Small place but very sweet. Employees are attentive and kind. The prizes are adorable and coming from someone who has been to a lot of claw machine places, this one is worth it. The claw machines aren't too oiled, even a child could win them. My only complaint is the keychain prizes are hard to win in the large claw machines, I'd recommend moving them to the smaller claw machines. Otherwise this place is amazing! If you want to really actually get some stuffed animals from a claw machine, come here. Yea you will spend a few bucks but its worth it because you will walk out if there with like 10 stuffed animals. So I'm from PA and for sure all claw machines back home are rigged. Here they're not at all. I've never won at claw machines before, but I won 4 times!!!! And they are so cute. Wow I wish I had seen the reviews about this place being racist. We do not support businesses that are like this! We spent over $100 and for nothing. We tried for the labubus and it kept landing in bad positions. As soon as we walked away the staff repositioned it for the other people playing and they won. They never offered to reposition it for us and at $5 a swipe I could have purchased multiples, even over retail!!!

7/20/24 The size of this Kawaii Klaw location should be in Las Vegas instead, though I would rather wait to play when I go to Vegas because it was more difficult here to win stuffed animals. This was our first time at a claw machine arcade and it was so fun! It's addicting because you wanna keep trying to get the stuffy, and when you finally get it it hypes you up to get the next one. I saw this spot online where everyone won so many prizes so I had to try. There were so many claw machines to try out and I was able to win a couple! Definitely has gone way down hill since it's opening. Prizes are no longer official products most of them are cheap bootlegs. They advertise one coin per play but many machines were 3-5 tokens to play. A machine ate two of my coins and the employee did not help. I haven't even talked about how bad the claws are they are rigged!!! If you want a good prize it will take you at least 15-20 coins definitely do not recommend for anyone. I will tell everyone I know don't check this place out and to save their mone

Kawaii Claws for the win! This place is honestly so much fun. We came back for a second time on a Friday night and couldn't think of a better way to wind down from the work week. The owners and staff are kind and friendly. We love that it's a family run business and can't wait for them open more locations closer to us. It's about an hour drive, but always worth it! Really bad place to come specially in summer. They post on their socials to go in to feel refreshed in the summer heat, but their ac doesn't even work. I really feel bad for the people that work there for hours. It gets to the point that it feels better to be outside than inside of the place. They should really fix the ac asap specially for their workers before any of them pass out. Would not recommend to go specially if you're going with your kids.
