Key To Amaze VR

We held a team event here with around 40 teammates and everyone had a phenomenal time. I would highly recommend it for team outings. Will and his team went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. We planned it last minute and they figured out the catering for us, ensured everyone got to play, and made it a memorable experience.

I was truly AMAZED by how friendly professional and fun the whole experience was. To destroing zombies, taking down criminals as officers and flying around in the sky with a rocket launcher the fun was endless. The experience was fun amazing and Nate is with you every step of the way. Also their bathrooms are extremely clean. It's such a beautiful place full of decorations and atmosphere. I will come again and make a huge birthday party.

This place is awesome!!! Three of us went as part of a bachelorette party. We had everything working against us. We were three country gals from VT, two women who don't play video games, we're not young and one of us gets motion sick really easily. We had a blast! We played three different games. We started with mini golf which was fun for the scenery alone, then did a zombie shooting game for a bit which was fun because we got to interact with each other more and then we played a music game which all three

Came here thinking I knew what the VR experience was like, and was pleasently surprised that there is so much more to it. I had a blast playing multiple games during my session and Nate and Bill were very helpful. Nate was patient with guiding us and keeping us grounded ( during Skyfront). Will definitely be back!

I booked this VR experience for my husband?s birthday surprise on a Friday night (tomorrow). I received an email today informing me that I have been refunded and that the experience was cancelled due to a staffing issue. In situations like this, they should ask the customer if they would like to reschedule, free of charge.

Went for date night, had a really fun time. There was a good variety of games to play? including a zombie VR experience that felt terrifyingly realistic haha. The staff there was very friendly and he helped guide us through the process. Would definitely recommend to people of all ages

Nick was fantastic and I'll definitely be back! They made the experience so enjoyable and the VR controls were easy to understand. There were a couple small bumps that Nick quickly addressed, and everything was well worth the money.

We had tons of fun visiting Key to Amaze. The whole experience was enjoyable from beginning to end. The VR played so smooth compared to other VR arcades we tried out. What an awesome experience, far beyond expectations! I worked with Bill to plan a small corporate team outing. Communication leading up to the reservation was super clear and very professional. They were very accommodating with receiving and setting up our Door Dash and Drizly orders; our drinks were on ice when we arrived and our pizza was placed on warmers while we finished playing our first games. This place was really fun! We had a great time playing 3 different games, and our guide Nick was very helpful. I do think the cost is a little high for the short time experience. If we got a full hour it would be more worth the high price tag.

Key to amaze was a truly an amazing experience. The customer service was excellent. The equipment used is top tier. I wasn't rushed, I came in and played me and my partner. A lot of VR places have a lesser quality system and a more poor selection of games. They have a great selection and set up. Bill the owner spoke to us afterwards and was extremely friendly and engaging in conversation. He was open and knowledgeable on what VR system I should get for my own home. We had a great experience. This VR room is setup with all the normal SteamVR games anyone who has done VR will be familiar with. The value is that you have have groups of people in the same room in a good atmosphere. All the setup and connection issues are worked out and the machines are super beefy. Jose was our host and extremely friendly and helpful.

I recently visited the establishment two times, for a work event and for a date. The staff went out of their way to help us and ensure we had a pleasant gaming experience. This business is perfect for a casual outing, a work building event, friends night out, and dates. We went out last night and we had such a great time. My boyfriend is an avid gamer and he had a blast we will certainly be back. It's nice to see a black own business, this place looks great, and has excellent customer service.

I have to say, Key to Amaze was above and beyond compared to what I expected. I had never done VR before and was hesitant going into it, but as soon as I put on my headset I was blown away. Obviously the graphics in VR isn't as real as real life, but the amount of interactions and immersion it brings makes it very engaging and fun. Went for the first time with my 6th grader and had a blast. It was our first time doing VR and the staff at Amaze was perfect throughout, assisting us every step of the way. Overall I highly recommend and can't wait to try it again.

A really fun place! The staff was very attentive and even gave is extra time late on a Saturday night, explained us every game and was with us the whole time. Games were really fun too! They also had all kinds of puzzles on the tables. I'd recommend it as another alternative to arcades.

Our group of 4 had a wonderful time at Key to Amaze! The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our one hour block flew by as we were immersed in each game. Quite the workout as well depending on the game. The headsets were also cleaned before each use which was appreciated. It was a fun time. When I signed up, it said $50 for 1hr, pretty fair to assume that's 1hr of VR experience, right? You only get 40 minutes of VR. When I asked, they said it's cause you need some time to do the waiver. Waiver takes literally 2 minutes, maximum. I understand setup, but that doesn't take 18 minutes. It's just weird. I think they gave us a little kore time, which was appreciated, but it still was a weird vibe. It very, very clearly says 1hr when you check out, I don't recall any mention of 40

Def go. Date night, friend hangout, special event - just go. Nate is the guy who ran our session and he was super nice and helpful. You pay for a 45ish min session and get to jump from game to game whenever you want. We had never done VR before but the staff helped us know how to use the remotes with each game and gave suggestions for which game to choose as well. We did an archery game vs orcs, 2 absolutely terrifying zombie games, and a wacky river game. Will be back again for sure!

