It was just okay. Many of the machines stole our tokens and didn't work, which was frustrating. The bounce houses were clean, and the kids still had a good time. The owners just need to keep up and maintain their machines.

Ms. Mary is so wonderful and kind, we went for a party and it was so relaxed and flexible. The kids LOVE coming here and it's always a chore to get them to leave.

Drove thirty minutes (after weeks of begging from my 4 year old) to find the store was closed. We checked the hours on the website before coming. It's Thursday and the hours are posted on the window as well 11-8. We arrived to a closed place. Luckily we diffused a breakdown from our daughter (this is her favorite place) by heading to Burger King in town and their play place that was open when it was supposed to be. One star because it's the minimum. :(

This place is absolutely outstanding! my little has the best time here time after time never gets bored !! the owners are so incredibly kind, thoughtful and pleasant. Wonderful place for parents to wind down while the kids burn off much needed energy. Fantastic place I recommend it to all with children:)

We took our 3 year old here today and he had the best time! Games are fun, even for young kids, and the bounce houses were great. Place is clean and spacious. Mary was so kind and nice, she made our visit extra special! We are looking forward to coming back next time we are in town :)

I like the indoor activity options for different age groups. The proprietary is managed for small and large groups. The party packages; are affordable. I like choices and token options for pre and teenagers.

I wanted to book with this business for my son?s birthday party. We have a split family, and still do conjoined birthday parties so I have always rented out whole facilities due to having multiple people from multiple families that attend. I booked for a Sunday, and the man that I booked with told me my deposit would be $75, but then told me it would actually be $150 because I was booking the $500 party which was fine. I booked a party here for my daughter (never having been there before) and not only was it reasonably priced but it was so much fun! There are several things to do like jumping, the arcade and even a small play place for littles but the owner was so sweet and helpful! She really wanted to make sure the kids all had fun and we plan on going back again.

My son and his friend had a wonderful time. It was nice for the parents to relax as well while the kids play. The lady that works there is extremely welcoming and nice and it's just a wonderful place to go. I highly recommend

My family and I booked a last minute party for my daughters birthday. The owners went above and beyond to accomodate us on such short notice. They even decorated the party room for us , which was a huge time saver. The establishment was kept very clean and inviting. We collaborated on an event for families and it was so much fun! Heather went all out to make sure the kids had our princess and balloon twisting and all the other fun things to do at Jump City! They are wonderful to work with and can't wait to collaborate again!

Fantastic place to take the kids! I always enjoy taking my boys there. They have so much fun and no worries about your kids running off! Bounce houses and games and toys for the littles the owner is the sweetest person I have ever met always so kind to my son every time I highly recommend this place

We took our 10 and 2 year old here today and it was amazing! They have plenty of toys etc. To keep the little ones busy, and plenty of bounce houses and arcade games for the older kids. I was shocked at how clean this place was, and even though there was snow outside the staff made sure to constantly dry the floor so the kids didn't get wet socks. My son already asked if we can go back tomorrow. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to keep the little ones busy!

Edit: I wish it opened a bit earlier on weekdays like 10 am. I think it would be great if there was a gate at the entrance & parents and kids had matching bracelet numbers just for safety reasons. Love that there is now a Baby/ toddler area but would also be super convenient for parents with little ones if there was some sort of gate around it ... so babies aren't crawling all over the floor where people walk/ older kids arent running them over Love this place !! Woman at the desk is seriously the sweetest woman I have ever met. We went here for a family members birthday and had a blast! I'm so glad places like these still exist!

Clean and contained place for kids to play. Did a birthday party here last year, lady who assisted was wonderful. Arcade temptation for kids and additional fee for leaving and coming back for lunch makes for a pricey visit. Should offer actual food if people are required to pay more to leave for food.

