Awesome spot, a wide array of claw machines. They are on payouts but we always felt like we had a good chance to win. We got a great bang for our buck, we only spent $50 but we were able to stay for a long time and got many prizes and still had credits left over for next time. This is a great spot to go with friends and family or if you just need to play a bunch of claw machines!

This place was really fun! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Can't hype them up enough! If I was ever stuck and having a hard time grabbing an item they would happily rearrange the items in the machine. Most machines paid out quickly but the ones that didn't I got help with and won within a turn or two.

Took my 6yr old daughter. She loves crane games but the selection of places are limited. She did pretty good for her first time here. I did load her card with $100. Same amount we do at Mt. Playmore. Difference here though...the stuffed animals are not cheap quality. I was surprised. Will we be back, yes for sure!! Also...... The girl that was working there was very helpful, even asked if we wanted the animals re arranged.

staff is SO FRIENDLY and helpful. just expect play as any other claw machine but the workers will help you try to win if you ask! :) my kids enjoyed it and so did I.

We visit claw machine arcades whenever we are in a city that has them. We saw the reviews for this one saying how it was impossible to win anything. At first, we were feeling that way but then the awesome employee working helped to rearrange some of the machines so my kiddo had a chance to win a few. We were so thankful and left with a bag full of stuffies.

I'd rate this place 0/5 if I could. Spent $20 and literally picked up an item every single time (apart from once when the claw didn't even drop) and I watched the claw open at the top everytime. Service here is exceptional. The clerk working here will do pretty much do anything to help you have a good time: rearrange the one you want to have a fighting chance, swap your winnings with anything else in the game. I felt like this place was a rip off to be honest. The machine itself moves so much as you are controlling the joystick, the card reader isnt stable meaning the machine will constantly restart, payouts pretty high (7-8 tries to get 1 plushie), and not that many choices either. This is where I felt like I was ripped off. I asked if the labubu plushies they had for the trade up was authentic and asked to see the sticker label and the employee said it was authentic but they removed the stickers. Thinking that

We visited Kawaii Klaws today and it is fun even for adults. If they served booze and food I would come here all the time. The games are a little difficult, but we ended up winning a bunch of games. Don't listen to the people in the reviews saying is a scam. Klaw machines are meant to be a challenge and the jerk at the top is all part of the game.

Brand new place! Working out some of the kinks in their machines but working with customer feedback. They'll reposition prizes for you to make it easier to win. They've got massive plushies on the back wall that change out every week from how often people win them. Bags stuffed with plushies bigger than the kids winning them.

The claw machine arcades in Houston are set such that you can win a prize every few tries. Went here thinking that it would be similar, but even after spending $50, we were only able to get two prizes, and one of the prizes the worker basically had to give to us after the plushie not falling in all the way.

I was very surprised by how much we liked this place. We walked out with like 6 different items and they even let us swap one stuffed animal with another in the same machine. I tend to absolutely hate claw machines as a scam, but for once they were actually legit.

As a claw machine fan I was excited for one to finally open in Austin, but like others have said the machines pick prizes up but they jerk so hard when they reach the top that it flings it out of the claw. Payout is set extremely high, higher than most of these style claw arcades. Will give them another chance but I hope they take this feedback seriously and make some adjustments. Also the machine that gives out game cards was not set up properly, hopefully this is fixed in the near future.

Been to the ones in Houston and you all ways felt like you were gonna win something. This one is a rip off save your money. The claw machine will pick up items and right as it's about to go in, the claw will open and toss it back into the pits of plushies. We tested it with every machine and they all did it. Besides it being nice and clean and some staff being friendly, The claw machines are like an actual scam. I've been here twice and spent over 50 dollars and barely walk out with anything. Place is hella rigged , just save your money and go somewhere else IMO

My daughter and I enjoyed playing the claw machines. It is possible to win, but you have to pick up many times waiting for the one that doesn't drop the prize. $2 for a card and $20 in play credits, and we got three prizes, which we were quite satisfied with! The plushies are very cute. Much more fun than other arcades where it seems like the claw machines never pay out. Also, you can ask the staff to reposition the prizes, like you see in YouTube videos of arcades in Japan!

Came to this place again a few weeks after opening. The machine settings are waaaay different vs the opening weekend. The machines are at a different settinngs. Now the claws jerks so much after picking up an item, that the whole cabinet shakes hard. The shake is so strong that literally the claw opens and drops the item, only to go back open again just to drop air.
