We visited Knuckleheads and had a great time, especially in the trampoline area. There are different types: some with balls to play with, others with a basketball hoop, and one where you can jump into a kind of air-filled pit or cushion. It's perfect for both kids and adults who want to move around and have fun! We really appreciated that they have water fountains, which is great after all that jumping. The place is nice, well-maintained, and a great spot to enjoy with family.
This place is very fun, there are many arcade games and fun claw machines. There are also lots of other activities that are good for entertainment. The only downside is the bowling alley they have there. There isn't much oil in the lanes and they are dry and often need employee attention. But otherwise this is a fun place!
Had a great time here today. They had great staff, but ine young man stood out above the rest. He ran from one side of the building to the other to make sure we had access to all the rides whenever we wanted. I was very impressed with the service of this place. We will definitely recommend this place to others.
Lots of entertainment for the kids and even adults. Food is nothing special. Loads of games. Attendants take some time to arrive at the rollercoasters, so lines form rather quickly.
We always have a good time here but it's very expensive. The arcade is pretty large. I spend $150 here on 4 kids and a shared adult card. I put $30 on each card. I would say it takes us about an hour to play and cash out. The kids look forward to going here when we go to the Dells.
Don't waste your time, don't waste your money. Overpriced. The staff has the worst customer service. Not helpful at all and they act like they don't want to be there and they don't want to help you. If I was management I'd clean house and I'd rename this place Suck City. Every employee was terrible from the get go. The front desk attendant who doesn't pay attention to what you say. The employee who hands you a golf club for mini golf and doesn't explain anything and walks away to go chat with other employee
I was very impressed with Knuckleheads. The prices really weren't all too bad. There was tons of stuff to do and it wasn't chaotic with the kids. Everyone was great, it was clean, tons of option for prizes in the arcade. The only thing is I wish that the tickets you received in the arcade were paid out more. There were some games you'd play and you'd get 1000 points but only 10 tickets in return. Will definitely be back though. There's something for all ages. Our 2 year old loved it.
The best game room around. Worth it for a party or just a day break from the dells. We go here just for the game room. Full go cart track, bowling, bumper cars, mini golf, MASSAGE CHAIRS, and candy machines. It's the best!!!
Very fun place for adults and kids. There are tons of things to do. I love that there is a bowling alley.
Lots to do! Restaurant attached, very good food and lots of seating, very rustic looking, rides were a bit short tho.
We went on a Sunday in October and there was almost nobody there. We pretty much had the trampoline park to ourselves. Great place to take your kids! They are a little expensive. They rent the bowling lanes for $40 an hr, with up to six people on the lane. Plus bowling shoes. You can jump in the trampoline park for an hour at $16 per person. You do have to have grip socks which they have their to purchase for $3.50 a pair.
We had a recent visit to the WI Dells. Knuckleheads came up when looking for things to do. Best description is a large Chuckie Cheese. We had a 3 yr old and 12 yr old with us. The $40 3-hour wrist band with $50 credit for games, was a good deal for the 3 yr old. The 12 yr old, it was a toss up; because she burned up most of her credits on a VR game. The 36 inches tall need an adult rider with a pass, I grabbed a picture of the ride restrictions for your reference. We were in on a Wednesday early in the day
First ever review because I don't typically voice my frustrations because I'm not a Karen, but this place was awful. Very slow. We waited 15 minutes or so for help at the golf area and employees were hard to find. The employees we did find were very quiet and unenthusiastic, and the guy at the front desk acted like he couldn't understand English. When we finally played and finished the golf game my kids were excited to see the scores but it didn't display our scores. When I asked for help the worker just sa
Always fun for the kiddos. We have 4 kids ages 6-13 and there is plenty for all of them to do. Food is reasonably priced, drinks are well poured and the games are a blast. The All-Day wristbands are a really great deal considering you get rides, mini golf, bumper cars and go-carts included. The staff is always friendly and attentive when you have questions or a game isn't working properly.
Great place for kids. The arcade was fun and reasonably priced especially during 50% times. A great place to stop when visiting the water parks.
