Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park

The park is a pretty good time. I can only speak to the arcade and mini golf areas. It's a pretty affordable place for a date night. The only reason I couldn't give the place five stars because the mini golf nature area needs some landscaping love. The arcade has updated games were nice but they do cost around $1.75 a game. It's a nice little gem.

It's better than not having a water park but lacks in some areas. The kiddie section is really small and not much to do for the cost.... but still my 2 year old grandson had a BLAST and 2 and under is free, so there's that.

The kids had a great time. The area in Where the food is served, was really hot. The fans were off. Staff members continued to make sure the water park was clean. The lines were not that long for the rides.

It was a great experience. The slides were thrilling and fun. We did not do any activities except for the water park. They had a wave pool, a lazy river, and a kids area. The wave pool is on around every thirty minutes and was not too crowded, likely because we went in the afternoon on a weekday. The food is average, what you'd expect at a water park.

Had THE BEST time with grown-up kids (29 to 35) and grandkids (2 to 6). There were safe pool activities for the little ones and a variety of fun waterslides for the adults and kids, plus a relaxing lazy river to enjoy. We were there for 6 hours on a weekday, and it was surprisingly not too crowded. The food was also tasty. We did not do any dry activities. A little pricey, but worth it to me.

Me and my family had a wonderful time today! I wanted to give a big 5 star review to the team operating the go karts this afternoon. They were so helpful and nice and helped accommodate the steering wheel for my toddler. We had an awesome time karting! Thank you!

we're traveling and wanted to take our family to a water park. we found this one close to our airbnb. it was a great time. fun for all ages and wasn't overwhelmingly big either. we only did the water park, but theres so much to do there. wish we had something similar near us. its a tad pricey, but everyone was friendly and it was a great time.

I honestly hate this place. Sorry it's the truth. The birthday room has no air conditioning whatsoever just a ridiculous fan that's not enough and when there's a private party they still admit everyone else in the play area. I wonder if all those plastic balls get washed. The games at the Arcade are always messed up and take they money from your card because you have to swipe twice and if you notice then you have to complain so they recharge your card back again. Our day was perfect for my husband and myself and 3 grandchildren, ages 9 to 12. The wave pool, slides, lazy river, cabana, frozen drinks, snacks, and go carts and games made the entire day fun and memorable for our kids.

This place is just awesome. My family and I first discovered it 2 years ago and we visit Wilmington a LOT. I can't believe we missed this for so long. The water park is awesome. We picked up season passes this year! Definitely worth multiple visits throughout the summer ??????

Usually come here for the arcade and most of the machines are fun but of course rigged. Rode on the go carts one time and that was fun but then found out water park is 60$ for entry and that is way too expensive you don't really get what you pay for and it's not even worth the money. it's sucky and bad but everything else was good.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time. They have an arcade a children's place clean restrooms and a beautiful mini golf course. They also have go karts and water slides (seasonal ). If you've never been. Check it out. Highly recommend.

The Park is great. The kids section is amazing. The water park is great. But the arcade is seriously missing the mark. You guys have it full of big flashy games that all are really trash. Retro arcade games are way better. They take up less space. More people can play and they give you more bang for your buck. Make Arcades great again. Trash the flashy shooters. Put in street fighter, pac man, the good stuff. You have that little section in the back you could make it the retro corner.

Mother?s Day weekend rained down here the whole time. Online website said they opened at 10:00. We showed up at 10:30 (drove 26 minutes). When we got there cars were waiting outside and so were employees bc there was no manager to open. The employees waiting outside said they opened at 11:00 and we decided to wait, only for the manager to then show up 5 min past 11 to open the doors BUT then come to find out they actually weren't opening the place until 12:00 noon. We had such and fun time here. They have lots of activities to choose from. We did Go-carts, bumper cars, mini golf, and laser tag. They also have arcades, a full Waterpark, and more. My kids loved shooting me up in laser tag. It was so much fun and I got plenty of exercise. There is also a kids jungle area where you can watch as your children run and play. We spent a lot of time in this area. It was parent rest time. :) We ate pizza, nuggets, and nachos at the food bar. It was a fun time for all.

One thing that we don't like is the mini golf course because there is no exit in between. You have to go thru the end of the course just to get out if you don't want to play anymore. Some people thought we are bypassing them even though we have politely asked that we are leaving and just passing thru. I highly suggest that there should be an exit in between for people who wants to leave the course without interrupting those people who are so serious about the golf course.

Good place for the kids but to be honest I was not impressed. Thought it was a little over priced. $10 per activity per person stop for a family of 4 to play mini golf and ride the go carts, just once, and the kids to play in the jungle area was almost $100. Summer Fun, It's that time of year again. As usual plenty of things to do sick as arcades, water parks, go cats, food, beverages and plenty more. I definitely recommend it as we have gone every summer for the past 4 years. It's hot so go and cool off.

This is a good place to take the family for a day of fun we got the all in package which allowed us to go to the water park, get lunch, and we played putt putt and rode the go karts. Good time for the price and the area.

Nice mini golf course here! We went in the evening and finished up just before closing time. We had so much fun! The course is clean and well kept and wasn't crowded when we were there either. The staff person was friendly and helpful. Loved the hole with the water feature!

Our first trip this year. We usually visit the water park every year and and we all love it. We played putt putt for the first time. It was about 9pm so it wasn't hot and it was a beautiful course! My 15 yr old twin boys told me that I was not going to provide a challenge for them so they weren't feeling like they would be worried about my game. It's a great place for Kids. The only downside was that there was a thunderstorm and we couldn't keep enjoying it. The policy is that if there is a thunderstorm they need to suspend all activities and wait for an hour and if it is not safe to resume activities they'll give you a raincheck for another day to come back.

