Been here a few times now including hosting a private party. Bowling is fun and reasonably priced especially considering my kid (4) was free. You can order food and drink including alcohol from a full bar as you bowl. We also dined in the restaurant and had pizza, salad, and fries. We've hosted a private party as well in the room with two private lanes and the price for the kids party was reasonable. Very kid friendly including shoes, light balls, bumpers, and ramps. Kings also has a decent rewards program
Shoutout to Gabriel and the kitchen team for making excellent food and providing customer service. Gabriel provided me his spin on a Sangria and it was fantastic! If your dining in on Wednesday?s they offer $1 Wontons as well during happy hour. The honey sriracha wings were scrumptious as well. Not too saucy either. Highly recommended.
I went to this spot with my friends during a trip we took together, and it was honestly one of the best parts of the entire trip. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the fun and energetic atmosphere. The vibe was just perfect?everyone was there to have a good time, and you could tell right away that it wasn't just any typical night out. What made the night even better was the karaoke. We had so much fun taking turns singing our favorite songs. At first, we were a little nervous, but as the night we
My kids and I were approached today by a woman at the neighboring carnival at the Cool Springs mall with a card for free bowling. She said I could even let them bowl for the hour while I sat and had something to drink or eat. The photo of the card I received is attached and says nothing about a per person limit. Fast forward several hours (when my kids are tired and hungry) and we walk in only to find out the card was only good for ONE person and it would be $50 for us to bowl. I had just spent a fair amo
Held a private event at King's Bowl for a party of 10! Turns out we were placed in the private room which was absolutely perfect and such fun vibes. The service was 10/10 and everything ran very smoothly! Food kept getting replenished and we had our own server who was handling drinks. Would definitely recommend this space if you are looking for something a bit private.
We hosted a 25-person corporate event at Kings Bowling and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was top-notch, Kelsea and Trinity absolutely crushed it! They were attentive, friendly, and made sure every single person on our team was taken care of. The vibe was fun, upbeat, and perfect for a team event. A special shoutout to the manager, Will, who was beyond hospitable. He walked me through everything in advance, made sure all the details were clear, and ensured the event ran smoot
In response to Krissy Williams-GM: the lanes shut off early as we both stated; I had to search for someone to inform them and your bartender was not concerned. No one came back to us stating that you were going to extend our time, so we took the bowling shoes off, put our shoes and and began to depart. At that time, when we were handing in our shoes and leaving, did anyone ask if we wanted more time. The opportunity to fix the problem had passed. 2. If a double shot mixed drink is not allowed at 11:01pm the
I was surprised how much I liked this place! I thought it would be just another bowling alley, but I walked in an liked how they had everything broken out. The Food was solid bar food. Our server was very attentive even though it looked like she was taking care of multiple bowling lanes. Cannot wait to go back!
We came for my daughter?s (who uses a wheelchair) birthday. It was 3 of us. Will (manager) took PHENOMENAL care of us. So attentive, so thoughtful he thought of everything. We felt so special. He is a true gem! Julia took extra special care of our birthday girl. made her feel like a princess. She was always there before we needed her. She's great!!! We were going to go somewhere else for dinner but we were so happy with the service we decided to stay. Paul, our waiter, was attentive and fast. The food was d
Fellowship School of Creative Arts Lanes for Leaps Fundraiser ? April 6, 2025 We had an incredible time hosting our Lanes for Leaps fundraising event at Kings Bowl! The staff was friendly, the lanes were immaculate, and the atmosphere was perfect for families and supporters to come together in celebration. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our event a success. We are so grateful for the partnership and can't wait to return next year! Highly recommend Kings Bowl for any group eve
We had an excellent experience for our private party (WCRP)!! The staff, service, food and everything was awesome. I was especially thankful and appreciate they found, held and kept an item I left behind. Chrissie, the manger, was so gracious in helping me get it back! That says a lot about an establishment! Thank you!!
Our real estate brokerage, LPT Realty, has been hosting our Lunch n Learn events here every Wednesday for the last month. The service is always spot on. They even remembered that I'm gluten free when I go in which is so thoughtful. I get the grilled chicken Santa Fe salad and it's so delicious. Highly recommend.
We recently hosted a group of volleyball players at Kings following an intense day at the gym, and the experience was exceptional. The entire team was able to sit together while parents joined in a social atmosphere. With multiple TVs broadcasting sporting events and engaging activities like the arcade and bowling available after dinner, our families enjoyed a truly memorable evening.
Where do i begin...awesome, just awesome. Friendly front desk staff, fantastic manager helping us get ready for a 10 person party, server was all smiles and timely. Can't wait to go bowling there again soonThank you Kings. Truly!
