We usually have wonderful food at the bowling alley, but last night, our food for our group of four couldn't have been worse. There must be a new cook. Our order was wrong, the hamburgers were just plain cold and the chicken strips barely existed. Things have changed!
Ordered a burger it came overly well done, DRY? if the burger party was not so over cooked will have been good. Very disappointed
I work for a band and we stopped here for a day traveling from California to Boulder, CO and bowled a few games. Cody was super friendly and hooked us up with some old pins as souvenirs. Food was good. Their onion straws or whatever were very good.
Jorgensen's Lanes is a great place to have some fun. They have really done a great job in making it a welcoming place. The food is great, the bowling lanes are nice, the arcades are fun, and the place is kept up nicely, including the restrooms. Thanks for contributing to our community.
Stay away from the atm, withdrawal added 2.50 to the total and then charged me an atm use of 2.50. Only stated a use fee of 2.50. If their atm is this shady i would be wary of the rest of their business practices.
They really make outsiders not feel welcome with the constant stairs, the unwelcome atmosphere. It was very uncomfortable. The place looked as expected for a small town bowling alley (a little outdated). I personally wouldn't be going back when I have to pass through again.
I was here three days in two weekends for State Tournament. Although small, I found Jorgensen's to be a really nice and well-run center. It was apparently remodeled a couple years ago and still looks really nice. The breakfast food at the counter was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The pro shop looks well stocked and there is an arcade. The only thing missing is a bar, but people were allowed to bring in alcohol if they wanted. I wish some of the centers in the Salt Lake valley were this
The bowling is fun but the arcade needs update and maintenance. Machines kept eating the tokens, a few machines were down, and two didn't give out tickets. Food is really good tho. And I think the staff could be a little more friendlier they didn't seem to even want to be there.
This place has always been a gem of entertainment in our small town and the recent upgrades to the facilities are a great addition. The equipment is updated and easy to use making the experience more fun without the hassle of self scoring. I wish the arcade was more classic and less Chuck-e-Cheese with actual video games and games of chance.
One of the best burgers Ive had in a long time. So much so I had forgotten how good a burger can be. Each and every ingredient seemed to have their own homemade touch. Especially the fry sauce and ketchup. Pleasantly suprised and will most definitely be coming back to Jorgenson's. Great job guys!
This is hand down the best bowling alley I've ever been to. It is very well taken care of and all up to date. There is an arcade on the side that is always fun for the kids but always seems to have at least one game out of order. There is what I guess would be considered a food shake time pizza, burgers, and drinks prices list seems a little high I guess the figure for convenience charge. But if you are a local you can typically find a discount coupon in the county's weekly mailer.
We love it! The pizza is good, the salad is delish, bread sticks were fresh and yummy! The games are fun! We usually win alot of tickets! ;) plus, we love the coupons! ! Good family fun! One request, get a photo booth!!!
This is a nice little bowling alley, and their summer pass is a great deal. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The food is good, but I hate the menu at the food counter, it's on 3 screens that keep changing before you can read them, then you have to wait for them to change twice.
Fun place for a date or outing with the fam. Prices are reasonable and Skeeter and his family seem to rule the records there! Now they just need some Karaoke on Friday night or something! Keep up the good work.
It's a nice place but the food was average. You basically have to mortgage your house to be able to afford to go bowling. The prices are pretty typical of anything the Jorgensens own or run. There's isn't a lot to do in Richfield so this place does well.
I understand the place get a busy and the restaurant inside get a busy too, but we didn't even get a warning about the 7 pizzas ahead of us before we ordered. Took us an hour to get our pizza. Our bowling games were done by the time we got our food. It was disappointing. But the food was really good.
Drove 2 hours to go! Was the best!! My little family has the best. It is very clean and the staff were amazing. Met the owners and they were so kind. We will be back!
Love this place! The guy helping my son pick his prizes from tickets was so patient and polite with him. Definitely a fun pass time for us!
I had a great interaction with Mckelle the receptionist she was so sweet and i appreciate her a lot. Great service! Fife Stars! She deserves a raise!
A fun place to be! Family atmosphere! Games, prizes, great food, very nice facilities and clean! Great fun to escape the heat or get out of the bitter cold! Year round Fun!! Thank you Jorgensen's!????
Stay away. Worst bowling alley ever. Customer service is a joke. Arcade is a dump. Way way over priced!
My kids and I always have a great time here! It's a really good place to bring the family for a night out! They have activities for all age groups ! It's really a great family place!
Bowling was good but arcade was a bust. Half the games either didn't have power or were broken, and some just took your tokens without the option to play. Don't recommend a visit.
Pretty great for a small town bowling center! Since its one of the only things to do here it's a great place for kids, teens, and adults. Has a pretty good arcade and the food is amazing!
It was good but the employees seemed really stressed which I understood but it made them a little snappy when you asked them questions.
So fun! Great small town atmosphere. Great management. Fun place to gather.
Really nice center and really clean! The staff was amazing! Thank you for hosting State Tournament
Fun place to go, and great customer service and friendly staff and great tasting food
Pretty good i guess, pizza has good flavor, but the bottom is a tad burnt.
Fun place to bowl. Nice. Big arcade. Food not got which is unusual.
The staff and management at bowling alley and Herbs Cafe are friendly and quick in service. Food at cafe is good too.
Great place for family fun! Bowling, arcade, ?? and prizes.... My kids love it!
Very fun place you can play in the arcade you can bowl you can also eat really good pizza
Great staff and reasonably priced, they have done a great remodel.
Fun place with good bowling, arcade games, food, drinks. Fun for the whole family.
Lanes are nice employees are very rude and act like the customers are an inconvenience
1 the bowling alley broke twice 2 two of the games were broken and they did nothing 3 the pool table was missing balls 4 the old man manager hit my son and took most of his tickets
This a great spot for bowling and great food. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Hands down the best bowling alley food I've ever had.
Awesome staff, good food, very accommodating
Amazing time there! Had the time of my life! 10/10.
Awesome service! Great bowling! Fun atmosphere!
A nice place to bowl and get a bite to eat. Lanes need attention.
Aways fun, always clean , and great service!
Nice new equipment. Lots of public balls to choose from.
We had so much fun here????
Would give it a 5 Star but the place was overwhelmingly crowded.
Good environment, fun places and food
It's a fun place to go bowling and have a good time
Excellent food! Everything is good
Good place nice alleys

Clean, inviting, up-to-date. Looks like new.
Was completely ignored by the older guy that stocks machines with tickets
My kids love the bowling alley and arcade
Great place to throw around some balls.
Great place to go as a family.
The arcade is enjoyable and the bowling is great.
Really fun time for family and friends
Had a great time there
Great fun and great food
Fun and very good involvement
A good alley with fair prices
It is very fun, but very expensive.

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
