The staff is super friendly and it was a blast. We had kids from 3-17 and they all had something to do and enjoyed their time. A good place to spend quality family time. The party pack was worth the money.

We had a bday party for my 8 year old on a Sunday afternoon. The party area was plenty big for both kids and parents. The facility itself was HUGE and the kids had a blast at all of the different play areas. I loved that we could bring in our own food and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, you can't beat it!

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this abysmal excuse for an establishment with my baby brother and a few friends, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The place looks like it hasn't seen a renovation in decades?old, rundown, and falling apart. The trampolines are barely functional, barely allowing you to bounce higher than a half-hearted hop. Honestly, I've seen better-maintained backyard trampolines. But the real horror show was the bathrooms. You can't step inside without instantly regret

Help desk ladies were super nice and helpful ! Asian dude which I'm assuming was the boss, could be nice to his employees. He shouted at them right in front of my family. So rude and embarrassing for the employee. Other then that some hand sanitizing stations would be nice. Alot of areas for kids to play. Not crowded. Parking is crazy though. Seeing as there is a bingo and inside bazar next door. Don't be afraid. That place is really not crowded. We went on a Saturday.

I normally come here but I never brought my nephew who is 3 years old with us . I also use to bring my son when he was about 3 back then I never had to pay extra he was very Social Motivated to play on his own . I understand some kids need a parent to play but not all kids are the same . Very poorly recommended this place is not safe at all, there is no specification of what age is recommended for children according to their age, there is no supervision of the employees, apart from the employees are despotic and rude without education. Really liked this place. First visit was today. Priced right and has everything you'd want. The extras do cost per item like the bungee jump but it's reasonable prices and those too. I threw my son?s party here over the weekend and overall it was really fun. The pizza order was wrong but it got corrected really easily. I wish there would have been a party host to help with time but overall it was a good experience!

I took my ten year old son and his friend. They had a great time. They did the trampolines, bunger jump and water ball. This is A fun place for big kids( 8 and up). They also have a smaller trampoline room and bouncy house for kids 7 and under.

It was really fun but my cake did melt a little cause it was hot but it was fine and the trampolines were not really that bouncy but so far it was great and I had a lot of fun

This place is amazing! I took advantage of the Fall Special for birthday parties so we got a great deal! I do believe even without the special, the price is worth it! I had the party for my 11 year old son and it was very easy to do. I really liked that I was able to do the reservation online. A day later a got a phone call from Jump USA for details and I was actually even able to change the date of the party at no extra cost. It's large warehouse free for all. Games pool bouncy houses. Dodgeball. Bungee jumping. Concessions. Its not Urban air. Think more of a less structured less refined but also less controlling buy our bouncy socks. You're the one watching the kids though so there's not alot of lifeguards at the areas.

This started off very friendly but quickly showed why it was not the greatest place. Took little ones to enjoy and first thing was getting soaked on the hamster wheel. Was given a free ride for it where the attendant was not paying attention which is the attendant that did the hamster wheel. The trampolines are in poor condition and nothing looked like it had been sanitized in quite some time. A lot of the pics we saw turned out to be the Instagram vs. Reality in real life. I will not be going back.

We brought our 2 year old here. This was her first time so of course she enjoyed herself. We got there an hour before closing. Being that it wasn't busy she was able to do more. I'm not sure I would let her go there when it is busy. Not a bad place. We actually plan to take our nieces. There is no supervision. So you have to keep an eye on your kids if they're younger. The bathroom wasn't too clean either.

I was super questionable looking at the outside, but as our family and friends have children of many different ages up to 16, all of the kids had a blast, even the adults. We've come here a bunch with our two children that are 3-years-old and 1-year-old. Always had a good time until this time they decided that we'd have to pay for our 1-year-old and for my wife to stand with her. Super odd as most jump places don't charge for a kid under two or a parent to stand with them since the kid barley participates at all. They told my wife she could sit on a bench or wait in the parking lot. Pretty disappointed, and unfortunately they lost our consistent business going forward.

