My 2 year old had a good time, but we went when it wasn't busy. The older kids don't watch out for younger kids, so you have to be very mindful of that as a parent. When it's busy, it's SUPER crowded and not much space for the kids as this is a small space. We have been here a few times, and the game room always has several things not working. We enjoy that there is a little play area for toddlers, away from the big kids, but there aren't any bounce options just for little kids.

We bring our three children here each day after church. Best place for any day of the week. Great affordable food. The prizes for the game room can be won or bought with tickets or real money.. wear socks. Adults jump free with kids.. 10/10 Remember: Follow for many more reviews!

Love this place! The kids always have a blast. Everything is cleaned and well-maintained. Everyone working here is attentive to the kids and keeping eyes out. Friendly staff, good food prices.

My kids love when i bring them here. It's a safe environment for them to play and have fun with other kids. Plenty of room for them to play and run around. They have great pizza !

We love it here. The only thing I would change is enclosing the kitchen so the whole place doesn't smell like oil. But otherwise, it's a great place to let the kids run and jump and climb. My 6yo wants to come every day.

Our favorite indoor playground. It's has something for every age, two different styles of play ground and a spot for babies. The price is affordable and if you get the membership it's totally worth it if you go more than once. Great for winter and rainy days. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. I regularly see them cleaning which I appreciate so much given that it's flu season. We love it here.

My 6 year old loves this place! We drive from Douglasville a few times a month to visit this place. Tons of new upgrades added recently. Perfect place to let your kids run and play for a couple hours inside the air conditioning!

This place is AMAZING! I've never heard of it before, then I saw a post on Facebook about painting pumpkins and had to check it out. First, I wanted to say how I LOVE the mothers area. I safe place to fed your baby, with cameras so you can watch your older kids (never seen that before). The employees were so sweet, definitely the lady that was helping the kids paint the pumpkins, which was a complete blast. My daughter loved the bounce houses, and the arcade area. Plus the food smelt amazing, sadly we didn?

One of our favorite places to go have fun. They have delicious food. They are always updating or renovating something and trying to improve the place. I appreciate they haven't risen prices just because like every body else has. It is clean and the staff is helpful. Thank you jump time. ??

My son had a blast here. Admission was only 8.99. They are open from 10 am to 8 pm. Great place to take kids to play. They serve a lite menu of food like pizza, nachos, and snacks along with a variety of beverages. They require socks be worn in the jump zone. They sell those also if it just so happens you aren't wearing a pair.

We had the absolute best experience with Jump Time for my son?s birthday party this past weekend. We picked the premium package which includes everything so I did not have to bring or do a thing! They provided food, drinks, cupcakes, ice cream, all the decorations, arcade tickets for each kid, goodie bags, and a party host. Plus we had all day access for the kids to jump and play. It was amazing. And the owners and hosts went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend them for your chil

I like this place for my kids. My kids would probably give this review 5 stars but from a parent perspective, the complaint I have is that the staff are not kid friendly. They're only there to do their jobs which is fine for management but they're not friendly or engaging at all with the kids other than telling them what they shouldn't be doing in the play areas. I visited yesterday and today and the lady at the register seemed like she wasn't having a good day. No customer service. Just gave me a pay the f

My great grandson loves this place. I wish I could move it to the backyard. The food is great too. They have some great employees.

We took our son , he just turned 3 and it was a lot of fun! Enough jumping houses plus arcade. We didn't eat there but the food looked delicious. We definitely want to take him again and win even more tickets.

Great place to take the grandkids. They had a ball!

Took my daughter she had a blast I couldn't get her to leave although some video games didn't work the staff was friendly place was clean comfortable temperature inside my daughter had a great time will be taking her again and again

I was harassed by the person who told me she was the owner after I left out and returned within a few minutes of leaving the first time. I believe I was racially profiled and saw no other reason for the harassment. The lady told me that it's unusual for a black man to walk in, by himself, since it's a place for kids. I'm a Behavioral aid and was supervising a family visit. Even after I told her that she continued asking erroneous questions trying to intimidate me. It's sad that in this day and age people st

We love it here! To my surprise, it was clean and smelled fine. Considering the atmosphere, I was expecting sticky chairs and stinky feet smells, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean. The food was good, too. My daughter had so much fun! Great value for the price!

My grandkids love this place but disappointed with the game room. So many things are out of order. Why can't everything be working???? Been there twice now and same thing.

It was so much fun our grand really enjoyed his first time there on those cold days it's the place to take kids to run off the extra energy. The staff was great bathrooms very clean entire visit was awesome....great for kids big and small

We went for a birthday party, customer service is friendly. The best part are the tvs at the tables so you can watch your child from there.

