We just celebrated my son?s 6th bday here, and we cannot express how awesome the experience was! Cat was so great, from set-up to clean up, the whole party experience was perfect. If you are looking for an affordable location that transcends all ages, King Cade is the place! We will definitely be back again soon:-)

We went today, 3/2/25 for our sons 16th birthday! The staff, Ruby and Cat were two of the most polite and helpful young ladies with impeccable customer service skills! Our kids had a blast and so did the adults in our group! It's a great family place with games for all ages. We will definitely be back! Wanted to like this place more. Concept sounded great as all-you-can-play upon admission. I made special trip, just to come here as out-of-town visitor. They charged me full admission price ($10+), even though I arrived about an hour before closing. Pinball is extra (which they tell you prior to entry). But each game is $1. At least half of the older video games were frozen or controllers not functioning well. I understand games are older than me, but if this is their business, please keep everything up

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were attending a birthday party, and they checked on us numerous times and were willing to help with anything we needed. There's a wide range of games, from newer ones like Roblox, to faves from the past Like Mortal Kombat 2 and NBA Jam, to the original arcade games. They even have a great selection of board games to play. We'll be coming back with our adult friends to have our own little party.

Excellent games and extremely fun. Would definitely come again. All the games are free to play, but you will have to pay money to get in.

This place is so fun! Felt like a kid again. The music is all 80s/90s, old cartoons are playing on the tv, they have old consoles, and a large selection of arcade games. Also, skee-ball! My kids and I loved this place and will definitely be back!

An awesome arcade located in Oak Park mall right next to gamestop. Mainly classic arcade and pinball with a few more modern titles mixed in. Tons of fun to be had for sure. Pay to enter and all the games are free to play. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere, a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the mall just outside the doors. Definitely recommend stopping in for an afternoon of fun.

Good price for an all day wristband. We stayed about one hour and half and kids had fun.

An old school arcade in Oak Park Mall. Stocked with old school video games and newer pinballs. Play for the pinballs out front is pay as you play. Beyond the counter the games are play all for one flat rate. The games were in good working order. I played the Mandalorian Pinball - nice. Great to see a mall arcade again. I had a blast fixing, adjusting, and reviving the games. There is a great selection with something for everyone. I'll do my best to keep them all running smoothly.

We recently had a birthday party here for our 8 year old. This was a mixed age group including kids age 5-18 plus adults. We got the place to ourselves for the length of the party (YAY! We loved the privacy), and an area with tables and chairs set up. All of the kids had fun, and it was great to see the adults joining in. I booked a room to celebrate my teenage twins' 17th birthday party, & I highly recommend it! The prices were very reasonable! There were a variety of games for younger and older generations! The staff was helpful, attentive, and accommodating! We will definitely be back just for the games, and will definitely consider having another event there!

This place is really cool! You go in and pay and you can play all day. Marvel Vs Capcom, SNK vs Capcom SVC chaos, Mortal Kombat 4! Very impressed with what they have. If they could get Street Fighter III Third Strike up in there MAAAAAN! Definitely recommend going here. For those who didn't have the blessing to be in arcades in the 90's this place recreates it very well.

Surprisingly decent deal for being in the mall and kids of all ages usually have a good time there.

KingCade is a great time. Took my kids, and they were absolutely delighted. Gaming systems ( PS5, Xbox, Switch, Nintendo 64, NES 8-Bit) old school video games, pinball, airhockey, skee-ball. If you can't find it at KingCade, you probably don't want to play it!

A lot of the games don't work right and they keep telling you it will be fixed. Probably won't go back for a while. Update: About 3 years later and this place is revamped, games work, fun atmosphere, and a great stop for games if you're at the mall. Updating from 3 to 5 stars for value and their dedication to the culture.

Awesome classic arcade. Admission price is super cheap compared to similar places. They sometimes have small, but fun events. Employees are always friendly. Highly recommend.

Had a blast in this retro arcade! Classics, modern games systems, and board games. Fun getting to reminisce and play some of my childhood favorites with my kid. Cat, the employee, was super cool and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!

Didn't let me look at card before purchase? definitely would NOT have bought if I'd have known how bad condition it it? but will NOT refund or anything. They shouldn't be selling heavy play cards at near mint prices!

Just had my son's 6th birthday party here. We all had a blast!!!! We got the party room, the kids ran around playing games. The staff was so helpful and made the party as stress free as possible. The Pizza was huge and delicious. And they have really cool lights!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

First, all their machines worked just fine. I had never been there before, you basically pay a flat rate and all their games except pinball, air hockey, and some crane games are set to free play. They have a good variety of stand up arcade games and stuff like pinball and air hockey is a dollar. There is a change machine in the back. Overall, it was a good experience and their staff was helpful but make sure you go when you can play for an extended period so you get your money's worth.