We did pretty much everything here! Loved the cosmic bowling to start our day. We ordered some appetizers while we bowled and they came out very quickly, and were delicious. The entire facility was extremely clean, family bathroom was a plus for our family of 6, and we enjoyed the go carts, jumping pillow, ropes course and arcade. I'd skip the trampoline park if we came back. A lot of pretty strict rules and if kids have been to another trampoline park it will likely pale in comparison. Overall a great da
Their trampoline park has 5000 arbitrary rules despite signing a waiver. Kinda hard to have a good time while they are knit picking everything you do. Too much money for too little time to have too many stupid rules. Bowling was good though.
Equipment was fine, nothing spectacular. Average price. All of the employees we interacted with were incredibly rude. Maybe it was an off day, but there were 3 of them working and there were only 2 families there at the time. Just not necessary.
Fun place with tons of entertainment options!
Staff is kind and usually quite attentive. This place is super fun for the whole family. It could use some updates as some of the long-time favorites need better upkeep from general-use wear & tear. Other than that, wonderful place to hang out.
It's quick fun place for the kids to run around and kill that energy. I would say unlimited is the way to go around in here
Employees were great! We were able to do everything we wanted within our 3 hour wristband. The price is a little high, but it's the Dells. Our wristbands were $40 a person (no cut in price for our 5 year old). The arcade is the huge money drain tho. It is at least 6-12 credits per regular arcade game ($1.50-$3.00). Some games are much more for per game and it doesn't last very long. We did the golf attraction and the way it was set up wasn't bad. It was actually neat, but our 7 yr old and 5 yr old w
Add this to your must dos! This is a very unique place! For cold winter days a perfect place to hibernate inside and let the kids play! Very clean! Roller coaster will kinda shock you how thrill ride it is for being small. Great arcade , friendly workers and everything was working and in great shape . Kids & adults had fun here!!
Some games were clearly impossible but once you find a good game, you start to enjoy playing and winning tickets. They have token slot games and tap card machine games or straight up pay money for games. There are kid sections and places for adults to grab drinks. Plenty of room and clean. The staff was working hard on the machines being restocked and cleaned. The guy that helped me twice was amazing. I'd go back here and have fun spending my money.
Fun time but the arcade machines are very pricey if you are looking for a more affordable place that doesn't charge $20 for 6 single games
We have two children, 3 and 6 and they had a blast at Knuckleheads! The staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are in line with other similar locations. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back!
I am in high school and wanted to have a little bit of fun on spring break. Me and my mom came here and spent (quite a bit) of money on the arcade. So, after racking up some points, we decided to cash them in for some of the random junk at the front. As we were looking around the guy at the front kept giving us dirty looks and staring, but whatever. I kept some points on my card for one of the claw machines after, but when I cashed my card in for some of the stuff and asked how many points were left we resp
Had a great time here! Spent a lot of money but was worth it! Gave worker would be Trey! He helped us out on a lot of things. Great place to take your kids!
Jan 29th 11:15am... not crazy busy but had more customers as day went by. Lots of fun stuff to do, trampolines, arcade games, kids' rides, small roller coaster, mixer ride, large bouncy "in floor" balloon to jump on, mini putt putt golf, go-carts (small track inside) and entrance to "train" restaurant through Knuckleheads. The food was expensive but the service was great. I asked kids if they had fun, and the response was, " How could anyone NOT have fun there??!! It was great!!! Took a 10 year old and a 7
Arcade game prices are the highest I've ever seen in my life. There are tons of options for the arcade, unfortunately it is extremely overpriced. The rest of the place is pretty cool! Roller coaster, rides, trampoline park etc are fun
Long post warning: My family visited Knuckleheads for some fun tonight while on vacation. We always make it a point to go there whenever we're in town, and every visit has been great until tonight. Unfortunately, this time was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the staff didn't want to be there. My husband tried paying with Apple Pay on his phone, but his signal was weak, and it was taking a bit longer to load. The person at the front desk seemed frustrated with him, even though
Brought our 4 boys (mixed ages including teens) for a full day of indoor fun. They really enjoyed it. We spent a few hundred dollars by the time we left. It seems like a weekday is ideal because we didn't have to wait in lines and it wasn't congested. There is a Dells coupon book in the lobby with coupons (1was 25% off) that we never saw so make sure you check that out before purchasing. It cost us $74 for 4 boys to jump in the trampoline park for 15 minutes. (Socks are 3.50 each) . They may just have had
This place was a ghost town, though to be fair it's the off season. The ride attendant told us my kid was too short to ride the small rollercoaster. We were standing on the ride entrance ramp (behind a gate and well below the platform that held the height chart) and we asked if he could step up to the height chart to actually measure him (we know for a fact he was tall enough with 2 inches to spare), but she kept repeating "no" and turned us away with a smile. It would have taken 10 seconds to just let him
The staff here are very nice to you when you first walk in they have a lot of stuff to do here it's a very fun place to go to I recommend coming here I will be coming back here again soon I give this place a 5 star rating
We stopped by just to check it out and found so much available under one roof! We plan to return sometime to enjoy it further.
