The reviews present a mixed consensus. Many praise the fun atmosphere, affordable pricing, and variety of games/rides, especially for kids. However, frequent complaints highlight poor cleanliness, understaffing, broken games, and inconsistent food quality. Several mention declining standards compared to past visits, with issues like dirty tables, empty buffet stations, and unresponsive management. While some families had great experiences, others left frustrated due to maintenance neglect and service shortcomings. The arcade and rides are highlights when functional, but overall quality varies significantly.

Love John?s Incredible Pizza - Basically it's a casino for kids. Plenty of room for birthday parties, an arcade, a mini bowling ally, a few carnival rides, a baby playground, flat screens playing cartoons, clean bathrooms/tables, and a buffet. The cost effective $20 buffet is the perfect level for about 90+% of kids serving up the classics like plain cheese pizza, spaghetti, chicken nuggets, soft serve ice cream, etc.

Awesome buffet salad, pizza, pasta, chicken fingers and fountain drinks. Best place in area to bring Grandkids like a indoor carnival rides video games and skill prize games. We all love this place myself and my son's family.

I went for the food, but I didn't find much that stood out. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste good at all, but the place was clean, which is where the positive rating comes from. At that time, the only available pizza was literally the only option. The dessert did not look appetizing. Overall, the pizza I had was good ??, but the other dishes were not. The food was overcooked; the pasta was hard and lacked flavor, while some parts were soft, like when you leave pasta on the stove for too long. And don't

Food was great. If you go in the middle of the day the food seems to be fresher and replenished quickly. There was a little bit of a dirty mess for the frozen yogurt machine that never got cleaned up while we were there. But the attendants in the individual rooms were very prompt with clearing your tables of used/dirty dishes. The game arwa was fun but they only had one claw machine that actually was on and working. Alot of the arcade games were not on as well. So the game.options were limited. But the ride

Great place! Workers were some what helpful! One worker says that's not my job, tell someone else. The bathrooms were dirty, and filthy and didn't want to use it. Soap squirted out at me. You guys need to pay more attention to your bathrooms. Other than that cool! The was was young worker who took care of everything and all of us. She cleaned out tables and made sure we was ok!

Me and my kids came here two times in one week. We had so much fun and won so many tickets 3, 000 in one day!! The food was great and the staff was amazing ??. Gina and Fernando were amazing and are doing a great job!! The other 2 gentleman working today were absolutely amazing as well. They allowed my daughter and her friend to go on the tornado when they ran out of rides so that was pretty cool. I hope they don't get in trouble for that but the girls appreciated the extra ride before leaving. Please don't

There is a great selections of activities and attractions, the food and environment on most occasions is pleasant as well. The last few visits I have had were not as great, there was no food being refilled and the drinks were empty as well as the cups, it was a struggle for the team they had to keep it clean as well. When fully staffed this place is 5 stars every time. It is a family park with lots of noise which is part of the fun. I recommend if your kiddos are younger that you take them on the slower day

Plenty of fun for the whole family. Went here for a birthday. Some of the games were down but that's expected a little with a place so big. The food was good, especially their pizza. If you've got low expectations of the place you'll be pleasantly surprised. Absolutely perfect for kids of all ages

Last time i was here was 10 years ago so obviously expected there to be a difference but would definitely never return, from the staff trying not to use the lunch special coupon, several items under cooked/raw, dirty tables/benches, more then half the games not working no rides were open, do not try the Alfredo watered pasta disgusting. Ice cream machines broken squirted all over my clothes, we were VERY CONCERNED about food poisoning considering none of the food was fresh. Giving 2 stars considering little

What a disappointment. Was here two years ago and it was amazing. Came in yesterday and it was a waste of money. Several games were out of order. Mainly the ones you could win E Tickets with. The food was maybe a three out of ten. So sad.Below are just the games I came in contact with. One even had the parts lying in it. I want to request a refund. Who do I talk to? Before you pay staff should let ppl know that half or more of the machines aren't working and a discount should be offered.

