Fun! A bit pricey per bowling game, but a great place for a date. They were able to fit us in for a game an hour before closing, and the bar and food are great, although a bit pricey as well (to be expected). Check their website for deals, they usually have new ones pretty regularly and they can really make it a great value!
I enjoyed the atmosphere and love the big screens at the end of the lanes. Your balls don't always come back which was weird. Other than that great place.
Bowling was awesome and so was the lazer tag! The restaurant was dog shit. Waited roughly an hour. Was told half way through our food was almost done only to be told 20 minutes after there was a hold up due to large parties. Just be honest. Mild wings came out black. Honest to god black. Mozzarella sticks were ice cold. Wife's nachos were cold. My daughter's Mac n cheese was burnt to a crisp. The only thing that was worth eating was my son chicken strips. Waiter took drinks off bill to accommodate our incon
Well the place is huge and awesome but it's lacking coordination. Kids are having fun but it's a recipe for disaster like bumping heads and younger kids getting stepped on by bigger kids, teens and even adults. Prices are also reasonable. Socks should be cheaper though. And staff should be more vigilant and responsive!!!
Super fun place for family day! very clean! employees were great. our son is autistic he had such a great time. one of the employee's (Travis) took a couple minutes to show my son how to play basket ball and Al-tamar took time to answer some questions for future events we would like to have there. all staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and will return for more great fun!!
This is a very nice indoor sports arena. Inside you can hit golf balls, batting cages, indoor soccer, indoor baseball, laser tag, a bowling alley, jumping area, and an arcade. They is a full service bar and restaurant and also an ice cream parlor. You can host parties here as well. There are multiple restrooms. Great place to bring the family. There is a parking lot and also pay public parking available.
Ran by kids..minimal customer service.. Kids are kids. Great drinks at the bar though.. Must say our kids love it though!! Lazer tag, trampolines, and arcade!! Not a bad place overall! Much better than Hooplas!!!
This place was alot of fun. The kiddos loved the arcade options. The trampoline area was very big and she loved every second of it. The prices were also pretty fair considering what it was. Very happy with this place.
My grandson and I had a great day at the batting cages and arcade
My step children love to bounce around gets them out of the house n off of video games. My older children loved it growing up n them enjoyed the dodgeball trampoline part. I enjoyed the new laxer tag section
All ages of kids.....my grandbabies love it here
We hit Kaos up for a birthday party and it was a cool spot for the kiddos! Even had a little fun with the adults too. Bowling was a blast. The arcade is a bit small but fun none the less. Drink service for anyone of age was a plus!
Very good for the amount of family fun you want to have at a cheap price. Totally worth it and wore the whole family out to where everyone was taking naps when we got home.
Great atmosphere and homemade pizza was a bonus.
I am truly upset that my son Chance and his cousin went to Kaos Fun Zone and was bullied by some other children that were older than them screaming racial slurs at both children while they were playing dodgeball. When will this ever end? It's sad when children get together in a public place where other children are and you can't have fun the way you supposed to. My son said he spoke to one of the staff members there and told him that the kids were hitting on them and using racial comments towards them, and
This place has such great potential and who knows maybe it's just a lack of staff, idk. But, definitely disappointed in the arcade. A majority of the games were either not turned on, card readers weren't connected to the internet?or even better?you'd swipe your card only to find out that the game wouldn't work. A few games had out of order signs but a lot more of the games were definitely broken as well. Wasted quite a bit of the money from our son?s card, only for him to feel disappointed that he couldn?
The customer service was great! We had a blast bowling!
Kids had fun, but could have been cleaner
Great family time for Wednesday special of Laser Tag & Arcade time. Manager Tom was very helpful and nice. Thank you for making us feel number 1!
We've been twice once just adults and once with kids and had a blast both times. The staff is friendly and helpful the equipment is clean and well maintained and there's something fun for everyone to do no matter their age. Highly recommend!
One of the best finds ever! My kids love it and asked to go frequently. Staff is amazing and we always have a great time even if a fire alarm goes off. Highly recommend
We had a great time jumping with our littles (3.5 and 5 years old) on Christmas Eve. Tom and his staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean. Location was incredibly convenient.
It was fun to watch the kids burn up some energy jumping. It is priced right. The people working in the areas where paying attention and making sure everyone was following rules.
Super clean facility and the staff really help add to the enjoyable atmosphere. We were treated as if we were guests in their house vs. customers. Really fun unique games too. Our first time experiencing ?string bowling? which basically meant the pins were attached to strings, we like it a lot as they had fun games you could arrange trick shots to take turns going for. Still felt like normal pins though! Thank you manager Tom for the great time ??
I took my daughter AND my mother for a night out. All three of us had a great time! My 8 year old bounced all over the place in the sky zone, then we had a "blast" playing laser tag. We wound down the night with a bite to eat and enjoyed a live band. There something there for everyone.
