Celebrated my daughter?s first birthday here at Kanga?s and it was amazing! All of the kids enjoyed themselves and enjoyed the food that was served. The staff were super helpful! Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!!

I had my son?s fifth birthday party here and it truly was an amazing experience. I had a phenomenal host by the name of Oscar, who was very diligent and professional throughout my son?s birthday party. He was very helpful very attentive and answered all my questions throughout the day. They took care of all the decorations and much more. The turnout was impeccable, and I truly would recommend this place to anyone to have a birthday party for their child. Faye who is the manager Of Kanga was truly amazing as

Love it!!! Second time we are celebrating my daughters birthday here, we love it!. She had so much fun, was very happy, every one is very nice and helpful, Fay is very sweet, nice and helpful. Our host unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was very nice, help me out with everything, food was delicious and fresh, place is clean and nice. My daughter and her little friends had a blast!! Even us the grownups lol, we enjoy playing there too. My princess had a really good birthday ?? ?? thanks to Ka

My son had a great party, they take care of every single thing you don't have to worry about nothing. Big plus the kids can play until closing time so thats several hours of play! Food and snacks for kids are generous portions. The food is good but not great, very satisfying for a kids party though.

Kanga?s Playcenter did a really great job with my daughter?s birthday today. Thank you to Nan, Dennis and our host Russell they were all very friendly and professional. The decorations were beautiful and the food was pretty yummy. We ordered the chicken tenders platter that came with French fries which was yummy and a very large portion. We also ordered pizza which was okay. The ice cream was already yummy too. Overall, I would recommend this place over other play centers for a birthday party, they have a r

I booked Kanga for my babies 1st birthday party and it was amazing! I am from out of State and to just show up and everything is done for you was great! The decorating was beautiful and Dennis was an awesome host he made sure everything went smoothly and the kids and parents had a great time!! I definitely recommend booking for your kids next birthday party!

My daughter and her friends had such a wonderful time for her 6th birthday, and you the entire Kanga's staff made everything so easy for us. I appreciated the email and phone call check-ins in advance, and the person assigned to our room that day was absolutely lovely and fantastic. When my daughter and I arrived to get everything settled a half hour before her party time, the room was already set up and beautiful, with all of her favorite colors as requested, and a sign with her name outside the door. Than

I recently celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday and this place was nothing short of amazing! The staff was informative, friendly, helpful, and attentive. They even packed up the gifts! I would recommend this place to family and friends the kids had a blast! The food was good, and considering the large crowd that was there the bathrooms were clean:) Thank you to the Kanga staff for such an amazing time.

This place is amazing! I have been going here for a couple years now and so glad they survived the pandemic! The place is well Kept and very clean. The pack a lot of stuff in small place. The food is actually pretty good too! Your kids will love this place. I highly recommend checking this indoor playground out to visit or a birthday party!

Nice place, first time there. We've basically been to every other kids amusement center in and around astoria so we wanted to check this one out. Place is a little worn down but kids love it so who am i to judge. Kids make messes and dont take care of things well. For the price it wasnt bad. Not brand new or high end but has everything a kid could want. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Wow, what an amazing place !! I was looking for something to do for my 2year old that was fun n kid friendly n safe.. I came across Kangas playcenter in LIC & from the very first phone call inquiring abt the place I was impressed by the staff (Mike) that answered all of my questions n kept in contact the whole way through. I purchased the semi-private deluxe party package & couldn't have been happier . They handled everything! The kids had a blast! & the food was good ! Our host Tanisha was awesome! She m

The smallest and expensive playground in the world. I really don't mine the size of the place, I have visited small places but but like this one that is not accurate with the admission's price. The other unlikely point is that "catch me" machine is really expensive (3 dollar for one shot? And 2 dollar for 1 shot in the small toys)?? That is to much. My sitting room is bigger than this expensive and not accurate place. 100% no recommend

Nice Place and it offers parking for $6 in the parking lot. Doesn't have a ball pit but still finalizing for the kids. Would have been better if it wasn't overcrowded due to spring break and no regulation on how many people in the place at a time.