Always a GREAT time at Kings. We do events on a regular basis and the staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly. Every Wednesday from 12-2 LPT Realty from takes over the Whiskey Room for presentations for real estate agents! From the management to the staff they are always willing to help!
We celebrated my son's 14th birthday there and had so much fun! From start to finish we were treated like Kings! My son brought 8 friends - they bowled for 90 mins and then played arcade games. Their drinks were never empty and the food was plenty. Everyone had a great time. Good value for money. Would highly recommend birthday parties there. Thank you, Kings!
Atmosphere is super cool. Not many bowling lanes.. actually had a 3 hour wait at 6 pm on a Saturday night which was way longer than we expected. Good news is, you can make a reservation ahead of time. Learned that after walking in. Went down the road to Franklin entertainment which was a good enough spot. It's definitely far from the kings vibe
Great place for a birthday party. You can rent a VIP lane for 2 hours which includes the bowling and shoes and 60 dollars worth of food. You have a server come and wait on you and have a good time bowling instead of worrying about party prep. They even have gluten free options for pizza crust and sandwiches. Kids love the game room as well!
We had an amazing time at Kings Bowl celebrating my brother?s birthday! The staff went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, the food was delicious, and the bowling was so much fun. Everything from the atmosphere to the service was top-notch. We highly recommend Kings Bowl for anyone looking to have a great time, whether it's for a special occasion or just a night out!
Went to King?s for a birthday party and was let down by multiple areas of the business. The best part was our server who was extremely friendly and quick when dealing with 30 or so people. The worst part was the food. In between the two was the bowling as the floors were extremely slick leading up to the lanes making the bowling experience more of a stationary activity rather than the normal way people typically bowl. These concerns are easy to fix ? purchase and cook better quality foods, overhaul the menu
We hosted a kids birthday party at Kings. It was very easy to book the party. The service was excellent for the duration of the party. We would definitely host another event here!
Rather empty on a Wednesday, probably no major sports games to watch. I imagine game days are great with TVs everywhere and large tables for big groups. Outdoor seating also available. Service was sporadic. Wings were okay but salads were good.
We had our highschool football end of season banquet at Kings Bowl last night. This was the second year in a row we have done this, and it looks like it will become tradition. We had the best experience. The communication leading up to the event was great. Quick responses and very informative. The night of the event was wonderful. The food was amazing, and there was plenty to be had. The atmosphere is great with something for everyone to have fun. We didn't went for anything all evening. The staff was alway
Absolutely wonderful experience. Both me and my bf went here twice visiting in town. Our waiter went out of his way to get the shrimp appetizer to be gluten-free for me. The chef himself came out with the appetizer to confirm it's safe from how he cooked it! The staff also put the game my bf requested on one of the huge TVs! Great atmosphere, very clean, great tasting food. Very kind and helpful staff especially our waiter, Carlos! -we got an order of honey Sriracha wings. They were 10/10 delicious! And I g
Taylor & Wesley were AMAZING!!! They were very attentive all evening long and my three children even commented how kind they were to us during our time here! We will definitely be returning very soon! Also, I am posting a picture of the ice cream sundae. It had a price point of $15 which at first made me question whether we should get it, but after it arrived it was absolutely huge and delicious! Do not order this unless you are planning on sharing with all of your friends :-) highly recommend!
I've never had a bad time at King?s!! Staff is always great and it's super clean. The big front bar is a great spot to catch a game
I'm sorry, but the service was absolutely some of the worst I've ever had. The server came and gave us our drinks. He took one meal order before being called somewhere else. We didn't see the server for another 40 minutes. We finally got his attention as he brought out the meal for the one person at our table that got to order. He then took our orders and we got out food 30 minutes later. It was weird sitting and having one person already eating. We got our food, and it was decent. Nothing spectacular at al
Terrible overpriced food. Horrible service and bowling lanes that are always breaking. They should tear this place down and let Dave and Buster open here. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Cool Springs,TN location: I recently had a Christmas luncheon with my team from my office. For those who are Big Lebowski or Kingpin fans, you're in for a treat. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The 4 lane party room was perfect for our privacy. Atmosphere is relaxing. BUT, the food was simply outstanding. Pizza=good. Mozzarella sticks=good. BBQ sliders=excellent .
Came for a team building night. Nice staff and decent food. Cool place inside, we had a good time.
