! I played in here for a good 45 minutes and won several plushies. Good lil spot to hit while mid shopping or taking a break. 100% recommend trying it out for yourself!! ???????
This was our third visit to this claw machine shop- over $50 spent total- and we've never walked away with a single prize. This time, my son had cosplay Pikachu three times, but the claw acted like it was lifting a boulder and dropped it just outside the chute every time. It's less a game of skill and more a masterclass in disappointment. Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from.
My kids had such a fun time! The arcades decorations were super cute plus my twins were able to win a ton of toys. 10/10 would recommend to any age.
Really tried for a red panda. Sadly my claw skills are sub par. Will have to come back. Owner was very nice too!
OMG this is my place!! I am a claw machine ?have to play? kind of person. Walked out with 2 small prizes and two medium / large prizes. Had some of the coolest stuffed animals you don't see all the time. We will definitely be back.
Unclear on 5 star reviews. There are better claw machine places out there. We spent $60 and only one grandkid won a small stuffy. Claw machines are definitely stingy and other customers complained about same thing
This is easily the worst experience I've had at an arcade or anywhere to be honest. Claw machines are rigged and don't give prizes, claw machines are expensive, and I didn't even walk out of that store with a prize. I spent about 30ish dollars and won jack squat. Something needs to be done to make this place better.
Neat idea but some egregiously rigged. Claw releases toy before even moving as seen in this slow motion video. This happened *every* attempt.
This claw room is amazing!! The owner was super friendly, and even gave some tips on how to win.. I highly recommend you check out this place. You will be super happy you did. Can't wait to go back!!
The pokemon and pusheen claw machines are scams. They are more expensive and unwinnable. Also, the maintenance of the machines is poor. The block stacking game had an error E5 or ES but still took my credits from my card. I would generally avoid these machines.
This place is awesome! Always something new. I hate other places that keep stocking with the same old boring crap. But this place has it down. Every time I'm there I always have something new to play for. And I can actually win, a lot!
Games are heavily rigged, prizes are lackluster, no attendants to fluff/ change out machines, prices are far higher than other claw machine arcades. Would not recommend.
Had lots of fun in this arcade! We spent $50 & left with over 10 toys! Definitely recommend this place 10/10
We spent $20 and won nothing. Also there were no workers, you paid for credits and got your card at a machine. In the pictures on the website it looked a lot bigger. I was very disappointed.
Such a fun little claw arcade! Lots of cute plushies and fun games. Owner was super friendly!! Definitely will be back!
Had an issue and called support, they resolved it quickly and gave me extra credits for the trouble. A good place to play some claw games!
Super dope spot! A nice relaxing spot to chill with friends after shopping! Highly recommend with kids.
The service was good and the machines were fair. The aesthetics of the place are pretty fun as well. The owner was polite and generous.
Lots of different choices and my kids were able to spend a few hours in there while my friend and I were able to hang out in the mall.
Really fun place! You can win a bunch! Great place for the kiddos!
Great arcade and amazing customer support when my prize got stuck!
The design of the arcade is so cute. They have amazing games and it's a pretty good price to play.
Wonderful shop met the owner and absolutely down to earth we will keep comming back every time we are in. The area

Cute place, fun time.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
