We are avid claw machine players. We regularly go to claw arcades here in SoCal and all of Las Vegas. Most of the claw arcades we go to keep their machines well-stocked throughout the day so the pile of plushies are always at least the same level as the prize chute walls or higher. Not here. The plushies are minimal, just enough to cover the floors of the machines, if that. The staff members are usually very helpful at other arcades and want the guests to win so they constantly replenish and fluff the plus
I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my recent visit. The employees were visibly unhappy to be there, showing constant attitude and making no effort to be helpful or welcoming. The manager, unfortunately, was no better?rude and unwilling to resolve even basic issues. To make matters worse, the place closes 30 minutes earlier than posted and stops offering coins to continue playing well before actual closing time. Toys are subpar at this location as well. Extra star because the staff here are super nice but the machines are now rigged even more and what you get is so bad, music is so loud makes your ears bleed while you get nothing for your money.
Don't go. This place used to be great. We would take our kids and win toys evey time we would go. Now, they have their machines so loose that you'll spend $40 to win 1 toy. Used to recommend, now, I would never recommend. I never post reviews, but this recent experience made me make an exception. I'll never take my kids again.
Located inside the Haven City market this is definitely a gem if you have kids or know of someone who has kids. Kids get restless at times when you want eat out so why not bring them here where both can be happy. The games are challenging and fun and it gives them something to do while you dine. The sound and colors will definitely hype them up and it's a sure win win for all.
We were exploring this place for the first time, ran into accidentally because we were gonna get dessert. When we saw the arcade we chose to do that instead. We bought the groupon thing, upon claiming the girl working 5/8/25 at 8:30pm shift denied us the groupon because 1 per party but there was nothing saying until turns a sign that was facing her towards us. I said fine i can use it next time. Next i won on machine that was literally next to the front counter and i had 4 witnesses watch me win the pokemon

I do have to say, their company did a great job in the placement of this arcade! It's in Haven City Market where lots of people love to drop by to get food and with all those claw games and lights, it's hard not to find yourself wandering there! The only reason why I have 4 instead of 5 stars was because I felt like the claws were a bit rigged (I mean of course bc it's a claw game) but I spent $20 and only got 1 thing, maybe I just really suck at it because I did see some people who had won stuff. Kawaii klaws was a good place for a double date. Just grab a beer and head on it. There were about twenty different claws machine you can try. They even have the option for you to trade in your prizes (of course a certain amount) for a bigger one! You can even check in on yelp to get some free coins. Today wasn't our lucky day as we only won one plushie but our friends came out with like 5+.
These are supposed to be fun for kids. Horrible here. Kids can't win anything so don't bother. It will kill their moods
This place is so fun for the whole family. The prizes are winnable and has a large spacious venue. There are a lot of options to choose from; this place is such a fun vibe; it reminds me of Japan and you can trade up your smaller prices for bigger prizes.

Having visited west Covina and san gabriel kawaii klaws with stellar experiences, this one was definitely lackluster.
Used to be easy to win now u gotta play around 20 tokens to even win one plushie. The claws drops it almost every time. Don't waste your money here.
Everyone is always so nice, friendly and helpful. It's a lot of fun! We go every other week and have some lunch and spend time at the klaw machines!
RIGGED MACHINES Spent 20 bucks I had nothing but grabs like the one posted and every machine I played did the same thing and would snap and drop
The machines are all filled with fake knockoff plushies and have a ridiculously high payout rate. Probably even worse than Round1, but they at least have real, licensed goods. The owners must be raking it in.
All machines are rigged to release the item even after a perfect grab once it reaches up; tested and played multiple machines. A huge scam and unfair business practice. Bring back real arcade?s; not whatever this knockoff youth gambling supposed to be. It's a blight on the community.
If I could give it zero stars i would. Machines totally rigged and not worth the money. Spent $85 dollars just to get this little toy. When you grab the toy, the machine shakes violently and it drops. So even though you grabbed it, you can't get it! Waste of money.

Kids had a blast and staff were great. My little one wanted to come here for her bday because they have cute Cinnamoroll dolls! Staff helped her out and she got them all.

Fraud! Avoid this place. Not only did they charge us the wrong amount; all claws are set to payout vs skill, so expect to lose. Not a traditional trade up claw place. Avoid. Update: they have good stars only because they offer you extra tokens before your play if you leave a review. Reported to yelp as google as those is a TOS violation

We went to the one inside Haven City in Rancho Cucamonga and had a lot of fun! Both my kids won cute squishy prizes on their own and it was reasonably priced. Some of the prizes were poorly made and there were not enough bigger prizes.
This place is great! Such a good selection of plush?s and fun to go play after eating a meal at haven city market. They even had a character from animal crossing
Very fun and in a convenient spot, win rate is also decent and cost is pretty average. The main reason I have it 4 stars is because their plushie selection can be limited, as well as repetitive. As someone who goes to a lot of arcades regularly it's kind of a bummer when they don't change out prizes often. They do tend to offer pretty nice trade up prizes but seem to run out quickly and not replenish very often.
So many machines and most of them have claws that work! When I say that they work, I mean the claws are strong enough for you to reasonably win prizes. Not only that, the plushies are fairly good quality. Some are better than others. There were blind boxes in some machines too. We spent $40 and craned 8 plushies. We traded 4 of them for a prize we wanted behind the counter. What a great system! This location is within a big food hall with a wide variety of eateries, love it!

Luckily I didn't waste as much money as others who have reviewed. In comparison to The Claw in Vegas, this place is a total rip off. They purposely set the machine to pick up a 'prize' and drop it. The machine pulls up and stops vigorously, dropping each time. There's a reason there's no one filling the machines. The smaller prizes may have better odds, but for anything that's as large as your palm, you will lose your money. I tried the Kirby hamburger machine 10 different times, getting a good grip each ti
Kawaii klaws is a fantastic place for cute plushies and they are easy to win! Very afordable for $1 per machine as well, and the staff is very helpful if you need any assistance.

This is a real review. Do not waste your money here! Claws don't work strong enough to win a prize. All prizes are ugly and look like dollar tree stuffed animals.
