Got to celebrate my birthday here with a group of friends. The actual experience was exhilarating but the price was disappointing. I paid close to $140 for two people for two races. I think that's absurd! The package didn't even include the face masks they recommended, so that was an extra charge too. The place itself is very spacious and unique. From what I saw, they have food and drinks towards the back. We chose to go elsewhere since the prices were a bit high. The staff was nice enough to explain the ru
Had an amazing time at K1 Speed! The place was super clean, and the whole vibe was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to Tito and his staff team, they were outstanding! Friendly, helpful, and gave great guidance on how to drive the karts, especially for first-timers like me. I went during a private event hosted by my company, and we had the entire track to ourselves, which made it even more fun. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for something
Lots of fun, staff was overwhelmed that day but all good. Wish they had more patience and didn't slow down the race every little bump or hit, that's what the car bumpers are for, but understandable. Some lack of attention and a bit of screaming towards my group for not properly racing but it was their first time which could?ve ruined their experience. Please be mindful next time.
Cars are fast! Ride nicely. We did the 2 race package. Each race was 12 laps. We ended up being there for almost an hour. Definitely will look forward to going with a bigger group.
Super fun, but very expensive! Helmets are showing the rate of use (paddings coming loose, vis?es toi and all scratched up reducing visibility (safety)... You need to replace these used parts more frequently. But overall, we had a fun time out. Suggest private group race to avoid some unexpected contact ??... Quite the competitive bunch out there... F1 Netflix effect.
My teen grandson loves this place! We have been coming for many years, and he's gotten so much better. It's something he rants and raves about to his friends. Yes it's expensive but your child wii be building childhood memories.
This was a terrible experience? Our group of 10 friends came here to have a fun time racing and competing with each other, showcasing our driving skills. However, due to what felt like a personal dislike from the staff, they kept remotely limiting the speed of our go-karts on every lap. At times, we were going slower than walking speed! We didn't cause any collisions or break any rules that weren't explained to us beforehand. We simply wanted to enjoy ourselves and have a good time. Yet, not a single one o
Like it. A bit expensive $60 por 2 laps. You should have better prices on the time not very many people show up
Every time we go never a disappointment; all employees are so kind ; Yesenia manager made sure we were good and very attentive to the facility saw her everywhere from the front desk to the game room the racing floor and restaurant; the location in Doral was very clean and tidy ! My husband and I always have a great time when we come
Paula was amazing! I came in with a group of 6 and she handled us efficiently, professionally and with the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommend this k1 just because of her exceptional treatment.
It's the most disappointing karting experience I've had in my entire life, and I don't think I'll ever have one like it again. For kids up to 10 or 12 years old, it might be okay, but these electric karts are awful for an adult who wants to have fun racing. The karts have a system that deactivates the power. If you have a small bump or if someone else has an accident, they continuously adjust the power, so no lap is ever the same as the previous one, and you can't get a feel for the track. Plus, it's a very
Amazing experience! The whole birthday event from beginning to end was a success ?? A big thanks to Paola who helped me smooth out some details when needed for the party group. Tito was very helpful with the cleanup of rental room. I do suggest maybe having some water pitchers in the meanwhile in the party room for the thirsty racers since food and soda is served after the races. Thanks for a great time celebrating! Highly recommend ??
Good time, Good staff and my grandson loved is perfect place
A very fun place to race! The staff explain how to use the cars and how many laps are in a race, my kids had a great experience.
Yesenia: the manager is amazing, she goes above and beyond to help the costumers, today was my son?s first time here able to ride and she made him so happy!!!! Wished all the places had a manager engaged with costumers and making a difference!!! Well done Yesenia! Today you definitely put a smile on a child and not any child but my son, THANK YOU
We went on Memorial Day weekend for the first time ever and honestly, I was a little scared to go based on the reviews. Some people had horrible customer service. Some people had great. Luckily, we ended up having great customer service ! Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. It wasn't that packed were able to jump into multiple races. As expected the food wasn't that great but we were starving and needed something. We found it very expensive just for one afternoon ($270 for 2 races each for a f
One of the best experiences! A must-visit! However, prices is a little high for the time and limited spaces.
