My kids and I went here this weekend and we appreciate how good with kids and kind the staff is! My kids are really into Pok?mon right now, so it's great they had Pokemon characters. You can win from the claw machines here with some skill and patience! I helped my kids with one stuffed Pok?mon (Snorlax) they wanted the most, and they managed to win some Pok?mon bag clips and other stuffed Pok?mon on their own! We all had a great time. Thank you!

Don't waste your money! We've been to several claw cades and have never gone home empty handed. These claw machines are the ones that prevent you from winning at all costs. Keep your money and go somewhere else. Notice how evening is against the corner or packed tightly in there. So sad.

VERY worthwhile. we did spend quite a bit but it was a christmas present and we had SO much fun. worked out to about ~$10 per stuffed animal (maybe a bit more) which most of them are totally worth imo. The machines definitely drop stuff often but ur able to win enough to not feel cheated (at least i was)! Ended up eventually winning almost everything i tried for. Also saw a bunch of other people come & go and each left with at least something. Will definitely be coming back when I have money again!

My mom, my sister and I went here last weekend and it was so cute and great!!! it's a small place but so cute and so welcoming! Just to make it clear if you wanna exchange the stuffies for points you don't get to keep the stuffies?? but if you don't then you can keep em! The stuffed animals my sister and I got were so adorable and I will definitely be coming here again with my cousins and more family!!

Oh man! This place is super fun! I saw it on Instagram and wanted to try it out. I had forgotten about it and we stumbled upon it by accident while at the Fair Oaks Mall. It's a claw machine store! The stuffies are super cute and you can trade out smaller stuffies for big ones if you gather enough.

My wife and I made a quick stop here before a wedding and won a ton of stuffies. Also Caydence and Stacey were very kind and helpful, talking to us, pre-positioning, upgrading etc?. We had a great time! 100% would come back again when we visit DC. Would love to get in touch with the owner if that's possible.

This place was amazing!!! I believe that everyone who likes having fun and likes to spend time with their family will thoroughly adore this establishment. The games weren't a struggle to win which is a benefit for children and the prizes are very child friendly. The staff were welcoming to us too!!

I love this place. I messed up and double pressed the machine, messing up my chance to grad a plushie and the workers heard how distraught I was and gave me two tokens to try again! It was super sweet and we walked away with 4 plushies using 20 tokens!! Amazing time :) and they were fairly easy to win imo

What a great, family fun experience. We didn't know this place was here, and we're pleasantly surprised to find it! The games themselves are not luvk based like typical claw machines, they are purely skill based. I will be coming back.

Happened to come across this place after some shopping, so hubby and I decided to have a random date night here. We paid $20 worth of tokens and he spun the wheel and won 50 more tokens! That was enough to keep us entertained for a while and we won some stuffies! Great impromptu date night! Recommend!

I love this place!! The staff are incredibly kind and will work with you to get the plushie you want. They have a great selection of goodies and the machines don't cheat. Highly recommend for some good fun and cute plushies without breaking the bank!

Cute little claw machine place at the Fair Oaks Mall. These machines work better than the regular arcade claw machines. The machines are $2 to play. The toys are well made. The more small toys you get, you can trade in for the bigger toys. Highly recommended.

I don't wanna brag, but I'm a crane machine conniseur, so if I'm impressed with a crane machine, it's something special. And this is my new favorite place on earth!!! SO much fun, easy to win, SUPER cute prizes, and most importantly, INCREDIBLE staff who WANT to help you win! We stopped by to pass the time and play on the claw machine. The claw machine was enjoyable, but compared to the one at Tysons Mall, it was much harder to win. However, it's still worth a visit if you like claw machines. I gave it two stars less because of the two employees who were working that day. I had a question and felt like a bother instead. It felt like they hired the only two individuals who didn't want to work or be bothered, except for their conversations among themselve.