New place for them( building wise). They are expecting to expand in the future.
We recently celebrated my son?s 5th birthday at Kaos and will 100% be doing it again. It was easy to find a package that didn't break the bank, and even easier to book the party itself. When the day finally rolled around, our host had all the details and timeframes for the day worked out before we even arrived. He was attentive and kept everyone happy the entire time. Flyworld was a HUGE hit with the little ones, and the adults. Kaos loves kids!
Took my little dude to the trampoline area for a bday party and it was a great experience. Staff were super friendly as soon as I walked in the door. The venue was very clean and offered a lot of different activities. I live about an hour away and after I got home I realized I left my travel mug there. I called them up and a staff member very generously put me on hold and went searching for it and tracked it down. He told me exactly where I could go the next day they were open to pick it back up. It was a
I like to going to fly word everyday they got a lot of things to do here and you can make all of friend here
I would give this place a higher rating if it weren't so expensive. Spent $90 for 24 minutes of lazer tag with my son and daughter. We had fun but it was a lot of money for a short bit of time. It would be nice if they would be more community/family oriented and have more specials. Kids need things to do that are positive and productive but parents can't afford the prices of things anymore.
Mostly, I love this place because my son loves it, but there are a few details I'll talk about that probably never crossed his mind. I'll get the only negative one out of the way right off the bat: We went to Fly World, the section of the Fun Zone that's dedicated to trampolines. There's no ATM in there, to get cash so the kiddos can play video games. I was told that the ATM is located next to the bowling alley, which I had absolutely no success at locating. Not a huge deal for most folks, but my son has au
Took my children and friends here we all had a blast. Not many parents were jumping with their kids but we did and our kids loved it!
It was okay until the guy working decided to yell at my five year old daughter and put her in a panic attack. They need kid friendly people!! So disappointed
Great for the kids, would just recommend fixing more of the arcade machines.
Scheduled a 'cool' birthday party for my child. Requested an exchange for the arcade cards to dippin dots due to the young age of the party attendees. When we arrived we were shown to the blue party room which was our space to leave out bags. The floor was noticeably dirty when we arrived but the tables were set up for us so that was great! We got to jump for a little over an hour because our pizzas weren't ready on time. We were escorted to our party room once the pizzas were ready. We had another 20 minut
We had an amazing time playing the arcade games then bowling. Our family had a blast. Our competitive side got the best of us playing laser tag!!!! My birthday was complete
We went for bowling and had a great time! You pay for the lanes for an hour and you can bowl as much as you want. They also have a nice arcade that our 3 year old enjoyed after bowling. The atmosphere is nice and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely go back!
Today was particularly disappointing. Basically the servers refused to serve us.. the women behind the bar refused to acknowledge us..the gentleman over by the bowling alley ignored me when I tried to order from him and then a few minutes later walked rite pass my party and asked did another party need anything.. at that moment I decided I'm not gonna force any more money into their hands .. we left the game early and went to subway lol .. in the future I'll go to hoopla or faxon lanes . Honestly I don't k
Well Over crowded, over priced, and filthy. Bathrooms were disgusting and literally a line for the men's room. Arcade games are nuts. Only ok thing was bowling. I won't be back. Absolutely a disgusting place to be. I left there feeling like I needed to take a shower. NOT to mention a fire Hazzard. That building was over crowded. Parking lots were packed and people literally parked on sidewalks fire zones and other surrounding businesses.
Lots of fun! Unlimited wings and arcade tonight (can't win any tickets) for $19.99. Wings were really big and had good flavor. Limited selection of sauces but orders came out quickly. Not sure if the special lasts beyond this month but it was worth the trip.
Great place for a fun family time. Had my grandson's birthday party there.
Pretty upset? me and my friend came here for the first time together and we called in to ask if we were allowed to wear costumes, and described exactly what they were. They said we were so we got ready and came over, just to be told we aren't allowed to wear them. Not really comfortable coming back now? feeling judged.
Definitely went above and beyond today! Went for the golf simulator at 2 only to find out their sign says they open at 3, miscommunication on our part to get 2 as their opening time. The manager who was there let us in, started it up and let us golf anyway since we had almost an hour drive to get there. He didn't have to do that for our mess up but did it without making us feel like we were a burden. Had a great time and will make the trip again.
My girls always have a blast here! The music is tasteful, prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and it is VERY clean. Any issues(very few if any) that would arise are handled promptly and professionally by the manager, Anthony. Fly World is an all around wonderful place to spend time.
I took my son & his friend & met my sister in-law there with her boys. Tons of kids jumping but no staff regulating. Bigger kids were whipping rubber balls at smaller kids and hurting them. Not cool at all. If they are so under staffed they can't keep an eye on the kids, than don't let so many jump at one time because most of the parents weren't even paying attention. My nephew ended up getting hurt and so did my son. We won't be doing this again & I won't recommend people to take their kids for jumping. No
We had a blast here! The food was great, and bowling was so much fun! The arcade was fun, but I'm not a fan how how they do the point system. Otherwise, this is a great place to bring your family!
