Jumping world is absolute TRASH! I've never had such a horrible and overall unprofessional experience for any of my kids parties. This was my first and LAST time spending my money there. I got the adventure party package for 10. Which came out to $349. ALSO $100 deposit that you don't get back?! Then as I'm leaving I say bye to the front desk workers and ask if I'm good to go. They said oh no mam you have a balance still. What? How? If I payed everything online? They said due to ?additional items added duri

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this business. The facility was visibly dirty and unsanitary?floors were grimy, surfaces unclean, and the overall environment felt neglected. Unfortunately, shortly after our visit, my child became very ill. While I can't definitively prove the cause, I'm deeply concerned about the cleanliness and potential health risks. A business that serves the public has a responsibility to maintain basic hygiene standards. I sincerely hope they take this seriously

So the place has been remodeled. And they now require you to buy socks from them ($2.00/each) to use on their equipment. Visited on Sunday(03/02). Very busy. Toddler area expanded. Nice. Such a great place for little kids. Small enough so you can watch them but big enough for a fun adventure. The food in their restaurant is also very good. Great staff!

Food was pretty over priced. For mediocre fried cheese sticks, fried pickles, and 4 drinks was almost 50 bucks. On top of that they threw our food and drink away before we were done. I booked a party for my 11 yr old daughter here even though we had never been there. She had been asking to have it at Get Air. I compared the packages and saw that it was cheaper here. This place is for young children to maybe 13yrs of age. Anyone older will get bored. Good place for parties it has an adult bar built in for adult beverages. Other than that I'd get the 2hr jump pass.

This place is definitely OUR SPOT! My son is a very active 2.5 yr old and for 6$ an hour, this place can wear him out! He has such a blast! Food is great, the staff is always friendly and the music always makes is a little more fun.

By far the worst experience we have had it took us about 20 minutes to get someone to the desk to help us. Love the idea of this place but a lot of the arcade games are broken. My whole family got hands foot and mouth 2 days after going. The trampolines were filthy and the foam pits had a horrible smell. The pizza was good and staff was very kind. The bathrooms were also clean.

My families first trampoline park we have been to, as well as the largest (so far!). We all really had a great time here! We loved this place for great food and fun for both the children and adults. We celebrated my great nephew's 6th birthday party here. We were impressed. Plenty of arcade games,mechanical bull and jumping areas. They had a bar and billards in a seperate area for the adults. The staff were courteous,friendly and professional. The kids love this place. Less crowded than Urban air. Has a mechanical bull and a little ninja area. Basketball, dodge ball, and long running/ jumping track. Needs a little air freshener but a great place on a hot or rainy day.

I gave it 3 1/2 stars not four. I don't know how to get leave a half star kids had fun. It could?ve been a little bit cleaner at least the pads and mats the staff was average. I didn't see anybody smile in a really going out of their way to make peoples experience that much better. The pizza was decent. Miss you like this kind of place. This is a place to go have fun. The front desk was great! Enjoyed the variety of trampolines and obstacles. Nice little toddler area for smaller children. We liked air hockey and our younger one got the jackpot at the hammer! The kids gave it a 5 star. Staff was nice and helpful. Extremely rude employees, horrible customer service. When we didn't hear the announcement for pizza on teen night, I asked at the front desk. The manager on duty said, it's not our fault you weren't listening and didn't hear, that's your fault. I explained that it's very difficult to hear with lots of screaming kids around and that they should have a better system to insure that we get what's included in our tickets. I have been to a lot of birthday parties here, even had two parties myself in the past. To say it's gone down hill is being nice. It has a dirty feet smell inside, it's hot. This last weekend the coke machine at the restaurant was out, and the vending machine had to be opened by an employee. The cashier was very rude when we arrived, she didn't bother to inform us on prices or lockers. The trampolines were very dirty, many questionable stains. Some stains look like dry blood. The place needs a good scrub down honestly.

Celebrated my son's birthday party here and the price is well worth it!!! It was the most stress free party I have ever thrown. Took my kids here to celebrate my son's birthday and they had fun jumping around and playing in the arcade. The staff there are young and not too friendly (except for the girl at the pizza place, she was cool and ACTUALLY smiled). Equipment is always sticky and or stained when we go here. You can tell it's not clean or wipe down. Especially the kids area. Staff always seem detached and unenthusiastic. When get air closed this was the only place that did the trampoline thing... It's pretty good. Seems like they have good food. I just wish the toddler area was better, that's why we liked get air so much. I just hope the new place opening up in the same building as get air was turns out as well for the toddler area as the old one had.

While my daughter went to teen night, my friend and I went to the bar inside. The service was great. The while place is very nice. This was the most fun I have ever had with my kids! It's very clean and safe. The staff works hard to make sure the rules are enforced and everyone has a good time. I'm definitely coming back!

The prices are fair, they have a full bar with drink specials and a pretty good Bloody Mary. The food is better than a concession stand. I definitely think some menu items are better than others. However you can tell they try because there is a lot more than just pizza, chicken strips and burgers. My kids really enjoy coming here and they make it fun for adults as well. The duck tape is concerning. The fact that the employees are vaping under the toddler trampolines is not cool. You have a clock in the main jump set an hour ahead to try and get people to leave earlier. And what kind of places closes the bar for mother's day.

Outside entrance is very dirty and not maintained. Inside is not much better. The whole work staff seems to be run by 15 and 16 year olds. Work staff not that friendly.

They still haven't replaced the torn areas or clean since last time I complained. It seems they never clean the areas, everything is very dusty with stains. A lot of stuff is damaged but never been fixed since they open.

At first this place was great, now they are under staff and over priced. The staff they have now are on their phones watching movies or on social media. The kids are running around unsupervised and over crowding the areas with limits on occupancy. The bar seem more organized than the rest of the place. The kids enjoy it but there's no way I can let them run around on their own.

We had such a great time. My kids loved it. The toddler's have a designated area, which is nice! My two year old was able to explore and take him time without being trampled. Lol. My five year old had an amazing time with the bigger kids, I could have eyes on her the whole time while my toddler played. Also the chairs for the parents are so comfortable. The arcade was fun.

I have three kids and I pay for an hour of jump,food, and drinks all for under 50 dollars. Honestly couldn't get anymore reasonable price than that in corpus. The food is actually really good Quality for a entertainment center. The bar is nice, I really like how it's separated from the play area and you can't hear kids screaming, however the only thing I would recommend for the bar, is they should have music playing at all times.. they only have it playing if someone pays for it.

My son was scheduled to come here for a school field trip. We showed up on scheduled date and time, place was closed and no contact was able to be made with anyone from here. Awesome place with lots of space for the kids to run around and great place for bdays. They have a place to eat as well. Tons of zones for all ages of children which enables safety so big kids don't trample the little ones. The price is decent definitely worth it for a night to let the children loose also they have a bar for the adults and billiards to play pool. So many options for the whole family to enjoy.

We waited ten minutes, tried to ask an employee for help, and were ultimately ignored. My mother brings the kids often and says this happens a lot here.

Definitely a fun place to take the kids. Called to see if they were booked for parties for the day and they weren't but because it wasn't booked in advance they wouldn't book one. My fault I didn't have the money for it in advance but was really hoping they would help accommodate and make some party money.