The young lady named Sami is super sweet and friendly. She made Everything so easy

My two-and-a-half-year-old had such a great time here. I loved the ladies in the front. It's nice to be able to support small businesses in the community. Great prices lots of fun for the kids

My kids love this place. We have been coming for a few years now and we appreciate your business in the area!

Took my 3 grandkids ages 1,5,6 and they loved it Daughter and I played arcade games Food was delicious! Staff super friendly ?? customer service excellent?? Don't forget your socks ??

I had my son?s first birthday party here on August 17th and it was an amazing experience! The staff was so nice and accommodating. One of there staff members I believe her name was Kenzie was extremely helpful in helping us set up my sons birthday party. We got everything set up a lot more quickly with her help and she was very nice! All the kids that attended had a lot of fun. The party room was very spacious. Thank you jump time for helping make my baby boys 1st birthday a good time!

UPDATE: after being a long time customer I think its crazy they are charging full price for a 2 year old. My daughter loves this place. Staff has always been very pleasant. They have a toddler room and great arcade room. It's very clean and we will continue to come back!

First time visit I like this place better then big air easier to watch my kids and not worry so much

Had a birthday party here for my son. He loved it, of course. Going on a weekend, prepare yourself for it to be crowded.

Jump time is a great place to bring your little one's. Very inexpensive! Monthly fee is well worth it considering it's only 15.99 a month!

Diamond in the rough!! We took our daughter here to play it's really nice it reminds us of a place called catch air with the obstacles course. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!Definitely will be back!! Try sweet chilli sauce.

My kids had so much fun. This place has everything. I love the special touches like a Mommy Room for changing diapers and nursing. There was an employee who was cleaning the floors and wiping the jumpers the whole time. The bathroom was so clean. The price is affordable too! We will be back!

My boys had a blast especially my 1 year old I was able to jump with him (unlike other places) the staff was very friendly and attentive. The place was clean and the prices were reasonable. I Highly recommend jump time. also before you go you can go to their website and sign the waiver online and you will get a email with a barcode just show it to the cashier when you get there saves you time from having to fill out the waivers when you arrive.

Great location for Birthday parties Very kid friendly, great staff.

Very good place to go with the kids we have an amazing time together jumping around my kids love this place

Once again spent 5 hours with my great nieces! The youngest enjoys playing and her sister and I enjoy the food!

The place is organized, cctv so you can watch your kid run around while you sit in the dining area if you want. The staff was neutral and pleasant with good attitudes, my 7 year old spent 4 hours running around. Good time

This was our first visit here. The great reviews got me in the door and I can definitely say they were true. We were greeted and helped as soon as we walked in. It was very clean and organized. The price was really great. Great food and snack menu. We spent 3 hrs here and I constantly saw staff going around and cleaning which is the top thing for me. For a kids play place the food was really great and reasonably priced. This place is smaller than most like it, but honestly you wouldn't even notice by how mu

I have not been here in almost a year but they have done many great updates. It's great place. My three kids and I came here to have a play date and stayed about three hours. The place is clean and they have plenty of food options made to order. And plenty of drinks and snack options.

I think the price should be cheaper for kids under 3. Paying full $16 price for my 11-month-old just to crawl around in the toddler area versus other people with older kids paying $16 for them to jump and do other activities.

This place was so cool my grandson had an amazing time playing

Fun for the kiddos and for the parents. Not too expensive, food is decent and well priced, staff is really friendly. Great place if outside is too hot or cold.

My daughter and her friends always enjoy going! We have the membership for my daughter

My grandchildren love it!! The prices are reasonable.

We enjoyed my granddaughter's 1st birthday ?? party here.

My kids spent hours playing here this past weekend. They had a blast playing in the inflatables and arcade. The facility was clean, the food was good, and it was nice to be able to sit in the dining area and watch your kids play on the TV screens. We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic place for the kids to play. Awesome black light fun for an added extra touch! Great price for what you get!

For it to be on the newer side I love it! The prices are great! And the food is very affordable and taste good too! It's not a chuck e cheese but it doesn't matter to the kids. They are fine as long as pizza and the bounce houses are there. I will be coming back again and again.

Small little indoor inflatable park with a small arcade in the back. Food is good and affordable. The Staff is very friendly. My daughter had a blast

Super good place fun for the family, it is not too expensive u can go all day for the for the price

We love jumptime! Really excited about the new seating area, it really opens the dining area up. The staff is always so sweet and the food is great! We definitely recommend for just an average Tuesday or a special occasion :)

Our son loves Jump Time and so do we! The staff is amazing. Very attentive and helpful. They great you from the moment you walk in and make sure you are good during your entire visit. Very clean always! A great family atmosphere. From one family owned and operated business to another - Thank you for loving our kids as your own. This is a little slice of Heaven for the children. And free WiFi for the adults makes it a great place to catch up on some work too! And did I mention the amazing food! Great taste a

me and my daughter loves this place. UNTIL TODAY.. I booked my daughter's birthday party a month, almost finished paying it off and I got an email today saying they've been trying to call me (which is not true) to tell me that they can't have her party on her birthday. which isn't an issue if they would've told me last week when i sent them $300 for the party. now it's two weeks away and i have to start all the way over to plan a party. what makes it worst for me is on the phone when getting my refund, ther

My kids love it here. They are entertained for hours. Price is good. Food is good and a lot of menu items to choose from. Fun inflatables and arcade. Nice dining room and clean restrooms.