I had never been to anything like Kaos Fun Zone and didn't know what to expect. But frankly it was wonderful! My kids loved bouncing all over the trampolines and I was very surprised by just how big the place was. There is a lot to do there. I can't wait to go back!
I had my daughter's four-year birthday party here. We liked it very much. They had everything we needed from cutlery to plates and cake knife and cups. They even helped us with a lighter for the candles which we forgot. I am not a trampoline kind of person so I didn't use that service, but my daughter and friends certainly jumped around! we found it extremely convenient.
We usually go to Hooplas and after trying Kaos fun Zone we will continue to go to Hooplas. We went for the arcade. It wasn't huge but looked like they still have a decent amount of games. But once you get down there you quickly realize more games were out of order than were playable. We swiped our card on a few games that weren't ?out of order? but still didn't work. Went to cash in our coins and tickets. They fought with us about how much some of them were worth. Even though the machine said they were wor
Staff was not very friendly at all. Definitely could've been a lot nicer. Expected it to be better than it was, not a whole lot there to do. I mean I get it, it's suppose to be for trampolines, but they do advertise an arcade which was pretty bare. Pizza was pretty bad to, like sauce covered cardboard.
A very fun place to take your family to enjoy themselves. There are many different things to do and you can even play hacky sack at the arcade. It gets you tons and tons of points. The trick is to hit the combos. Me and my buddy gathered a whole bunch of points and got the stylish sunglasses. We also got finger lights and pimped out. Everyone was looking at us in aw. Now we just need to get a cape and cool hat.the trampoline park is also very fun, just make sure you dont fall on a kid. 100/100,10/10,5/5 wou
Great games but very unhelpful staff. Reported the VR game wasn't working and an error was on screen saying something was blocking the motion detector. Instead of addressing it he walked to the lower level desk of the arcade and got on his phone.
Fun environment for both the kids and parents. They have one of my favorite bowling alleys. Their restaurant has good food at decent prices. Arcade is very similar to Hoopla's and cheaper if you purchase a $100 card (you get a 50% bonus which gives you $150 worth of credits).
All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Building was clean and air conditioned, in the play areas. prices were reasonable. The kid working at the prize counter needs a raise, he was extremely cheerful and didn't get frustrated with the 4 pre teens that were there who couldn't decide what to get.
I took my granddaughter and friend. I had to pay in person due to their website paying process was having a glitch that day. The kids used the trampolines and the arcade. It is expensive in my opinion but there sure were alot of patrons! I only encountered one major flaw. I was never asked to fill out a waiver for the kids. I didn't think about it until we were finished. Tip of the day: if your child has not had much physical activity or hasn't been using the muscles you use to jump, they could end up very
Great place to have some fun. Lots of fun arcade games for all ages, and i felt like the money i spent was well worth it. $70 lasted my son n his mom and me 2+ hrs. Cool vr setup for a rabbids vr coaster ride was alot of fun and neat. Very clean and friendly place.
Good for kids but not alot of seating. Prices are good. But it needs a huge update. I bought a cinnamon pretzel. It was cold partly frozen. The tables were a mess. The misses did like the coffee, but took a long a time to make. As of packages for kids and parties top notch. That's why I'm giving it a 3. Prices saved them and a waver form aka consent from to acknowledge kids and adults are at risk. Oh no outside food or drink. Like come on adults can have thier own water to bring for themselves.
Daughter enjoyed it. I'd say the prices are decent within the bowling and jump areas. The arcade if you use I'd be very careful in. We blew thru alot of money rather quickly.
Laser Tag was awesome. And the young lady that ran it was very helpful and friendly! The arcade was super expensive which is why I didn't give a five.
Had my daughters birthday party here in December. The pizza which was provided with the package was good. There was a mix up on my bill and it was fixed immediately with no attitude from the employee.
This was an absolute blast! Definitely will be visiting again soon. Kids couldn't stop talking about it. Food was good everyone was very nice.
Avoid this place. Service is extremely slow when there are basically no patrons. Very poorly managed. Food was decent but overpriced. It seems to me that what you have here is deep pocket ownership that spent a ton of money on the facility but can't be bothered with paying for quality management or service staff. $29 for a dozen wings and 4 domestic beers on wing night, Come on!!!
I would say the prizes after winning tickets are not great they could offer better prizes. Also with COVID-19 I did not see many sanitizing stations or even staff coming around to wipe any high frequency touch areas down. In the Flyzone area I would say they could add additional interactive things for the little flyers. Overall its a great facility with a lot of different things to offer.
