Customer Reviews

The staff is super friendly and it was a blast. We had kids from 3-17 and they all had something to do and enjoyed their time. A good place to spend quality family time. The party pack was worth the money.

Kids love it here. It's good and clean at a reasonable price. The space is big in here!

I take my afterschool program to JUMP PARTY USA, and we have absolutely loved every visit! The facility is spacious, clean, and packed with plenty of trampolines to keep the kids active and entertained. The pricing is very reasonable, making it a great choice for group outings, or even a family visit with your kids. Simone has been especially wonderful?she is always quick to respond and super helpful in making our visits smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and welco

Nice place to have fun with the little ones, crowded always, but really nice staff, and respectful people

We had a bday party for my 8 year old on a Sunday afternoon. The party area was plenty big for both kids and parents. The facility itself was HUGE and the kids had a blast at all of the different play areas. I loved that we could bring in our own food and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, you can't beat it!

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this abysmal excuse for an establishment with my baby brother and a few friends, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The place looks like it hasn't seen a renovation in decades?old, rundown, and falling apart. The trampolines are barely functional, barely allowing you to bounce higher than a half-hearted hop. Honestly, I've seen better-maintained backyard trampolines. But the real horror show was the bathrooms. You can't step inside without instantly regret

Help desk ladies were super nice and helpful ! Asian dude which I'm assuming was the boss, could be nice to his employees. He shouted at them right in front of my family. So rude and embarrassing for the employee. Other then that some hand sanitizing stations would be nice. Alot of areas for kids to play. Not crowded. Parking is crazy though. Seeing as there is a bingo and inside bazar next door. Don't be afraid. That place is really not crowded. We went on a Saturday.

I normally come here but I never brought my nephew who is 3 years old with us . I also use to bring my son when he was about 3 back then I never had to pay extra he was very Social Motivated to play on his own . I understand some kids need a parent to play but not all kids are the same . A parent should not have to pay if not jumping I think that a steel of money she was okay I don't have to jump just pay should of said he was 4?? I think next time we are not coming here??no more when we have kids that are

Very poorly recommended this place is not safe at all, there is no specification of what age is recommended for children according to their age, there is no supervision of the employees, apart from the employees are despotic and rude without education. The women with braces on their teeth are the worst there are, very arrogant and a man (photo) who speaks Spanish is super rude and bitter. Be very careful if you think of taking your children to this place they are exposed to many dangers. The prices are thr

This place is AWESOME!!! My daughter and I are such huge fans! It's a locally owned business, and we feel welcome every time we come through. There's also a karaoke room and other attractions. I prefer this place over Urban Air(I've been to North and South Urban Air locations--both overcrowded, overpriced, and for some reason the lights are low?? Not great for trying to watch kids). My daughter has met many friends here, too. There are several jump areas and even some inflatable jump houses, soccer

It doesn't look like much on the outside but oh man was this so much fun. The price is worth it and my 1 & 2 year old had a blast! It was clean and smelled nice. Not what I was expecting at all. What a perfect place to burn off some kid energy without breaking the bank. We will definitely be back! Oh, and it looks like an awesome place to host your next birthday party!

Jump USA is Awesome!! There are tons of activities and space, my kids love this place, didn't want to leave. Great price. I found a karaoke room is good for birthday party. We will definitely go back again!!

Pretty Nice place to be! The water part was cool and the staff is friendly making sure you have all you need and very nice! Kid friendly and wonderful games!

Because the trampoline park is so good That is so good when we come inside when I come here in my first time it was so good and I like the Arctic games and I like the trampolines

Really liked this place. First visit was today. Priced right and has everything you'd want. The extras do cost per item like the bungee jump but it's reasonable prices and those too. It's a little out of the way and in a diverse part of town so I was glad to go and support it. Will for sure go back!

I threw my son?s party here over the weekend and overall it was really fun. The pizza order was wrong but it got corrected really easily. I wish there would have been a party host to help with time but overall it was a good experience!

Is a little dated and could use a good cleaning and repairs but there are fun activities and it's reasonably priced.

it's alright now food court wut so ever but even a salad bar or drink station...so when you come be creative and bring your own variety of goods...at the desk it's all sugar....amd we all know sugar is very bad for you

I love this place! The bathrooms were super clean and the owners were very patient and friendly. These kid places can get icky really fast but the staff was attentive and on top of everything. I'll definitely be back :)

I took my ten year old son and his friend. They had a great time. They did the trampolines, bunger jump and water ball. This is A fun place for big kids( 8 and up). They also have a smaller trampoline room and bouncy house for kids 7 and under.