We've come here for the last couple of years since they've opened and have never had a bad experience or issue. I can't speak to all the amenities, such as the full dining or large parties, but the atmosphere is great, food is super tasty, and bar selections are on point! The staff here is attentive, helpful and friendly. Great location for family time or adult time. Bowling can get pricy with larger groups, it's about $18/person with shoes.
We were doing a corporate team event and everyone complimented the food and the atmosphere.
We hosted our corporate event here recently and the food was great, service was quick and efficient, and the bowling was fun!
The spring sips drink specials were so delicious I wish kings bowl would come out with more seasonal curated drinks!!
Celebrated my daughter's 15 birthday with just a few friends and family and it was a blast! From air hockey, games, pool and BOWLING! && OF COURSE the yummy food & drinks! Never had such delicious strawberry margaritas ?????? The staff and MOST IMPORTANTLY the world's SWEETEST Manager who got us taken care of!!!! We had such a blast from 6/7ish till close at Midnight! I recommend if you get bored crab a friend or family and get your game on!?
Group outing for a holiday party ? seating was sufficient in the main dining sports bar area. Service was friendly and mostly attentive. A couple people in our party of seven had to send burgers back for additional grilling. Food quality was good ? to very good. One of the hostesses collected our names and shoe sizes so when we finished eating we could walk right into a private room with four lanes ? we used two. They had our shoes out, names keyed into the scoreboard ? nice touch.
Had a fun time at Kings Bowl on a quiet weekday with kiddos. We had a great time. They have those training things to help toddlers too. Staff was friendly too, though we didn't have many interactions as we weren't eating and being waited on. Full arcade too, girls loved playing games.
I just did a business event in the Whiskey Room on 10-24-24. I made a mistake on the scheduling their staff showed up 2 hours early and saved the day for me. Not only did they show up, everyone was super friendly and the service was top notch. Thank you Jelicia for making it happen and thank you to the mangers at Kings, this is very well trained, polite and professional group of employees!!
Great service by Gary! Thank u for taking care of our big party!
Great place to go have a night out. The food is great, I'd only add a steak option to the menu and it's a 10. Great games and plenty of screens to watch your game. The service was amazing and I will make this trip again from Nashville to Franklin to have another great night. Thank you to Andrew the General manager for being such a great host.
My daughter wanted to bowl for her 15th birthday. The booking process was easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Favor was our server and she did such a great job. Great experience!
We had a team building activity at Kings and the food, atmosphere and service were excellent! Everyone had a great time! Thank you!
Went for a company event. Good bar food, service was nice, bowling was fun, live music was entertaining and a variety.
The food was great. But the service was terrible. They brought the drink out. We had to keep asking for refills. The food didn't come out until after we had been there an hour. When they started bring the food out it came at different times. Like 20 minutes from the first food delivery to the last. I'm not sure I would recommend this place. I'm only giving a 3 ? because the food was good.
Atmosphere was fine but not worth the extensive cost....... paid 50 dollars for 2 people for an hour plus "tip", not to mention any refreshments plus tip. will definitely be finding a more affordable place to bowl.
Great place to watch College Football! Lots of TV's including three HUGE ones over the bar. Food was EXCELLENT and the service we received from Maggie was amazing seems every time we needed a drink or food there she was. Actually entire staff was great.
Thank you for hosting our part this Saturday night! The service was phenomenal and the food was delicious. Having a private room for our team was awesome! I highly recommend ??
Good place to play pool under 21. Riccanda was fantastic and was very nice to us! Her service and kindness really made our time there. If I could suggest one thing personally I would get a StepManiaX cabinet in the arcade. It would draw a big community to come in and spend money there.
Had dinner here Friday night. The service was great. The salad was the freshest I've had anywhere and the pizza was excellent too. Highly recommend dining here!!
Great experience every time we go. Wonderful service too. We love it!!!
Absolutely love it here at Kings! The best part?my server/bartender Ann Grace!! She was so accommodating and helpful with everything. I 100% will be coming back
I was at Kings bowl today and the manager RJ took really good care of me. I'm not an avid bowler. However, anytime I'm at Kings bowl I have a good time and they always treat me well. Nice place to go. I encourage you to visit them.
We went there for a lunch and bowling. The food was good and bowling even better. One of the stuff wasn't really friendly so that's why I'm giving 4 stars
Our company did our company offsite event at Kings Dining & Entertainment. WE had a blast! Marcus was our main server and he stayed on top of the game with a bout 35 people in attendance. He kept our drinks flowing, the food was replenished in a timely matter (it seemed as if it were never ending food!) WE had the cheeseburger sliders, mini meatball subs, fish n' chips, chicken skewers and the broccoli subs. Then when something ran out, we got plain wings with the sauces on the side and fries. We truly appr
Gary gave the best service! Highly recommend visiting Gary.
