If I could give zero stars I would. I never leave reviews but this place just needs one from me. First off there's no a/c , there's only like 2 staff, the mats are dirty as hell, everything is beat up and just filthy. $20 and I only stayed 30 mins if even that. The cafeteria is disgusting, I threw a plate away and millions of fruit flies were flying around. There was socks, gum wrappers, dirty napkins in the play area. The ball pit was DISGUSTING & lots of the balls were broken & flat. Please please pleasee

By far the most filthy and disappointing place I have ever taken my kids! Not only is it extremely overpriced but there were a ton of safety hazards. The trampoline had an old DETACHED ladder, the floor was so filthy that I told my kids we have to toss our socks in the trash, the equipment is extremely old and didn't seem very sturdy, and a lot of the toddler electronics did not work. Absolutely not a clean place. They could do better with cleanliness, and the up keep of the equipment as you can tell some are broken. I have taken my boys here several times with thin the last several years, but I had to find a cleaner and better playground for them. Do your kids a favor and take them elsewhere! This place needs a lot of work. They could use some nice people at the front. I went on a friday afternoon with no people so my 1 year old was having fun until it got so busy. Really wish people would respect the rules when it says no shoes or food on the playground but guess its right when they say this is why we dont have nice things.

Horrible is the most accurate description for this facility. We were the first patrons there,there was trash on the ground. Several of the play areas were broken and cordoned off. Just overall dirty. Up keep has been put aside, apparently they are opening an indoor pool.. never again.

I'm all for supporting the hispanic community and businesses but this place is just full of safety hazards. It looks cool in pictures but they definitely have not been updated. We went on a Wednesday, right when they opened. We pretty much had the place to ourselves. Great fun for my almost 3 year old. Great way to wear them out! I believe the cafeteria is only open on weekends. Lots of slides, obstacles and things to ride on. Very colorful. Clean enough. We'll be coming back for a 3rd birthday party and probably a few times before then. The lady at the front desk also was very helpful.

This place needs a visit by the health inspector. There were dust bunnies, exposed wires and broken machines everywhere. My husband ended up with allergies so we didn't stay long. He's never had to leave any other play place due to allergies so that gives you a sign of how dirty it is. None of the slides were slippery as they hadn't been cleaned for so long. The ball pit balls were strewn all over and mostly popped and the pit had random trash in it too. Definitely glad we're up to date on our shots ??

This place was on top of my list and actually one of the reasons I chose Atlanta for my daughters spring break! Well I was disappointed TikTok verses actually seeing it in person is completely different! Dirty, no staff only 2 ppl and they weren't around for the 2 and a half hours I was there, trampoline broken, mats completely stained/dirty, ripped play ground, ride ons broken, and there was this kid about 8 years old left unsupervised that was bullying the kids! and the list goes on! Dangerous business. Endangering kids and guest. This place has got to be out of code, several OSHA violation, fire inspection violations and or EPA. They have water collecting on game units while power is on. They have exposed jagged metal conduit which is a hazard for all in normal pathways. They have HVAC leakage throughout the building. Electrical conduit barely secured with wood blocks and in play area for kids. Employees handling food without PPE. They don't have proper padding for elevated structures.

This is the dirtiest, most ghetto, janky place I ever taken my kids.I always pass by it and I finally gave in and took them. I'm definitely filing a claim it asking for a refund. This is my 2nd review. This place has new owners and they are doing some needed improvements. This visit was much better and facility was better. A great place for toddlers and kids of various ages. My one and two year old grands love it!

I took my 1 year old here about a week ago during the day. It wasn't busy of course because kids were at school. It was a reasonable price. I think I paid $12. Too bed they have a hight limit. My 8 years old is so tall already so she can any play in the arcade area which need a lot of work. Most of the machines need help to work. The toddler area is clean and fun.