$22 to go for 1 adult and 1 child. $6 parking next door in public lot. My 4year old daughter liked it but the play area was smaller than Billy Beez in Albany. The arcade machines line the waiting area. There is a toddler playing area and a bunch of >3 year olds were playing in the ball pit and throwing the balls out of the ball pit and hit some lady?s spaghetti. Sauce everywhere but it was cleaned quickly. There is a small figurines painting area which was pricey but fun. Good supplies and cute painting are

It was quite good. The jungle gym was lot of fun. The layout is little different from other playhouses. They got two play areas separated by a party kinda place. That makes it look like it's smaller space even though I think it isn't. But again jungle gym is quite unique and my son loved it. One thing I didn't like as much was the video games, including shooting ones, which were bit of a distraction and I'm not very sure of taking my son again since he's gonna want to play those video games which I don't w

We had a lovely birthday party for my son at the Kanga room in November. Customer service was great before and during the party and our host was very nice and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the party. The room was very nicely decorated. Our son was so happy playing with his friends that he didn't want to have cake or ?happy birthday? sung to him back in the room and the manager even helped us with this. I would recommend for birthday parties.

My kid had a blast. However, the man at the reception was exceptionally rude. Asked him to separate bills as a kid and 2 adults and 1 kid with 1 adult. He proceeds to hand me the bill for 2 kids ($40, it was supposed to be $20 + $10) and my friend ($10, supposed to be $20). Then he takes a phone call and completely ignores us while we are waiting to tell him he made a mistake. He doesn't get off the phone during our whole interaction. So while our babies are getting impatient to go play I pay. Then my frien

This is one of the larger indoor playcenter we've been to. The store front consists of a small door with a small sign. We almost passed it the first time we went here. They really need better signage. The first-floor entrance also isn't very welcoming. You come into a dimly lit hallway that leads you to the elevator and the parking lot area. The playcenter is on the second floor and there are signs when you come in that you must leave strollers downstairs. The stroller parking area is in the actual par

Kanga's is always a fun place for the kids. We just hosted our first Kanga's party this weekend and in addition to the expected fun times for kids they helped make a wonderfully easy party experience. Ever person I dealt with from booking (Faye & Dennis) as well as our host Oscar were all wonderful. Kids parties can be very stressful but this was not that and our child & all their friends had a great time.

I had my kid's first birthday party here and it was great! The jungle gym is awesome, the food is really good, the staff is so supportive, and overall the environment is fantastic. The kids had a great time, and the adults had a great time, too. There is even a play area for younger kids. Special shout-out to Dennis who helped me with all of the details and even had backups for things I forgot. I can't wait to come here again.

My daughter is 10 months and had fun, but there was very limited space for her age. Spending $20 to take her for only access for one small space wasn't worth it. Plus, the place seemed old, outdated, and not very clean. I recommend Dream City in Forest Hills if you have children under 5. I feel it's cleaner, cuter, and has WAY more for littles and also older kids. Would've given only 2 stars, but the staff were very nice, so it gets 3!

Kanga's play center is a good fun & safe place for kids to do a fun obsticale course. They also have kid's style rock climbing & a bouncy house & a tea cup merry go round. Our son loved it & had lots of fun. The obstacle course is quite big with slides & things to climb over & much much more. They have employees sitting throughout the course to help kids out (which is great as you're probably not going to find your kid for a while in there). Their system to enter & exit is great as well. They put a paper br