We spent 1 hour jumping and kids were very happy. Arcade is a bit small and not quite what I expected but for kids it was good. Found staff very personable and helpful considering it was our first visit.
This place was a vast building with many opportunities to play! The bowling alley, and arcade, golf, trampoline park, laser tag, a restaurant, soccer field, tons of stuff to do. As others have mentioned, the service was a bit slow at the restaurant, and over all it didn't seem like the staff from each section of the building knew what was going on in the other sections of the building. Nobody seems to know what the specials were, so if you go there be sure to look on the website because there are always spe
I give them 3 stars only because the employees should be helpful and friendly so that people feel comfortable, they all had a face and they did not have a happy face at all, they looked at one as if they were from another planet. Otherwise I liked it.
Something for everyone in this place: Kids sports, restaurant, bowling, trampoline park, Lazer tag, arcade, bar, and a lot of big TV's playing sports.
Tried to reserve a lane but was told we had to do so a week in advance. Who knows they're bowling a week ahead of time?! The website should mention the required week. We took our business elsewhere.
Played some laser tag!
Semi-clean atmosphere with trampolines that the kids enjoy. Our group had 4 adults and 8 children ages 3-16. Our experience today was with 3 different unfrieldly, flat affect millenials who were very unpleasant. As small business owners, we would never want these individuals to represent us or our services.
I was very disappointed when I booked my 6 year olds birthday party here. It was very expensive and I had to ask them about 20 minutes or so into the party where my decorations, cake, etc. was. I arrived about an hour and a half before the party started so I could set everything up and they told me I was too early and they will hold my decorations and cake until we arrived for the party. So I couldn't surprise my daughter with decorating everything and having it set up. I was doing this whole greeting guest
This is a wonderful place to take the kids. If the kids are not older than 8 years old the best time to go is Saturday morning at 10 a.m. when they jump and the socks are included for free all for $10. If you have young kids that is awesome the hour because it will not be full of larger have your kids that they could run into. The dodgeball games at that hour or full of 567 year old throwing very soft balls at each other and all having a ton of fun. Parents are allowed to jump with them during this "Little
Kids had a blast! Me too! Makes you feel like a kid again!
Went here this past sunday to play in the arcade it was disappointing that almost have the games were not functioning. Definitely will think twice about coming back again.
Just the lights alone attracted my childrens attention amediately!!! They had so much fun!!! And I did too!!! Nice for Date Night....out with the girls!!! Next time we will try the Restaurant!!! Much much fun!!
A fun, loud arcade like many others. But the highlight was interacting with the employees at the ticket redemption counter, who were sweet and patient with every kid, of every age, as they helped them navigate the million different categories of trinkets to redeem their dwindling balances down to zero!
Had my daughters 13th birthday party here. GREAT hospitality, they were so helpful. I'll come back in the future.
Nice facility & friendly staff. Laser tag was a huge let down and had faulty equipment with unclear rules/ objectives and point systems. Very unclear parking as well, a couple signs wouldn't hurt!
My cousin and I took our kids to do bowling today around 2pm. We have 6 kids between us ages 10,9,8,6,4&4. They bowled 2 frames the the ball got stuck. We went up to the front desk 3 different times within 20 mins and each time "we'll get to ya" mean while our time was expiring. The 3rd and final time she paused the game. Fast forward another 25 mins of waiting our food arrived and thank God it did (kids were getting restless) . After we finished our food if had enough I seen so many staff members walking b
AWESOME FACILITY!!! We go as often as possible! My Daughter absolutely loves this place! Theres a trampoline park on the opposite side of the wall, "Fly World". My family loves it here!
Had a great time bowling here. Service was great and the atmosphere as fun. I love the set up they have, it makes for a very nice game. Definitely recommend.
We used to go to this place often however after today we arent going back. Nothing but kids trashing the games(grabbing the different balls from games and putting them all over and none of the employees did anything about it. Games are fun though so if they can get that under control then the place would still be good.
Fun place and reasonable prices, kids had a blast.
First time there; attended a Birthday Party. Had no idea what to expect! I'm sure kids have tremendous fun there but lots and lots of noise!
We went and did the bowling. I have not seen bowling pins on string in a long time! Lanes were small but the place was clean and the staff were friendly.
Love this place! We ALWAYS have fun!! VR Games, Laser Tag, Large Indoor Fields for games, , VR golf, and Trampolines plus a host of Arcade games and a Sports Bar attached! Fun for the whole family!
This is a great place for kids and their parents too! My almost 2 year old grandson had a blast along with has 2 sisters (ages 6 and 8) and a 5 year old cousin.
It was amazing the kids loved it great setup inexpensive compared to others places and service was excellent either manager or owner came out after our food was done offered a tour and gave my whole family a 30min game card each and a free game of laser tag bowling or any other one of the activities they have there food was great and customer service ????????????
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