Had a great time with my son, 21 months now. Well padded everywhere. Some spots need touching up. Would have stayed and bought food, but a party tied up the kitchen. We love this place. One of our favorite indoor playgrounds for our grandkids. For one fee they can play unlimited. They run,ride rides, take the slide, dance, jump on the trampoline, and run around with other kids. They have a place for older kids, like, 10 and up. It's more challenging. Horrible place. My daughters hurt herself and she started bleeding and it is disappointing and they say in the bathroom it's a clean safe place. How's it clean? I mean the floors are kind of dirty. Not to seem harsh I rarely leave reviews but this place is no longer like the pictures it's extremely dirty the balls In the ball pit were dirty and bent up with holes. there were crumbs everywhere ! Some of the game machines don't work the only 2 baby swings were broken there were parts in the play zone that were seriously unsafe for a child holes , cracks , taped up , ran down completely I would never bring my child back idk how this is still open they need to do some serious repairs !

Today is my daughter?s Birthday! I called yesterday to make sure they were going to be opened. I asked them what time and they said it opened at 2. Drove 1 hour and a half ON MY DAUGHTERS Birthday and they never opened or answered their phone. There was three other families out there in which I was told this happens often and Management doesn't really care about the place. If you Don't care about the place then shut it down. It's not fair that people have to drive hours for them not to be open.

This place is in shambles. Broken arcades right and left, and I was accosted by staff for accompanying my nine year old into the Ninja course. This business provided a decent play place for toddlers but kids older than that will be bored. I don't recommend unless the owner and manager do anything to improve this place.

2 years back, it was in awesome condition. But on Monday sep 02 went there, and I was shocked to see its condition. Too dirty , too messed up, most of the attractive swings for kid have been removed and the trampolines have been placed and those trampolines were also in too bad condition. Well all stuff is broken and the workers sit around doing nothing on there phones The train ride the employee did not check an lock doors . This place is great... There's areas and activities for children of all ages.... The large swimming pool is a great addition. They offer two packages for a reasonable price. My granddaughter loves this place! It has so many different obstacles and games for kids to explore. The price is very reasonable and it's wonderful to take the kids on days that are rainy or to hot to be outside or when they just want to go somewhere fun!

Took my son here based on the pictures. However, it's really dirty. A lot of the items and toys don't work. He had an amazing time but it's just really run down. If they fixed their equipment and cleaned up a bit it would be amazing. Also, fairly cheap, which means you get what you pay for.

this was the dirtiest and dingiest indoor playground i've ever been to, l would never come back here. if my son was not already so excited to play we would've left immediately. the toys were not fully functioning, looks like they possibly clean once a week and the staff do not walk around at all.

The prices listed on the website are different than what I was charge at the door. I was informed the website is outdated and summer time prices are applied. I took my 18 month old daughter to this place, and she loved it. If you're child is under 4, this is a great place to take them. It's even better if they're under 2, because then it's cheaper. Yes, the other reviews are correct. Half of the arcade machines aren't even turned on, however, it's called "Kids Paradise" for a reason. You're not going there to play the arcade games yourself. Most of the play area inside is meant for little kids. If your kid is 5+, they will still have fun, but in a smaller area.

Worst experience ever, brought my 1 year old. The girl in the cafeteria was coughing all over the pizza and then put it in the oven to serve customers. One of the worst experiences you will have. I believe they are going out of business and their attitude reflects that. The employees ignore you and act as if they don't want to be there. Took my daughter here around 4pm and they were closed. Nobody was there and their hours said opened til 8pm. We were so disappointed so I took her to our usual spot hippo hop we reach around 5 and she played until they closed at 6. Please fix your hours to match when you're actually open. It is the second time I come, after the previous owner, it is not worth going and spending $20, it is very dirty, it does not have many games, there is a loose rope where children can hang and hurt themselves if they do not hold on well and to finish the pizza the first time I went they served me half frozen.

Don't waste your money! The place is dirty, no AC on. 93 degree day. They had big fans but came out sweating. Had a small train which was extra charge. A lot of arcade games but several didn't work. They need to put out of order signs on the machines that weren't working. I would never go back, it was a big disappointment.

Place is nasty. The customer service sucks, it's ran by teenagers, who are always late, and wanna close early. The games cost a lot and the gifts are just pieces of candy like one starburst is 100 tickets smh. Most games are broke and the little horses that they can sit on for additional charge is normally broke/not charged. Kids love it though, that's why I gave two stars.
