The consensus is mixed, with many praising the fun activities (go-karts, slides, mini-golf) and friendly staff, while others criticize high prices, closures, and understaffing. Positive reviews highlight family-friendly fun, cleanliness, and good service, especially for kids. Negative feedback focuses on poor value, limited attractions due to maintenance, and inconsistent staff hospitality. Ratings skew toward 4-5 stars for enjoyable experiences but drop sharply (1-2 stars) when expectations aren't met due to closures or costs. Don't waste your time or money on the batting cages. They list it as $5 per token (which is already a rip off) for 20 pitches. It's actually only 15. Also, the pitching machine throws the pitches at too quick of intervals. It's typically around 5 seconds between pitches at other cages, so the batter can get set. These cages are around 3 seconds. I'm sure it may be fine if you just want to goof around in the cages, but not if you are going for actual reps.

A few years back I came here for an early birthday trip. Remember this fact; I was about 10-11. The go-karts caught my attention, and I was just tall enough to ride one by myself. I was excited until i realized that a whole bunch of adults were crowding up on me while driving. People working the track were confusing me and making me stop multiple times. I almost got kicked off for "bumping into the carts" when these people literally kept telling me to slow down. When we were done I didn't press the brake fa

Fun place to bring the family, good ice cream, go karts we're awesome! The best thing about this place is the workers . They were very friendly and helpful even though it was busy they handled the crowd great! , the owners or managers should be proud of the staff working Friday ???????? I will definitely be back

Very sad. This slide was a huge part of my childhood. Why on earth would you tear it down. Part of the charm of caseville was the simple things like this slide.

This putt putt was recently updated in the last year so it's nice & new. Only complaint would be that there aren't any T- off mats so there's not a designated spot to start putting. That may be because it's still newly renovated & they haven't put those in place yet

Have been coming to this place every year on our annual trip. Lots of fun things to do - go-karts, slide, putt putt, water balloons, bumper boats, and more.

Great place to spend an afternoon. Staff very accommodating and kind. Also, they were very welcoming and helpful. The place is spotless. The batting cages just opened up this week. The go cart and bumper boats were a blast. Don't hesitate to spend an afternoon at Key North Family Fun Center!

Some friends and I were up in the area for the weekend and found this place. When we arrived, they were closed but the owner and owner?s son allowed us to play some mini golf and take a spin on the second largest go kart track in the state! Also gave us some suggestions on some local food spots! Appreciate them greatly and highly recommend this place!

Walked in the door and was welcomed by counter staff. Super friendly!!! A lot of fun items in retail area, not the same things we see in every store in Caseville. Very well taken care of putt putt course, the staff take great pride in that, as there were workers weeding and cleaning greens. We will visit lots this summer.

Took my Granddaughter?s here, Had a great time. The putt putt golf is great for all ages. Enjoyed the bumper boats too. We planned on riding go karts but it was raining. Staff very friendly and told us we could come back any day and they would honor our tickets. Owners take great pride in their business. Can't wait to go back.

Spend the night in Cassville and needed something to do with the kids. A bit expensive, but yet fun. We had no one behind us in line, so we could take our time through the 18 holes. There was a decent variety between holes, and my kids liked the mountain/cave. Staff was very friendly as well, greeting us as we came in and as we left, she still had a smile on her face.

Our favorite spot for family fun on Caseville! We love playing adventure golf and riding the awesome go-karts! Great ice cream and food! Staff is friendly and it is always so clean and inviting!

The new mini golf, ice cream, bumper boats and over all key north experience is just what this community needs. We are a family that consists of younger kids and they want to go here every night. The owners take pride in this facility and it shows!!

Family owned business definitely a gem of a place. Highly recommend taking your family there for the day you can spend a lot of time and not a whole lot of money. They're a younger Family members who help run the business and they are very professional and do a wonderful job with customer service

Key North Adventure Golf is an absolute gem! ???????? The course is beautifully designed, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you're a pro or just starting, you'll have a blast here. Highly recommend for a fun day out with friends or family! ??????????

Really fun place! I loved going here as a kid, and it's much nicer now than it was then. Unfortunately, it's crazy expensive! We drove all the way there and only ended up playing a round of mini golf because everything else was way too much. A day at Cedar Point is cheaper...literally.

We had a great time at the go karts and mini golf. Also got ice cream. Service was great. But I went to pay with cash and they couldn't make change so I had to pay with a card & pay a convince fee.

owner helped me make back all my money and i am a millionaire

What a joke of a place...... Unbelievably overpriced. Slide is in disrepair. Totally understaffed....waited about 20 minutes in line to get tickets for the giant slide, then they said 10 dollar minimum. PLENTY of signs about extra fees and making you pay for things your kids break...no minimum signs anywhere. Used to go to this place as a kid. Wanted to pass down the tradition. Will never go back. Wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business. Wouldn't be sad if it happened either.

The staff is so friendly!!!! The go carts are fast, fun and safe, there's a yummy ice cream counter inside along with some fun games for the entire family. We will definitely be back!!!

The go carts are fun. They have a game room but I saw at least 2 of the games were out of order. That's all they have to do right now. Hopefully they will get more stuff but we were only there on vacation so really disapointed

This place used to be a great place to go Kart and play putt putt, however now you have to pay 10$ for a 2-3min ride on the karts and you can barely even pass anyone. The whole point of karts is to compete against others in your party which is prevented by the staff and the karts themselves. Save your money and go to Port Austin for some real fun.

