K1 speed is a really fun place! I have came here for a date night but also for a birthday party for my 10-year-old son?s friend. The first time was for the date night and we had a lot of fun. The race does seem like it goes by pretty quickly, but they are pretty fast. when we came back about a year later for a birthday party, There were some changes like they now have an eating area, which is cool. Pretty fun place to go to for exciting go-cart racing. However there are a couple of downsides to the place. It is quite expensive for even a few races, and there often can be a very long wait time for each race. For such a nice place, there isn't even a digital way to know what your place in line is. The racing and staff are fun and very professional, but the rest of the facility feels very lacking.

This was our first visit to K1, my 7yr old grandson loved his experience there. The staff we encountered were all pleasant, professional and gave the attention to safety to insure a fun ride for all. We will definitely be returning here.

Small track, but great cars. I don't like the concept of buying the license for 1 year, there is no other option.

It was fine. But they decided to hold my kart slower for 3 races, allowing me to do only 3 laps at full throttle. That doesn't feel right considering the money paid and that my laps were consistent. I should have been able to have a good kart at least the totality of my last race

Great place to go for indoor Karting! This is our 3rd time and had a blast! We went with a group of people for my sons 14th birthday.

The staff were completely uninterested on a Sunday Evening. Even after telling them that our group had first timers, they didn't provide any instructions nor did they check and verify the safety harness. On top of all these, they control the output power of your car which they didn't even acknowledge rather patronizing, telling me I was hitting the brakes (while I didn't even need to brake the entire lap, yes you understood the speed now). We had a 14th birthday party there. Everything was handled. We just brought the cake. It was probably the first birthday party where both the kids and the parents and the younger siblings all had a ball. Highly recommend!

Five dads managed to find the time to get out on a Friday night. We had a blast. I didn't expect such an adrenaline rush :-)

Planned my birthday party for this location and was connected with a rep from the headquarters. She was super nice and accommodating as I got the final headcount. We did the 2 race package for the party and it was a fantastic time. There are a ton of additional commendations like an arcade and seating for food. The staff were very kind, patient, and professional with my student group. They were organized and encouraging. We loved the rewards ceremony at the end. It was also cool to walk in and see a bunch of awesome sports items on a silent auction to benefit a pet society. I recommend this site for high school groups!

Not worth the money. The race time is very short. The race is not fair because the workers set the speed of the karts individually and they determine your speed by profiling you. Why could I (feminine) go around the entire track with my pedal to the floor, never touching the brakes and still get passed by everyone else on the track (all masculine)? We went to K1 Speed for my cousin?s birthday party and had an amazing time! The whole experience was so much fun, and all the team members were super friendly and helpful. Everyone made sure we had a great time from start to finish. Highly recommend K1 Speed for parties or even just a fun day out!

I highly recommend K1 Speed. Jonathan did a great job helping onboarding, checkins, organizing food and silverware etc. We loved the races and really appreciate the track operator as well!

Facility is clean, staff is polite, not overly friendly but they get the job done. The price though? so hard to justify. Two races and we were done in less than 30 minutes. Between the racing and 20 dollars in the arcade, that's 100 dollars spent in just one hour. That's hard to justify as a single mom. We will be back but probably when they run specials or we have a gift card.

Yuder working the tracks was super welcoming and shared techniques for our newbie team. Great fun, for birthdays, etc. Racing was a little more exhilarating than I could?ve imagined. Definitely will come back and was surprised the lines were as bad as we expected on a Saturday.

Everything was great, there web site said they were open at 11:00 (apparently there not open till 12:00 we found out after) so we showed up just after. No one was around. After being there for 20 minutes some of the team started to show up. One of them, I can't remember her name hooked us up with a game card while we waited till 12! We will definitely be back!

Kids loved the track!!! Staff in the track are very friendly, active and helpful? front desk definitely needs improvement.. We reached there on Saturday around 6. There was only one in front desk.. he took orders for both food and registration. He is very slow? many employees keep moving around , but no one care to help the new customers. It took at least 30 mins to complete all the registration, make payment and cross the front desk.. it was literally a 5 mins task.. I was frustrated at the front desk. I

This was our 5th or 6th time there in a few months. Everything is great. The staff is awesome. I bring my 6 year old and 8 year old. We have a blast. My only two complaints. The screen for the race results on track 2 (the kids track) doesn't work well enough. That needs to be fixed. Second, it would be cool if I could get a beer.