We had a blast!!!! It's a really perfect place to have fun with family and friends...
The karting was super fun. Karts are pretty fast and the racers are really competitive. We were there for a party and it was fairly organized.
Had a group of 8 of us, ages 15 to 68. Everyone had a great time. The electric carts were pretty evenly matched so there was great competition. Each person's lap times were displayed on leader board. Be sure to listen to the crew's instructions. Especially the part about not using the break except when absolutely needed. Make sure your foot is not touching the break pedal, because it's very sensitive. I accidentally touched the break causing my cart to suddenly slow down on a straight away. The p
We had a group of 13 kids for my sons 9th birthday. The overall experience for the kids was great. They had a lot of fun and the facility also has an arcade which they enjoyed between races. The staff that worked the pit was on point with the boys. We had a room with for our party which was delayed and that part of the day was a bit disorganized. Also, the food provided was not great for what they charged us. I recommend not taking the food package and bringing your own food. Other than that, it wa
Was there on the night of 6/21 and Paola the rest of the staff was very welcoming, guided my party and I on all the processes and had an overall great experience.
Very cool please for kids and adults, but we struggled about organization party room. It was not enough time to celebrate with cake and we have to finish out of the room. Just need to change system, because actually we don't use party room during the racing. And when our racing has been some , our time for party too was over too!
It was an amazing experience, from we walked to the ?hello welcome?, to the little things that did to make sure we were comfortable until it was our turn to to go on the tract? ever one was so patient with us and very respectful too. Coming from the Caribbean that's something we appreciate since we are so big on tourism and customer service? I wasn't disappointed at all I'll definitely be going back.
I know we don't usually see a go-kart. Still, the prices are ridiculous, I attached the ticket not even 30 minutes aggregated the registration and everything, the race is like 15 or less, crazy pay almost $90, and u have to purchase a mask, 8$ for that price, you can race the whole day in Orlando, that's crazy, there, not respect, not even cool place that u can have nice drink or food, the machine room, arca one, like 7 bored, crazy, sorry.
Excellent birthday party venue for my son who turned 11. Very friendly staff!
Lots of fun here but definitely some things to know before going. 1: make a reservation for kart time before you go. Don't just show up. We just showed up with 4 kids and adults who wanted to race and were told 2 hour wait for adults but they could get the kids in with another party who had already booked. Guarantee your space with a reservation. 2: be prepared to drop some cash. It's expensive. Each ?run? is 12 laps. And that goes by fast and if anyone has problems technical or otherwise they count movem
Good afternoon, I really enjoyed the experience, but it's very expensive. They should charge at least $40 and have two races with 40-minute intervals per race. With that, you can eat at the restaurant while waiting for the next race. I've been there three times, and it's always empty. It must be because the race is expensive and short. Thanks.
Very Entertaining. Nice Service. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday in K1 speed, and my family loved too. My 96 years old Dad was a racer too. Great Experience!!
Overall: quite a fun experience. Love the fact they use electric vehicles. What would have made the experience a bit better: the tracks are rather boring ??, and we were a bit rushed through the entire thing.
Went for a company team building event. Everyone had a great time and the food was surprisingly good (wings and pizza). The team was friendly and helpful.
K1 Speed offers an exciting indoor go-kart racing experience that's perfect for all skill levels. Their high-performance, electric karts are fast, eco-friendly, and offer a smooth ride. The tracks are designed to challenge racers with sharp turns and long straights, making each race thrilling. With its clean facilities, friendly staff, and competitive racing environment, K1 Speed is a great spot for fun group outings, parties, or just a spontaneous adrenaline rush.
