Kawaii Klaws is one of the best claw places you can play and actually win. Every time I go, I leave with something. Usually I have bags full of stuffed animals. The place is super lit up and great for taking pictures and great for taking your family and kids on a fun klaw adventure. Just wish they had more stuffed animals on this one. I do like that you can trade in what you win for bigger stuffed animals. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Great experience today! Took our son to have some fun, but I may have had more fun than he did! It's very reasonable for the amount of fun had. They had one staff member on duty and he was managing the entire establishment with professionalism and efficiency. If Felix isn't the owner, he deserves a raise! The young man was working hard the entire time!
Out of all the claw machine arcades, and I have been to quite a few, this one is the worst one yet. Every single claw will come loose once it grabs and pulls up at the highest point. If you like to burn your money away, your kids getting disappointed time and time again, and call that fun, this is your place to be.
Fun spot but way to small not enough machines with good prizes. Claw machines would grab prizes firm but once it would retract it would open dropping prize. Spent 40 bucks and only walked away with 2 prizes. They have an exchange prize at register but would cost multiple prizes to exchange for one of their better ones.
Big claw prizes are rigged to drop the second they hit the top, forcing you to only get 1 pitty plush. This forces you into the system of getting smaller plushies to trade in for bigger ones which is just a scam. Like others have said this location is the most rigged. Avoid like the plague
This place was so fun and easy to win! The workers were very helpful when it came to shuffling the prizes or doing swaps. They also have such cute plushies like Sanrio, Disney, Anime, Pixar, and so many others. Your money goes much further here than Round1!
the claw never grabs at "full strength", in order to win you need the machine filled high enough for the plush to fall in. it's a technique but should not be the only way to obtain the prize
Very rigged claw machines that offer much hope but not many wins. Picked up a prize every time, only to watch them fall.
No a/c was so warm in there. All machines are almost empty and the claws pick up every toy and shakes it off right before getting it so lame.
Amazing place wonderful, so many amazing claws to choose from, very cheap, very elegant. We know this because in this place there are many collections of claws. The people do this to provide a good experience to the guest as ts as best as they can. So what why does it matter? This matters because customer satisfaction is key, which they provide here at the store. Why do people make claw machines you may wonder? It is for people's happiness and gain but at the same time gives money to the owner which makes a
had a great experience, very fun. some of the plushies look a little wonky since they're all fake but still look fine. there are even some machines with snacks or miniso blind box figurines. each machine just $1. you can even trade in prizes for a big one
Explore the latest addition to Buena Park mall.. It's a spot where you can kill some time for about 20-30 minutes. I found myself burning through $50 pretty quickly here. Each game costs $1, but watch out for the claw machines - they seem to be rigged to drop the plushies right after picking them up, giving you false hope. Keep this in mind. Additionally, you can trade in smaller prizes for bigger ones, so the more you spend, the more plushies you can collect and the greater your chances of exchanging them
Thank you so much Noah for making my grandkids have the best experience at the klaw machine...they loved the place so much because of you..we all loved your friendlyness and will be back again every Friday...you are doing amazing job with customer service. Keep up the good work
It was really challenging to win. But the employees are really nice.
Always has good stuff in the claw machines and the staff is really friendly!
Very cute place with alot of plushies! Highly recommend
Great place to take your kids employees very friendly and helpful
I had an amazing experience Kawaii Klaws. Definitely coming back. Shift Manger Felix was great.
AMAZING THE BEST EMPLOYEES ARE SOO NICE AND MOVE IT FOR YOU 10/10 WOULD COME HER AGAIN
Pretty cool fun new place at the mall with lots of claw machines for the kids to try and get amazing prizes
This place is good, lots of machines and customer service is nice!
This place is super duper awesoooopme
I've been to numerous claw machine places including other Kawaii Klaws locations. This is by far the most rigged. Walked out with nothing. Could?ve walked out with a ?participation? plush after spending $20 like every other person that was also playing. We spent $40 and got nothing despite being pretty decent at it at all the other Claw Machine locations we've ever been to. Maybe I'm being salty but I'll never come here again. UPDATE: I ended up going one more time because I had a Groupon for $40 worth of
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