It was really fun but my cake did melt a little cause it was hot but it was fine and the trampolines were not really that bouncy but so far it was great and I had a lot of fun

Everything is fine! They were attentive to any concerns. The kids had a lot of fun at that place

This place is amazing! I took advantage of the Fall Special for birthday parties so we got a great deal! I do believe even without the special, the price is worth it! Our family & friends had a blast and didn't want to leave! We stayed until closing and the staff didnt seem bothered by that at all especially considering it was a weekday lol. This place also has a "subscription" and I'm looking into purchasing so we can come here more often. Even the "extra" activities such as bungee jumping and hamster whee

The staff was very friendly and facility was very clean. The kids had a great time with all the activities. We will definitely go back again!

I like the place it is very fun and it's a good place to meet up with your friends

Great family friendly place to take kids for the day! Plenty to do and for all ages! A little pricey if the kids want to ride some of the bigger things like water bubble ride or the Bungie ride. All in all it was a great birthday party!

Great environment. Staff were nice and very helpful. Party area was clean and prepped well.

It's nice in side but the area it is a little rough so please lock doors no items left in cars

Such a great family activity! Kids had a blast but so did we! Great way to beat the heat & make great family memories!!! My son wanted to go the next day too!

I had the party for my 11 year old son and it was very easy to do. I really liked that I was able to do the reservation online. A day later a got a phone call from Jump USA for details and I was actually even able to change the date of the party at no extra cost. I loved the fact that I was able to take food from outside, like sandwiches and vegetable trays as well as a cooler with drinks. Anothter thing that I also liked was that the place is so big that kids have enough space to jump and play with a minim

Just had my daughter?s birthday party here! First time going! And my daughter and our family/ friends were so impressed! We had an amazing time !! Thank you for making it a great birthday! And experience! We will be visiting again!

We had a great time Venue was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating Would definitely come back

It's large warehouse free for all. Games pool bouncy houses. Dodgeball. Bungee jumping. Concessions. Its not Urban air. Think more of a less structured less refined but also less controlling buy our bouncy socks. You're the one watching the kids though so there's not alot of lifeguards at the areas.

It looks deceiving but it's actually a really well staffed clean and fun place to entertain the kids!! Great for parties especially mon - thurs it's 199 for a simple party pk comes out to 215 after tax with no add one and 20 slots for jumpers

Amazing place to Go with your kids. They have Giant Trampolines and a Ninja course that is so Cool. Great Staff. I Paid $20 bucks per child and got Unlimited jumping for a Full Month!!!!

Nice place, rather clean, fun and reasonably priced. Music is ok, not too loud

This started off very friendly but quickly showed why it was not the greatest place. Took little ones to enjoy and first thing was getting soaked on the hamster wheel. Was given a free ride for it where the attendant was not paying attention which is the attendant that did the hamster wheel. The trampolines are in poor condition and nothing looked like it had been sanitized in quite some time. A lot of the pics we saw turned out to be the Instagram vs. Reality in real life. I will not be going back.

Hidden gem. Threw or sons birthday party here and place was clean and packed on the weekend. The staff was really nice and they had the tables ready.

This place is always clean and smells nice compared to other jump house places. They are always cleaning the areas.

We had the best time and the staff was very attentive and friendly

Fun, fun, fun!! Great prices, clean facility!

We brought our 2 year old here. This was her first time so of course she enjoyed herself. We got there an hour before closing. Being that it wasn't busy she was able to do more. I'm not sure I would let her go there when it is busy. Not a bad place. We actually plan to take our nieces. There is no supervision. So you have to keep an eye on your kids if they're younger. The bathroom wasn't too clean either.

Lots of fun for everyone and activities for all ages.

Good times for spring break. Staff was friendly, facility was clean. Full of fun and games.

The best trampoline park in Austin , we alll had so much fun!!!!

I was there but 10 mins to realize this place Was a Scam and out of code regulations safety for my children. The owners said I was there 30 mins and ripped me off when I said I wanted store credit because my children were begging me to leave. The jump area was not safe. They are old and have lost the ability to spring back and my children said it felt like they were going to fall from it. They also said they saw gum everywhere thrown on the jump area. When they tried the inflatable house they mentioned a ki

This place is awesome. I had a wonderful experience despite the place being so busy on a Saturday. I was offered the best package for my family. The staff is very attentive to the customers. The price was great and there's a lot for the kids to do. I'm looking forward to returning during the week when there are less people I hope. However, I don't regret the experience regardless of the crowd. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun experience the adults and children can enjoy. Can't wait to d

Our granddaughter was very happy ??