I would give zero stars if I could. We were in town, we do not live in Roseville, and went here for dinner. This is a buffet that had at least 80% of the items empty. I asked for a manager and was told he had just left which I find odd when it's a restaurant and the managers leaving at dinner time. There were unclean tables throughout the restaurant. We bought gaming cards and a lot of the games did not work. One game, literally fell apart when we try to use it. I complained to the restaurant requesting a r

This is a really fun place for kids and adults ( if you're into arcade games). The bumper cars were my favorite thing. We went at about 6:30 on a Monday so it wasn't very crowded. I think we just missed the busy time because the buffet area was a mess. There was hardly any food available and what was available looked very unappetizing. The pizzas were dried out and rubbery. I managed to find some pasta and meat sauce and went to the salad bar and found a nice variety of toppings and dressings even though t

Love the vibe! If you're here to have pizza and Have some fun, great place. There wasn't too many machines to play on but there was enough variety and rides to go on.

Came in on a Sunday night at 7:30pm, a usual dinner time, and this was what the food looked like, nothing there and what was was dry or crusty on top. Severely under staffed, poor kids were trying fervently to keep up. My youngest niece had never been before & she wanted to come here for her special occasion dinner, what a let down. Management here needs to do better especially if they're going to charge almost $60 for 3 people to eat and almost the same for entertainment for one night. If your going to sto

Great place! All the tables needed to be whipped down but it was a minor thing., the tables almost always need to be whipped down. How can anyone keep up with the tables in those busy rooms. The games and rides are a lot of fun.

Very overcrowded place nowhere to sit in the dining area the cups to get soda were empty the pizza and every place that you can eat and pick up food at the buffet was empty extremely horrible. I would not come here again.

I used to love this place growing up and decided to go after not going for years. Unfortunately this was not a great experience and I'm really disappointed :/ There was barely any food at all when i went just a couple pizzas so i figured i?d get a salad but the salad leaves were all pink so i just ate some pizza and whatever pasta was available. The pizza is always great can't lie about that and i had the pasta with pesto sauce it was great. After eating i decided to play and to my surprise half of the game

We had a great time at John?s Incredible Pizza! At first, we ran into a few issues, but Patsy went above and beyond to straighten everything out for us. Her excellent customer service and friendly attitude made all the difference, and we truly appreciated her help. The kids had an absolute blast with all the games and activities, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect for a fun family outing. Thanks again to Patsy and the team for making our experience so enjoyable! We'll definitely be back.

Avoid this restaurant at all times!! It's unsanitary. The food is not fresh, the buffet is limited, some of the rides and games are broken. There is no one cleaning the food stations refreshing the food stations or cleaning tables. Disgusting! The manager said that he is trying his best, but unfortunately, this establishment is not what it used to be years ago. We had a birthday party of 25 people. Everyone in our group was dissatisfied. The manager should have offered at least a partial refund. Dont was

This was our first time visiting this location on 18 Feb. We got there at about 12 and it was starting to pick and get busy. Its been awhile since visiting a Johns Incredible Pizza and the last time we did they still had actual people behind the counters when you first entered to purchase your food/game cards etc. The computers were fine, but you do have to call someone over to add your military or any other discounts you may have. I'd like to say that from entering the building and leaving the building we

There are many themed rooms, including nature/rustic cabin, kids' TV, Cyber dance music, Mystic/Magic, etc. Food is served buffet style, with various types of pizza, pasta, vegetables, soups, salads. I haven't yet gotten to the indoor amusement park, including an arcade and even rides. We went bowling in the mini alley. Kind of expensive, but a real memory for a couple or a whole family.

My granddaughter and I went today. Had a blast. Gina Marle was great! She greeted us with a big smile and answered all my questions about future reservations.

There were not enough staff working the rides. The only meat to eat is chicken nuggets. In the desert was just undesirable. It's pretty pricey. We got 35 $ cards. In my girls did not get to ride the rides . Fun atmosphere .