Ultimate Birthday venue for kid?s party with Stellar Management! Our recent K1 Speed adventure was nothing short of extraordinary! We organized a massive birthday bash for our 11-year-old son in the Indy Room, a racing-themed party room, that accommodated 24 enthusiastic kids and their parents. Planning such a huge event, coupled with the creative challenge of making it army-themed as per the birthday boy?s request, was a huge triumph, thanks to the unwavering commitment and dedication of the General Manag
It was so much fun! The carts were fast and we loved that it was indoors so we could beat the heat. We also had fun at the arcade and had a great dinner. The team that works there is so nice and professional.
Came to this k1 speed today and was highly disappointed and bothered with the manager Arnoldos customer service. We paid for 2 races for 3 people our first race went great we waited 45 minutes before anyone offered us to do our second race only because we complained. There was a party renting out the track, we were not told this prior to paying and wouldn't have wasted time and money. We tried to resolve something with the only manager of this specific k1 and was told there was nothing he could do for us.
The best place to go. It was really fun and technically competitive. I got lapped two times. It was fun still and it was a pleasent experience. Would reccomend 10/10
A lot of fun for everyone. There's a junior track for the little ones, and another track for the faster carts. You have the option of adding on a GoPro type of camera to film your race which can be purchased at the end of it. Definitely worth it.
Great time with family and friends. Staff was friendly and patient with our jr riders. Always a good time. Can't wait to go back.
Very rude associates. I cant understand why business owners do not select service associates with a high standard of client care. It was my first time in this place and my son was taken out of the second race on his very first lap because he crashed and they claimed they did it for his safety. I do not have an issue with that, but they did not credit the fee for the race. There was absolutely no empathy. My son was crying because he was taken out, an 8 year old boy, and they couldn't care less. I asked to a
The manager of the establishment named Alberto was very unhelpful in our situation. We had a kid who reached the height requirement yet was denied the right to ride and then Alberto was unable to refund the payments we made to ride due to "technical difficulties". Definitely do not recommend, absolutely horrible service.
We had a great time hosting our son?s party at K1. Tito and all the staff were very professional and accommodating to our party. We had lots of fun and will definitely return.
Not worth the money or trip going out there. The staff weren't very informative and didn't explain how the race worked beforehand and on the second race they mixed us in with more experienced racers and slowed down our cars remotely. Staff weren't very helpful or engaged.
We visit this place to celebrate my sister's birthday during the pandemic. The staff was nice. The place was clean. We felt covid-19 safe. We had a good time. The food was okay. They only had 1 oven and our chicken wings and pizza ?? had to be cooked individually so we received our food 1 at a time. The server tried to bring the drinks ?? and French fries at the same time.
The experience was great. The place was extremely clean and the carts were in great condition. The staff at the welcome desk she was very nice and explained everything. I only have one complaint and is some not all but some of the staff that worked the track looked unhappy mad or were not willing to engage in any sort of conversation not even a hi. Was very weird cause staff outside of the track seemed happy. They didn't explain nothing we sat in the cart and basically drove off with no idea of what was go
The dam attitude from the lady behind the counter was unacceptable... I can understand you have party reserve but she told us us that we are not accepting walk-in but the arrogance in her voice made it unbelievable... Like I disturb her business by walking into the place with my children... You guys got to do better... Communication is the key to a successful relationship with your customers... The tone of your voice can change someone's day... that's all I am saying...
Excellent service, excellent team, very professional staff Amazing place, my kids and his friends had fun and enjoyed the birthday party a lot!! Reynaldo was amazing!! Thank you for your hard work and dedication Thank you! Mirian Atria
10 out of 10 feedback with your staff, instructions, quality, fun factor. I took my son for the first time because he just crossed over 48 inches and it was a very memorable experience from start to finish. Your employees took very good care of my son and explained the process thoroughly enough for my son to understand and have fun.
My friends and I are regulars here. Fernando, JC, Juan, Jay, Jonathan are friendly and help us out a lot. The manager Alberto looks out for us, and everything seems to be running smoothly when we come. Culture is good, and it's great to be able to talk shop, and have the employees help us with the lines on the track, etc. Highly recommend this place.