I have been going to this place for years, which for my daughters is beautiful, but never in the times we have attended have we had to leave the place. Because it is the first time we feel persecuted and intimidated by the new employees of this place, even until the of this place was so bad that my family and I felt persecuted and we had to ask for our refund, which is really bad, first is the kindness of the employees for visitors it is very important we never visited this place again which for us was bea

Super old and dirty! . Stains on the trampolines. Charge alot of money for adults. You go to other jumpy places and they do not charge what this place does. We will not be back! We should of turn around from the parking lot

I had my niece's 2nd birthday party here. I was super questionable looking at the outside, but as our family and friends have children of many different ages up to 16, all of the kids had a blast, even the adults. The rates were extremely Fair. The one drawback was I saw an area that had equipment out and looked like it was being worked on and it wasn't blocked off at all and you really really need to watch your children because it's up to you just keep them safe. Now that is kind of a given for me, if you

Best place to do the birthday party clean friendly place kids and adults. We all love it.

It was pretty cool, but some of the activities were unavailable and the basketballs were flat. They are hiring, so I suppose being short-staffes was part of the reason for this situation.

We've come here a bunch with our two children that are 3-years-old and 1-year-old. Always had a good time until this time they decided that we'd have to pay for our 1-year-old and for my wife to stand with her. Super odd as most jump places don't charge for a kid under two or a parent to stand with them since the kid barley participates at all. They told my wife she could sit on a bench or wait in the parking lot. Pretty disappointed, and unfortunately they lost our consistent business going forward.

Best spot for birthdays. Super underrated.

I was expecting my kid to dislike this place but he had an ok time. From a parent's perspective, the equipment are stained and the staff are fair. Nothing major to complain about.

Easy to work with on scheduling parties. The facility could use some updating and maintenance. The staff were all friendly.

I was kinda skeptical because of the reviews . I was super late booking a party for my 4 year old and this was the only place left in all of Austin and surrounding areas. Turns out, it was great. Showed up an hour before abs they didn't give me a hard time at all. They provided plates, napkins and all plastic ware. He best thing was that it wasn't crowded!! They didn't rush us out and Susan and the staff were very happy to help with any and everything!

Would go back because it's very affordable compared to other jump places! However, this place seems very dirty and some trampolines were tapped up which didn't seem very safe. My daughter had so much fun here though!

Enjoyed myself with my daughter. This place is great for an older kid without being restricted on size and what they can or can not do. It is also is a great for adults. Only thing its lacking is food; yes there are snacks but I need FOOD nacjos, hot dogs, popcorn burgers. All in all fun place to go

It was horrible. I had the worst time ever. It was a rainy day and I had nothing to do so I went to try it. That was a mistake. It was dirty under staffed and you have to pay money for everything. The prices aren't the worst but after you pay the entry fee you have to buy the water thing for and extra amount and etc the trampolines were horrible and my friend landed on her neck when trying a back handspring. She is so good at that trick. Everything has holes and it was not fun worst place ever.

Seemed pretty dirty and run down but much fun had by all the kiddos. Hadn't heard of any of the party participants getting sick or anything yet. I wish this place would take more pride in their facility and clean it up more restrooms were pretty nasty as well

It was awesome experience for my kids first time.

Absolutely loved it! The staff was amazing and the party was a smooth easy process!

Great place for kids to play. The have many jump stations to let the kids play and they are pretty well cushioned to protect from harm. However, there isn't much organization going on. We paid for the 1hr service but there was no way for the staff to keep track of your time, so we could have easily stay well beyond that. There also wasn't much enforcement in the rules going on. There were some people jumping with shoes when they shouldn't and some jumping in areas that were unable to sustain their weight. A

This is the best fun place for my kids today. It's very clean , organized and a lot varieties to play. Most importantly, the staff is very nice, helpful and friendly than I could imagined. The prices are very reasonable. We'll keep coming, thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had my party there on the a weekday and I can just say the price was perfect!!! It beat any place here in Austin to book a party. Aside from that they even added a coupon to make it even a BETTER price!!! My room was ready and how I expected it to be when I got there. And aside from that there staff is super friendly. Party host was there all the time helping with the party and made sure we had everything. Couldn't have chosen a better place to have a party.

You should really talk to your employees about not giving their name out. I was overcharged for drinks and wanted me to pay $5 to use the pool table. I will contact corporate because she wanted to make her own rules and charge me for everything; I'm surprised I didn't get charged for using the restroom.