I was very disappointed in my visit. I went with a party of 10, 3 adults and 7 kids. The buffet was out of almost EVERYTHING. No ranch, only 1-2 pizzas on the floor at a time, soups went unreplenished until asked for and even then it took at least an hour. Even the salad bar was barely stocked. The ice cream area was disgusting and dirty. Only vanilla was available and there were no cones every time I went to check. I bought a fun card and 2 hours unlimited rides. After I arrived, I found out there were 3 r

Out of everything they had out, which wasn't much, was very poor quality. Very similar to an elementary school lunch. The salad was full of ice chunks, the baked potatoes were burnt. And the pizza was undercooked. The food serving countertops were a mess. The first room we sat in to eat was stuffy and uncomfortable with blaring music. I remember coming here growing up and this is a complete 180. The cinnamon rolls were rock hard, the cheese cake was literally just cream cheese, and they didn't even have don

I came here many years ago and loved it, as did my husband, so we decided to take our 3 year old son. Unfortunately, it is not the same. The good part about the experience, was the young man working up front where you pay admission and get the card with credits. He was SO helpful and nice, I wish I had gotten his name to shout him out on here. Aside from him, nothing else here impressed us. The floors were sticky from the soda fountain so our shoes with sticking everytime we took a step. The food was just O

I took my son here for his birthday and had a horrible experience. We paid over 80 dollars as a family of four and none of the rides were operable. Many of the games were also down during our visit. The buffet looked unsanitary due to a whole bunch of unsupervised kids hovering over all the food. We will not be back.

Place can definitely use a major renovation. Maintenance is pretty non-existent which is sad to see. Took my son for his 6th birthday and unfortunately, business was extremely slow but tables were all pretty filthy and run down. Too many games were out of order and did not work which was disappointing overall. One positive from this experience would be the staff, all staff I encountered were very friendly. I hope that one day soon, this business can get the much needed repairs.

We did go on a Tuesday, Salas dressing wasn't marked properly ended up eating a whole plate of salad, buffet style food, you can tell had been under heat a long time, pizza where rotated so they were fresh, the deserts weren't great, barely a few plus soft serve. Games were great for the kids, they really enjoyed the larger rides, drop zone was a short ride

After several positive experiences at this establishment over the years, today was awful. 3 adults and 3 children ($100+) attended today, an early dinner around 4:30 p.m., a Saturday. Immediately from our entry was a stuffy, airless, and musty uncomfortable atmosphere. Felt like the air-conditioning was not working. We looked for a room on the less quiet side to eat prior to entertaining ourselves amongst the games. Every room we attended was filthy beyond belief. There is no shortage of employees but un

I cant give this negative stars and thats disappointing. This place is trashy and unsafe for kids. The staff is unhelpful and untrained in ride safety and dam near let my kid fly off the ride at high speeds. It took 3 adults screaming at the top of our lungs to get the attention of the operator to stop it when he was clearly not safe at all. Games had exposed hot wires and half of them were broken in some way. We got there at noon on a Sunday with a reservation for 17 people and there was a grand total of 1

Came with the family 1 month ago and this place was trashed and disgusting. Food bins were empty, food was all over the floor, ice cream and dessert bar was demolished. Asked the manager what's going on and was told new food was coming and some food was out. They appear to be under staffed or the workers just do not work. Had to come again today, because my grandson wished to come here for his Birthday. If the above description was bad today made it look elegant. The manager told us that it was this way bec

Bought a package deal. Tried to use the cards but two did not work. Waited a long time for a manager to help. A lot of the items were broken, worse, some of the games took your credits but did not work. No vanilla ice cream for 3 hours. Missing pizzas all the time, tried to tell manager equipment was not working but did not care. Very warm in the building. Only coke ice, no coffee or hot chocolate. Asked to clean table, only wiped in a circle, did not "clean" the table. Had to get napkins to clean up

A fun place for your whole family, if you want to spend your whole day then its good place to go with All the Food You want Buffet. The food menu and quality is good , even for the vegetarians. The play place has alot of games in which some of them are usually forms of android or apple games such as the fruit ninja, tower blocks, Tap Tap Bird. The simulator games of guns , bikes and cars are good but they dont have high graphics or reality. The physical actions games (basket ball etc) are just good. Ga

