I like it very much. The instructor was very responsible and explained everything clearly. The safety measures were sufficient, and there were also other arcade games in the hall. It's a great place for family and company gatherings.

Had a ball here last night. Came with a group of eight so we had our own race. 1st session is primarily a timed session to get the feel of the track and cars which also seeds you for the final race after a 10 minute break ( which you will want..ha). 2nd race starts off with a staggered start where you race for the final position. Podium pictures and medals followed. Staff and facility was excellent and the cars fast. Will be back!

It was SUPER GREAT! I don't think in the nearest area that there is a two tier track that's indoor! Super fun they even keep records! Today I went to the place, terrible for the races... the spectacular place but to my family who participated in the race with two more people who were not part of the family group, but those other two people were speeding up and my relatives slowed down those who drive the cars. Then we started to watch the next race where the same two people participated and yes, we realized that those two people were first and the others were last and they slowed down. Very chimbo. One of the best karting locations I have been too! The place is very clean for a karting track, the staff work quickly and most importantly the karts are not trashed. all of the karts handle well and are very quick. I love karting, done this before, but didn't like the track here. Probably because its new but the friction is so much that it take lot of energy to take a turn, our hands were hurting so bad after race. Frankly I would love to go again but since the tires are new and sticky I would rather wait.

Before you race, they tell you that karting is a "non-contact sport" there. However, during my first race I was rear-ended at considerable speed (enough to knock the wind out of me) no less than three times and sideswiped almost every time I was passed, even though I hung out to the right side of the track as they expect less experienced folks to do. Went here for a bachelor party. Under new management and you can tell it runs like a well oiled machine now. Kaleb the guy running the races was amazing and Michael the GM was also very personable and friendly. Highly recommend if you're in the area, worth the money.

Huge fan of K1 speed and have visited a dozen locations throughout the US. My kids really enjoyed this track which is a double decker configuration. When we first tried to go on a Sunday in January '25, it was booked for most of the afternoon with a 3 hour wait to get into a race. We came again on a Monday in April '25 and had the place to ourselves!!!

Our experience at K1 Speed was incredibly disappointing. We arrived, paid, and signed up, only to be told afterward that there would be a three-hour wait. When we returned after the wait, we were told it would be another hour. After finally getting to the pits for our race, the staff failed to place us in the correct race. Instead of fixing their mistake, we were told to reschedule, adding yet another hour to our wait?just for the first of our three races. We visited about three weeks after this location

I signed up to join a party because I had race credits from a previous time where my friend asked for a refund because they didn't give us full speed. After waiting in line and signing up I was told that I was permanently banned because my friend asked for a refund. First time for my kids and I....all we did was the arcade which was overpriced to be honest. Better off going to dave and busters down the street. Arrive right when they opened at 12pm and there were already 30 people inside. We waiting 50 minutes before reaching the front of the line. Great place just DONT GET CART 36. Omg it beat me up and left me with bruises all over my body. The cart would jerk and shake terribly and even people who were watching the race commented that it was shaking out if control. Other than my cart issue it was super fun and I had a great time just made my body sore a few days after.

As others have said, the lack of reservation ability for groups smaller than 8 is frustrating. We were only able to complete two races in two hours. Additionally, they will arbitrarily limit your speed. Out of our group of 4, 3/4 were hit with decreased speed making it difficult to be competitive in any manner. Overall, the experience left lots to be desired.

We came in and the line took forever. There was a 3hr 40 minute wait which was okay because we had other stuff we could do and come back. Came back and were told they would call us. Another go kart place that requires you to purchase a "membership" or what they call a license at this one, except this one is 8 dollars instead of 6. And then you have to buy the races at over 25 dollars per person per race. Add 8 more for the membership per person and that makes it too much.

Make sure to reserve races ahead of time. Tracks and carts looked great, but their phone service told me I would be fine to show up on a Saturday night and race, only to be told there was a three hour wait on arrival. I did not choose to wait.

My adult son and husband tried out K1 racing at the new Hilliard location. Only one staff monitoring the races. 12 year olds tall enough can race with adults, except they bump and spin out a lot. Races were not slowed down for spin outs. Bumping racers were not slowed down. Returning home, my son had concussion symptoms including vomiting, dizziness and major headache. Need more staff and safety procedures.

It looks like it could be fun but not worth the visit. After standing in line for an hour we were told it would be a 3 hour wait to race. We got there 5 minutes after it opened and there were only about 30 people in front of us so not sure how it ended up being 3 hours till the track was available. If you could book in advance or at least see the wait time it might help.

My biggest issue is the karts. They are a HANDFUL to drive at the limit. It should not take that much force to turn the steering wheel. I only went out for 1 session so I am just assuming they all drive like that. They're brand new. Even my racing gokart is easier to drive.

First time visiting K1 in Columbus. Arrived right when they opened to be told that the entire facility has been rented out for 3.5 hours. I don't understand how K1 doesn't have the ability to include a daily schedule or calendar of events on their website! Until K1 comes up with a solution of how to inform us of what is going on, so we don't waste our time driving there, I will not be back!

Stopped in since u cant make reservations ahead of time and was told it would be a 4 hour wait because they had birthday parties and others waiting. Went here after going to Full throttle, buckeye raceway, G&J kartway, and on track experience. Was not informed they would be limiting and modifying Kart speed at random throughout the race . Only last 2-3 laps are at full speed. These are the adult races as well. Was informed when I asked when the karts run full speed. Was told I needed to join their club racing which is only 1 day a month. Was informed this was for safety of everyone. All other karting facilities use their karts at full potential for user

You call ahead and they say you can't book ahead. Can you do it online in 2025? Also no. So you ask when they're least busy and they say early afternoon. So you go there then and they tell you they can't get you in until late that evening. So you go home. That's the experience.

DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE ever since we entered k1 speed the manager named micheal was saying rude things and being a jerk we've been waiting to race for 4 hours and finally when we started racing he kicked all of us for no reason and saying we did stuff that we did not do.