This arcade is a blast! I love bringing my kids here. There are so many options to play and the employees are friendly and personal. Cat, the manager, even sat and talked with me thoroughly about options to have my daughter's birthday party here. It's a great place to take your kids especially on the weekends. Games are free and only have to pay to get in! Definitely a great place to go. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing, you cannot get a day of entertainment cheaper, plus a nice chill place to rest during a mall shop. Ever wanted to complete a story line on an arcade withought $200 in quarters, go to this place. 10/10

I took my wife and daughter prom dress shopping and my son and I was just walking around and found this place and there awesome vintage toy store also! Man! I felt like I walked back in time. My son and I spent 2 hrs in the arcade. Worth every penny! Will definitely be stopping there again! I highly recommend going. The pricing is good! Unlimited playing!

My staff and I rented this place out for our end of season party and we had a blast. The owner and staff were extremely polite and accommodating, and the game selection was great as well. A couple games seemed to be out of commission, but there were so many games to choose from anyways that we hardly noticed. They had plenty of tables and chairs to sit and relax between games. Highly recommend and will be going back myself.

So many classic cabinets set to freeplay for a really generous price. If you like arcades this is the place to go. The only thing they could do better is that a lot of the joysticks needed some attention because they were either sticking or non functional. Guitar hero only had one guitar. We went here for date night/afternoon. Very fun. As a guy who grew up in the 80s and 90s, these games brought me back. Nostalgia! A few games weren't working, which was a bummer, but the majority were. Atmosphere was comfortable and the place wasn't too crowded. I appreciate the person/group of people who came up with this idea and made it happen. Hope the place is a big success and look forward to visiting again.

Amazingly friendly staff, fair prices ($10 for all you can play all day games!), great variety between classic and newer games, snacks, drinks, and events every week including karaoke Fridays (my fav). All tied up with a great atmosphere that really sends you back to the haydays of arcades. Definitely coming back any chance I get!

Had my son?s bday party here. He and his friends had a blast! We were able to bring cupcakes, a cooler of juice boxes, and some other snacks. Even the parents had a lot of fun playing some of their old favorites. Highly recommend!

The arcade was great! We went for my son's birthday and they offered to open early for us. It's a good mix of arcade games for young and old. You can't beat unlimited play! It was a blast. They were very friendly. We'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Great price that you can't really beat. a variety of arcade cabinets and pinball machines, that said a lot the arcade cabinets are either in great shape or iffy condition. The joy sticks tend to have dead zones and buttons are mapped improperly and as of my last visit a few of the Screens have a large amount of screen burn along with low backlighting on the monitors themselves

Very fun. I love brining the kids here. I get to play the classics I grew up with them, all the way up to mario kart on the switch. Price is perfect to keep us coming back frequently.

Clean, fun, cheap arcade with tons of nostalgia from cool art on the walls to old school games in perfect working conditions!!! They have multiple consoles to play on. The management is really nice and professional. Super excited to return and play again!!!!

I'll start out by saying I've been too 15+ "classic" arcades and barcades in the past 2 yrs and have been a collector and hobbyist for over 20. KingCade has a great selection of games and a burgeoning atmosphere/potential. However the place needs some TLC. Several machines had bad joysticks or inop buttons. Many marquee lights out. Several games weren't even on. 2 machines didn't even have the control panels latched down. The televisions around the place were barely visible with the terrible recorded shows.

I wasn't aware of this arcade until I passed by in the mall! It has all the classics I wanted to play and some stuff I hadn't seen before. Price for entry is extremely reasonable and you get to play the whole day. They even have a loyalty program to build up to free plays. The space was very clean and staff was friendly. I will be back soon for sure!

The owners are incredibly nice and professional. The store is filled with inventory that is absolutely mind blowing. They also have an arcade side to those shop where you can both buy and use a huge variety of modern to retro gaming systems

My family and I had a great time here. Paying the flat fee and then playing the games as many times as we wanted was so fun, and stress free. I usually don't play video games at my age, but this place brought back memories of my youth when I did have fun doing things like this!!

This has become the go too place for me and my kids to come and have a fun afternoon together. Great value, and fun time each time. Will be back again and again.

Half of the cabinets were out of order including ones that didn't have an out of order sign. Go up to a game and hit the start button as many times as you want but would only keep playing the little game demo. One pinball machine said out of order and the other when you hit start would say missing ball and not start the game. Glad I didn't pay to go here and got in because I was gifted a coupon for free entry. Won't be coming back here again, I'm just going to make the drive to Up Down and pay for every gam

My son and I go here at least once a week. We absolutly love the place. We'll worth the price and takes me back to the days when I was young.

I went searching for a light saber and this is where my search landed me! This is a very nice place and the employees are super helpful! I even called them after I purchased the lightsaber for some more help on battery operation lol! Gavin was super helpful and even recommended products that would go with the lightsaber, which I desperately needed since I know nothing about starwars. A great place I would definitely recommend!

Alot of retro games. Free to play style after initial fee let's you really play deep into alot of classics. Cabinets are older and some games have various technical issues, but alot of fun and recommend with that caveat.

Griffin was super nice at the arcade and even showed us around. Saw some personal favorites like street fighter and frogger that made for a really fun time! WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

This place is amazing it's totally retro and full of goodvibes. It was fun playing retro games and seeing rugrats and Ed Ed and eddy on the TVs totally a throwback to my childhood. Will be going again soon.

Posted hours are not correct at all. Third time trying to take the whole family and they are closed. Showed up at 11am today and there were 10 people standing outside confused and upset.