We arrived on a Sunday at 11 a.m., only to be told the facility was closed to the public until 12 and that we needed to leave immediately. There was no clear notice of this on the website, and only later did someone mention there's a separate link buried on the site with this information?something that should be front and center. Competitive or beginner young or old its always a good time. Open late on weekends if you don't want to wait long between races. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who likes to go fast.

It was a good experience to me. I took my son and bought a K1 Speedpass, which offers two runs. However, after the first run, my son who is 7 thought it was too intensive to him and did not want to go the 2nd run. I asked the front desk if I can do it and the front desk helped to switch it to my account. It is not usually they will do but they did it for me. I enjoyed it and will come back my son is able to handle it after a couple of years.

Love coming here on my free time. The staff is always helpful and friendly from checking in to the end of your race. They do a great job at managing each racers kart speed to ensure their safety as well as other racers safety during races. It is a short track but very fun to run whether you are by yourself, a group party, or with random people you've never met before.

I took my son here to try something new. I would say that it's ok, nothing crazy. I found it a little bit pricey considering the time it takes for 1 race. I also think that they could do a better job with arcade section as I found it very limited. I must say that the staff was very nice and friendly!

Great people, great fun. Fully electric karts, so no engine noise or gas smell. Even with a track at capacity it's hardly noisy. Safety clearly matters a lot to both the staff and the brand. Helmets are well-maintained and don't smell like someone else has been wearing them. Per-lap and per-race stats. Could stand to be more clear about what counts as "drifting" or "bumping"; there's clearly some leeway, which can be difficult to navigate if you're new.

Everyone in our group of 14 throughly enjoyed the experience. The racing was exciting and challenging. Everything from the check-in through the end of racing ceremony was well organized. Kudos to the staff.

People are nice, but the track and the carts were terrible. They were all different speeds, the track is much smaller than other locations, and it just was a bad experience overall. For what they charge, I expected a much better experience.

We had a great time driving and playing games. The only downfall was the difference in car speed during the race. On the junior track, some cars were flying around the track while others were barely moving. When we asked, apparently speed is based on the frequency of visits - it made for pretty unfair racing for competitive kids?

The desk staffers were great from the beginning. The pit crew was a bit reticent at first but warmed up. Took great care of us and engaged in interesting conversation. We spent over $700 as a family of 6, so a bit of a splurge!

We did the junior karts for an 11 year old birthday party. The kids had fun, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but K1 is incredibly overpriced. Probably a one and done for us.

The racing is fun, but the people working there were all really, really friendly. This hasn't been my experience at most kart racing places, so it was a nice surprise. The guys working the track were really great with the kids, too. We'll be back, for sure.

We were there for a party, planned event. Note this isn't a corporate event with catering but have to get their food. The food was just ok. But everything else, the 17/18 year olds had a blast. 2 races, one to get ?warmed up? and the other to race. After, they had a nice time playing the games. There aren't a ton but a nice variety. Cost perception can vary among people. But we felt it was within what we'd expect to pay. We will go again.

Really fun experience with coworkers. They had a great, private room with tons of space. Food was actually really good, and the raves were a blast. Booked a birthday party and the food was terrible, and no party host. Way over priced for what we received. Thought this was rectified with manager to refund my money for the food and after the 1 call I received haven't heard from them since. Complete Let down.

Had fun time for my son's 16th bday ,The flow was a bit confusing to me ,but that could have just been a me issue ,There was a young brother (wish I got his name) working at the front with the food that was VERY nice, polite and professional! Give him a raise ! He made the experience very pleasant for my family .

I was extremely disappointed with what happened today at a birthday party. my son had his 12 birthday today and he got ran over by a friend literally the cart was on his head. this happened because the workers could not control the speed properly and they stopped my son cart. they did not stop the other cart so the friend on my sons cart ran into my son crashing not him ruining his birthday

Very rude and unhelpful staff. When you enter this place, it is not clear what you are supposed to and which line you need to stand. There are five people behind the desk and one is actually doing work. It is overpriced for what you get. The place is dirty and you can see mouse traps every where. Overall. We had an unpleasant experience.

Definitely try if you've never been! Really fun, particularly for a big group or work outing. Very well organized with a primary focus on safety! Staff is great and make sure things run smoothly and as planned. Karts are fast and get faster the more races you do. Be prepared for hitting the walls if you're a fast and aggressive racer! 5 stars if the food was better.