Love this place. Workers are all super friendly and everything (dining area, toilet, changing station, playing areas)is clean. There are so many options keeping little ones busy for hours without bored. It is busy on holidays and weekends. Only thing to complain is you have to pay for kids and adults and it is a little overpriced if families are going together.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Our 7yo and 3yo had a blast. In our opinion, this is hands-down the best indoor play space we've been to in NYC. We've been to Funtopia, Laserbounce, Mini Land Play, City Owlets, Chuck-E-Cheese, Twinklespace, Sensory City, etc. The scale of the place is just impressive - 10,000sf of indoor play space: separate area for young toddlers, climbing wall (5yo+), foam ball blaster area, ball pits, huge four-lane slide, bounce house, etc. It's brand-new, so everything is clean. An adde

So much fun! Clean and the employees are super friendly. The light up water slide is the highlight of the toddler area. Older kids will surely tire themselves out wall climbing, and all the things to swing and climb on.

Kanga's indoor play place exceeded all our expectations for my daughter's party, and our host Dennis truly made it a 5-star experience! From the moment we arrived, Dennis's energy and attention to detail were evident. He made sure every child felt welcome and engaged, and his ability to keep the party running smoothly while ensuring everyone was having a great time was truly commendable. The entire setup at Kanga's was perfect for a kids' party - vibrant, safe, and filled with exciting activities. The kids

Phenomenal atmosphere!! fantastic team to assist with everything needed to make my party perfect!!!! Dennis was AMAZING!!!! From activities to food to decor and everything in between!!!! Best bang for ur buck! Def will return and sing their praises!!! Thank you for making my little guys day spectacular

Exceptional experience and value for sunny or rainy day activity for 2-8 year olds. Cafe prepares fresh to order tasty snack or meal options in addition to all the best pre-packaged snacks. Service Entrance hall and elevator signage fails to assure me I've arrived in an awesome and safe play venue for young children. Better graphics in hall and better lighting in elevator with more regular cleaning would leave me with a more comfortable feeling.

Took my kids here recently for my.daughters 4th birthday (we have come a few times prior) and my girls had an AMAZING time. I cannot say enough how fun and big this place is. They have a ginormous climb gym with I believe 6 long wavy slides, a bounce house, rock climbing, tea cup rides inside, a toddler play area that also includes a smaller jungle gym area and a ball pit. My explanation doesn't really say how great this place is. This is literally worth every penny you spend. Best indoor play area we have

I was hesitant coming here. Especially with some low reviews, but my kid had a blast and I had a hard time trying to leave. Tables were clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Once you arrive you check in, there's a small section to buy food and an area to leave strollers. Small set of stairs lead to a specific toddler area, bouncy house, tea cup ride and bigger jungle for older kids. I didn't go to the 3rd floor but was told there's additional seating areas. The cleanliness can definitely be

It's good place.my child spend much time on that place.&it's lovely environment also food corner here.

Great indoor place for kids. Parking 6 dollars all day. If lucky maybe find street parking nearby. Have cafeteria on site to buy and eat. Has bounce slide, tea cup , small enclosed space for the tiny ones. One price play all day!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I tried posting months ago but it wasn't showing up publicly. On 12/7/2022, I came here with my 2 year old son for a birthday party. There was a set of slides where it was so slippery that I saw kids slipping at the top even before they got to sit down on the slide. So I wanted to be safe than sorry and scooted towards the slide with my son on my lap. We went flying down and my feet instinctively was down to try to slow down the speed but instead got caught on the mats and I landed o

The staff could be more helpful when it comes to rock climbing activities for kids. I feel that more guidance and assistance would enhance the experience for kids.

We brought our 4 & 5 year olds here. They had a blast! This place is a gem. It's perfect for children. I like how they give you two hour time slots. It kept down the crowd. The food was decent. Everything was spotless- very clean. I really enjoyed it here. The workers were very pleasant. The owner (an Asian gentleman) I believe- because he seemed to be training the other workers. He was really nice and excellent with the children. Kudos to him for his patience. If I could give 10 stars I would. They also ha

This was a very basic set up with really cheap food and kids play areas. Not only do they make money off the birthday party, but also the tokens and everything else additional. It was $1000 for the 12 kids that we invited. Would have been cheaper to invite 12 kids to play there and then take them out to a real lunch. Food for thought for next time. No pun intended. lol. Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves Which is what counts.

