STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Absolutely NOTHING is up to code.. Multiple exposed cords.. Broken tiles by INFLATABLES and where children run with only SOCKS on..... Party rooms are the size of closets, and they unplug most of the games during parties.. You can't use their "main attraction" unless you pay an additional $5 PER CHILD for 60 seconds worth of play.... All the games are run down and worn, you have to pay additional for EVERYTHING.... Not to mention all the health code violations!!! The staff is
10 out of 10 I definitely recommend taking your children here !!! Kids had so much fun ?? definitely worth the money and the food is great !!! But don't just take my word for it try it out for yourself! You're children will love it and you won't regret it
We attended a birthday party at Kids Castle over the weekend. The facility is clean, the staff (and owner) were very friendly and had fantastic customer service skills. The rides, games, and inflatables are all in working order and good shape. Perfect for an afternoon of fun! The "open play" concept rather than tokens was great as well!
This place is so much fun for kids. Everything you get for the 2 hour bracelets was plenty enough for our 7 grandbabies to enjoy and they all had fits when it was time to go. The owner greeted us at the door as it was packed and asked if we would like a table and he set one up for us. The pizza and breadsticks were very good even though kids wanted nothing to do with food they took it home to eat later. We will be going back again!
This place was an amazing place. Very clean, kids friendly, My daughter is special needs and this place was perfect for her to enjoy herself and burn energy. Not very busy and the gentleman was super friendly whom was working. Not being from the area I was super impressed. Big bonus extremely cost efficient. We will return!
My Grandson (2.5 yrs) had fun tonight. He enjoyed the inflatables, kiddie rides and games. We ordered pizza and it was very good. Facilities were clean and staff is very courteous and helpful. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely be returning with our other grandchildren in the near future.
Great place to take kiddos, the arcade games are all free to the parents of kids with wrist bands. Took my 3 year old and 1 year old they had so much fun on the kiddie rides. Food was good & brought out fast.
Very unsatisfied with my customer service experience. Took my two Daughters to have a awesome time seeing that we had visited kids castle before the girls enjoyed going, but today was not the case ?? the worker that was over the play area was very rude. Not knowing that I was unable to order from the restaurant nextdoor Food castle in Bring the item's into the kids castle facility. The lady staff member shouted no outside food is allowed, I let the staff member know that I wasn't aware of that in sorry I c
My son had his 6th bday party here and everything was amazing. Kids had a blast. It was very clean and the owners were so friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back again
Great place for kids to run off energy in the bounce houses or arcade games. Staff was great. Food was really good. Id recommend for a party any day
Went today with my nephew who is 4.5 He loved it. Lots to do Most things are included with the wristband so you don't feel pressured to spend extra. Very clean place & the staff was Amazing!!! So nice So helpful. We had a great experience & would highly recommend.
Went there for my grandsons birthday. They had so much fun with the blow ups and games (so did the grownups). Watching them on the wipe out game was extremely therapeutic and I highly recommend for all parents and grandparents. Watch the kiddos, it's worth it.
I had my son 8th Birthday party their and it was nice the owner was very respectful I appreciate him for that the only thing is I think they should have 2 Littler pops and juices for the birthday party other thing that it was good and clean
Unfortunately I have to post AGAIN about how unsafe this establishment is since the "owner" wants to attack me via my review!... I have now been PUBLICLY attacked by [whoever] responds to these reviews..... WE HAD TO ASK YOUR STAFF TO CLOSE THE ELECTRICAL CLOSET AFTER FINDING CHILDREN PLAYING "HIDE-N-SEEK" INSIDE IT....... Upon asking for the electrical closet to be closed we were told "It IS closed, and we have it locked!" Well, clearly not, as I have pictures of it WIDE open, as well as saying children
Best place to just let you kids play. Very safe. It's in doors
(The response back from this review says everything about this establishment, if you go back and read some of the other reviews they have the same issues that I had.) Placing blame on others for everything that went wrong with their machines. Instead of taking it with a grain of salt and improving your mindset! Learn to fix the issues. From the first claw machine my granddaughter played she started crying and wanted to leave but I had already paid! She was also the one that wanted to LEAVE. Please stop plac
Oh my goodness this was the ideal place for my nephews birthday party. Our age group ranged from 3 to 14 and they all enjoyed the bounce houses and playing the games unlimited.
Best customer service!! My kids love this place and that Fridays are for homeschoolers!!
It was so fun and my kids knocked out before we even made it home.
Cost efficient and the Pac-Man battle royale game is OG??
Went here as a family and we LOVED it!! This place has it all for toddlers to bigger kids. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was very good! Also, I noticed the workers cleaning the entire time and they were very friendly and helpful. Only a few minor things; a few of the games didn't work and there's no changing table in either bathroom so management might want to think about accommodating that. We just really had a great time though, a wonderful family memory.
Yesterday I had my daughter party here and I was pleased with the outcome. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the kids had a blast. I even enjoyed the bumper cars myself lol. We will most definitely be returning and I recommended some family members to check you guys out. Keep up the good work.
We had a lot of fun hanging out here for about 2 hours. Even at 47 I enjoyed playing the games and winning tickets. The young guys that worked there were very friendly and helpful. It's a nice play for pizza and some fun for kids.
My 8and9 year old grandsons love this place!!! I don't understand any negative reviews. We have been here several times and each time they like it more than the time before!! We have always been waited on by a young man named Dragon.he is polite and patient, and you would need to be patient to deal with kids spending their tickets! We order the breadsticks every time. The pizza is also good, I hope kids castle continues, because it is just the right price and size. Thank you
This is our first time here. Games eat your tokens and/or don't give you tickets that the kids win. Staff argues over giving the tickets that the kids right fully won. Staff was very rude when confronted with games that did not work properly. We ordered pizza and didn't give us plates/napkins. Over all not happy for something that we were very excited to try. A little customer service goes along way. Instead of rude teenage boys working there that argue with customers try treating customers with respect.