Definitely one of my favorite places now to hang out with family and friends. We went as a coincidence but will definitely come back.
$10 for 1 draft is a little too pricey. $18 for a pitcher of everyday American is too pricey. The food was good. The ?? are amazing. Next time in, water will be the beverage of choice.
Maggie and Kade were wonderful with our large party tonight.
Went to see the Wannabeatles. Our tickets said doors open at 6:30. We got there at 6 and checked the doors to the Whisky room. They were closed. So we waited until 6:30 having a beer in the draft room. At 6:30, we went back to the Whisky room and the doors were open, and the place was almost full. It was supposed to be general admission, (@ 6:30 ) but people were holding seats for their friends that weren't there yet and wouldn't let us sit there. We wanted to eat and nobody asked to take our order.
1st time at King Bowl for a work get together. Service was non existent! We sat at the bar while my colleagues bowled. It wasn't that busy for a Saturday but the girl behind the bar was oblivious to me and my husband which were sitting and waiting to give our drink order. Finally after 15 or so minutes we ordered our drinks. Then we waited AGAIN to give our food order which took forever to receive for not being very busy. We waited patiently for our bill but the girl disappeared from behind the bar for what
Gary the server was fantastic. Will go back
Love this place! Good food, drinks, and so many fun entertainment options. The shuffle board table is super cool and I spent way too much time there :p Definitely consider this place for a date night or friends night out!
Work outing was an amazing place. The staff was great. Highly recommend.
This 5 star goes to Mr. William Whitaker (Mechanic )and Mr.Darius ( Waiter). We had get together on March 24th. Our lane had ( #13 ) mechanical problem during our game that's when Mr. Whitaker showed up to help us with great smile and awesome hair!! He was so helpful and fast we were able to resume our game in no time! Our waiter Mr. Darius was very patient with us even though there were a lot of us to take care of. On top of that it was all separate checks!! These 2 gentlemen gave us exceptional service t
We were treated well and had a great time bowling with my family here. Highly recommended.
Bowling alley and restaurant. Fun, upbeat, noisy atmosphere. We had a great time.
The only thing worse than the service was the food. Expensive and it was awful service, incorrect food, and just an all around bad experience. Skip it!
If I could give the dining section of King?s a zero I would. Been here twice for dinner with my bf. The first time I came here, the barista took 15+ to take our order because she was busy talking to other bartenders. But I came back because the manager was really nice and came to check on us when we got our food. This time, we were completely ignored by the servers since the moment we sat down. There were 4 tables and we were not seen for 20+minutes to take our order. We got so frustrated watching available
The food was very good however a coke was $4.50 while a Truly was $5. We had fun bowling but the alley pins have strings attached which makes it kind of cheap. Some of the pins fell down randomly if a string hit a pin. Cost: It was $115 for our family of 5 to bowl for 1.5 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Food was about $100 for 4 appetizers, 4 cokes and 2 Trulys. Will we be going back? Maybe once per year. There are other things we would rather do with $200.
Worst experience I have ever had. Went on Saturday night and it is was not busy. The staff was more concerned with the party in the back than the tables. They cleaned empty tables for an empty wait line. There were a total of 3 tables in the dining area. We were ignored for the majority of our hour and a half we were there. It was like we were invisible. I wanted to bowl with my daughter so bad, but after the awful service we left and she was unable to bowl. I was not going to stay and let them have anymor
We booked the private room with 4 lanes of bowling for a large family outing. It was awesome! Excellent service and a fantastic evening. They also had gluten free options for some of our family!
This was a great place to bowl before they attached strings to their pins. Idk the reasoning behind it, but the strings make the chaos of pins much less exciting and can get tangled to the point that the lane is useless for 15+ minutes. It happened to us, and our friends were thrown to the next lane because it would take too long to fix. Strings completely detach from the bowling experience (irony intended). Horrible decision. Giving it 2 stars because our server was awesome. I used to tell people to come h
The craft beer room or whatever it's called is massive but was dead on the night I came. Food took forever and I think I ordered a sandwich. There were two managers, two bartenders, three servers and all seemed oblivious that the kitchen was taking forever. Pro tip ? if you see a table is waiting more than 30 mins for food, 1) Go to the kitchen and find out what's up and 2) Reassure the patron and apologize for the delay. Neither of these happened and after 50 mins of waiting, my food finally arrived. Diffe
Food was good when it came out. The waitress did everything by memory so of course some of our food came out wrong. My entire family was done eating before I finally got my replacement order so that was annoying. Drinks were good
I'll get the bad out of the way first - If you have a reactive ball, you are going to be immediately disappointed when your ball hooks into the left gutter about half way down the lane on your first throw. These are not normal bowling lanes, I'm not exaggerating when I say there is no oil on them. I realized they probably don't have an oil machine or the ability to service their lanes like a normal alley. This might not be noticeable if you bowl straight with no revs. It was fun though once I realized the s
We booked a last minute party for our basketball team and they were able to accomodate us. Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and the price was reasonable!! Will definitely be back!