My little girl loves kanga?s , today we went at 5:30pm so she can play 30 minutes, but the lady told us that it's closed! And it's supposed to be open until 6pm. You should train your staff correctly or change your schedule.

What a great place for the kids, "All Ages"! They have a HUGE slide, sliding down 2 flights, also a small play center for little kids. Fantastic place!

My daughter?s birthday was a disaster! I'll never get that back! First, the room we reserved smelled like dirty mop and the solution was to spray air freshener to correct it. Second, the first 10 minutes of the children playing in the play area they complained of a child who had pulled down his pants and defecated. I told the staff immediately and was assured it would be taken care of. The child?s parent was never addressed. 45 minutes later the parents from neighboring party had mentioned one of the child

This place is amazing. If you want a party and you just want to leave the stressing to someone else they got your back. Michael is the greatest he accommodates all your needs. Thank you

Had a great experience here my daughter had so much fun, friendly staff and food was amazing. I was completely surprised when I saw the tea cups ride she had a blast. Definitely thinking of planning her birthday party here one day.

Had my daughter's party at kangas, they did a great job with service, decorating. Ballon arch is extra but I say get it , why not lol they gave me a design close to the design I wanted. Of course the kids enjoyed it, they played, ate then went home. I didn't get to take pictures of the food but it's mozzarella sticks, fruit cups, mini corn dogs, salad, cheese pizza, chicken tenders, chips with salsa and ice cream cake.

$25 entry fee. Lots to do: crawlings, climbing, ball pits, basketball, bouncy house, tea cups and rock climbing. There is also a designated area for kids 2 and younger. Overall a great value if you're looking to wear your kids out. There is also food for purchase which was reasonably priced.

Came here from a Groupon but will go back again! Super clean and spacious. Everyone respects covid regulations and people are so friendly and nice. I was skeptical and honestly have gone outside especially since toddlers like mine only wear a mask for 30 min tops (if your lucky) but when I called about sanitizing and their regulations their response was respectful and trustworthy. Not only (if you go at the right time) are their barely anyone but even if there is ... everyone?s occupied in their own thin

Great for little and big kids. Lots of kid friendly food and snacks. Great party packages as well.

I had been to this place back in 2019 and finally got to visit again today. As soon as I entered the Playcenter, it was so busy and there was no place to sit down. The kids went straight to the bouncy house and enjoyed it so much. After that we went to the only ride they had which is Cup ride and it was so much fun as I had taken it as well. They do have paid parking which is only $6 for all day. In addition, the price for 2 hours of play is reasonable but I was told by the front desk that they can stay as

My son loves this place. I do wish they had more activities. Website said they closed at 730 git there at 5 and they closed at 6 so I paid full price $27 for 1 hour which was a lil expensive I think there was only a jumping house he could play in But he loves it there. An hour is not enough time and I think if it's that be little time left the price should've been discounted. But other than that we will be going back as much as possible

My daugther love this place (we drive 1hr). But sadly, there is not "more space". Now they add a lot games like basketball arcade, "Claw machine" etc. There is not space for the fathers to wait/seats. Seat/table are next to each other even the cleaning staff are next you mopping ( less than one feet and is disgusting). Now you feel like you are in a crow. Fathers constantly apologized each other because when you walk or move is almost impossible avoid physical contact. 2-and the play area in the front no

Nice place for the kids to have fun .. bouncy house n slide is the main attraction and the kid maze.. They do have Rock climbing but it was closed probably due to close contact but over all we enjoyed

compared to most play places i took my little one to, this one is the best. the staff are friendly. the kids seem to have a lot of fun. the floor is dirty but it's fine, just wear thick socks and take them off when you get home . There's food from an actual kitchen. They don't make you leave after an hour. we've gone on a weekday and a Sunday and both days were pleasant. def recommend.