Fun and kids loved the bouncy slide and obstacle course. Food was good, only issue was about half the arcade games were out of order and a few we tried to play weren't labeled as broke but were. The staff was nice about refunding tokens though if you told them.
Want your children off "Fortnite"? Bring them to Kids Castle! It is an awesome place for all ages! I took my 11year old son and he had a blast. With the basketball shooting games, skeet ball, motorcycle racing games, the bounce houses and the Wipeout ride to name a few...he was entertained for hours and with lots of movement. The pizza and bread sticks were delicious. The staff was very friendly and the place was extremely clean. We will definitely go back.
Great to have a place like this in Grand blanc. My four year old loves kids castle! It's a great place to let off the wintertime blues. Sure it has some kinks to work out but it is a new business in due time I am sure it will do well. Very friendly family/staff.
I wouldnt waste another hour or another dollar here. Half of the machines are "out of order". Of the remaining, half of those take your tokens but still dont work. If you happen to find a properly working machine, the odds of it being loaded with tickets seemed rare. Went with the kids to spend a couple hours for my son's birthday. We all left disappointed.
From the outside I thought there were more inflatables but there are really only two. One that is a regular bounce house with slides and another that is the race style inflatable. There is another that is extra called the Wipe Out in which kids can stand on circles and jump and duck the middle thing that swings around. The bounce section is overpriced for what it provides. On the plus side the arcade games are a good deal with many of the games only costing one token. I didn't try the food but the pizza did
Reasonable pricing, clean, and kids had fun. Nothing negative about the experience.
Amazing place to Take your Kids.. Lots of Fun~
So we were planning on taking our kids here on July 30th. We arrived there at 3 when they were suppose to be open. All the lights were off and the inflatables were down. We went over to Food Castle and asked if they were opening Kids Castle today. They just said that they were not opening today with no explanation. There was 6 car fulls of parents and kids wanting to go there. Needless to say I will never try to go here again. Worst experience ever.
It tries to replace the void left in Grand Blanc by the closure of Playland but falls many orders of magnitude short. Not a real arcade, not a real wrist-band-unlimited bounce house, uses knockoff imposter games. So many Out of Order signs that it took us a while to exhaust our tokens despite having nothing but predatory "kiddy gambling" type games. I saw a total of 3 entertainment games like racing or their knock off ski ball; the rest were rigged claw machines or flip/roll/drop the coin into the imposs
The atmosphere was fun, the environment was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was good. Unfortunately a few of the games were out of order, but that's to be expected, the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Attempted to inquire about a party based on the instructions on the business door (which states you can do so via email OR by phone). Asked for information regarding birthday party packages and what they include. The customer service is lacking, as the response was basically, "Go to our website, or I can answer your questions" (but refusing to answer). Customers don't like to feel like an inconvenience, which is how I felt upon being immediately redirected. If I wanted this level of "customer service",
I gave it five stars just because the employee was very nice and hardworking
Had a chance to check out the place for the first time with my kids. A lot of fun, great food and Brian I think his name is, very polite and patient with the kids.
My boys had 2 hours of fun for $40!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be going back The Smith family
This place is amazing! All the employees were so kind, it was clean, and even the adults had fun! We'll definitely be back!
It was awesome! The pizza was awesome, the drinks were nice and cold, and the bumper cars and bounce houses were so fun!!! This place deserves better. ??
If i could give this place no stars i would. What a rip off to charge for 2 bounce houses. The audacity to think that after i spent all this money to have to come out more for my 1 year old to bounce and gripper socks anything to make some money. I think not. Will not be back will stick with huckleberry, chuck e cheese and air time
The family and I had lots of fun visiting Kids Castle. Small and compact, but fun for the little ones. Food is available here which is nice.
Took my grandchildren there they loved it, employees were very nice and the pizza was good. I will take them again.
They have the most condescending workers I've ever meet. My entire family, and I will not be coming back. They need to train their employees on how to speak to children along with how they approach parents. This was our first time here mind you, and our last.
To bad people that work here have no regard for your childs safety... operating equipment while on a cell phone is very dangerous! When that person is a manager it's just crazy.
It's good for the kids. Price is nice. Not like how it was back in the 90s but for today's kids. It's worth it
New favorite, clothes, clean, family-owned, grandkids loved it, pizza is great. Thanks for opening this place guys and gal! LOL
Kids loved it. Problems with a couple games they replaced lost tokens no problem.
Service was excellent kids loved it very clean food was good in came out quick
Games not given tickets have to wait in line to get help with anything and had way to many parties at same time could not move anywhere
Good placeto bring kids and have fun,but toys are a little expensive in tickets
Fun place to take the kidsto play. Pride is cheap too and the kids loved it
A little run down. Needs some TLC. Some games were not working. Pizza was good.
Not the greatest. But if you are patient they will replace tokens for games that do not work.
Most of the games don't work but they do give you back your tokens
Good place too have a birthday party for kids well organized
Had a good time on our first visit! Will visit again!!
Our son's 5th birthday party was a success!!!
Great place for kids.
Kids love it pizza not so good
Wonderful place to go! Owner and family was very friendly!!
A lot of fun. Some of the games don't work though.
Very fun, nice atmosphere,loved it
Good luck on finding working games.
Good but a lot of machines are broken
Love the people that work there!
Fun place and great staff!
You need to close the website cause this place is closed ??
We enjoyed our time here
Games weren't working.
Kids had a great time
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