This place was horrible. First and last time going. Went for a birthday party and the service was horrible. The room wasn't ready when we got there but they still wanted us to leave at end time cutting the party from 90 minutes to about 45 minutes. There was no entertainment for the kids there was a staff in there but he had no idea what to even do with the kids. He tried to get them to play freeze dance and played a happy birthday song on his phone. Like WTH. Even the kids were like what is this!!!! The fo

Went for a birthday party. The room was a bit tight but it was a cool place. I haven't been in years. The new rides were cool. I think the prizes were lackluster. 50 tickets for a 10 cent dinosaur is really phoning it in. I'm sure there isn't a ton of money for prizes but that was lame.

Food: 4/5 Rides: 5/5 Games: 1/5 - 5/5, avg: 3.9/5 imo Staff: 5/5 Cleanliness: 3.5/5 Bathrooms: 2.9/5 Price: 4/5 Overall: 4/5, will return. Food: good selection, with variety, not just junk food, at least 1 staff member per food section. Rides: we rode 3 of the 4 rides. -The frog hopper is very kid friendly. -The twister was a ton of fun for all, one kid did vomit and the staff were good about cleaning the whole ride, though a bit more of a thorough cleaning would have been appreciated. - The bumper cars

Literally horrible experience, First, it smelled really bad as soon as you walk in, like the air was thick, We bought 1 groupon for admission and 2 hours of gameplay plus 3 $30 fun card specials because the kids really wanting to ride the rides, that plus admission for 1 adults & 2 kids was over $150 all together. Which would've been fine if the place wasn't a complete disappointment. 80% of the games were "CLOSED" or out of order. The lines for the rides were 45 minute wait, only 4 bumper cars were work

The employees are nice but people are being taking advantage of. People were going in through the exits. When we exited, a kid ran up to try and prop it to stay open, I quickly shut the door. When I got to my car, I told my husband what had happened as he and my toddler had gotten a head start to get in the car. My husband shared the same experience but with an older teen. It was way too crowded on May 29th. I get it was a Saturday but the soups were dried and burnt. As there was a lack of healthy option

The food could have been alittle better..not much effort put into it. But overall the kids had fun

Fun for the family. Need more attention to cleaning the facility more

I spent over $600. It was no food. It was a mess no cup to drink table very dirty. We had to do Cleanup ourselves. there was no ice cream no pizza no salads no dessert. Nothing take it one slice out the way like half an hour to an hour on a. one slice

Was a busy Saturday night, but it was quite dirty and there were a lot of times when there were not even any cups available at the drink station and there was often not too much food out on the buffet lines.

I drove over an hour to surprise my child on New Year's Eve after a long day at work. When I arrived at 11 PM, I was informed by the woman at the door that I couldn't enter because they don't allow entry after 10 PM. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, I felt that there could have been more empathy in handling my situation. I explained that I only wanted to spend time with my child and wasn't planning to eat, drink, or participate in any activities. I appreciate that the establishme

Honestly, I went there for my kids' birthday party with a private room. The room was nice. the experience was great. But then when we went to go play half the stuff was broken. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Went to the sports room to rest. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS FULL!! DISGUSTING!

Great place for a birthday party!! Kiddos had fun eating pizza, playing games and celebrating with friends. There's lots of games, the ultimate package was plenty! Came with 60 tickets and 2 rides!! Games cost 2-6 tickets. Prizes as low as 25 tickets! I'm not sure if renting a room was worth the cost, it seemed like if you got there early you could claim a couple tables. It was nice to have privacy though. Bathrooms got pretty gross as the day went on, and some of them need repairs. We'd definitely go back!

