I can't complain one bit Evan the manager is very welcoming and very accommodating. He deserves the recognition. Natalie was our host she was just awesome and caring . Darynn was very patient with the children getting prizes and cool. The kids had a blast and I know for sure we will be back. I know the guest will come back too . Very clean and well managed. The staff was very friendly and ALL the games worked. There were a lot of multi player games, which was nice. Only downside is it is a bit expensive on the point system. Other than that this is my new favorite arcade. Also the prizes were very nice. But also for 6 points I wish the duck game was play till you win

What an unexpected surprise when we went to the mall for some mommy and son time. The pizza was awesome, the games were super clean and fun, and the staff was so attentive! Bonus was we came on a Wednesday when the games were 1/2 price, so it was a really cost effective and fun evening! Definitely will be back!!!

I have to say Evan and the team are amazing. I have three young children and feel we have experienced a handful of these game oriented places. Evan legitimately seemed to like his job and engaged with the hole family. He found a deal that suited our party and created a very fun experience!

Ka-Ko Jo?s is an absolute gem in Billings! The staff here are seriously awesome?friendly, fast, and they make you feel right at home the second you walk in. I ordered the Ka Ko Special pizza and wow? it did not disappoint. Loaded with flavor, perfectly cooked crust, and just the right amount of everything. You can tell they put real care into what they do. This spot has quickly become one of my go-to places for pizza. Highly recommend!

This place is the BEST place to bring the family or friends!!!!! There's great food, fun games, AMAZING staff, and the hunt for aliens is so fun!!! 10/10 will be back again!!!

It's a very fun place for rubber ducky crane machines. The manager was even so nice as to swap one of our doubles for one we were trying for. This is the second time we've been and the kids always enjoy it.

We had the whole arcade to ourselves! Great variety of games and mini bowling. We did not try any food but it was nice to have the option . Randy was very helpful and entertaining. My niece had a blast! We will definitely go back.

Randy was super great and hospitable! My two toddlers were running around causing havoc, and he said it was okay because there wasn't anyone else around. We had an issue with the bowling, so he promptly fixed it, then gave us an extra game after it took our credits. Strongly recommend!

We had a blast! Came for a birthday party and stayed and played with the kids. I asked if they gave military discounts, next thing I know random employees would stop and thank me for my service and ask about my story. It was unexpected and genuine. ???? We will be back! (We didn't eat, so can't comment on food)

The place was very clean and the staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful. The pizza was pretty great. We got the special and it was a large pizza, 2 drinks, 2 $30 game cards for $65. The kids had a blast and we will be back!

Our kids absolutely love coming here! The staff goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment. Our youngest is on the autism spectrum, and every visit has been met with genuine kindness, patience, and accommodation. It means the world to us to have a place where our whole family feels comfortable and supported.

Customer service was amazing! The wonderful workers were giving my kids tips on playing the games. They were also quick to fix games that took our tokens and didn't work right. They were so generous to give us back our tokens, plus extra. This place was awesome!

We threw my daughter's 6th birthday there it was a blast both sides have games. The kids will be sleeping by the time they get home. Everyone is so welcoming and patient with the kids. Thank you guys for opening this place. It's for all ages even the adults were playing games during the party.

Great place to take the family or just hang out and play some games. Would recommend to everyone. My 4 year old loves coming here to play games and I enjoy coming here and playing games too.

Food was sneakily very good. Wings especially were awesome. Guy named Randy helped us and he was awesome. Will come back next time we are in town!

Was so impressed with what $40 can get you! We decided to just play the games, but we played as a family of 4, for at least 45 minutes. The staff was great and very helpful! We will be coming back!