Controlled chaos and family fun in Long Island City! My 6 year old loves this place and although there were many kids it was a safe and enjoyable experience for the whole family

Excellent service, the stuff is clean, and the inside playground is awesome, so creative guys putting different stations of excitement and entertainment for our kids, I definitely will go back again.

The place is ok. It's worn down a bit, it smelled slightly like Mc Donald?s play area. There is Street parking and a parking lot next door that was sketchy. I parked on the street parking to save my self head ache. Lastly, staff was nice. It's definitely a neighborhood play place and not a place to go out of the way for.

I recently visited Kanga Indoor Playground and had mixed feelings about the experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a positive aspect. However, there were too many gambling-like claw machines, which I found concerning. Additionally, being located in a basement made me feel uneasy about the potential risk in case of a fire. There weren't many activities available, which was disappointing. Overall, it wasn't the best experience.

Great experience at Kangas yesterday, my host were able to keep up with my demanding guest. Great place to host an event. Mike is an excellent person, The food were really tasty, (hail to the cheff). Overall 100%

My 8yo and her friends had a blast! ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? RESERVATION PROCESS - Very thorough and simple. The package makes it a whole lot easier. Recommend the gold for under 20 kids. STAFF - All I can say is that the staff is great! You respect them, they respect you. That simple. Big thanks to Dennis and his party crew! Also heard from a family member that he was so professional about dealing with unruly customers who were loitering before our party started. Again, you respect them, and they respect you! Thanks

Came here for my daughter's classmate's birthday party. It was a lot of fun. The teacups were probably the highlight. It was a bit too crowded though, and the food wasn't superb. But a fun time was had by all.

2 year old loves it. Food is OK (but not why you come anyway) We come here from UWS a few times a month

My kids, ages 9 and 6, LOVE Kanga's. They can play here for hours. We recently hosted a birthday party here and the experience was excellent. Kids had a blast and the staff were courteous and very on top of keeping our party on schedule. The food is good too. This place is a great hidden gem where kids can run, climb and play for hours.

They "cleaned" the table with the same broom they swiped the floor. Right after swiping the floor, the guy swiped the crumbs from the table, where people eat food. And then he left, he did not disinfect the table. Then, a father and his child sat on that table. I regret not speaking up at that moment. :(

Good place to play for kids, BUT what I found today ??. When I was videotaping my family, I saw a lot of dust on the tops of playing areas. Kanga?s, are you serious? We paying money to breathe with dust?

Great indoor jump place for the kids! Some major points is that it's located in a not so busy area so there is plenty of parking and if you can't find local - there is a garage right next to the facility. The place was very clean and the equipment was functional. For anyone who have been the jump parks - they know sometimes the ball cannon or air lift doesn't work. This place is fully working and also has an indoor teacup ride. My one recommendation for the business would be maybe to have a scheduled Kang

What an amazing experience!! We can't wait to go back and enjoy our complimentary free passes which they were kind enough to gift us and all our guests after an amazing, all too cute Mickey themes birthday party! Our birthday host was super helpful and attentive, we really appreciated his ideas and consistency. The manager was super helpful in explaining the package details and perks, not to mention how incredibly kind he was to all of us! The facility was immaculate, very clean, giving me and my guests pea

Since the renovation, they cut a lot of space to put more machines that you have to pay for with coins. So the fee is 22$ to get in, and half of the activities you have to pay with coins. Not worth it at all anymore, too bad ?

Great place to take the kids to run around and have fun. It's not a big place, but enough for the kids to keep occupied. Plus, wifi if you need to also work and keep the kids busy.