Good fun for the family. Not a place to take the grocery money, as it can go quickly when you're having fun. There are a lot of games and activities. The ropes course is a lot of fun, the trampoline park wears out the kids. There is plenty of parking and there is a mall that shares the parking lot so fun for the whole family. The food is good, and plenty of seating.
Overpriced bowling. Very uncomfortable bowling shoes. Selection of bowling balls is not good. Could barely find balls that adult fingers could fit- and when we did find a few, the inside of the finger holes were chipped causing pain when throwing the balls. Our lane stopped working- actually had 6 balls that didn't return. Informed attendant & took too long to move us to another lane while working on the ball return. Being moved was fine, but the only balls we found that fit us were stuck down the lane. We
We were told by an employee their arcade was open until 10pm.. so we bought a $50 dollar arcade card and 5 minutes later, they closed the arcade at 8pm and refused to refund the card. We were just traveling through so its not like we can come back. Very disappointing.
It's a nice place. However $40 for the wristbands is excessive considering what you're limited to for activities. If you have little ones there's more available. Trampoline in extra.
We had a great time here. From the outside the place looks kind of run down, but inside it is very cleaned, updated and well kept. We went here as a family of 4 with a 6 and an 8 yr old. Bought the 3 hr passes and had a great time. The go karts were fun, not very fast though. Ropes course is cool, along with mini golf and bumper cars. We would go again.
Loads of fun for the whole family. Large variety of stuff. A little pricey but it is an arcade.
Always a great family experience, #1 spot we go to when we're in the Dells and my 74 year old Mom will get out and play!!
Fun for a day inside. The airplane ride was my kids fav, but very squeaky loud(like something needed repair) but arcade was fun got plenty of toys and also did cosmic bowling(my fave part). Very expensive.
There are many, many things for kids and even adults to do there. They have arcade games, bumper cars, a rope course, a small roller coaster, miniature golf, a XD theater, bowling, trampolines, a jumping pillow, places to eat, etc.
This place is definitely fun. A lil pricey for sure. The bumper carts were fun, the go karts did not look like they go fast at all. 3 rides including a dollar coaster that goes pretty fast honestly it was fun. It's huge in there. If it was cheaper it would have been better. The games cost to much to play. The 4d theatre was dope.
There's definitely quite a bit to do... Bowling, trampoline park, bounce pad, a few rides, mini golf, go carts... The list could go on... However. It costs sooo much. And to be honest. I don't even know how. Plus, they charge for a 2 year old. Which is obnoxious. Considering, we all know how 2 year olds are hot or miss with that stuff. It's fun But I wish it was more cost friendly! We did visit over Christmas break. there was a small line once we entered, but there was only one employee... He was very patie
Overall cleanliness and atmosphere was good. However, the attractions were all flawed in some way. Our bowling lane was the worst I've ever played a game on. See picture with straight ramp. Stay away from lane 2. Also was quite expensive at $40 for one hour of bowling + shoe rental cost. The go carts went at most 5 mph. The mini golf, though a cool concept, was broken half of the time. The drinks were expensive and I'm not sure if they actually contained alcohol (plus they made me the wrong drink). 4D game
Looking for a great place to the kids while your in the dells? Tired of swimming and getting wet? While look know further, Knuckleheads Trampoline park is the place for you. There is so much to do here from go karts, to trampolines, bowling and much much more. There is excitement for all ages younger to adults.