Took My daughters here tonight for my Birthday! We had a Blast!! Not only was it very clean and every employee had a mask but the variety of machines were awesome! My daughters got to play practically every one and we even went on a few rides together! One employee that really stuck out went by the name of CAT. She was so sweet & knowledgeable! I had asked her about how the FunCard worked and how to obtain tickets. Then, we ran into her later on and asked her about how to order food. She showed me how to or

Update: I keep trying to add the photos that show the bloody chicken and unsanitary conditions but it's not letting me? I will try again. I also am sending a complaint to the health department. Someone is going to get food poisoning. If there were a no stars ranking, this would be it. These pictures say it all. We spent 5 hours here attempting to celebrate my grand daughter's birthday. The food was horrible - messy, cross contaminated, and the chicken was bloody at the bone. The manager, Chris said it

For a good cost my family consisting of two kids, my wife and myself were able to eat until our hearts content and play games all for about $60. We were there for 3 hours and had a fun filled night for an impromptu birthday. No reservations required and we got in no problem!

Sticky floors, buffet had abandoned plates of food empty stations, ice dispensers were all empty. Arcade had rides down and nearly half of the games were out of service. Ticket games have very small jackpots. You'll need multiple visits to get any decent prizes.

No ready food or desserts for over 30 minutes. When asked the attendant had no idea. Floors do sticky and all tables never cleaned or kept up with. No attendants at all checking the areas. Not worth the money paid. Horrible service. Definitely will not recommend for anything.

Food was so disgusting such a waste of money. Half the machines took our tokens and we didn't get to play it ripped us off. Go to cash in ur tickets and no workers are to be found can't even claim ur prize and when you finally hunt someone down you get to spend your 800 tickets on a Small stuffed animal I will not be back.

Haven't been here in about a year or so and let me tell you it has gone MAJOR down hill... there was food on the floor around the buffet (full slices of pizza and ice cream, other stuff iIcouldn't tell) I told someone and they said oh sorry im on my break 15min later it was still there.. There was no options for food, people were pushing there way through to get food cause there was little to none left and they were not replenishing like a buffet should. People left there used plates and cups on the buffet

Had fun...went for nieces birthday and took my kids and cousins kids...was super packed. It sucks they are understaffed younger kids are just standing instead of working. Trashes in bathrooms are gross an not paid attention to. Not the workers fault to whom actually work and callins happen but overall kids had fun!

We had such high hopes for this place. The buffet was disgusting. The very little food that was out, had clearly been sitting for far too long. The buffet and drink areas were dirty, and the dinning room was filthy. They don't have enough people working so you have to wait for 1 person to run the rides, and collect and trade in your tickets. Overall, this place is overpriced, understaffed, and dirty. Would not recommend.

This place has gotten significantly worse in the last few months it seems. There is an issue with like 85% of the games. They r either ?closed?, not turned on at all, broken or missing parts, wires hanging out, etc etc etc the list goes on and on. It is soooooo dirty. Their carpets r stained, dirty, stinky, and duct taped. All of the games and machines r filthy beyond cleaning. It would take more effort to clean them then it's prouwprth. I'm wondering if going out of business is looming for them cause they

I have been there for a birthday party it was a nice place. Friendly people

Well talk about a dissappointing visit. So overpriced for so little. If any one is hosting a birthday party or just coming for so fun; I really suggest you look elsewhere for family fun. Coming here was not only a waste of money but leaves the spender feel used and forgotten. When entering you have not only a forced admission fee paired with unlimited food and drink. ( non negotiable) and then one top having to pay for credits. Which yes has understanding and value it's an all in one spot. But what's is d

If you don't have time to read, please look at photos. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. Photos are of yesterday, Saturday night, May 21, 2022. I wanted to take my dghtrs here for one last mother dghtr day before they're trip. Should have gone to Strikes, Golfland or ANY WHERE ELSE. Food area DIRTY. Dining area FILTHY and run down. Game area PATHETIC. Chuck E Cheese's has more working games. I took photos of destroyed dining booth, trash ALL over floor, the buffet area and lack there of, and a fraction of the

Wasn't very packed, then again Monday's @ 1pm you don't expect a crowd, multiple types of pizza made fresh, cheese, pepperoni, vegetable, sausage etc and break sticks were well made, ice with Blue Powerade, and the lack of a crowd helps lines move a little faster, $10-$15 each and the baby(s) is free, ??