We went on a Tuesday afternoon with my six years old and a three years old. We spent $20 for 24 coins and that's about 12 plays. Super cute little spot! The prizes they had to offer were really adorable. A lot of small plush, a few anime figures and some small snacks were in the claws. They had two barber cutter style machines with bigger plush and tiny cranes for Keychain as well. They offer little shopping carts to hold your winnings and little trays for the tokens. You can trade your small plushies for bigger plushies ranging from 10-20 small prizes to trade. I didn't get their names, but the two workers today were extremely frien

Was skeptical at first but when we walked in their were people withs shopping carts full of prizes!! Everyone seemed to be having fun and the employees were kind as well as helpful when it came to giving tips. Despite the video, my friend did end up winning the Kirby he set his sights on!

NEW Location in Crossgates Mall, within Albany, NY was an absolute BLAST! Staff was very superb, Jay and MJ (No Relation- They'll know what I mean lol) I had learned Kako is the name of the company owner?s golden retriever! I thought that was super cool as a dog lover!

The atmosphere as amazing and the staff was very friendly. I had so much fun there! You could actually win things from the machines and the prices were great! I can't recommend this store enough!

This place is great! I spent $20 and was able to take home 5 prizes. The claws actually grab the prizes unlike other machines that only pay out every so many plays. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

The staff here are welcoming, and the atmosphere feels comfortable. Even better, the claw machined aren't rigged, and it is totally possible to win prizes! Everything about this place is amazing, and I highly recommend it, whether it's with your friends or by yourself.

Fun place to take the kids, especially since the machines are really forgiving. The staff there is absolutely wonderful. They helped out one of my kids with a plushie she really wanted. I feel like customer service is on a decline these days, but thankfully not here. We'll definitely come back.

I had an amazing time! We came for my boyfriend's birthday and did spend a lot of money, but walked out with tons of plushies. I think to some extent all claw machines are rigged, but the Kako Claw ones are far more fair than the other ones I've seen. I don't think a single person in there walked out with nothing. I was very excited to try this place out, as I had seen it was highly rated/reviewed and I wanted to play a claw game. I am very familiar with claw games and was attempting to win one specific stuffed animal. The claw itself did not have a very good grip (which is to be expected! companies need to make money! that is not my issue here!), so I was using the claw to push it towards the plastic barrier and flip it over the edge. Definitely one of the best claw machine places I've ever visited! I went on a Tuesday and got 20% more tokens for my payment. The games were actually winnable and I won a total of 9 plushies! Staff was super helpful and friendly, and made my experience super worthwhile!

We came to this location expecting to be opened at 11:00am on Monday but it was closed. We waited for over 30 minutes and there were others who were waiting as well. Disappointment is an understatement.

I felt like I was in a dream at Kako Claw! The staff was so kind & accommodating. The claw machines are easy to use & designed for winners. The environment is incredibly cute, and they offer a wide variety of plushies. For the first time in my life, I got a plushie from the claw machine! Unlike many other shops, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that their claws are not adjusted. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They greeted us immediately as we approached the store. My friend and I had a great time here, and we will definitely come back again!

Alex's customer service is second to none. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was even provided tokens to give the claw machine a try. Love the concept behind the idea. I intend to return with my friends in tow.

I'm writing this review out of frustration with their claw machines continually dropping the plush when it reached at the top. It's infuriating that even though the machine isn't working properly, I had to spend all the coins that I exchanged on the same day. (It's their store policy) More, the plush are counterfeit dolls that aren't protected by copyright. I would strongly advise this business to improve their practices and honor their customers.

It was very easy to "win" stuffies, and the staff were super friendly.

I just went there today with my niece. The store was awesome. All the machines were operating and they all had different variations of dolls. My niece was able to get 4 dolls all by herself, the cart was readily available and the attendant was kind and she was sweet. Would definitely come back again.

This is my kindergartner?s favorite place, but from the multiple occasions I've come, the willingness from the employees to help is inconsistent and seems dictated by mood of the employee and not a standard of store policy practices

Me and my 2 year old walked through and he just loved it! He ran up to all the machines and the girls working there were so nice they gave him a cute dinosaur.