We had a birthday party here for our first experience and will be back, very friendly staff, the mod was nice enough to let us dump out all of the 3d printed toys to choose, our party person, I think was named max, very helpful and the girl with the teeth necklace also delivered a five star experience. Aden and Moziah were freaking amazing, set up our birthday party with less than 10 minutes notice and did great even with a packed store. It was just them 2 and they made sure our party of 10 had everything we needed and kept checking on us. These 2 need raises asap. Great young men and very helpful and respectful. Had a lot of fun. The staff Darynn was friendly and courteous. He auggested a pickle pizza, and we were a bit Leary, went ahead and ordered it, it was actually really good. Kids had fun. Great place to go at a great price.

Popped in to book my son's birthday party and had to try the pizza. It is sooo much improved over last year, definitely worth it. As always the staff was super friendly and helpful.

My kids LOVED playing here! Ages 4, 6, and 16 all three of them had a blast. I personally am not a fan of the cards for games but that is completely my own opinion on them. The staff was AMAZING to say the least. Alexia was ready to help us and explained everything the entire visit. She had one other person working but I didn't catch her name unfortunately but both were so sweet and amazing!

Large game selection, decent pizza, friendly atmosphere. Booked my kiddos birthday here and was incredibly happy with the assistance. Our host, Kimberly, was great with all the kids and friendly towards the whole group. Recommend this to anyone who is too old for chuck e cheese, but still enjoys an arcade

We didn't eat any food but we went for entertainment. The two young men working (Connor and Wyatt) were amazing and helped us with anything we needed. The place was very clean and not super busy.

We had a lovely time with our kids today! The arcade and restrooms was very clean, the individual working was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions about their party packages, and was very patient when our kids wanted to cash in their points for prizes!! We will definitely be back!

Went strictly for the arcade games, didn't get a chance to try any food. But, the arcade was awesome. My 6 year old had a blast. We got the $40 card and were able to play for a little over an hour with a few credits left over. Lots of prizes to choose from. The claw machine with the little animal toys was really easy we were able to get 2-3 toys each time we played. We went around 12 on a weekday and it wasn't packed.

We LOVE this place! Great amount and variety of games, fairly priced. They moved from Casper, WY and were so happy to see they moved to Billings, MT because we're from Casper! Overall wonderful place!

In fact, we accidentally left behind the cord to my son?s new electric guitar and shout out to Nate (on staff) because he successfully dumpster-dove to find it for us! From the service to the pizza to the games this was absolutely money and time well spent! There is not much you can do now days with the family for under $100.00 if you haven't been there yet you should definitely check it out! Everything about this tucked away paradise is awesome!!!

Wyatt was super helpful and knew a lot of animal facts haha. I loved all the games and claw machines. I think that there's a good price for how much you can get with your tickets.

This place has a lot of cool games and options. It's a little pricey but they have some good package deals. I'm excited to try the pizza, it looks delicious. Customer service is superb as well. Guy behind the counter was really helpful and informative.

My grandson had an awesome time today for his 5th birthday. The gentleman who was working was very kind and continuously making sure the kids were having fun. We will definitely be back.

It's was little stressing but it went fine and OK. I would like to add that my autistic teenager left this review as he is working on his ?adulting?. We he had a blast, he just get overwhelmed with noise and activity at times. We will be back and thank you for having such a family friendly place to go.

This place is really nice. The kids had a great time. The cashier was really nice. But my only issue is if you have a budget set this is not the place to come I got 3 cards with $10 on each card for 3 kids and that was not enough for them. I should of known better lol. I also got a 10" pizza for $10 I wanted pepperoni on it so that was a $1 upcharge a small soda was set at $3.75 yikes. Other than the prices for me it was a good experience

This the first time we've been here and we were a little unsure about the food quality. We got a 14-in pepperoni pizza and rest assured that JJ knocked it out of the park! It was a surprisingly good pizza for an arcade. My 17-year-old pizza connoisseur daughter even gave it two thumbs up. We even cleaned house on ticket so it was a really good visit. We will definitely be back to test our luck next time.

Had issues with buying points and over charged, staff was great with fixing it and let us keep the extra points after giving us a refund for the mix up. Little guy had a lot of fun!