Such a fun experience! Great for the whole family! Tons of activities from arcades to indoor theme park rides. And yes alcohol to save you from all the rambunctious children you bring on your vacation! Lol
Had my sons 10th birthday party at the trampoline park. It was awesome. He said it was his best birthday party ever. Out of 10 kids, only one got hurt (twisted his ankle, he is fine btw), and the staff was amazing and very fast when it came to him getting hurt. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be back to hold more of my kids birthday parties here. They are a little on the expensive side, but way cheaper than any other competitor around. So worth the amount we paid. I would recommend this place
Fun for all ages. A blast from the past. The games are so fun and the rides are just enough to keep the kids entertained. They are up to date with the times such as VR games etc. Would highly reccomend.
It was very busy while we were here but the staff was quick to help and kept the lines moving. Nice bowling lanes and a few great trampoline areas, as well as an enormous arcade. Be ready to spend a bit of money in the arcade and you will have a blast.
The bowling is crazy expensive. It costs $40/hr plus you have to pay for shoe rental. The lanes were horrible and need more oil on the lanes. I personally would not go there again. Not worth the money.
Perfect for a rainy Wednesday in the Dells. First time there. Staff was extremely helpful. Didn't feel the prices were bad considering all that is available to do.
It's a very fun place with good go karts and arcade. Only bad thing is it is very expensive
Great priced fun for the whole family! Definitely recommend! You do have to purchase their socks, and they barely fit my big guy who wears size 13 shoes. But the socks come in fun colors and are a cute souvenir! Our girl could have spent all day on the trampolines ??
This place is ever changing and I love them doing that because honestly I was born in the early 80's and I remember the old dells being the exact same every single year and nothing ever changed! Eventually it just got old and we stopped going as often but now with this return trip during spring break we stopped in and seem many new games and things to do that were included in the Need for Speed unlimited pass for like 35 with the coupon for 5 off from the book. I see they have a new VR game to play with fri
Here's a summary of our visit today: 1. If you purchase a $100 gift card online, you get a $25 bonus. This bonus is 100 spurs or ?tokens? for the arcade. YOU HAVE TO PRINT THE PIECE OF PAPER 2. The clerk had no idea how to process my GC and $25 bonus, we had to walk across the building to be given my card with spurs (this would suck big time if there were long lines 3. The trampoline park is worn and needs repair, there were some areas in the trampoline park that definitely needed repair. When you jumped o
This was a very fun place. Most of the staff looked over it all and looks like they need a vacation. Many of the machines were broken. Bathrooms were clean and very nicely decorated. Absolutely a place for kids or kids at heart that want to play games and get your standard Arcade prizes in the end. Expect to pay lots and get little prizes. My favorite game was the coin pusher game however not sure it paid out like it should have. Still fun, would recommend for large groups with kiddos.
So much fun here! The big jumping pillow is my younger kids favorite. Great place for parties. The older kids liked the go karts, rope course, and VR thing.
The trampoline park small and overpriced. The arcade is about $3 a game. Thought it was rip off for those 2 so we didn't even have our kids try anything else.
If you're like me, then you like Vegas. This place is a Vegas for kids. They loved it! How is it for adults with kids? Well, my kids and I shot some abominable snowman with snowballs in a VR game, my wife and I shot some zombies in a 3D game, everyone went on some rides similar to a carnival, and then we had good food at their restaraunt! It was fun for everyone, especially because the kids were tired out after it and went to bed soon after getting back ??
Over all my experience here with 3 kids was nice . There are a lot of down falls . The lines for the go karts took forever . The wrist band loses the value because they have to wait so long to ride they don't get much time to do anything else . The claw machines are all extremely rigged , I did not see one winner walking around . The staff is nice and it's a clean facility but it was sad that all the games are rigged
This place sucks overall, expensive for no reason, I went last year and I'm not going this year your better off going to Tom Foolery
Need a purell shower. Kids had ok time but may need a bank loan before you come. Bartenders were friendly but don't try and order more than bud lite or Miller lite.
Just went for the bowling($40hour)+3 for shoes. Able to get 2 full games with 3ppl. If you have big hands bring powder bc the 16s are a little small. All in all not bad. I just think all the prices are high. So plan to stay all day to make it worth it.
