Was a very fun experience, and the manager, Rachel there was very polite and attentive to customers! The machines there are pretty fair too, I got a couple keychains there. I'm gonna be coming back to test my luck some more!
Cute place to stop by and spend time getting prizes of all sizes! Token-run shop with machines taking 1 to 2 tokens. Helpful staff and fun atmosphere!
We had an awesome experience here. The machines paid out pretty frequently. We spent $50 and had won over 10 stuffed animals. They have a lot of Pokemon machines as well as many others. Definitely a fun place for a kid or an adult. The employees were really friendly, too.
Boys have tons of fun trying to win items. They have a better success rate than I would ever expect. Place has a cool Japanese vibe. Love it.
I got 5 plushies for $20 which is pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised at how they had some really easy to win machines! The prizes are cute too. They even will move the items around to help you win!

Staff is always friendly and willing to celebrate your wins with you ?? It's a wonderful, family friendly place! I can't thank the owner enough for bringing this to Canton!

This place is SO FUN and addictive! The employees are also wonderful. We had a blast. I am 47, and I still want to secretly go back one time without the kids, so that I can be greedy and play all on my own. ??

Their dolls are very cute and easily to pick! They have variety types of doll, and all of them are soooo cute! Should come here! Highly recommend for kids and adults
This place is so much fun! The claw machines are actually winnable, and they have a great variety of cute prizes. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. Definitely one of the best spots I've been to for claw games. Convenient location. Great experience!
Unique stop in the mall. My 5 year old had fun and won 3 prizes on his own, I was surprised. The employees working were very kind and helpful. He won 2 of the same prize and an employee came over and said I can switch it for another so you can have a different one. Spent $20 in coins and probably spent 10 minutes in there and got 3 prizes. Different claw machines require different amount of coins most were 2. You can also trade prizes in for bigger ones or different ones if you win a bunch.
As soon as you walk in, you'd expect to be greeted but instead 2 employees sitting, staring at their phones. The machines are extremely weak, $30 to win 1 plush and a keychain which we tried multiple times for each of them. Don't waste your money.
I really like this place even though I've never won anything. I still walk through and look every time I'm at the mall though. A fun way to spend a little downtime!

Fun place for our 7 year old! The craw machines are easy enough to win and we enjoyed the fact your can trade smaller stuffies for larger ones!

This Kako location is terrible. We commonly go to the Strongsville location and the wins are much more common. This location?s payout is nearly impossible and its trade in prize ?prices? are set ridiculously high in comparison. As a comparison we won 10 plushes with 100 coins at Strongsville and barely won 6 with 100 coins in Canton. In addition, we help advertise Ohio based arcade businesses - and this is one we will not be recommending. It's sad because it was very cutely decorated, larger than Strongsvil
If you have a Hello Kitty lover this place is OUTSTANDING. We always leave with something and it's always such a happy experience. Mall shopping with kids just became 100x easier.
This place was great! I had such a fun time! It's a great place to bring your kids! Everyone was so nice and I had a blast! The staff was very kind. It's a great place to go to and spend money! I look forward to going here again!
The place was amazing. Won lots of prizes first try. However, one of the machines ate one of the tokens without registering and one of the claws got stuck from dropping. Pretty sure it was a technical glitch and therefore gets a pass but otherwise the experience was good!

The workers were very friendly and helpful with guiding me throughout the process, and the claw games felt more realistic compared to other claw machine games in regards to being able o truly win prizes.

Easy claw games that don't feel rigged. I spent $20 and walked out with 4 big Hello Kitty plushes. If you're wanting a clean, fun game environment without all the dark flashing lights, this is the place!

During my time in Kako Claw machine, I had a great time with my sister. We even got 2 plush at the same time. It's all about physics and how plush when fall will bounce to drop the hole. Only criticism will be the cost of the experience. It's boring a hole in my wallet ?? causes it's so addicting. My sister spend 250 on Claw machine before. Beware of addiction.

We went here and had a fun time but the prices are high, if you want to win you have to pay a lot of money. When we played we tried over ten times, and won nothing. We came here to win a fun prize but left with nothing. The machines will pick up an object and open up and drop them before you win.

Our girls love this place! Always well stocked, clean, and the people who work there are super sweet. It's not like normal claw machines with cheap glued fabric stuffies that you don't want your kid to leave with. Good bang for your buck, kids have fun ,and we leave with something every time!

I was really disappointed with this location. My friend went to the Strongsville one, and they have a guarantee for winning at least something. I spent $20 here thinking that was the case but unfortunately it was not. I was trying on a machine that had items with arms/legs (easier to grab) and every single one would drop the moment it started moving. I'll be excited to try the Strongsville location though so I won't be so disappointed.