I can't believe how far down this place has gone, Especially for the price. They charge you $1 to load your card after you've paid the entry fee, games, rides, and food. The food is not good! Salad dressings watered down with no taste. Cheese sauce runny no flavor. The only decent thing is the pizza, but it has to be fresh out the oven. Bathrooms are a mess. Out of service stalls with no signs. Pipes leaking water. Arcade is great for the kids. Its cool they have rides but I won't be in a rush to return here

I'm not really gonna give a bad review but I just want to say the food was a little too simple. Not much variety for the price. Still a kinda fun place.

Fun place, cool set up. They must be short staffed because tons of tables were not cleaned up and the buffet areas were dirty along with food on floors. It was a Saturday night as well. Would give it another try.

The food is fresher if you go when it's busy. I sometimes go here on a weekday afternoon. There are fewer pizza choices, and the food sits longer before it's eaten than it does if you go on a busy Saturday or Sunday. There are lots of fun activities for the kids. The restrooms are usually clean.

This place is great for kids. But the food is need some improvement like the soup was too old, some of salad prep is not fresh. But overall is good place to visit for family.

Nice play for kids with the games. Food is just fine. The pizza is surprisingly good and the chicken nuggets are great. Overall decent place for family with young kids

1 - food containers are empty most of the times. 2- hygiene needs some serious attention 3- not enough personal to refill/help/food 4- plates were unwashed or not properly cleaned 5- the staff at the playground not helpful at all we had to wait in line for 15 minutes for spinning coaster the staff member left saying his shift is over. Good place for kids though.

Absolutely disappointing food, service and game play. Half the arcade games were either broken down, too dirty to work (air hockey) or they were "offline". Hardly any pizza available. The chicken was dry. The baked potatoes were like leather. The soup was dried out and clearly had been sitting for HOURS And GOODLUCK getting an employee to help you. They're too busy chit chatting. I can see why this place was DEAD at 6 p.m. at night which should have been a dinner rush. We have been long time customers. But

I love this place. Kids love the place and I love watching my kids having a blast. The admission is very affordable. On weekend, it is $12.49 for adults, $5.49 for kids aging 3 to 5, $8.99 for kids aging 7 to 12. On weekdays, it's only $8.99 for adults. It comes with buffet which includes so many varieties of pizzas, pastas, noodles, salad bar, and dessert. If you want a drink, all you can drink is for $1.99. And it comes with coffee from an espresso machine, soda, icee, and tea. There is a play area for to

Literally 60% of the games are broken. How can this place stay open? Only pepperoni and cheese pizza, no deserts besides cinnamon rolls, ice cream machine broken. I had multiple games with open electronics, some on the cusp of unsafe. What the hell happened to this place? My 5 years old couldn't even find a game that worked and he wanted to play.

We went on the 8th and was very disappointed. The cabin Room we sat in had a huge table with dirty dishes and everything just sitting there. They was out of a lot of the food. The food was disgusting. And the kids told me they never wanted to go again. Half of the games was not working. It was filthy in there. And other people?s kids was out of control.

Absolutely awful. I brought my class years ago and it was nice and staff was accommodating, but it has changed. Barely any dessert, ice cream was down, pizza wasn't great, salad dressing was like water. Arcade and rides are actually a huge rip off. We won't be back. Very disappointing.

Overall, it was OK. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that I had to buy a buffet ticket as an entrance fee. I was under the impression that if I didn't want to eat, I could just go in and chaperone my son & his friend. But that isn't the case. Apparently, for anyone to gain entry, everyone that is going through the door HAS to pay for a buffet. I went here last year, and I didn't have to pay for a buffet to gain entry.

If you want to ruin your child's birthday party have it here. It will be completely disorganized, you'll get terrible service, and waste your money. Good luck.