Decided to come here to celebrate my birthday with my cousins. I have always wanted to visit a VR place to play games but didn't know there was one in Boston. This experience was amazing! We came to Key to Amaze from Worcester MA for a date night birthday. This place rocks. Nate was the best host helping us chose games and getting the games set up in two player mode so we could play together. Definitely check this place out for a new idea for date nights or even just to play with friends. We are both in our late 20s and still had a blast with the VR games.

Had an wonderful experience, Julie was very helpful and super kind. An amazing and fun place to take someone on a date. After we were done, we left and got to the car only to realize I left my lights on and drained my battery. Luckily Bill(Owner) was there and helped me push my car almost 200 feet down the street to manually start my car!!! Let me tell y?all. This hidden treasure, is a must visit. Had a birthday party with 20 people (8 headset), they had option for 12 headsets. Everyone had a great time, the vibe was awesome, Bill and Nate were amazing, easy going and literally tried their best to accommodate all my needs. Definitely will be visiting again. It was a great experience. We were a group of 5 people and booked the open VR arcade experience. We played close to 5 games in the one hour session, the personnel were very helpful and guided us through the games. They helped ensure we do the correct setup for multiplayer games! 100% would recommend this. We barely realized how time was vanishing in the VR world!

decent experience, i own oculus 2, and it was very similar to this. most of the expensive 50$ hour time was sucked up trying to setup the games with friends, i would suggest two hours.. some of the games are cheesy, we found a shooting flying game at the end that we loved. Looking forward to a driving simulation.

Me and my girlfriend stopped by last night and the experience was great, the staff and owner were friendly and attentive. They had a good selection of games and the atmosphere was perfect. Time definitely went to fast though but I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to have some quick fun.

We are new to VR games, but we had a lot of fun at this place! There is a broad collection of games to choose from. And most of them are very easy to begin with. The host is a super nice guy, extremely accommodating and attentive ! He always gave useful tips when we stuck in the game, and he kept recommending new games to us. The place is also modern and clean. We would definitely repeat.

This place is incredible! Took two kids (7&9), and they absolutely did not want to leave. The team is very accommodating, and allowed us to extend our reservation for another hour. They are also extremely patient and definitely seem to love what they do! Can't say enough amazing things about this experience - we will definitely be going back!

This is one of the best activities you could do with your friends! We booked for a group of 3 and showed up a little early. Nate was super hospitable and nice and let us start a little early get used to the whole VR setup and play a little more at the end. Feels a bit new at first but you get used to it and Nate?s always making sure everything?s alright so big shout out to him. Definitely play Tower Tag!

Great way to spend an hour or 2 with some friends. Good variety of games from shooters, sports, dance, etc. The staff were really helpful in setting everything up and guiding you through the games. I would definitely come back! One caveat is the place is a little hard to find.

Had an awesome time here with my daughter (12), tons of options, great friendly staff that were right there to assist with anything or answer questions. I was a little bit hesitant with the price tag at first because I wasn't sure how much we would actually be able to do in 1 hour, but the transition between games was quick and easy. I bought 3 tickets for may 13th, 2023 for a 5pm start. Without knowing where it was located in boston, I figured I would get there at 4pm just incase to park. This is such a hidden gem! We went during President's/valentine's day weekend. The owners were attentive, professional and 5he entire experience is COVID friendly. We were able to stay beyond our allotted time, hang out, have a few adult beverages and even play DJ since we were the only ones there.? The virtual reality experience was beyond what I expected. Went here with some friends and had a great time, they have an absolutely amazing set up and the selection of VR games is great. We had the option to play any game available but we did a VR escape room. On top of the VR selection they have a racing simulator you can try out. 11/10 would recommend.

Maybe the best VR experience I've ever had. I have done VR all over the country, and have a headset of my own. Nothing comes even close to the gameplay in this place. I took my Gymnastic Academy of Boston staff for a team building event and we all were amazed at the quality of the experience. It couldn't have been more fun and during Covid! I paid for 4 people 180 for supposed to be a hour and in the time that they explained and you start to play is already 40 minute so is not an hour play also the graphics horrible and was our first time he said he always gone be with us for any help nop nothing bad service

This experience was so bad, the employees were so lazy and wouldn't help me join a game I was trying to join. The controller I was using was so bad it I was about to smack it against the floor, and the guy who was telling us what to do was so lazy he wouldn't explain of what to do. I really waisted $180 for no reason because I only played for 40 minutes and they waisted our time

I have been to Key To Amaze two times already and had a great immersive, socially distant, fun experience with my fiance and once as team building with my coworkers. Both times I had bunch of laughs and memories for sure.

It was fun, 1 hour was enough time to experience multiple games. The headset gets uncomfortable for any longer, so stick to 1 hour increments . Would go again