Kids loved this place. Especially the rock climbing wall! Prepare your wallet/credit cards. Your kids will have a great time, but will blow through cash & credits lightning fast here. Got a $15 frozen margarita (very good) and by the time I was done, my 2 kids had me down $200. Be warned! Lol
The rides were iffy. I work at a resort and the crane games are rigged. The crane claws are way to lose to actual win something but the rides where fun
The kids enjoyed bowling, and I enjoyed my purple rain beverage.
If you want to enjoy trampoline, you need to fill out the form. Also, they have some choices to play. When you go to arcade or go kart session, you need to pay separately.
Very family friendly, there is something for everyone. My only complaint is that the go karts didn't have any music playing, so it was kind of lack luster and boring. The mini golf was very interesting and unique. Unfortunately, I was having too much fun to remember to take pictures!
It's an Arcade and some of the more interesting games were inoperable or closed upon my visit. There are plenty of games to keep children busy, however, many games are not well maintained or kept clean. Very pricey for the quality and the staff are not particularly friendly or appreciative for their jobs for that matter. It felt as though they avoided being helpful and they didn't want to be there (walking around like guards rather than attendees). I can tell they make a habit of avoiding questions by the w
We had a great time! Staff was very helpful and catered to our needs.
A lot to do! There's a variety of activities appropriate for many ages. Our 2 year old couldn't do a ton but he still had a blast! The staff were all very sweet with him. Keep in mind the food is mediocre at best so if you're a foodie you might want to plan lunch somewhere else. But as far as the activities, staff and cleanliness was all great!
Great place. Lot of games and things to do for adults and kids. Great experience overall. However, they didn't have any signs that they close at 8 and didn't announce they were closing soon. I reloaded a card at 7:30 and the machines stop working at 8 without warning.
Fun and full of excitement for the adult/kids!!! Friendly staff and great service. Clean place with hand sanitizer available throughout the entire place.
Recently visited on a family trip to the Wisconsin Dells. Hardly anyone was in the establishment, and we still had to find someone to help us. Once we were redirected 3 times, we were finally able to purchase some rides and arcade cards. Arcade was super fun! Walked away with some cheesy prizes. Fun was had by the entire family.
Went here before dinner and it was perfect. Will be going back and recommend.
Hands down worth the drive over urban air in waukesha EVERYDAY! I love this place. My daughter enjoyed it to heavens. Fun for all ages!!!! Go karts r a bitt ruff. And the roller coaster.....not many kids enjoy that one. But it's worth every penny for the virtual reality xd theater and rope course alone! Will be coming here weekly
The best trampoline / arcade !! Great for littles & big kids !
Was my first time being there with my kids and we all had a blast I highly recommend for some family fun for all ages from bowling to jumping on the trampolines to the arcade games all in all was a great experience and will definitely be going back
Very fun experience here! A huge assortments of arcade games, and then other activities as well. The trampoline park was a little small, but still enjoyable. Arcade staff was very friendly but the trampoline park staff was not friendly or paying attention to everyone jumping at all.
This place is amazing and way too easy to go broke in ?? so much to do from trampolines to go carts, they have a huge arcade and bowling and actual rides for kids, they have a ropes course as well. My kids loved it as did I. It's super expensive though, the wristbands are outrageously priced, it was worth it though to see my kids having fun and winning so many tickets and coming home with oodles of prizes.
Very fun place for the kids and whole family. The staff was all very kind and even made adjustments for our special needs daughter to get on XD ride. Would definitely recommend coming here if visiting the dells or if you live here.
Amazing place, way bigger then I expected. There's even a roller coaster inside. We got the deal with a game of cosmic bowling, a pair of shoes, and a 50 credit arcade pass for $18. Totally worth the money, ended up spending a couple hours there and we will definitely be returning next time we're in the Dells.
No wait time. Staff was OK. A little pricy for the size of the jumping part. Arcade was huge. Too many rules on the trampolines portion. Can't front backfill, can't jog. We were the only ones there. Probably won't go back. But wouldn't tell anybody not to try it once.
It's a kid casino with a carnival. My kids had fun and that's all I ask for. They serve food (we ate at Buffalo Phil's) and have a full bar.
Awesome experience for both us adults and the kids. Between the arcade theme park rides go carts trampoline park massage chairs bowling there really is something for everyone there.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