Sad this place has no customer service number outside of the location. I'm From Baltimore, seen this place on Groupon thinking it will be a nice place for my 2 children to have some fun. However what a horror I'm going through. I had to even call the police. I paid for 2 vouchers for (4) children. Both vouchers was scanned ?? by an accident from one of kangas employees however without just accepting accountability. I contacted Groupon. They asked if kanga can send an email to me justifying that I didn't use

We had fun here with my 2 1/2 year old daughter. She really enjoyed herself. They have a teacup ride and all sorts of things for little ones to climb all over. There's a large play complex where the kids can climb until their little hearts are content! The only thing I didn't like was that you can't leave and come back so you are captive there and the food is pretty expensive. I guess they have to make money somehow. ????? Edit: my daughter is now 5 and she still loves coming here! The menu is better and no

Worst ever indoor playground. 1. Dirty. Sections for different age kids are disconnected. You see kids running in the common area where almost all adults wear outdoor shoes. In the play area, not everyone wear socks and there was not even a requirement. Kids or adults can drink and eat in the common area, and also in the play area. EXCUSE YOU? Do you even have any management? 2. Dangerous. Unlike others, slides here are not wrapped. Older kids dominate area for young one. No one cares, and it's common kids

We celebrated our daughters third birthday here, and I couldn't say enough good things. Not only did Mike go above and beyond to take care of us, but he was more than accommodating and flexible. The decor, the food, the hospitality?our friends and family were very impressed and asked for tickets to come back. We already planned our next birthday party and visit. Thank you so much!

My daughter and her friend enjoyed this place, and I sadly did not. But I'd put up with it for her. They had a ball pit, slides, tunnels, etc. It's not enormous but big enough, I suppose. The atmosphere (people) was diverse, from tourists to locals to obnoxious ghetto (unfortunately). Their was barely any AC on in the place, considering how sweltering it was outside, so that was annoying. They sell food but I didn't buy anything. The kitchen area didn't look all that appealing, and the area you needed to st

Since I can't respond to your response on my previous review. You responded quicker to a review than my actual problem ON THE 27th. I had to call and email several times and CALL the police to still not speak to you ?the manager? or even give an apology for the mistake YOUR EMPLOYEES made and continue to make. I only have 2 children but charged $31 for each voucher !!! Make it make sense! However it's clear after your response why the business is the way it is and no psychic , but do know this business wo

We had an amazing VIP birthday party ! The stuff is friendly and helpful. The kids were blast

I definitely wanted to leave a review for parents as myself whom are often skeptical of play centers for their children that meet quality standards. I decided to take my son for his second birthday on a Friday midday and it was such a great experience! My son gets overwhelmed around a lot of children so I was concerned it would be overly crowded but it was not in fact it was just enough children that everyone had their own fun and didn't impede on one another. We had a great time, unfortunately there was

Fay and her team were absolutely amazing. They were so professional, accommodating and made sure my sons party ran smoothly without looking overwhelmed. They took care of EVERYTHING!! Wish i can give more than 5 stars

My niece had her birthday party here. Due to traffic, they were late to the party. Although the facility could have just said "too bad, you're late, and it's closing time", they did not. The staff stayed to let my niece finish her birthday song, and serve the cake. The best part is that they allowed the kids to play for a bit after the cake and even turned on the teacup ride. I am very grateful for the manager, he was very understanding. I definitely recommend this place for your casual play or birthd

I went this weekend and my 2 year old had a blast. I plan on going back again during the summer months. For toddler age kids, I would highly suggest parents supervise them if they go to the biggest play area in the play center. You will need to just stay behind them so they don't fall back or have them sit on your lap when you go down the super long slide. My only thing was that there was this family of five and everyone in that family including the parents did not have socks on. It was kind of gross seeing

Highly recommend going here when it isn't crowded (early morning or weekdays). When it isn't crowded, it is a nice place for kids to run around and have fun. They have a teacups ride, ballpit area, 3 wall climbs, large maze area for kids to run around, and arcade area. I have purchased a monthly subscription and was able to bring my kids here to keep busy while I get some work done on my computer. The workers here are friendly and patient towards the children. I have also seen them going around the facilit