Jump Time is awesome!! It is the perfect place to bring the kids to burn off energy, and their funnel cakes are amazing ?? Their other food is great as well - especially the chicken bacon ranch fries! There is an arcade in the back and huge inflatables to climb and bounce on. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for my son?s 1st birthday! Our theme was ?Our Little Solider? and they were able to decorate everything to our liking. We arrived to the party room and everything was done! I was very impressed! My family had a wonderful time and the customer service was excellent. The manager is very caring and her staff pays very close attention to each and every child. It's a great place to entertain your children. We will definitely come here again.

I do not recommend this place if your bringing your older kids to have a good time and happen to have a 1 old. They will in fact charge you $15 for your one year old to jump in a poorly managed single bouncy house meant for 5 and under which was full of kids ages 10+. I was astonished when they wanted me to pay the same amount as an older child when they don't even have the same amount of attractions for their age group. Literally ONE bouncy house. But like I said it wasn't even being managed well as older

My son enjoys this entertainment place for children! He loves the atmosphere, the various voice houses, and the connections he makes. The music is lively, the staff are friendly, the facility is clean, as well as the restrooms. I also had the most wonderful conversation with a young lady by the name of Tara, while she was attending to the cleanliness of the restrooms, and she was such a doll. I certainly appreciate her efforts and her pleasant demeanor! It makes for this visit and future visits, simply for

It was very very nice and that's enough things to do for children of all ages I really enjoyed it there with my grandchildren and they really want to go back

Awesome time for my 3 year old. Plenty to do and the arcade was a decent size as well. There's also a room with baby toys too and a nursing room in the women?s bathroom. Bathrooms were clean, no disgusting smells. And the food was great and cooked fresh to order. The staff was friendly and they were all cleaning as well (even saw a woman scrubbing the floor on her hands and knees!). Overall a great clean place for the family to hang out, and super affordable! Not sure what else you could ask for!

They had it so hot in this place the kids was ringing wet with sweat!!! Then my grandson threw up in the bathroom from being so hot ridiculous when my son-in-law got there he couldn't believe it he said it was the same temperature as outside. If they don't want to keep it comfortable in their just close!! At $11.99 a person it should be cool. We had to leave waste of money!!

The owner Roxie is completely unprofessional and arrogant and establishments is Over priced. Will not patronize the business ever again

Nice place. Lots of bounce houses and big slides. My 3 1/2 yr old and 10 mon old had a blast. There's a separate bounce house for 5 and under. There's also a small room with some push toys and a TV for a break. Arcade wasn't too bad. It's worth it if you get the $10 pass for $5. You can earn tickets and redeem them for prizes. Snack bar was good. Prices were reasonable. Takes a while for food to come out because it's made to order so plan accordingly. Overall well worth the 45 min drive from Newnan. We s

I would have gave more stars if there was A.C. in the play area. It was so hot in there the party rooms do have A.C they felt fine. The kids had a blast but all the adults was pouring sweat. Update: Thank you so much for your response I'm glad to know this is not how it is all the time and it was just an AC unit malfunctioning we will definitely give you guys another try like I said all of the kids did have a blast!

My daughter had fun at this jump facility. They had quite a few bouncy houses, and their arcade was bigger than I expected. The food was reasonably priced. I paid about $8 for an appetizer plate, which had 3 items (I chose mozzarella cheese sticks, onion rings, and fried pickles. We will visit again.

Only been once, but the facility was very nice. It's a bit smaller than most I door playgrounds/jump locations and facilities, it that does not in any way take away from the fun! Both our kids LOVED it here! There is a few large inflatable obstacle courses and slides to navigate and no shortage of jumping available. There is also a surprisingly nice arcade located in back as well as a few nice rooms with space available for parties or groups. Our visit was paid for so I'm not sure on the price for entry,

My daughter had a blast cost about $15.00 with her socks but it was worth it to see the smile on her face!!!