Monday and Tuesday is truly the best day to enjoy the water park. If you show up early and are feeling tired just hop on the side-winder half pipe slide for a quick pick-me-up!

My first visit to Jungle Rapids Fun Park and I was not impressed! On the contrary, it was very disappointing. Although we arrived after 7pm and the water park was closed, I was quite surprised to see some of the amusements inoperable/not in use or even staffed. Very fun place to hang out with your kids. Lots of games, a rock wall and go karts. There is a nice putt putt golf area as well Nice size rooms for birthday parties though I would be very pro active on where you let your kids climb on on area of the jungle gym. The water park isn't open until May but I'm sure I will have lots of fun when I go.

We only played golf on this visit. It was fun. The course has 18 holes that vary of easy and challenging. The course is NOT WHEELCHAIR OR APPROPRIATE FOR THOSE WITH WALKING PROBLEMS though. The course is made up of stairs and steep hills you must walk to get to the next putting green. If you go during school and works hours the place is extremely empty. Which is good because it's a small place and since it's the only place like this in wilmington it fills up very fast on weekends and evenings. It's a cute

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We played putt putt golf and they instructed how to play and what iron sizes we would need as I am taller than my wife. We had a great time but was pricey, cost $20 to play a quick 18 holes.

It has something for everyone from parents to children of all ages I had trouble finding things to do for both my children since they have a 13 year difference in age but this place was perfect they both just loved it. Jungle Rapids is the best place to cool off in the summer time. Be prepared to spend some money though. If you want to do everything that they offer you will be spending a good bit. We went today to be told the water park isn't opened to the public today even though it does not say that on their website or Facebook page and it's not on their website?s calendar of events. This should be posted so people don't waste their time. Our 6 year old was very disappointed.

Had an absolute blast here! Had a family gathering in Wilmington and we ended up here. Turned out to be a great value for the money. We played Laser Tag and Mini golf and then messed around in the arcade. Everybody had a great time! We'll definitely go back if we have the chance!

Great Waterpark before it got too packed. The lazy river was great n so was the big pool that randomly give big rapid waves that's pretty fun. The food was overpriced. Had the pizza and it was bland n tasteless. Lockers were $15 plus $15 deposit which is very overpriced for the lack of space they have in it.

Had a great time with son and grandson only issue was the group in front of us was a party of 8 and they had no respect for the parties they were holding up. All in all great family fun.

Had so much fun with Mini Golf! The course has a lot of shade which was great on a sunny day. The holes are pretty fun, the full course took just about an hour to get through. Things could use some upkeep but the price was fair for a local place!

Be sure to call ahead and check times. Hours for arcade and water park were inconsistent and misposted. They have a lot of rules you should read carefully. However, once everything was opened, we had a very fun time. They provide life jackets for younglings and their food court was yummy though I wish there was a quicker way to access the main food court from outside. Laser tag was fun and had creative scoring.

Good place to go with the kids for a few hours .. we usually just do the indoor jungle which is fit for our little girls the only time it's not so fun is when the indoor jungle gym is over crowded... I would say the best time to go is during the off peak time during the week .. overall it's a pretty nice size place and there's options for children and adults to be entertained.. My 11 year old loves it here and I do too ?? we had rainchecks fron 2019 but hadn't visited since Covid but they still allowed us to use the raincheck ..I was grateful..so the three of us made a day of it..there are multiple slides but we stayed in the wave pool and lazy river ...it was an awesome day..suggest going early to get a chair close to the umbrellas

We loved the park. It is smaller than parks we are used to but the layout is efficient and it was pleasant. My favorite part was the ample chairs in the shade. I was able to allow the kids to play all day while I was tucked away in the shade. We will definitely be back.

This place is WELL worth the money including the Arcade! To be honest I hate water parks we just kind of wound up there since there was no beach access. I did the toilet bowl slide and it wasn't bad! My husband had a blast. It's a big enough park that even busy it wasn't to packed. They have bands for 60 a day that includes water park all day, 2 slices of pizza and a drink. Then 2 dry activities. We did mini golf and go carts. Definitely planning on going back there at some point!

Great experience! Went down to Wilmington and stayed in a Airbnb with my girlfriend and friends not to far from here. Looked at the pictures and activities before coming. Way better than expected! What can I say? My kids are part fish, and they love to express themselves here. Looking for a fun time with the entire family? If they don't have what you need, then you are a hard person to please. We have loads of fun for hours every time. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

Just took our 4 kids to Jungle Rapids and had a great time! We played arcade games and laser tag! Can't wait to come back and ride go carts and play golf! Kyle was super helpful and helped us choose activities for our family.

We took our 2 little girls (2 yo & 9 months) and their cousins went with us (13 yo, 9 yo, 7 yo, 4 yo) while we were on vacation at Carolina Beach and we all had a great time. Bought the all-in passes and it was an excellent choice. The kids all loved the waterpark, regardless of what age. The included pizza and drinks were perfect when we were ready for a food break and we played laser tag and raced to-karts. We all agreed that we wished we had a place like this where we lived!

This was a fun family trip for a birthday. We did the discounted at 4 pm special but honestly this place is VERY pricey for a whole family. Still the kids had the best time and we could have stayed longer. It's just not something you can do a lot for the price. Lifeguards were great and the food was reasonably priced.

I come here quite often with friends to play putt putt or race the go karts. Everytime we have so much fun. The mini golf course is quite long and has many various types of holes. The go karts are fun but they are very strict about bumping. Kind of ruins some of the fun but I get it. Overall, jungle rapids is a great place and the prices are reasonable

We went to Torment laser tag last Friday and it was an amazing experience! It was a little scarier than I had expected, I think us adults were screaming more than the kids. I would definitely be coming back next year they get a 10/10 from me.