Very nice place. A little difficult to keep track of your kid once they are in the jungle gym area thing but my kids had a great time. My oldest enjoyed the rock climbing wall and the tea cup ride. They have a bouncy castle which was fun. My youngest loved the play area for the littles. My only concern is that none of the areas were checked by an employee.. I just think it would have been nice if they checked in every once in a while. It's hard tracking 2 kids in such a large area but again fun was had by

It is a 2 story building, making the play area accessible on the first floor and second, which is scary. The party rooms are upstairs, but the play area (that is also open to the public) is located downstairs. It's very difficult to keep track of the kids for parties because they disperse and get lost amongst other children, not in your party. This also means that if you visit for open play, your child can wind up upstairs and crash a party while you stay downstairs trying to look for them. I wouldn't recom

This place is a great option for a Birthday party, specially if you have toddlers and bigger kids invited (plus there's parking next door). The toddler area is diverse enough to have little kids trying different things and is well padded. And the bigger kid play area is huge and full of fun things. There is also a climbing wall, a bouncy castle and a tea cup attraction. Parents can go in with the kids inside the playareas. Or watch them form the different windows overlooking the playarea. Be aware that getti

We (myself, 4 year old and 6 year old) did enjoy our times there though it felt a bit smaller than the pics. I agree it was a bit worn--but the kids don't care. Nice place to kill 2 hours on a rainy day. Fries, 4 nuggets and juice/water was $7 - you get a good size fries. Parking on the street was bad due to alternative side so we parked in the lot. I have a 7 seater and it was a challenge to park as it was tight and packed. Note to self go at 1pm on Tues and Friday for best street parking.

such a wonderfully maintained play area! we came here for a group playdate and all the kids had a blast. there's different areas for different ages which was so convenient, we didn't have to worry about the bigger kids running over the little ones. even the food is good! love how they put a number band on the child and give you a sticker card with that number that you have to show in order to exit the place with a child. it's so relaxing knowing that the kids are safe and won't be able to leave with a stran

I just left this place, I came here to play with my daughter and she didn't like it the place, I asked the owner to give me the money back, because it was literally not even 10 minutes we spent here, and they said they don't refund the money, I asked if he can give me at least 1/2 of the money I paid, which was $27.21 and he said No ?? so I wasted my time and money here, definitely not recommend it this place and never will back here?

Really nice play place for my 2 year old. Very clean, the staff are very friendly. The manager mike (I believe that is his name) is super nice and walks around checking on everything. He even remembered us from our first trip there. Food is good. Plenty of choice. I love the sit down area for adult while the little ones run around. Very fair prices. I highly recommend this play center!

I have booked a party for my son at this place and I am very happy I did so. Children had so much fun!! There are few things I want to mention: -Mike the manager was super nice and helped me out through the whole process. I was late with placing an order for food. But Mike made everything happen in the last minute, literally. -Our party host Melissa was super helpful as well. Thank you for running back and forth so much and still being so friendly and nice. Shout out to Lisa the cashier, was very lovely and

A fun experience for my 4 year old! The rock climbing was a huge hit and my daughter felt accomplished once she did it. The employees were very helpful and friendly! The girl helping my daughter with the rock climbing was very helpful, kind, and patient. Also had cute balloons and treats for when you leave! 5 stars

I highly recommend hosting a birthday party at Kanga. The staff was amazing. Dennis my event coordinator was awesome and made the party run smoothly. All the staff were very attentive and ensured that myself as well as my guests were able to enjoy the party without lifting a finger. Everyone had an amazing time.

This place is great for kids of all ages! I took my 2 year old and 9 year old. There is a specific area for ages 2 and under and a bigger play structure. There is also a tea cup ride, a bouncy house, and rock climbing. Tickets are timed for 2 hours it's plenty of time for the kids to have fun. The food is decently priced.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
