Kart Ranch

This is a fun place to bring the family. The arcade offers lots of games to play to win tickets. They have coin drop games and a win every time duck grab game. Those were my family's favorite!! The Go Karts were a lot of fun, too, but my family's favorite outdoor activity was the water boats. Overall, this is a wonderful place to have family fun!! We will come back during the winter when it's not so hot.

Went there recently and had a mishap with the kiosk. The staff was very patient with my wife. They took into consideration everything she said and listened with receiving ears. We eventually found out what happened and settled on an agreement that left both the workers and my wife happy. Very pleased with the customer service AND the variety of fun things to do over here

Updated review: I hadn't been since my 11 year was little we would take her once a month because the little kid area. They updated it a lot, and it looks good. There are so many more games. We played them all. One game she tried a few time took her money but they refunded it. With all the games, I think their might have only been 3 out of order.

The manager Alex wasn't so welcoming. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day but he had the worse attitude and was so rude. A ball fell out the play pen and he came storming in and told us the balls are not to be played with or thrown around. No one was even throwing the balls around it simply rolled out of the play pen. He could have politely asked us to return the ball and not assumed that it was just being thrown around. Although it was fun slightly over priced we won't be back where we're not wanted.

We went with my daughter's school. Had a blast!! The pizza ?? was amazing!!! And miniature golf ??. Top notch. Very nice. A definite Do!!!

Kart Ranch was great! This is a newer facility, super clean, well staffed, and everyone was friendly. The restrooms rival a five star resort! Easy access, great parking area. Go-carts, bumper cars, Miniature golf, and the arcade were great. We ate lunch here, and food was good too. We had a great time. Highly recommended! Great job, Kart Ranch!

Although most people will say Kart Ranch is kid oriented?.don't believe that?.its just as engaging and entertaining for adults. Especially adults who love to have fun and are absolutely young at heart!!! This is one of my favorite places in all of Lafayette!

We enjoyed this place, but it's a bit sluggish and run down to charge the prices they charge. $120.00 for 20 games that we weren't able to effectively use because they were very understaffed. Literally every other game my nieces attempted to play ended up taking their money without allowing them to play the game. This resulted in me spending a total of 25-30 mins waiting on management to refund my player card for those games. We went as a family group of 15 and had a lot of fun. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to have some good ol fun. We rode the go carts and bumper boats. Did the water ballon war and played mini golf. Will definitely return.

Great place to bring our kids. Our kids are 5 years old they loved the water bumper cars, go karts, arcade games, and indoor play area. There was no wait on anything we went during the week this summer. The food was good and reasonably priced we had tacos, nachos, hotdogs, and pizza. You don't have to have a lot of money to have a great time here.

We enjoyed the minature golf.... We did try the arcade which is great for kids... We tried a few but not many for adults but had fun....

We have been going there for years and the service was always awesome. We went this weekend and everything has changed. The children can't bump each other at all on the go karts anymore. We drove 2hrs just for our boys to not be allowed to ride due one of them spinning around on the last lap. I cannot for the life of me understand how this place is still in business. We've tried to come 3 times in the last 3 years, optimistic that it would be better. Spoiler: it's not. From slow food to broken go karts to managers eager to make kids cry, we've had the gambit of issues. Today was stopping a little girl from riding a go cart because she has tape on her fingers. Great place to bring kids and less expensive than similar establishments we have visited. Big play area for kids under 10, decent minigolf course, and the go karts are quick without feeling risky. I brought my 7 year old and my wife and I plan on having our 4 year old's birthday here.

The young men were so polite and such gentlemen. I explained to one young man that my daughter was autistic and couldn't drive the kid go karts so he helped her.

Kart Ranch is consistently renovating and adding new games and activities. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Things are rather expensive, but it's always a fun time.

The Bluey event was horrible, Kart Ranch hosted this event and most likely over sold tickets. The meet and greet was rushed and unorganized, the individuals in the costumes weren't interactive; the person taking the pictures rushed my daughter while she was trying to say hi to Bluey and Bingo multiple times. My daughter is two and was so frustrated that she didn't get to interact with Bluey that she told my wife she wanted to go home and she didn't want to stay until 2:00 PM when the event ended. This place is super awesome! Bring the kids bring all the family, there's fun here for every age! Very clean, staff were amazing and very helpful, and very friendly. Pizza was great!! Would definitely recommend!

Always have a blast here. Love the golf area. Usually attend with my nephew who is very competitive. So it gives us something cheap and fun. The gaming area is cool. Kind of expensive but good selection of games.

Brought my child here and brought train ride. Went to ride the train that she has ridden many times before and was told she couldn't ride due to being a couple months short of 3. Manager never apologized for not asking on the front end and not allowing her to ride being that she has rode the ride before she said for her to go to a different attraction such as the playground inside! Apparently they lost too much money offering gift cards to people, so now they are being super dishonest and making you change it to a point card. You cannot use the point card for any concessions and things cost more now. Never would have spent the money on gifts cards if I had known this. This is very disappointing. Just putting it out there so other people aren't as blindsided as we were.

Customer service like it should be! Fun games, fun attractions, good food, affordable entertainment! I'm just so impressed with the management and staff, was a really fun time!

It is a nice place for all ages. Inside just feels a bit cramped but other then that it was good first time visit.