Its great for the price! We go all the time. It's never too crowded even with summer camps going there since there is so much room and so much to do. Sometimes its just us. Also nice. The proprieter is super responsive if a game isnt working. Shes super nice. Things get worn out, but that doesnt really matter much. Shes always cleaning and repairing, etc. We love it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, a great place to take the grandkids to have fun and stay out of the Texas heat. They had a blast and used a lot of energy.....Yay!

The membership was a great price but the trampolines are ripped and look really dirty. Certain areas also smell like urine pretty strongly.

Lots of fun, wish I had place like this when I was growing up. I am almost 40, but had lot of fun there and it was good exercise too. If you go during the day, it's less crowded. It's popular spot, so can get busy some of the days in the evening. Place is pretty big and parking lot is huge. They seem to throw lot of kids? birthday party there too.

My grandchildren enjoyed being here...which is really all that matters. I was just disappointed that the place is dirty and a bit run down. The white picnic tables used for seating were disgusting and duct tape was used to hold together the carpet throughout the facility. I'm guessing the place has definitely seen better days. We went here because we had a Groupon. I probably won't go back.

If I could give zero stars, that would be the rating for Jump Party USA. Very VERY disappointed in new management and the changes they've made to this place. Last year, My daughter (3 at the time) and I came here and had a blast every time. It was very affordable, under 10$ for the entire day and she was able to go anywhere, from the big trampoline court to the dodge ball court to the zorbs and everywhere in between there were no limitations and it was my job to ensure her safety as should be expected. With

This place is awesome! Very spacious and I appreciate that they have separate areas for big and little kids. There is enough variety to keep the kids busy and active. The weekday specials make it affordable enough that we can come here on the reg instead of just special occasions!

Kiddos had lots of fun. If they're happy I'm happy. Surprisingly it was empty for a Friday night. I will say this do not go for the arcade games they are a bit steep. Other than that your kid will have a blast jumping, playing dodge ball, basketball, and playing on the inflatable slide, and mini obstacle course.

My 3 yr old daughter love's coming here. Very polite, safe environment & plenty of places to burn off energy. They are still new so it's not crowded. Very clean & lot's of places for parents to sit. I love being able to chill or jump along with her. I do wish they had a some healthier & wider selection of snacks and food. Since you can't bring your own in.

No ? from me , I had a really bad experience, the owner needs to step up and hire more staff or staff that can diffuse a chaotic situation. I felt bad for the staff not being able to control the situation with teens. There was so most profanity and teens starting fights. While other parents with little are trying to enjoy themselves. So if you like the chaos, ghettoness this is the place for you.

This place needs a lot of work. Very worn down. Carpet coming up every where. Dangerous holes and tears. Ive never felt so unsafe at a place like this. Repairs look bad. Im so glad i didnt pay the entrance fee. Luckily it was free due to a birthday party. I will definitely not return!

This place looks on the inside like it does on the outside. Rundown. It was big but dirtier than the average jump park. I didn't see any workers besides the front desk. Kids of all ages could have fun because they had bounce houses.

I am only giving this place two stars because my 5 year old son loves this place and enjoys it there. Also, kids do not need to know the adult issues that happen behind the scenes of their birthday party. However. I am very disappointed in the staff. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially, how Ari, a staff member, rolled her eyes in front of my 9 year old son. I do not know why she did what she did. My son witnessed her rolling her eyes when he asked Gio, another staff member, to clean our part

Kids have fun and its pretty big space. But they have inflatable balls that you have to pay extra for and they deflate within 2 minutes of your child using it. All inflatable balls had holes in them. The place is not really clean either.

We didn't even bother going inside. When I they had onsite security and he was looking between cars I left immediately.

I wasn't sure what to expect bringing my 19 month old to a trampoline park. We came with family and other kids and had an absolute blast. Service was great. It was $5 for her which was great. I bounced along with her. The also had a blown up tunnel system which she had a blast in. Over all a great experience.

Came here 2021 and had a good time, one time price for the visit. Came here april 2022 and now have to pay hourly AND you must buy a parent pass to follow kids around in trampoline. Will never come back here, very over priced and felt staff following us the whole time there because we didn't buy adult pass. Left and went to mt.playmore and oh God it was way better, also try urban air, indigo play & jungle island.

Kids had fun, and enjoyed the trampolines. Not sure what they were referring to about sports (bball half court). However, the women's restroom was not well serviced (the toilets had pee on them and we're not flushed, the soap dispenser was kind of knocked off the wall, very messy on the floor).

My experience here at jump party USA was amazing, very nice obstacle course, all ages up to adults can even enjoy. Nice place to have a party. Staff are wonderful nice and friendly. Come out and see yourself.

We had a lot of fun, I would say they need to do a little remodeling and cleaning. It's was dirty and the trampolines were taped up.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
