Great bunch of people. They are professionals in every way and they know their stuff. They repaired what i thought was an irreparable machine and it works great . We Bought 2 other machines from them at bargain prices and they are great. We are still waiting for one more machine that they are repairing and I am sure it will be a great fun machine also. If you are looking for a business to repair your machines, This is the place to go. They know their stuff and are very reasonable on their pricing of labor a
I took in a wiring harness for one of my slot machines. First, the gentleman who answered the phone was rude and off putting. Second, I was told it would be done in 2-3 days (it took over a week). Third, the "work" done was very shoddy. They didn't even solder wires together, just twist and electrical tape. Lastly, when I went to pay, guy was annoyed that I was paying via card and not caah. I'm giving them 2 stars because the "work" done was not much. Will never use them again.
KLAR is 2nd to none. All around 5 star service along with impeccable knowledge and dedication. Great to work with with fair pricing. I had a troublesome slot machine which was no match for Alan and Barry. I really didn't think it could be repaired. Thanks again!
Alan and Barry were the most knowledgeable gentlemen I have ever met. They went above and beyond to help get my slot machines repaired. Their work was impeccable and their prices are very reasonable. Even after I was back home, they were able to help with minor issues that came up with the machines. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars doesn't come close to my experience with them.
These guys are friendly, fair, and highly skilled. They fixed our machine in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
Everyone was helpful and nice! they repaired my mills pocket vest and were honest and fair. Highly recommend coming to them for any repair needs.
These guys rock. I did the troubleshooting and showed them a video of what my machine was doing. They provided me the part and it worked fantastically. Very easy to work with. Thanks, you guys have helped me with my mechanical slot machine and my Game King.
Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable people. It's nice to know there's still companies out there that can keep these games running.
Big rip off. Prior to taking my Bally 5000 Plus, I called him and asked how much it would cost to fix and was told $320-$350 max if they fix everything including putting in a new power supply. I dropped off the slot machine, and was notified after a week that it was ready. Upon picking it up, I received a very unpleasant surprise of a bill of $480. When I stated I did not expect this much, Alan arrogantly responded that he also did not expect that. He fixed only the lock, coin acceptor, and main CPU board.
Alan and Barry provided fantastic customer service, didn't gouge me to fix my 90's era slot machine, and answered ALL of my questions! They know their stuff, and do great work!
This place is amazing! The people working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my new go to place for everything I need for my machines!
If you own slot machines and you do your own maintenance you need this shop in your life. If you need someone to work on your machine, don't hesitate to reach out to them. Alan and Barry know their stuff, and they have a lot of parts that often save the day. Thanks Alan for keeping hundreds of machines alive that might otherwise become landfill.
This is the best repair shop in Vegas. Took care of my machine and explained what I need to do
Brought my IGT Fortune 1 Video Poker in for repair. Alan did an awesome job of repairing the monitor. I highly recommend Klar for slot repair. Companies like this on are far and few between. Thank You KLAR!
Great guys. Had the buttons I needed. Fair price. I'm definitely going back. Thanks
Quick, efficient, and friendly! Couldn't have asked for better service! Can't wait to get my machine fully refurbished by them - highly recommend.
I was able to order many parts for my slot machine and was able to get my machine up in running .Allen was helpful and patient with my questions
These gentlemen are not only very experienced they are the friendliest i highly reccomend them for all your electronic and video needs
Great communication and service
Knowledgeable and Honest. Can't do any better than that.

Alan runs an honest business.
Frendly with good pricing.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