TMI ALERT!!!! *** UPDATE 3/13/2023 6 out of 9 of us ended up with food poisoning from their food here!!! Their Saturday AM manager response was that they had no other calls about this and food poisoning takes 24hours to show signs. That is completely false, a quick google search can tell you that! I am from out of town and this completely ruined our trip. We all were throwing up and on the toilet for 10+ hours and that's including a 2 year old! If you love you family don't come here with them!!! 3/10/2023

Very nice. Clean and well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good. They have several large rooms for Birthday parties or Church groups. We will bring the children from our Church again.

Not what I expected. My 7 yr old was happy to jump for a little while before becoming bored. My 11 yr old wasn't impressed either. The arcade is minimal in games & fun. It has a nice concept but too compact for the equipment in there. Not to mention the crowded space of adults & kids. Not enough seating either. It could work if management would revise their marketing plan & execution strategy. It would definitely be more enjoyable if it was in a more spacious building.

My daughter loves it here. She won't to stay all day. I go to the massage chairs and keep an eye on her via the camera system in the toddler room. The food is great too. I love the nachos and the meatlover pizza.

Definitely a place we love to visit.

We have been a few times. The grandkids love it and it is clean and reasonably priced. But watch your shoes! My 7 year old grandson lost his almost new shoes yesterday. The shoes that were left were too big and very worn and cracked. He left in socks. It may have been an honest mistake but parents should have noticed. It is theft and my grandson had to learn a ot so happy lesson about this world at an otherwise happy place.

Fun place for young kids. We went for a birthday party. Room was clean, food was good. Kids loved it!

Just called to inquire about party packages. My name is ethnic and I also have an ethnic speaking voice over the phone. The female representative (whom sounded the racial opposite) dryly provided 4 prices, followed by a pause, and then the question "What else do you want to know?" in a stale, annoyed tone. I responded by telling her something along the lines of "I'm sure there's some difference in party packages based on the price differentiation. Would you be able to expound on that?". She then abrasively

My kids love it! Inexpensive place without a time limit! Even tho it's an hour drive from us, the kids and I go at least once a month! And the food is cheap and delicious! The game room is decent as well.

My kids love this place and the price is very fair. I think its like $9 per kid and it's a DAY pass. We went in the afternoon, left and they stamped our kids arm then came back toward the evening. The people who work there are friendly and respectful. The snacks are priced fair. My one complaint is that some of the people that visit there don't have manners or they aren't aware of other people and being respectful. That has nothing to do with this place, just nice to know the scenery before you get there.

Celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday during her birthday weekend here and she had a ball! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I love the fact that they clean the inflatables throughout the day. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. Great place to book a party or simply get your kids out of the house.

BE AWARE: Went with my kids and my sister and her children, shortly after we left everyone who jumped on the bouncy houses developed large red blisters, which turned out to be staph. Their doctor said it's common especially with bouncy houses that aren't cleaned properly. So be aware of this before you go. We however will never return.

We love this place! The owners and managers are warm, quick, and efficient. The bouncers are in top shape, with lots of diversity in types available. The food is much better than one might expect. The pizzas are always great. This place really is a hidden gem!

Hunts Brothers pizza was delicious, and my kids always have a blast when we go. We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here and we all had a great time. I a few so appreciate the clean atmosphere.

Great place to take the kids. It was a little crowded when we went on a Saturday for a birthday party, but the staff was circulating the building which was nicer than what I was expecting when my wife told me where we were going. The restrooms were clean the inflatables all looked in great condition and none of it smelt like feet which I was prepared for before arriving. They even have a toddler/baby room in the back that is nice and quiet.

We went for my niece's 6th birthday party, my kids were 12 and 15 so I thought it was gonna be boring for them. Nope. They had a blast on the bouncy houses and loved the game room also. The staff was amazing. Super friendly. The food was hot and good. The fried pickles were my favorite thing of the day. Hope to be invited to another party there soon.

Great place to take the kids for some fun. You can make a day of it or let them run around for an hour after school. Their facility is very clean and has plenty for the kids to do. I personally love the Parents and toddlers room in the back. You can relax and keep an eye on the kids from there with the security cam tv. We are going to jump there for my 5 yo birthday party this weekend!

I had never been to this establishment before and last minute booked my daughter?s 3rd Birthday party and when I tell you the team was so amazing and kind with all the kids I had going in every direction. They were very professional and transparent. Was so kind going out of their way to put the bracelets on the kids and all I was very impressed. I will definitely be back. You guys are amazing.Be blessed

Celebrated our daughter?s 3rd birthday. Fun for the whole family.

Wow! What a nice place! I went there today (my first time) for my grandsons birthday party and everyone had a blast! It's a lot bigger inside than you think and The staff was amazing with all of the kids. They offer several different party plans to suit anyone's budget or occasion and the prices are very reasonable. They offer food, drinks, games and of course lots of things to bounce on! Thank you Jump Time! We'll definitely be back!

My boys loved it. The staff was super nice! It's the perfect place to burn of some energy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
