Been here a few times now including hosting a private party. Bowling is fun and reasonably priced especially considering my kid (4) was free. You can order food and drink including alcohol from a full bar as you bowl. We also dined in the restaurant and had pizza, salad, and fries. We've hosted a private party as well in the room with two private lanes and the price for the kids party was reasonable. Very kid friendly including shoes, light balls, bumpers, and ramps. Kings also has a decent rewards program

Shoutout to Gabriel and the kitchen team for making excellent food and providing customer service. Gabriel provided me his spin on a Sangria and it was fantastic! If your dining in on Wednesday?s they offer $1 Wontons as well during happy hour. The honey sriracha wings were scrumptious as well. Not too saucy either. Highly recommended.

My kids and I were approached today by a woman at the neighboring carnival at the Cool Springs mall with a card for free bowling. She said I could even let them bowl for the hour while I sat and had something to drink or eat. The photo of the card I received is attached and says nothing about a per person limit. Held a private event at King's Bowl for a party of 10! Turns out we were placed in the private room which was absolutely perfect and such fun vibes. The service was 10/10 and everything ran very smoothly! Food kept getting replenished and we had our own server who was handling drinks. Our real estate brokerage, LPT Realty, has been hosting our Lunch n Learn events here every Wednesday for the last month. The service is always spot on. They even remembered that I'm gluten free when I go in which is so thoughtful. I get the grilled chicken Santa Fe salad and it's so delicious. Highly recommend.

We recently hosted a group of volleyball players at Kings following an intense day at the gym, and the experience was exceptional. The entire team was able to sit together while parents joined in a social atmosphere. With multiple TVs broadcasting sporting events and engaging activities like the arcade and bowling available after dinner, our families enjoyed a truly memorable evening.

We celebrated my son's 14th birthday there and had so much fun! From start to finish we were treated like Kings! My son brought 8 friends - they bowled for 90 mins and then played arcade games. Their drinks were never empty and the food was plenty. Everyone had a great time. Good value for money. Would highly recommend birthday parties there. Thank you, Kings!

Atmosphere is super cool. Not many bowling lanes.. actually had a 3 hour wait at 6 pm on a Saturday night which was way longer than we expected. Good news is, you can make a reservation ahead of time. Learned that after walking in. Went down the road to Franklin entertainment which was a good enough spot. Great place for a birthday party. You can rent a VIP lane for 2 hours which includes the bowling and shoes and 60 dollars worth of food. You have a server come and wait on you and have a good time bowling instead of worrying about party prep. They even have gluten free options for pizza crust and sandwiches. Kids love the game room as well!

Went to King?s for a birthday party and was let down by multiple areas of the business. The best part was our server who was extremely friendly and quick when dealing with 30 or so people. The worst part was the food. In between the two was the bowling as the floors were extremely slick leading up to the lanes making the bowling experience more of a stationary activity rather than the normal way people typically bowl. Rather empty on a Wednesday, probably no major sports games to watch. I imagine game days are great with TVs everywhere and large tables for big groups. Outdoor seating also available. Service was sporadic. Wings were okay but salads were good.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Both me and my bf went here twice visiting in town. Our waiter went out of his way to get the shrimp appetizer to be gluten-free for me. Taylor & Wesley were AMAZING!!! They were very attentive all evening long and my three children even commented how kind they were to us during our time here! We didn't see the server for another 40 minutes. We finally got his attention as he brought out the meal for the one person at our table that got to order. Cool Springs,TN location: I recently had a Christmas luncheon with my team from my office. For those who are Big Lebowski or Kingpin fans, you're in for a treat. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The 4 lane party room was perfect for our privacy. Atmosphere is relaxing. BUT, the food was simply outstanding. Pizza=good. Mozzarella sticks=good. BBQ sliders=excellent .

We've come here for the last couple of years since they've opened and have never had a bad experience or issue. I can't speak to all the amenities, such as the full dining or large parties, but the atmosphere is great, food is super tasty, and bar selections are on point! The staff here is attentive, helpful and friendly. Great location for family time or adult time. Bowling can get pricy with larger groups, it's about $18/person with shoes.

Celebrated my daughter's 15 birthday with just a few friends and family and it was a blast! From air hockey, games, pool and BOWLING! && OF COURSE the yummy food & drinks! Never had such delicious strawberry margaritas ?????? The staff and MOST IMPORTANTLY the world's SWEETEST Manager who got us taken care of!!!! We had such a blast from 6/7ish till close at Midnight! Group outing for a holiday party ? seating was sufficient in the main dining sports bar area. Service was friendly and mostly attentive. A couple people in our party of seven had to send burgers back for additional grilling. Food quality was good ? to very good. One of the hostesses collected our names and shoe sizes so when we finished eating we could walk right into a private room with four lanes ? we used two. They had our shoes out, names keyed into the scoreboard ? nice touch.

Had a fun time at Kings Bowl on a quiet weekday with kiddos. We had a great time. They have those training things to help toddlers too. Staff was friendly too, though we didn't have many interactions as we weren't eating and being waited on. Full arcade too, girls loved playing games.

