Everything was good. The only thing is not organized I would say. Some guests were there at 2:30pm, as the manager is the one who suggest us to come at 2:30 but our party supposed to start at 3pm. We had my 4-year-old daughter?s birthday party on a Sunday at Kids Funhouse in Ridgewood, and it was fantastic! The kids had an absolute BLAST with all the activities, and the staff was super friendly and organized. Michael, Sammy and the rest of the gang was great. I was really disappointed with KidsFunHouse due to their misleading hours of operation. Their website clearly states they close at 8 PM, but when we arrived, we were told they close at 7:30 PM. This caused a lot of frustration, especially with excited kids who were expecting more playtime. They need to update their website to reflect accurate hours and avoid disappointing families.

If you want little bit better than Chuckie Cheese, this place is good enough. There are not many arcade games , buy if you want a private party for your little ones with private rooms and areas , you can get a few kinds of event planning and most likely something is going to fit your budget. If you want your children have time alone playing or exercising, try here during the week as low as 7 bucks but no more than 10 dollars. Of course you must pay for the tokens that are needed for games.

A little expensive... each child is $20.I don't know why my 1 year old who can't even walk should have to pay $20, but him and my 3 1/2 year old had fun. Had a blast for about 3 hrs. Definitely worth a try on a day with nothing to do.

Had a small gathering for my sons second birthday today 10/27. What an amazing little spot! My son and his cousins had a blast. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the place was very clean. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The staff that was doing the dance party and bubbles was great, However the other staff lacks personality, the didn't help the children at all. Came here for a birthday party. I would definitely NOT recommend. This place is too small with limited arcades. My kids didn't really enjoy themselves. They spent more time waiting to play than actually playing.

This place is great. I come here whenever I feel like it's to hot for the park or as a reward for my son. Party parties are also available which we will be taking advantage of soon. This place really annoyed me. Walked in, was told it was $20 instead of $16. We paid, then (after the credit card is charged) he says oh by the way you know we close at 12:00pm. This was 11:04am. So he wanted to charge me $20 dollars per kid for less than an hour. Someone else in the business gave each kid a card for one free entry when I said give us a refund. Don't bother, it's tiny and boring.

This place is awesome. Had my son's birthday party there tonight....he turned 5. We rented out the entire place so it was strictly private- the private premium party package to be exact. This indoor play has been our go to spot since our oldest was a tot. It never seems too crowded or overwhelming, which we like and is always clean. Like that we can sit and see our son anywhere he goes without having to follow him everywhere.

Twice I have been here for a birthday party. Neither were for my own kids (my kids are teens) but the staff is nice from the moment you walk in, until you walk out. They also keep the floors and tables very clean. I've watched them continue to observe the party rooms and refill drinks and pizza and make sure it was smooth. The place is decent size, clean and the staffs are very friendly. The price is $7 person which to me is affordable compared to other places with big slides, arcades and other activitiea for kids. The bathroom is very clean. There are sanitizer dispensers every corner. The parking is easy to find. Overall, its a really good experience. Good for toddlers and older. My son had fun.

I had a Walk-in party for my son and was so pleased with the service. Our host Melissa was so attentive, friendly and courteous! The kids had a blast! I absolutely love this place. It's very spacious and very clean. I come there to help my godmother watch 2 little kids and the staff treats them wonderfully. Took my son and grandson to the Halloween party yesterday. Everything was great, it's my 3rd time taking the kids there. The staff is amazing and it's very clean. The only thing I didn't like was the music, the dj was playing unappropriate music for the kids.

Friendly staff. Decent prices ($10 for admission and a bunch of tokens for games) kids play as long as you can tolerate it! Prices for snacks and food are fairly reasonable and I was tempted by the movie style nachos and cheese for $4.00. It's clean, well kept, secure so kids can't really "escape" parking is available on side streets. Try it out. It's a good way to kill a weekday or summer vacation day.

However during my time there it seemed like my daughter and I were the only ones wearing socks and aside from a sign on a wall informing everyone of the shoe/sock policy, the employees are too busy staring at their phones to actually enforce it. Clean and nice play space in Queens, I was surprised to find out how nice it is. It can get busy on the weekend, weekdays are great. I could see my child at all time, the toddler area is cute for small kids, although looks like its a favorite spot for all the kids and even the adults, who end up playing there together. Place is affordable and worth a visit.