Every time we bring our kids in they always have a blast. There's several bounce houses and a ton of games for them to play. The staff is always cheerful and ready to help out if a machine happens to run out of tickets. My kids could play crank it or deep freeze the entire time. Went here for my daughters birthday with just 3 kids. After an hour the power went out due to a storm. We waited for a little bit to see if it would come back on. It didn't end up coming back on. Extremely CLEAN! Very fun atmosphere for the kids and adults. The staff was very professional and hospitable. They offer drinks and snacks (at a great price I believe most were only $1) the coffee was delicious! They have a nice section with tables for snacking, and conveniently placed seating through out. They offer a variety of bounce houses, different sizes to accommodate all ages (I brought my 3 and 7 year old, and they both played on/in all of them) They also offer a small but sufficient arcade section

Little kids' play area should be moved to the back, not up front where everyone is entering and exiting the building. Should have a gate to make it harder for the kids to get out the door without a parent. Besides that my kids love this place. Good atmosphere, and it really wears the kids out.

Love taking my grandson here. The owner knows my grandson because he goes so often! Lol. It's very clean and the staff is amazing. I felt just as comfortable in this place as my grandson did. Great adult area also! Izaak absolutely loves Jump City. You guys do a great job!

We drove 40 minutes to get here only to find out by the people that work here that the party had been cancelled by my son?s friend?s parents due to illness. My 4 year old son was so sad I paid for him to jump on his own. The manager gave him tokens to pick out a prize and made him a gift bag so he wouldn't be sad. They were great and he ended up having a great time even without his party.

The woman at the counter was wonderful and went out of her way to see that our kids had a great time!the place was clean, well-maintained as I mentioned earlier, the staff is exemplary. Jump City is WONDERFUL. They have things from toddler age and up. I had a blast with my 2YO. Its clean, the woman working was very friendly and helpful, and there are tons to do. The only downfall is your kiddos will be asking to come back.

We had a birthday planned for the beach and when the weather took a turn we had to find another place . Jump city was so accommodating. They respond on Facebook and without hesitation, offered us to come and have a blast their. I love how personal and friendly they were. If I could I would give them 10 stars . I will for sure be going there more often. them.

I had a birthday party for my son this last weekend and safe to say all the kids had a blast. The arcades and jump houses were so much fun. I tried to get there a little early to set up but there was a party previous to mine who had left the room a mess and the staff rushed the best they could to clean it and gave me a half hour for free for having to wait. So I talked to they SUPER NICE lady running the place. There is some confusion on the website and Facebook, THEY ARE OPEN STARTING AT 11:00 AM daily. My 6 y.o. daughter had a blast!!! This is a great place to bring your kids and grandchildren. We've had numerous Birthday parties here over the last couple years and everyone has a great time. The arcade just keeps growing and all ages enjoy this feature. You can also get monthly passes and save some money. We love Jump City in Imlay City. Only indoor jump houses in Lapeer County.

We attended their ribbon cutting recently. The rate per jumper is $10. They also offer birthday party packages. My 9 year old had a great time. I think he would've had more fun with a friend along, but that's true of most adventures. There are a couple bounce houses for small kids and then several for older kids. There is also a video game area that looked fun but we didn't try those out.

We just had my daughter?s birthday party here. It was excellent! They keep it very clean and you can stay as long as you want. So you definitely get your money?s worth. I highly recommend this place.

The worker said we had to have a reservation for birthdays I said everyone is paying separately 10 people max (ended up being 3 kids 2 adults) and I can leave all the food and stuff in the car and she still wouldn't let us bounce. My daughter loved this place. Admittedly this was the first time I had been to one of these places and I thought the price we great. $10 for all day. They offer the option to purchase food and drinks and have a couple of places for parents to sit while the kids are running around.

My grandkids absolutely love Jump City!! The last time I took them there they were jumping up and down as soon as we crossed the threshold into it because they were so excited. Very clean with a super friendly staff. We've never been disappointed here

He practically runs to the door and it's a very clean and professional place they also have drinks and serve pizza and other snacks for the kids and you if you get hungry!!!! My 3 year old enjoyed it. One thing I didn't like is that they weighed the tickets... My husband and I counted our tickets prior and it weighed in less than what was counted. Other then that it was a.fun experience for him.

Had a wonderful fun day at Jump City in Imlay City . $12 for all day for my son. Very clean, the ladies was so nice and humble. They really care about their customers experience.

Price should be cheaper on 2-4 year olds . They don't stay all day . Should be 1/2 price for 4 hrs .

We came for the Easter egg hunt. Absolute worse, unorganized , hardly any eggs. Was an absolute waste of our money. Complained and only got a " Sorry you feel that way" I was not the only parent and child disappounted.