Had not been here in a long time! Definitely enjoyed the updates inside and out. We played Putt-putt and then a few games inside. The Nintendo paintings on the wall were nostalgic and definitely gave me some childhood vibes! Loved it!

Took my kids here the workers were very helpful. The food was very good we ordered the boudin pizza??. This is a place with great customer service. I highly recommend it, me and my family will be back.

Will not be returning. I used to love taking my kids here but seeing the prices this past weekend I was mind blown. 2.00 and up to play arcade games that you win maybe 10 tickets for was crazy to me. This is a small town arcade and I wasn't expecting those prices. We go out of town alot and I'd expect that at a large facility but not the Kart Ranch. Anyway I was disappointed in that but overall it is a nice place if you want to spend a small fortune lol.

I don't have anything super negative to say about my family's experience here. The kids had a great time. It was a lot cleaner and nicer than I expected it to be. Everything was working properly as far as the games and the rides. The bathrooms are clean. My granddaughter had her birthday party here today. A $400 BIRTHDAY PARTY. My complaint is not about the cost because this is the place we chose to have it. My complaint is how brutally expensive the games were. One kid played a game and it took all his money on the card. It was ridiculous. The staff was GREAT! I just can't bring her back here because it's WAY too expensive. The bowling alley would have been so much more worth the money and the kids would have had a better time.

My little girl and I had a blast today. The game room looks great, all the games seemed to work perfectly, and are super modern. No tickets to keep track of, the card does all that for you. They have added a ton of love to this place and it shows. Every single employee that I spent more than 5 seconds in front of was the most friendly employees I've every seen, at any place other than Disneyworld, seriously. Not just doing their job, but being overly outgoing about it. WILL be back.

This place has been around since I was a kid. Always such a fun environment now that I have a daughter of my own who is five years old we love going there as well. Kids loved it. Grown-ups enjoyed themselves as well. Very clean. Inside staff was cheerful, outside staff a little less. It was really hot, so understandable. Overall, great choice to spend a few hours on an afternoon while visiting.

Ever since childhood the ranch has been my escape outlet to get out and be a kid nascar like my hero Dale Earnheart. Pool tables and batting cages rock as well. Come check them out for over twenty years they've been the place to be.

So much to do! We did bumper boats, water wars, mini golf, batting cages, battle botz and arcade. Love Luigi's mansion, could play it all day with my daughter! They had some VR games to play. the staff at Kart Ranch were ALL extremely courteous and patient. I took 4 children, two with disabilities. No one was ever rushed, despite the chaos around us. My husband and I plus our two toddlers love this place it's worth going there. I prefer this place over chucky cheese by 150 times better. You don't lose any of the credits not spent but only if you don't lose the card you made the purchase with at time of visit. So many options for all family members with different age groups!!! Moderately well priced place to take children, Establishment is well clean, including the restrooms and dinning area. Staff is nice and welcoming. Parking lot is large enough to keep enough vehicles to keep building at capacity and is well maintained also, however limited handicap parking. I would recommend taking young children here but would find another venue to take older (12+) children.

Attempted to come and hit a few softballs as practice in their cages. Being two grown adults trying to come practice for our league all we were asked were if we had closed toe shoes. We had gotten the 10 attraction rides for $60 I asked the lady at front desk if all attractions were open before purchasing she told me they were but upon entering each outdoor attraction we had to run inside and get a employee to operate the game witch made it very inconvenient the only attraction with a person was go karts. Unprofessional people very rude and should not be working with children

They were very understaffed at the counter, and it took and good hour to get my food I ordered. I'm incredibly displeased with this visit, and I do not recommend to eat at this establishment due to the fact that the food I ordered (popcorn chicken) was under cooked and raw and gave me food poisoning. However the staff was nice, still most would agree this place needs to be checked by code because I wasn't the only one with the same problem.

I'd like to start by saying we frequent arcade style venues with our son, at least once a month. I hadn't been to kart ranch in years so we decided to check it out. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. First off, all of the game token purchases are taxed, which is not the case at other venues. To top this, the inside game tokens are not usable on outside attractions and do not transfer, and we were not told upfront. This was highly upsetting as other similar places in the area work all off of one car

Kart Ranch offers a variety of fun activities for children and adults. They have large and small go-carts, laser tag, bumper cars and boats, putt putt and a large gaming area. The place is extremely clean and well kept. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We always pass a good time there.

I'm an adult kid. When it comes to playing at the Kart Ranch, my favorite game is to try getting the shark or the biggest fish,can't remember the name of it, it is no longer there. Another one is shooting the deer. It's gone as well. Hadn't been in a while. The inside has been remodeled and it looks really nice. I was disappointed that so many games were down and that my 2 favorite ones were gone. Wanted to do the rock climbing wall but it is closed. Like I said before I am an adult and like to play games

Love it. Staff is super friendly, food is good especially the boudin balls. Very clean establishment. Restrooms were fresh and clean. We all enjoyed our evening there. Will definitely go again.

They have a section for the smaller kids with a play pin and other toys for them to play on. A worker stays at the gate and keeps and eye on things. A parent is required to sit inside with their kids. Has the normal selection of items for a concession.

We originally went to play putt putt, and let me just say that the course definitely needs some upkeep. There Were multiple times when we had to clear off dirt and debris just to be able to play. We also rode the go-karts and I gotta say although it was better than the golf, we still had to sit and wait for a good while why they tried to get our karts to start.