We ordered a pretzel. That was the only decent food served. My son's wings were dry,and he had to ask for extra ranch. Me and my girlfriend ordered an Italian sausage pizza and the loaded down fries. The pizza crust was hard and cold, I have had better gas station pizza, and our barely warm, soggy fries were covered with cold shredded BBQ, and it took an hour to get our food. I guess it sat on a shelf for who knows how long. Wings, pizza, and fries are not complicated food orders, but they screwed it all
Stopped by to try my hand out at the difficulty of the lanes that everybody else mentions while using my own equipment. However, the first thing I get asked is what the weight of my ball is and that I cannot play with anything over 12 lbs. Mine being 16 lbs they wouldn't let me use it, so I left. Never heard of that rule at any bowling alley OR entertainment center with conventional OR string pins. Not sure if that's an actual policy or just business being turned down. Fair warning to those who are trying t
The place was nice. We went to bowl and ended up having to bowl in the little room since they didn't have many bowlers. We asked about the open main lanes and he said they were not open yet but when we decided we didn't like the cramped space and our ball had been stuck in the machine once already and didn't want them damaged, we decided to call it early. As we were leaving within an hour, there were people bowling in the open area. It was disappointing.
Currently sitting at the bat at Kings. Saw they had karaoke tonight so I wanted to check it out. I'm surrounded by fruit flies, but thankfully nothifng in my drink. Service has been ehhh. 3/10 recommendation.on karaoke night.
We had some confusion planning a karaoke birthday party, we were at the Whiskey Room the wrong night. But RJ, Amir, and Blake stepped up and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They gave us the room, set us up with a bartender and allowed us to connect with their sound system with our own machine. Fantastic customer service!!!
We came with a very large party and rented the party room for 2 hours. The bowling was great. The service was quite good, especially considering how many of us there were. The food was not so great. Not bad, but definitely not a reason to go there.
Be aware if you sign your kiddos up for the summer kidsbowlfree program of the hidden bowling shoe requirement. This center makes you to rent THEIR shoes for $5/person EVEN if you happen to own your own bowling shoes. That goes for kids as well. My boys own bowling shoes from being on their school?s bowling team, but they still had to pay for shoes if they wanted to bowl. So your unanticipated costs could really add up over time. They are not willing to budge on this policy. If this was stated somewhere bef
My friends and I walked through the doors of Kings Dining and Entertainment for the first time to hear music in the Whiskey Room. Upon our entry into the establishment, Riccarda made a point to ensure we had whatever it was we needed to have a great experience. Honestly, I thought she was the owner. Thank you Riccarda!
Not quite what I was expecting. Definitely not any live entertainment except the bar patrons. If loud sports & lots of beer are your jam, this is your spot for sure. Draft beer was $8. Seems a but much. Waitstaff was friendly & attentive. Can't speak to the food as we only had a drink. The outdoors looked fun with some games & a couple of warmers (night still cool in the Spring).
The worst restaurant I've ever been in my life . I was there yesterday, in Franklin. The hamburger was good but the service in the bar was very bad, very bad , it's something as you were not there, low quality of service for a place that should be for entertainment, and they charged me 15 for one diet coke ... for sure was wrong , but the waitresses said that was all right. I didn't discuss because I was felling very bad in that place and the only thing I wanted is get ou there.
The service was amazing and it was an overall fun experience!! However, the restroom was covered in soap and smelled like tamales for some reason. For a bathroom covered in soap and makes no sense that the bathroom smells like Mexican food. The people who did that were such fruitheads!! Also, there was an SUV full of mannequin heads in the parking lot that provided an eerie ambience to passer-byes. That poor family...
Went here because the good reviews and pictures looked enticing. Called in advance to make reservations for a lane and dinner. Got there and had issues getting a lane at the time we had reservations for. After finally getting one, it was nothing but headaches. Multiple lanes broken, balls were cracked, chipped and still in the lane. Bowling was followed by dinner. Waiting for someone to help us take our order too far longer than it should have, followed immediately by dissappearing. After almost 40 minutes
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