Our experience at this karting facility was beyond disappointing. We came as a group expecting a fun and exciting time, but instead, it turned into a complete waste of money and effort. The staff constantly stopped us mid-race, cutting our laps short and never allowing us to complete even a single full lap. It completely ruined the experience for everyone. Their restrictions and lack of professionalism made it impossible to enjoy the session. If you're looking for a place to have a good time karting, this i
What A fun time, Tito and the whole team were so kind and on top of every detail and we had such a fun time racing!!
We had the best experience at K1. The staff there was friendly and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our first time there special. The kart race was fun and we can't wait to return!
This is a great indoor kart racing. They have very good prices for the races. It is inexpensive but the place is very nice. The only thing I don't like about it is that they slow down the karts to much so you can't really race. Most of the time you kart keeps getting stopped. I feel they should have a way to organize drivers by putting fast drivers together and slow drivers together.
Guy with puffy hair was rude and yelling at me for no reason and he was saying that I wasn't using breaks and I was it was just the the tires that are bad and and the floor that's slippery (I recommend going to another k1 speed
We had an amazing experience. We went in a group of four and we had a blast. There are two race tracks (one for kids and one for adults) and both are indoors. And thank God they are with this weather in Miami! For those who love Karts, you know how sweaty it gets when you are out there doing karting. You have a chance to go around 12 laps and that gives you plenty of time to have a good time. The team is very professional and they are very well equipped. When you finish your race you get the results via ema
The staff at the Miami location were amazing. From the moment we got there they assisted with everything. Always friendly and polite. Yesenia in the front and the manager helping with the food and organizing were really helpful.
Staff is very friendly and accomodating. They answer every question to your satisfaction. We always leave hoping to come back soon.
My family and I went without a reservation and Giancarl helped us reserve our lanes and make a memorable experience for my cousins birthday. Would definitely go again as this was a great experience and the staff was very friendly.
Have to buy the mandatory subscription fee over the ride you choose. Best going in groups more than 10.
Took my son to a birthday party @K1 Speed last weekend and he had an awesome time with his friends! They started off playing in the arcade room and then hit the tracks for some racing. After they went back in the party room to eat pizza which was pretty good also, sing happy bday, and again back out to the track for 2 more rounds of racing. After all the fun the kids took part in a ceremony where they revealed the day's winners after all the racing and places 1 through 3 got awesome trophies. Not gonna lie
The personal of the front desk was so rude and had a very bad attitude, my son?s height and weight was perfect for adult carts, and he doesn't allow him to drive, even when ALL THE STAFF said that he was ok
I came here because my family was in town. The race was so fun! I'm giving this 3 stars because paying a membership doesn't make sense when you don't live in Miami. Also I was expecting to race My family and yet last minute without any reason- they added two random people to our team while we were waiting to get on the track. We had waited 20 mins and they added two guys who all they did was bump us and annoy us while we raced. If you are in a group they should keep you in your chosen group.
This was an awesome time had by all! And this was my nieces first time driving which made it all the better. To watch her go slow on the first race and to hat faster as she gained her confidence was truly amazing to watch. And my son loved to teach her too.
Bad experience! There was a problem with the karting that was not addressed. The karting was stopped every few seconds and it was not possible to drive. Even though we did only one lap out of 12 and went down due to the fault, they didn't let us continue and told us that we saved the race. Very bad service and unfriendly people. We will not go back there and do not recommend you go.
This was an awesome experience for me and the fam jam. They're extremely accommodating. I recommend playing hookie and going early on a weekday.
We ended up with 2 different groups, adult's & junior's because of the height requirements. They made sure all the kids had time to race and made it work. Super impressed of the attention they gave us. Would definitely recommend for a great time & great food.
Staff was great and very accommodating.
