My son had a blast, a really great place to chill, and the kids and adults alike to enjoy. The place is really clean, there is an arcade section, but you have to pay to play the games. They have a section for lazer tag, you have to wear grip socks, if you have you cam carry your own if not they sell them you also have to sign a waver form but that can be done online before you get there

I brought my brother to jump because of the hot weather and it was the best decision we ever made! He had a the best time on the trampolines playing volleyball and basketball! We even were able to visit the thrillz side too which was super cool! I recommend this place to anyone looking to bring your kid to blow off some steam!

i was invited to my cousins birthday party and the party was amazing! the host kept the kids together, was interactive with the kids, and made sure everyone was safe all at the same time! this place was well organized and very put together for a kids trampoline park and coming back next weekend with my friends!

This place is amazing. Definitely worth the 3 hour drive to come here. I've never seen my little brother so happy and it was definitely worth it. Only $22 for an hour of jump time. There's so much to do and i will definitely be back.

I came here with my husband for a small night out and it was better than expected! We thought it was just a trampoline park but it was much more! They had arcade games located in both places, dogeball, volleyball and even a crazy adventure park on the other side! I totally recommend purchasing the deluxe bundle which has the most to over in the park!

Jumpz was such a fun experience and I went with my bestfriend Sarah and we got to enjoy a great couple of hours. We loved playing dodgeball! when we got there we immediately felt welcomed by Caitlin. We hosted our sons birthday party here for the 2nd time and it was awesome. Derek the staff person in charge of our sons party was phenomenal. He was very attentive to all the kids and made our sons day extra special!

I went here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon it was a short wait in line like 10 minutes then I was able to register be seen fill out the waiver if you have time complete the waiver before you get there save your self some time. We purchased 90 minute of jump time for 3 year old he was done by the hour he really enjoyed himself the staff here I wish I had names but they did great job making sure children were jumping safely. DEREK B. was AMAZING!!!!!!! He was so friendly, fun, energetic...the kids LOVED having him as their party leader! I loved having him as the mom because he was so helpful and made the whole experience super easy! I highly recommend requesting him for your kids party! So polite and great with the guests. Jumpz was really fun and very clean. I came with my best friend Skylar and we were serviced by Caitlin in the front and she did an amazing job she was really nice and funny! This was a great experience and I'd come back for sure. All the employees were kind, attentive, and made sure to keep the courts clean.

just had my daughter party here and let me say it was amazing. the park has some many options for the kids to do no matter the age. they had top tier decorations in all of the party and even had black lights which madr the birthday girl super excited. the park is well managed and the parties are super organized. nathalia was so helpful at the front and made sure all of my guest felt welcome within the check in process. will definitely be coming back next year to have another party!!!

I am on my spring break rn and the place to be was jumpz. the environment was amazing and overall such good vibes. the slushee machine was definitely something new and me and my friends enjoyed it so much. the girl Giuliana at the front helped so much and had amazing energy I hope to come back with my family soon too.

Went to jumpz today and had a fantastic time. I ordered the pizza and it was amazing. It's spring break this week and I thought it was going to be hectic but the girls at the front desk were so helpful and made sure I got the exact tickets I needed. We had our kids birthday party today, as it was a dual party there were 32 kids, but the Jumpz team helped and made it very easy to manage. We high recommend this for parties, fun entertainment and also enjoyment. Great organisation and support from them team.

Today we had a party for our daughter?s birthday. She had wonderful experience due to Derek?s experience with kids and knowledge of Thrillz. He took the party group through each of their different sections with such ease and professionalism.

Loads of fun, and shockingly not all that crowded for a June Sunday. 60 minutes wasn't quite enough, but my 9 year old was tuckered out by 90. He had a blast even though he was by himself. Huge variety of jumpy activities and the adjacent arcade is better than the one at The Cave.

We had the most amazing experience at Jumpz, from the helpful, welcoming staff to the disco party atmosphere, to the gigantic trampolines, swings, slides, etc. It was so much fun, and unpretentious, unlike some other indoor playgrounds we visited in Fairfield County. The huge space helped too. Even on a Sunday, with lots of visitors, it didn't feel overcrowded. We enjoyed it as much as our almost three year old did! Will absolutely come back.

We just had my son's 10th B-day party here and it was a success! The facility is clean and inviting; many people mentioned how there were a lot of different fun 'stations' for the kids to enjoy. I took my granddaughter there to attend a birthday party. All the children had a fun filled time there as they were guided to a different play area about every 30 minutes.

I gave it 1 star because of the manager Joey (the red hair guy with glasses), he provided a horrible customer service and gave a really inappropriate attitude to me when i asked him if I could refund the money from the game card due to buying to many points by mistake. We had our son's 6th birthday party with his 10 best friends from school. It was my first time being there as a dad. My wife said my son wanted to have his party there. And while it was really cool. The experience was great for the kids except the food. The pizza was, "disgusting" according to a 7 year old, but that was the consensus for both the children & adults. We recently had our son, Jordan?s, second birthday party at Jumpz (8/28/2022). Our party host, Kevin, was AMAZING. Each time I needed anything, he was there, very accommodating with socks for each parent, paper and plastic ware for food and cake, waters, seating. Not to mention, with a genuine smile! The entire time! We are very pleased with the venue, location, staff and would highly recommend.

Who says fun has to be loud and obnoxious? I understand they want a fun atmosphere but the strobe lights and music are too much; I can't even imagine if my child or I had sensory issues. I went to the bathroom for a break from it and they piped the music into the bathroom. Loudly. Come on guys, not all of us want to go home with a headache.

Had a party here over the weekend for my daughter. The place was very clean and everyone we interacted with was very polite. Even the person who briefly checked us in remembered my daughters name and wished her a happy birthday as we left, over 3 hours later. Allen, our party host, was absolutely great! He made it so much more fun for all of the kids, and really kept them engaged and entertained. Not sure if you can request a host when booking a party, but I would definitely try and get Allen if possible!

Just had my son?s 4th bday party here and he had a blast! The place was clean and plenty of stuff to do for not only the little ones but for the big ones too. We had an amazing young man by the name of Jordan who was able to match the kids energy and was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing, but all arcade machines are SCAMS and we won a camera, but the machine broke and the managers excuse " we don't have the key, it's a 3rd party machine " Other than that nice staff, beside the young lady scanning tickets. She was moping. We were denied getting a prize because we were 6 tickets short.

Just visited this place with my kids a couple days ago, as we were looking to do something in the area. This place is a literally amazing, there is so much to do from simply jumping around, completing the obstacle course, to the private laser tag room. I had my son 14th birthday party here. Derrick our host was amazing. He was able to take control of those 17 kids with ease. Getting them from one activity to another with no problem.