I was kinda skeptical because of the reviews . I was super late booking a party for my 4 year old and this was the only place left in all of Austin and surrounding areas. Turns out, it was great. It was horrible. I had the worst time ever. It was a rainy day and I had nothing to do so I went to try it. That was a mistake. It was dirty under staffed and you have to pay money for everything. The prices aren't the worst but after you pay the entry fee you have to buy the water thing for and extra amount and etc the trampolines were horrible and my friend landed on her neck when trying a back handspring. She is so good at that trick. Everything has holes and it was not fun worst place ever.

Great place for kids to play. The have many jump stations to let the kids play and they are pretty well cushioned to protect from harm. However, there isn't much organization going on. We paid for the 1hr service but there was no way for the staff to keep track of your time, so we could have easily stay well beyond that. There also wasn't much enforcement in the rules going on. Just had my party there on the a weekday and I can just say the price was perfect!!! It beat any place here in Austin to book a party. Aside from that they even added a coupon to make it even a BETTER price!!! My room was ready and how I expected it to be when I got there. And aside from that there staff is super friendly. Party host was there all the time helping with the party and made sure we had everything. Couldn't have chosen a better place to have a party.

You should really talk to your employees about not giving their name out. I was overcharged for drinks and wanted me to pay $5 to use the pool table. I will contact corporate because she wanted to make her own rules and charge me for everything; I'm surprised I didn't get charged for using the restroom.

Its great for the price! We go all the time. It's never too crowded even with summer camps going there since there is so much room and so much to do. Sometimes its just us. Also nice. The proprieter is super responsive if a game isnt working. Shes super nice. Things get worn out, but that doesnt really matter much. Shes always cleaning and repairing, etc. We love it.

Lots of fun, wish I had place like this when I was growing up. I am almost 40, but had lot of fun there and it was good exercise too. If you go during the day, it's less crowded. It's popular spot, so can get busy some of the days in the evening. Place is pretty big and parking lot is huge. They seem to throw lot of kids? birthday party there too.

My grandchildren enjoyed being here...which is really all that matters. I was just disappointed that the place is dirty and a bit run down. The white picnic tables used for seating were disgusting and duct tape was used to hold together the carpet throughout the facility. I'm guessing the place has definitely seen better days. If I could give zero stars, that would be the rating for Jump Party USA. Very VERY disappointed in new management and the changes they've made to this place. Last year, My daughter (3 at the time) and I came here and had a blast every time. It was very affordable, under 10$ for the entire day and she was able to go anywhere, from the big trampoline court to the dodge ball court to the zorbs and everywhere in between there were no limitations and it was my job to ensure her safety as should be expected. This place is awesome! Very spacious and I appreciate that they have separate areas for big and little kids. There is enough variety to keep the kids busy and active. The weekday specials make it affordable enough that we can come here on the reg instead of just special occasions!

Kiddos had lots of fun. If they're happy I'm happy. Surprisingly it was empty for a Friday night. I will say this do not go for the arcade games they are a bit steep. Kids have fun and its pretty big space. But they have inflatable balls that you have to pay extra for and they deflate within 2 minutes of your child using it. All inflatable balls had holes in them. The place is not really clean either.

We didn't even bother going inside. When I they had onsite security and he was looking between cars I left immediately.

I wasn't sure what to expect bringing my 19 month old to a trampoline park. We came with family and other kids and had an absolute blast. Service was great. It was $5 for her which was great. I bounced along with her. The also had a blown up tunnel system which she had a blast in. Over all a great experience.

Came here 2021 and had a good time, one time price for the visit. Came here april 2022 and now have to pay hourly AND you must buy a parent pass to follow kids around in trampoline. Will never come back here, very over priced and felt staff following us the whole time there because we didn't buy adult pass. Left and went to mt.playmore and oh God it was way better, also try urban air, indigo play & jungle island.

Kids had fun, and enjoyed the trampolines. Not sure what they were referring to about sports (bball half court). However, the women's restroom was not well serviced (the toilets had pee on them and we're not flushed, the soap dispenser was kind of knocked off the wall, very messy on the floor).