Very disappointed. Went here yesterday and the girl let my 10 year old ride a go Kart by himself. Drove an hour and a half today (again) to take another drive on the track, the lady behind the counter would not let my 10 year old who rode by himself yesterday, ride today. Either way if it's a liability issue the staff should be trained appropriately and he should of never been allowed to drive yesterday, so he wouldn't have had his heart broken today.

Arrived to play mini golf shortly after they opened on July 5th. There were two girls behind the counter. The girls did not say a word to us when we came in (No "Hello" or "How can we help you?") They were just mumbling between themselves. A male worker came from another area and just stood at the cash register, not saying anything- just like the two girls. The mini golf was okay- not that interesting of a course, but it far exceeded the level of customer service that the employees had. It is time to train

My 10 year old daughter went on the go cart and was doing good until the adults came upon her and bumped her and she got hollered at instead of them. I really think they should not allow adults on the track with kids. Will not be coming back there again ..It is the only thing to do there because they took out everything else.

Advertises mini golf, giant slide, go-karts. Didn't find out only go-karts are available until we arrived there to play mini golf. Definitely a bummer and poor marketing/updates available online.

For what the place is supposed to be it is adequate. If you are looking for family fun it can be found here. The mini golf is in OK shape. Bumper boats are hard to control. Lots of things to do with an up north feel.

It was a wonderful experience for the whole family, the staff was very pleasant, but buy the combo pack and don't pay for the things individually, because it can be pricey. A great family activity a good way to take up 3 hours or so in Caseville.

This is a great place and I only gave it 4 stars because the young lady at the front desk was not very welcoming to me and did not greet me at all. I made several purchases and she did not speak to me during any of them. A simple hello would bump my review up a star

It's okay I feel the snack prices are a bit to much. And the staff needs more training to be friendlier. No smiles or warm welcome.

We bought tickets to do the bumper boats and only 3 or the 6 boats worked. They refused to refund us our money and didn't have the decency to tell us before we paid.

Nice place and lots of fun. Go carts and slide are great! Other fun stuff there too. You certainly could spend 3-4 hours at the place

The new putt putt course is beautiful. Had a great time playing a round of glow putt putt during the first weekend of Cheeseburger in Caseville

Its fine, I was surprised by the price and the wait for the go karts was ya you know a wait. The bumper boats need some repairs to get them working better.

Used to go there as a kid was alotta fun went to take my 3 and 1 year old daughter today we drove over an hr and everything is ripped put for remodeling, hell of a time to do it middle of the summer, they had nothing about the remodeling on there website or Facebook, will be going elsewhere from now on

Had so much fun! Save the slide for the next generation!

Not impressed with the staff answering calls. I called to find out what was offered & some general information and it sounded like they were trying to convince me to not come in. What's the point of being in business if you're not gonna train your staff to at a minimum take calls in a manner that promotes your business.

Had a great time on the go carts. Also has putt putt golf and bank shot basketball that looked like fun, but we didn't do that.

Total disappointment for 2021. The big slide has been removed, the mini golf is torn up for a redo. Go karts still up and running

It's an ok experience, not the best, very expensive compared to everything in Caseville, and the go karts are a little below average, but the track is nice.

Great course design, great staff, and great amenities. Fun destination for the whole family!

Friendly staff but was a disaster. Visited over the weekend and the golf was closed, go carts closed, and 3/4 of the arcade games were down. Also they didn't have any quarters for the games.

I am so glad we finally got a mini golf back in. I love it. So much fun!!!!!

Had a great time with the fam. Staff excellent as well

Had a great day. Made us almost forget about covid for the day

My husband and I went with our grandchildren. We all had a blast

Great fun as always. Mini Golf, bumper boats and the big slide! Kids loved it!

1 photo? Needs more photos if they want more business and put of towners can't plan a vacation involving this attraction I just happen to come across this and not too interested Can't really tell what's going on here?

This is an awesome place to spend the day with family from the food to the games this place is great not to mention the sweet go-kart track

Fun time on the go karts ..... Friendly staff

Very polite and great service. The go-carts are fun and ready to go.

Family had a great time. The big slide was the highlight for my younger kids.

Staff was very friendly and there's a lot to do, but it's only open on weekends and the price is unreasonable in my opinion.

Mini golf is under construction and closed right now. This was the only reason we drove to go here.

Much better go karts in port Austin

The track was a bit short. But not much stiff to do here beside go-kart.

The new course looks amazing I can't wait to play

It would be nice if handicapped people could play. Very hard to get around in a wheelchair

Really fun go cart track but everything is really expensive.

Go Karts are fun. Arcade. Putt putt. Miss that slide though!!

Fun place to take the kids or get an ice cream!

Fun place for the whole family! Friendly staff.

Always a fun family day! Clean and fun for the kids!

This Amusement Center has become much too expensive.

Nice place kind of pricey

Fun for the whole family had a great time.

Amazing place to take your kids

Slide and go carts are fun

Cheap way to put smiles on faces

The go karts are awesome

Kinda of expensive but fun

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