I just did a business event in the Whiskey Room on 10-24-24. I made a mistake on the scheduling their staff showed up 2 hours early and saved the day for me. Not only did they show up, everyone was super friendly and the service was top notch. Great place to go have a night out. The food is great, I'd only add a steak option to the menu and it's a 10. Great games and plenty of screens to watch your game. The service was amazing and I will make this trip again from Nashville to Franklin to have another great night. Thank you to Andrew the General manager for being such a great host.

Went for a company event. Good bar food, service was nice, bowling was fun, live music was entertaining and a variety.

The food was great. But the service was terrible. They brought the drink out. We had to keep asking for refills. The food didn't come out until after we had been there an hour. When they started bring the food out it came at different times. Like 20 minutes from the first food delivery to the last. I'm not sure I would recommend this place. I'm only giving a 3 ? because the food was good.

Atmosphere was fine but not worth the extensive cost....... paid 50 dollars for 2 people for an hour plus "tip", not to mention any refreshments plus tip. will definitely be finding a more affordable place to bowl.

Great place to watch College Football! Lots of TV's including three HUGE ones over the bar. Food was EXCELLENT and the service we received from Maggie was amazing seems every time we needed a drink or food there she was. Actually entire staff was great.

Good place to play pool under 21. Riccanda was fantastic and was very nice to us! Her service and kindness really made our time there. If I could suggest one thing personally I would get a StepManiaX cabinet in the arcade. It would draw a big community to come in and spend money there.

Our company did our company offsite event at Kings Dining & Entertainment. WE had a blast! Marcus was our main server and he stayed on top of the game with a bout 35 people in attendance. Went to see the Wannabeatles. Our tickets said doors open at 6:30. We got there at 6 and checked the doors to the Whisky room. They were closed. So we waited until 6:30 having a beer in the draft room. At 6:30, we went back to the Whisky room and the doors were open, and the place was almost full. It was supposed to be general admission, (@ 6:30 ) but people were holding seats for their friends that weren't there yet and wouldn't let us sit there. We wanted to eat and nobody asked to take our order.

1st time at King Bowl for a work get together. Service was non existent! We sat at the bar while my colleagues bowled. This 5 star goes to Mr. William Whitaker (Mechanic )and Mr.Darius ( Waiter). We had get together on March 24th. Our lane had ( #13 ) mechanical problem during our game that's when Mr. Whitaker showed up to help us with great smile and awesome hair!! Worst experience I have ever had. Went on Saturday night and it is was not busy. The staff was more concerned with the party in the back than the tables. This was a great place to bowl before they attached strings to their pins. Idk the reasoning behind it, but the strings make the chaos of pins much less exciting and can get tangled to the point that the lane is useless for 15+ minutes. The craft beer room or whatever it's called is massive but was dead on the night I came. Food took forever and I think I ordered a sandwich. There were two managers, two bartenders, three servers and all seemed oblivious that the kitchen was taking forever. I'll get the bad out of the way first - If you have a reactive ball, you are going to be immediately disappointed when your ball hooks into the left gutter about half way down the lane on your first throw. These are not normal bowling lanes, I'm not exaggerating when I say there is no oil on them. The place was nice. We went to bowl and ended up having to bowl in the little room since they didn't have many bowlers. We asked about the open main lanes and he said they were not open yet but when we decided we didn't like the cramped space and our ball had been stuck in the machine once already and didn't want them damaged, we decided to call it early. We had some confusion planning a karaoke birthday party, we were at the Whiskey Room the wrong night. But RJ, Amir, and Blake stepped up and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They gave us the room, set us up with a bartender and allowed us to connect with their sound system with our own machine. Fantastic customer service!!!

We came with a very large party and rented the party room for 2 hours. The bowling was great. The service was quite good, especially considering how many of us there were. The food was not so great. Not bad, but definitely not a reason to go there.

Be aware if you sign your kiddos up for the summer kidsbowlfree program of the hidden bowling shoe requirement. This center makes you to rent THEIR shoes for $5/person EVEN if you happen to own your own bowling shoes. That goes for kids as well. My boys own bowling shoes from being on their school?s bowling team, but they still had to pay for shoes if they wanted to bowl. So your unanticipated costs could really add up over time. My friends and I walked through the doors of Kings Dining and Entertainment for the first time to hear music in the Whiskey Room. Not quite what I was expecting. Definitely not any live entertainment except the bar patrons. If loud sports & lots of beer are your jam, this is your spot for sure. Draft beer was $8. Seems a but much. Waitstaff was friendly & attentive. Can't speak to the food as we only had a drink. The outdoors looked fun with some games & a couple of warmers (night still cool in the Spring).

The worst restaurant I've ever been in my life . I was there yesterday, in Franklin. The hamburger was good but the service in the bar was very bad, very bad , it's something as you were not there, low quality of service for a place that should be for entertainment, and they charged me 15 for one diet coke ... for sure was wrong , but the waitresses said that was all right. I didn't discuss because I was felling very bad in that place and the only thing I wanted is get ou there.