Its a decent place to go racing with friends. Fairly spacious interior. The annual membership plan plus races gets pretty expensive at $30 for 12ish laps.

We had a bachelor party here , we did the Grand Prix package which was amazing , prices fair and came with a lot of amenities . We ended up being early and asked if we could purchase more laps and the staff was very friendly , knowledgeable and fun. At one point one of the managers asked if he could race with us since we were doing so well and had great track times. He was so fun and impressive with his racing skills. Just know that the upfront price is up there. Also understand that birthdays take priority so if you get there before a birthday party they will bump you...we waited almost an hour after entering. One pass is essentially fourteen laps. My kids enjoyed it.

I had an excellent experience at this K1! I've been to pretty much all the K1s in California and also went to the one in Texas and Oregon, and I will say this is one of the best ones. The employees were easygoing and understanding, and the karting itself was fun too. Just make sure to come early in the day to have less yellow flags due to bad drivers

Fun experience! A bit overpriced IMO for a couple of races that aren't really races since the operators can control your carts, but my bf and I had a good time. There were ZERO instructions given to us by people working there, I just read what was on a sign and hoped for the best lol.

Now I am almost 9 and I enjoy racing in a safe environment. This makes my grandparents very happy. They give me gift certificates for Christmas and my Birthday. Today Mom and Dad took me. We live in NH. It's a drive but worth it.

The girl went out of her way to let me be able to pay the food balance. Hey ahead of time. Once we got there, it was a little chaotic and being organized but overall they did a great job.

Place must be under new management, looks cleaner and staff is more attentive! Brought our two boys and niece, ages 8 and 9, during April vacation and they had a blast. Super friendly and helpful staff, Devin walked us through the process and explained everything. Track crew was on point showing the kids what to do. Definitely bringing them back soon.

Went with my 12yr old grand daughter who had a great time but the staff is what made it even more enjoyable. The staff are young but kind and professionals.

During League tonight I noticed that Chris had made some new changes to some of the rules which I think was a great improvement. If the Kart started to go slow they would change them out right away for them rather than wait for it to die or just let their time drop. There was also a little issue that Chris handle very professionally and showed that he is meant to fill the manager position. If tonight is an indication on how the years is going to go I am excited! I'd suggest it. Groups will love this indoor experience, but if you're not into go karts, KI offers arcade games. Because loud noises are unavoidable, I would advise bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to loud noises.

The staff was terrific!! All questions answered with a smile and everything explained no matter our level of experience. The electric karts were awesome.

Friendly staff, fairly prompt service, great racing experience, felt safe with a decent on-boarding for a first timer, clean facility, more activities available than website seemed to show (air hockey, arcade, pool table, golden tee) for non-racers. Worst Experience Ever . The desk staff was rude and unconcerned to make sure our party went well . We booked a birthday party for our sons 13th Birthday . As first timers we were able to sign up and sign the waiver quickly in a few minutes. We then waited only 10-15 minutes before getting into our first session. The 1st session was super fun (came in 1st) and the kart seemed to run flawlessly. The second session my friends kart flattered so they had to stop us mid-run and get her a new kart. Some of the best fun I've had in while. The pizza is no less than decent and a contender for the best in town. The go-cart racing is an absolute blast! EDIT: Came back a month later and there is a noticeable improvement. Staff mentioned they hired a new mechanic that set up the karts differently. Also, they prioritized the quicker karts that have better battery life for the race rather than qualifying, so the playing field was much less about the kart and more about the driver. Track was smaller than I hoped, no seat adjustment and the helmet visor was very scratched. My group also wished the karts had some level of steering assist to relieve strain while driving. Otherwise it was a great experience. Definitely plan to come back.

Ordering food over 20 minute wait and order was incomplete 8 slice pizza 16$ and is not even a 10 inch pie, school pizza taste better. It could at least be edible. Food is not worth the price. Racing really fun and for the family. I will return but hope they improve there food and some customer service skills.

We came on a Wednesday afternoon. Wait time was doable, and we played games in between races. Staff at the counter and at the race track were really helpful. Had a great time and will definitely come back!

Electric Karts, Controlled by a worker who can turn up and down at anytime throughout the race. Doesnt keep consistent per players so no way to go and enjoy a race with your friends and know who actually won. Karts kept running out of juice making them turn everyones off and changing the bad and then not giving us any extra laps. Place needs to work on these issues, if they did that facility would be 10x better.

We took the kids there for school break. It's expensive but well worth it as a special treat. I loved it.