Took my little brother to JIP. It was all of our first time. We all had a great time. Food was not bad. Better than chuckie cheese. I'd say it's a upgrade. For the bigger kids(from toddlers). There are some little games and rides for toddlers too. We got our voucher from Groupon. It was cheaper and better deal. Paid $24 for Unlimited games for 2hours. The voucher will also include the "rides" with the unlimited but since it's a third party to JIP, it's not correct. I confirmed with the staff at the Info Des

Found a bug in the lettuce, all the pizzas were luke warm to cold and there was just one attendant to operate the rides. But, the kids enjoyed themselves and that's what matters the most to me.

place deserves a two star for NOT smelling like chucky-cheese and having merely decent pizza. MOLD on the ceiling when you come in (a lot), their ?chefs? dont wear anything on their heads and like more than half of them have long hair, place is dirty (tables not cleaned) almost no people at all in here, air is NOT fresh like ac doesnt work at all (food looks precooked as if its a week old, frozen, etc.) (game suck and give VERY little tickets for trash prizes) If you want your kid to have fun, please consid

Horriable! After spending almost $200 half the games didn't work! The buffet was empty and dirty! Ask for a refund was told I got it. It's been 3 weeks and still have not received my refund!!

Food alright, The rest good by a 1970s Soviet Amusement Park standard. The food is as you would expect from a buffet Arcade however the arcade is what can only be described as depressing. Many machines are either not turned on or are literally missing parts off of them. Many machines will either accept your credits then freeze or simply not continue and crash.

I had a birthday party with my daughter in here at 10 March. We celebrate her birthday second time in here. She loves this place and all our guests was happy. We ordered neon lights room again. Unfortunately, I don't remember name of girl who serviced us but she was really nice. There are lots of fun for kids with games in here.

Great indoor place for kids to play. Food consists of pizzas and pastas, salad bar, and dessert area. Great for parties or a place to kill time while having a blast.

Good concept, but horrible execution. We arrived and had registered online, the girl at the register basically made us ring ourselves up, since we were interrupting her texting. We spent about 100 for our group of four with credits for the kids, which wasn't horribly expensive. We proceeded to the game area only to find that half the games were out of service. The ones that did work often required multiple attempts to get it to play properly, so you'd spend twice as much for one play because it just wouldn'

Purchased a voucher from Groupon for $26 you get the all you can eat buffet unlimited rides and a select few games that have a green light around the card reader! Also $10 fun card! Entered on a Sunday at 7pm and they weren't busy had to wait in line approximately 10 min only about 3 people in front of us! There was 3 in my party using two groupons (2@ $26) plus one regular adult admission ($12.50) so $65 for all 3 of us! The food was very sparse especially the desert bar! The ice cream machine was a hot me

It's ok. Mediocre food. Bathrooms smell like they're cleaned but not often enough. Looked into holding a birthday party with 16 kids and their parents, but it is prohibitively expensive (~$750).

Omg stay away. Extremely run down, speakers are blown on half the games. On the majority of the shooting games, the calibration for the ?guns? is so off the game is unplayable. The staff wasn't the nicest either. Completely empty when I came with my child, we were the only ones there for over an hour. Where Arcade games go to die.

This used to be such a fun place to take the kids. Overall everything has declined customer service was atrocious. We were poorly greeted by Juan because we entered the building, not at the party center he wanted me to take my four young babies back outside in the cold to go around and I said that was unacceptable when he could open the gate and watch us walk over there. I asked for the manager and got Ginger. She walked us over to where we needed to be stating ?he is just doing his job? did not correct her

Ms.Paty manager not allowed to pick my 4 years old daughter from birthday party. She said need to pay 20$. Personal are not friendly, highly not recommended, and will tell this story for all my friends.

I have never had a bad time at John's Incredible pizza. The place is clean. There's lots to do. My kids had a blast. The food is great... If you go around November they have a cranberry/stuffing pizza that is so good. I will be ordering one of these again before it goes. This past time we went the staff was lacking. It seemed like no one knew anything about their jobs. ?? The only thing I don't like is the fact that you can't transfer the credits from one card to another. For example I wanted to give my dau

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