Juan Soto help me improve my lap time by half a second! Ive been comming to K1 in several locations and the miami location is hands down the best. Thanks Alberto and Paola for everything. See you next Tuesday
I took my nephew to celebrate his 15 birthday and he had such an amazing time! He even got a free race because of his birthday! Will definitely recommend this place if you want some family fun time!
a lot of fun for adults and children, but they should not disable the power of the cars so much. otherwise a great place to have a good time.
Yay 1st place ?? What a fun place to spend few hours practicing and testing you skills. I was lucky there was not to many people and everyone were good drivers. Buy yourself a pass and plan on coming back to improve your maneuvers, for everyday Miami traffic ??
It's so fun I've been there like 5 times and it never gets tiring??but the prices are a little expensive
I would not go this warehouse racing arena again. The racetrack is very short, karts are at reduced speeds, and per policy all vehicles must be stopped if an accident is about to occur (this includes kart bumps) which makes no sense since that's what bumpers are for. It really takes away from the experience. Wait time was 40 minutes. I have been to places with similar pricing models and they include at least a basic learning lesson as part of the onboarding process. Not here. Don't listen to the fake revi
Paid for a group of 4 told me to wait a hour and 30 minutes so left to get food down the street come back before that lights off at 10:20 girl has a massive attitude saying to come back another day when they told us to come back after a hour and 30 minutes nothing but a attitude about the situation
It's an attraction for kids. We were 12 people and wanted compete, but the staff slowed us down every circle and doesn't allow overtaking and bumping to each other. I drove on mane go kart tracks, but this rules are only on this location. If you want real go kart drive experience choose another one.
A special thanks to the K1 Speed staff, from the front desk, to the race controllers, and the general manager(s). Jesenia, Jose, Juan, and JC consistently promote a respectful, family friendly, and fun-focused e-karting experience.
My son and his friends had a fantastic time, the staff were very attentive and helpful, the place is clean and looks very nice. I loved the party space they gave us. Overall a great experience, highly recommend it for private events.
Pretty cool place! Stuff was so attentive and eager to help with everything. Although I'm more of a 2stroke guy and don't like electric vehicles my overall was 10/10. Definitely would recommend this place every time!
Great place to go Go-karting Short track. Adults and kids use different tracks. Great staff Easy to find
Cool place to bring your kids. Unfortunately there was a big party the day we went so there was extended wait time. My son only rode once, he wanted to go atleast twice but the wait was 45-60 minutes. Aside from this only complaint I have is that the arcade was cash only for cards. I don't remember the last time I had cash on me. Please fix this or add an ATM to the location. I'll be back soon, during off peak hours for sure.
Excellent place for both adult and kids parties! Everyone had lots of fun!
Amazing place lots of people racing at all times so you can have some competition very good safety and go kart they give you everything there except shoes. All you need is a helmet from them and some head cover. overall, you can have a massive blast there and I recommend going on birthdays.
Nice place, we had a great time. The staff very professional and pleasant. We will surely return.
Very clean and well maintained, along with a very forgiving kart experience means a fun time with family and friends ten out of ten
Good amount of time on the track, the pricing is a little high, and they force you to start a membership, we spent most of the time driving slow, and the karts stop quite often due to people bumping, the experience was ok, but will probably not go again. "Even though I have a membership now"
Not going back. The last two times we went with our son were a disappointment. The time before last, another driver ran into him and he was blamed. The last time, he was in first place until one of the attendants held up a sign asking him to "let other drivers pass." Last I heard, a race meant being able to stop others from passing. This was the last straw and we are never returning.
Our company hosted a corporate event here and everyone had a spectacular time. Great opportunity for team building while also competing against one another. Tito and his crew were exceptional in making sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend and will plan to return again.
This place is addicting! The carts are in good conditions and the speed you get is amazing. The decoration of the place is magnificent and the environment is very family friendly! In you here are going to feel the need... the need for speed!
So fun and the pricing is great. Arcade is decent as well. If you are competitive keep on thing In mind, its about your lap time and not who you pass. And these are electric go kart not gas, I enjoyed the torque on these thinga. Maybe some prefer gas.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
